Now, today, our AI is only trained for mangrove trees.
But after July 31st,
we will have all the data required
to have the most badass AI engine that can
count and verify all those different tree species, more than 40
of them.
Okay? And then once our AI is at that level,
not only will we then be able to use that
to make it an official Guinness World Record next year,
but we will also have a pretty valuable thing
on our hands, I think, you know?
Measuring, importing, verification of carbonage
is a pretty big market actually.
And this is something we could license out to the MRV organizations.
And this is something that we can also leverage to get us closer to this vision of a world where anyone can plant trees in our living.
We need to be able to track every type of tree.
And it's a process.
It's a path.
It's a journey.
We're going to get there. But we're
starting with mangroves because A, we have a really good methodology for mangroves. B,
we have the AI trained for mangroves. C, mangroves are incredible at sequestering carbon up to 10
times, 8 to 10 times, you know, per square meter and compare with terrestrial forests. And they
help with biodiversity.
All the animals thrive around them.
And they water themselves.
They desalinate ocean water.
And we can't, like, flood the supply of the tree tokens on day one
because we have to build up the demand for them to balance that, right?
So our DAO is going to be infusing our tree tokens into companies,
making them social enterprise. So for every app download of the Vala app, for example, they're going to be planting a
tree. For every luxury clothing item that's sold, we have a partnership that we're working out where
they're going to plant trees for everything, right? I'm in touch with Emirates Airlines so that,
you know, they can add this as an upsell for offsetting their travel.
They can plant some trees, right?
All this kind of stuff.
If you have your own business you want to start, maybe you can either have a product line that plants trees
or you can make your whole business social enterprise.
And if you do that, our DAO will support you, right?

months, rather. We had nothing until 12 months. That's why I'm buying in at the presale because
I don't get any tokens until 12 months and then over the course of three years.
So why we allocate 1% to market making is as this thing goes absolutely parabolic to the moon,
we want to be able to, as a DAO, and this is going to be fully transparent, everyone can see this
happening, we're going to post the wallets of this, right? We can sell a little bit of supply
as things go crazy. And then what happens when we sell that 1% for market making? Well, it goes to
a specific wallet for like a treasury such that when we get dips, inevitable, goes up, goes down,
we buy in at the dips as a DAO, right?
And we're making all of our market making completely open and transparent.
Because what this does is it'll help to sandwich, stabilize the price a bit.
We don't want it to go crazy up and crazy down.
Even incredible projects like GiveToken and RegenNetwork,
they don't have VCs, but it still looks pumpy-dumpy.
And we don't want that. It's not a good look.
So we want to sell as it goes crazy high,
and we want to buy as it goes low.
And we're going to use the funds that we sold as it went crazy high
to buy a little bit at the low.
And this is just going to make it a little bit less extreme.
All that's going to do is going to make it transparent.
That's why we put 1% to
market making. Okay? And then 15% is for marketing, right? Like, we have some incredible marketing
partners, like ManyMangos, where this is my brother's company. He's got like an army of
people engaging with everyone, green pilling them. Hundreds of people messaging, DMing, engaging, onboarding at scale.
So I think for every dollar we put into marketing, at least while we're in a bull market,
will probably lead to $4 of buy pressure.

And it's partly going to happen with our marketing expenses, right?
Now, team, we have a massive team.
We have a lot of developers.
We have a lot of people that have put in a lot of stuff
that we haven't been able to pay for.
We just don't have the money.
We're not working with VCs.
And so they put in sweat equity.
That's 60% amongst everyone, many, many different contributors, developers, team members, artists.
And that's on the three-year best.
Can't touch anything for 12 months. And it's not a cliff.
Just so you guys know the difference, a cliff is where everything that would have been vested
leading up to that cliff, all of a sudden that shoots up. That's why it's called a cliff,
is because it goes up all of a sudden. So like, if this was a cliff, between zero to 12 months
would have been nothing. And then all of a sudden, everything that would have come from zero to 12 would have all of a sudden come. That's what a cliff is.
We are not doing it that way. We're doing a linear vest, which means at 12 months,
we start from zero. And then between 12 months to three years over that two-year period,
it goes in a straight line. Okay. And the reason we chose to do this is because it doesn't create this
all of a sudden supply shock. If it's a cliff, all of a sudden people get their supply and people
want to liquidate that typically. And it's not good for the, for the price. It's not good for
the project. But if it's linear, we know linear we know okay this is steady stream that's getting vested and we can ramp up our marketing
initiatives we can do what we can you know with staking rewards etc to try to
make this supply and demand balanced that's what we want we want this to be a
balanced thing not all of a sudden.
We don't like moon going to the moon is like is all fun and games. But what's quick to rise is quick to fall typically.
And so that's why we set this up to this.

to watch these heartbreaking videos of the forest fires that burned three billion animals alive,

helping the wildlife to rescue them in that situation and I felt this rush of

so much energy to keep doing and keep pushing it and that's what fueled me to
plant trees for 24 hours because I know that mangrove forests are the home to so many incredible
creatures, right? All the crabs, in some places monkeys, and the birds, and all of the life below
the water as well, right? Even the coral reefs thrive because of the mangroves. They protect
the coastlines from
erosion, which destroys the corals. And how many animals are thriving in the coral reefs as well,
right? Like it's the, it's where also where, where the eggs are laid. And it's just like,
this is why I'm so passionate about this. It's because of the animals. And, um, and man, we've,
we've, we've abused so many of them as humanity.
We have.
We've done horrible things to the animals, man.
And we've got to make up for that.
We've got to take care of them because they experience pain just like you and me.
They go through it, man.

you, me, Hopsey, pretty much everyone in here is doing it for reasons wanting to help,
you know, the animals, the humans, the environment, all that different stuff.
But there's also amazing business behind this, right? Like the carbon markets is a great
industry. You know, it's not perfect. Obviously,
there have been shenanigans in the industry, but it is a big market and we can do things better.
We can improve it. We can level it up and we can leverage those funds to do more of the good thing
and to scale. And some people are going to come into, you know, they might, it might be a financial
decision for some to, to do a tree planting day
across the whole country because of the opportunity that is there economically for their country,
right? And we have to make that make sense no matter what their motivations are for doing it,
whether if it's legacy or impact or financial, they should all have that opportunity. They should
all have a good reason to do it,
no matter what their motivation is. Obviously, it's better if the motivational is, you know,
intrinsic and philanthropic and just for the good of the world. But for us to break out of this
little refi echo chamber and get into the mainstream, like you say put refi on the map we need to appeal to all kinds of different motivations intrinsic and extrinsic and and
fortunately since we're social enterprise we can't right i did the charity thing i did the
non-profit thing and you know i i love it bless everyone's heart who's involved in the philanthropic charity side,
but it's not going to appeal to everyone.
And granted, we don't need everyone, but we do need a lot, a lot of people.
And so that's why we're going this route of social enterprise

trees, get your money, swap to a local currency, and boom, you're putting food on the table

these businesses are successful because these trees are alive and so long as businesses can
thrive and people can benefit economically because the trees are alive. And by the way,
only one sixth of the tree tokens are minted for the initial plan. It's five sixths because they
grow over time. And we're also going to get a billion liters of water to people if we get a
billion trees planted. Big water is doing one liter per tree, all that stuff. But only if the
trees grow, they have to track them, et cetera. So the point is, if people see these trees as more
valuable while they're alive than while they're dead, then they will remain alive. That is the
best solution to conservation. You know, there are people who are, you know, tying themselves up
to these trees, you know, chaining themselves to the trees in Brazil, and they're getting shot.

They'll shoot the protesters. It's messed up. And that's because of the financial implications of

That is what is necessary.

sold to companies that want to have corporate social responsibility or individuals or philanthropists
that want to support that kind of impact. So as long as these things can be tangibly measured,
they can be sold and financed and supported by those that want to

How do you recommend people get started with composting if they're not really compost familiar?
If it's the first time they compost, what do they mean?
I would suggest just learn more about it online.
Figure out about how much food waste you make.
If you're a person that doesn't waste a whole lot,
you can get away with a very small container.
You know?
Or even, you know, there's
vermin compost and you can use worms
and stuff.
And food is processed out in, like,
a day or less, so
it doesn't smell bad
or anything. There's different
ways you can do it that definitely make it easier for people who live in more urban areas or smaller apartments.
There's even machines now that I'm not exactly sure how it works, but it speeds up the composting process considerably.
I saw them advertised to me recently. I didn't really look into it, but
I saw that they exist, which was cool. You know? That was...
That does sound cool. Seems like they nailed their targeting. They don't exactly who to
advertise to. Well, that's great. Yeah. I i think they gotta get some people who don't have the
space to to do it outside but yeah i'm definitely interested yeah yeah yeah yeah um

put the compost in the freezer.
I found that to be like, yeah, there's like a no smell situation.
And so just like extra space.

for composting and they're very efficient um they will just readily live in
containers under a sink in a cabinet or like on even on your counter in like a decorative
container of some sort if that's what you wanted to do um they're real easy you just put the food
in the top the dirt comes out the bottom um Then you go, you know, grow stuff with the dirt.
