Got a few little small itty bitty things that we're working on, but we're
setting up all the guilds for all of the different NFT projects and the founders
are downloading right now, getting everything installed and from there then we will be able to get everybody in, have them start inviting
all of their members to their ecosystems and starting to populate this world. So I'm pretty
excited. It's been a lot, a lot of work,
but you know, a few little like,
now like touch up things that need to be done.
You know, other than that, everything's great today.
I can't complain.
Today has just been a winning day all the way around.

working on getting the few little things
that we had asked to get updated updated real quick and then

Honestly, it's almost like unfathomable just to know like how much the future is going to hold

And where we're at right now isn't even like,

and so many future projects that we don't even know

And it's just gonna be an ever evolving thing.
And that's what's nice about this is it's a, that's it.
It's like, I know that this is technically gonna be
our beta phase, but in my mind, I feel like we're always gonna to be in a beta phase because there's always going to be new stuff coming out.
There's always going to be new partners joining.
I mean, it's just going to be one thing after another, after another.
Like, will we ever be out of a beta phase?
I mean, technically I'm sure yes, but like it's, there's always just going to be so much more implemented.
Um, and the months to come, It's just gonna always feel something,
always be something fresh, always something new,
interesting, another wow factor.
And I think that's what I'm most excited for.

The timing of all of this,
I think could be no more perfect
because I've noticed a massive shift to the NFT communities.
And instead of the shit coins, people
are starting to pay more attention to NFTs.
Obviously, we're all NFT brands, even though what we're
building is not.
But I feel like we're going to be
able to gain the attention of those people much easier,
say, had we launched three, four, five months ago? You can just kind of feel an excitement in there.
So many people are starting to notice Unreal Kingdoms
and asking questions and all these other Discord servers
I'm in.
And we're bringing new people in.
Everybody's bringing new people in.
I don't know.
I feel really good about the timing of everything,
just in general.
I just wanted to pipe in and drop that little great feeling I'm having.

And over our St. Patrick's Day thing there,
a big thank you to everybody that entered that BOGO, MOGO,
whatever you want to call it, and got those extra hugs,
really helped the community out.
We saw people coming in from other projects
that we'd never even heard of, so that was awesome.
Hell yeah.
I will say, you know, that's the gift that keeps on giving.
When you do specials like that, man,
I really, truly feel in a lot of ways
that you start to capture more of your community. And then what you'll see, and I've noticed it with
when code runs specials and stuff, there's a lot of gift giving, right? A lot of people are starting to onboard others. And it's just, it's all around a very good thing
because kindness creates kindness.
And I hate to say it that way
because a lot of people necessarily wouldn't do that.
But again, when it starts from the top
and it resonates down,
I mean, that it just starts to flow.
And that's a good thing, right?
Getting more people that haven't been involved
in the community involved.
Um, and it's just a good way.
I enjoy that. And I'm glad to see people are, are doing that and taking advantage of that.
Uh, actually we had, uh, we had Sid come in from Nifty's world and, uh, he just
said the gray mint, mint tree for me and told them on the wheel and let's give them out.

Um, I know Chad has hand up. I'm going to go to EAC real quick. And then Chad, we will go to you, buddy. What's happening EAC? How are you doing today? Yo, yo, yeah, I'm hyped, bro. And I know like as being an avid gamer that there's no such thing as a game to come out of the gate that doesn't have like an issue. It just, it doesn't happen.
But if like I see the team there, like that's what the gamers look for the team
there fixing it.

Cause it's like, there's no game that comes straight out.
Like people have to play it to make like before you can really see what it can do.

But definitely get in there, play. Uh's fun, it's exciting, it's fun to mess around and jump
around with all your friends and everything. So I had a blast with code and baby code and
med just about an hour or so ago. Took some pictures, some screenshots and had fun with it.

So I want to try to articulate this as best as I can and as quickly as I can.
But first I want to say it's meant to be a compliment and a thank you.
And so what I want to say is that, I mean, you know know I'm in discord all the time and I love watching everyone
work they work tirelessly diligently with high expectations of themselves and it's been
amazing to watch but I just want to say say, as an investor and a holder, obviously I'm incredibly excited to see the game go live.
And certainly there was maybe thoughts and expectations
of a certain timeline or start date or go live date.
I just want to say a huge thanks and kudos to UCODE, to Med, Bob, Wren, the entire team
for not letting the distractions of timelines get in the way of your due diligence, your
hard work, your commitment to this project, to transparency, but also at the same time having a fine balance of being
sympathetic or compassionate towards holders and understanding that timelines might have been
more closely held or expected by certain holders. And also kind of keeping the temperament, meaning that you kind of helped ease and soothe the concerns maybe some might have
because of your transparency. It has been what has brought people in, it's what has kept people in
and continues to hold our confidence in what you're doing, you as individuals.
And so I just want to thank you for the hard work, but also the continued commitment to
your holders.
Because you don't necessarily owe that to us, you want to do that for us.
And it's a tremendous blessing. And I know transparency gets mentioned,
but it is such a tremendous, tremendous blessing
for us as holders and investors to have that from y'all.
So I just wanna give you a huge thanks.
I cannot wait to see this go live.
I mean, I'm so thrilled.
And obviously I'm expecting marketing rewards too, but that's not the only thing.

And we hear of the obstacles you all speak of, but you all are the ones that are literally
having to overcome those obstacles.
And we can never fully understand and appreciate what they are and what it takes.
So as best as I can, I just want to give a huge shout out and thanks.

It's members like you that are instrumental for us to be able to keep moving forward the
way that we have, you know, it's so many people doubted us.
So many people talk shit.
So many people said, oh, it's not doable.
So many people said Facebook couldn't do it. How the fuck
do you think you could do it? Some people said board eight yacht club, spend $3 billion
in three years and fucking they couldn't get it done. What makes you think you can? And
honestly, it was one of those things where I had to sit back and kind of like evaluate, you know, is it doable? Is it, is it possible?
And here we are now, you know, getting all these different projects to come in today
and start building their guilds and doing all their stuff. And I'm smiling from ear to ear
because we did it. You know, we took the chance. We took all the hardships. We
pushed through all the hurdles and the pain and we got here. And for me, that's
the hardest part I think about doing this job. There is, there is no guide to doing it yet.
We are the guide.
We have been working on actually building out guides
for others to be able to follow in the footsteps,
which a lot of people are like,
oh my God, that's kind of crazy.
Why would you even wanna help other people this, you know?
But the reality of it is,
is we do wanna help other people because you wanna,
maybe they need to get into our metaverse also and
When they understand the struggles that we have to go through to be able to put all this together
It's tough
It is absolutely tough
There's no easy
No easy way to say that you wanted it's outrageously expensive to build a game
it's outrageously expensive to you know cover the cost it's outrageous
expensive to be able to figure out different solutions that are not
publicly available because they've been held by private groups and interests for so long and it's difficult to be in the shoes where
so many people want to doubt you and so many people are ready to commit fud and talk shit
and then there's that that moment of clarity where you get to kind
of just sit back and and smile now at this point and and say yeah you want to
know it you didn't fucking believe and here we did it you said it was
impossible and we achieved it and this is just the beginning of the hurdles. That's the thing that's kind of
crazy is we're going to keep expanding and we're going to keep growing and we're going to keep
putting things bigger and bigger and bigger and it's going to take time.
the second and uh this is just
the first hurdle. You know,
yeah, you know, getting
approved on on PlayStation.
That was a massive hurdle.
Yes, getting approved through
steam, massive hurdle. Now,
we're we're in the final area
here with Xbox to get in and
have us listed another massive
hurdle.
Now guilds, guild chat, whispering, transactionals are able to be done.
New massive hurdle going through, you know, group and party systems done.
Fully replicated flexible combat systems that have never been put up by any other group
put up by any other group ever
ever before completed, you know. integrated flexible combat systems that have never been
before completed. You know and
here we are. Looking at what
the future holds. And kind of
smiling because we built the
framework. We went in and and
grinded through it and it's
And it's expensive, you know, I can tell you this like it is outrageously fucking uncontrollably expensive.

So do I understand how some of these other groups needed to fundraise to be able to get themselves to where they're at?
Yep.
But man, is it going to be a wide awakening for a lot of people that look at all the the millions and hundreds of millions that some of these other game companies have spent in here.
We broke 30 million in this build out and
we're going live.
We're doing it, you know, and part of that drive comes from our community comes from our holders comes from our partners
You know our partners are out there telling everybody about it. So, you know banging on doors
Hey, if you haven't seen unreal kingdoms, you need to be paying attention
our community is in there when things go wrong and we openly tell
our community is in there when things go wrong and
it. **** We we we got the wrong server. We got the wrong thing.
You want to know it? Oh, this is just you know, we just ate
$100,000 **** ouch and you want what the community responds
with? Okay. But we see that you're here. Seven days a week,
20 hours a day. How do we get over the hurdle?
Well, we can do this and this to get over the hurdle. Great. Let's go. And the community
drives us to doing it. You know, and it's always about keeping that level of transparency. You
know, yeah, we get to do fun things. Yes, we get to go in and put some of the biggest things out there.
And man, it's something that I get to smile about, you know, I love coming in and seeing
some of the people that talk shit and said, Oh, yeah, go fuck yourself. You're trying
to be like what Bored Ape was and you'll never
be and yet guess what? We've built more, we've done more, we've put more out there, we've
done everything except throw these big fucking multimillion dollar parties for people to
waste their fucking time and money on. No, we put it into actually doing what we said
we were going to do and we did it transparently. We didn't go out and go buy new cars, buy new houses,
go out and buy new boats. We didn't, you know, for us, yes, do we have our meetups?
Absolutely. Do we have a nice sit down dinner that almost every time I eat the
cost for the answer is absolutely. Does the community eat it? No,
everybody can tell you our community doesn't raise enough funds to cover the
bills monthly, but it's okay.
Now that we're going live, now that everything is functioning and working,
this is where it gets great for us.
This is where we get to sit back and build out an ecosystem that nobody else has touched. Nobody else has been able to get done and we have. So, you know, above and beyond.
Yeah, you know, any business that some people sit back and say that you should as a founder
Talk about only the excellent things that you you've gotten done not the struggles and the things that you've had to overcome
That's not realistic of a leader. I don't think I think that everybody should be able to
Understand the same struggle that that we go through that people should be able to look through the glass
and see both sides of everything.
That people should be able to know
when there's something wrong and when there's something
right and when we got our W's and when we caught an L.
I believe that that's what transparency also consists of.
It is that level of communication,
having acknowledgement to the things that you do
right and the things that you do wrong and so many people think that it's a negative
thing to say that I don't I find it actually very warming to be able to sit back and say
when something's wrong and be able to figure out the solution to get it fixed.
Because that's what getting through the hurdles is,
is accepting the things that are wrong
and figuring out what the solution is to fix them.
And if you can share that with your community
to where they understand it,
I feel that that level of transparency goes unmatched against anybody.
You know, and yet I have multiple people that have been haters that are in here right now.
You know, there were, well, we're in here that said that this wasn't possible.
Oh, you're just a bored ape ripoff.
You're just this, you're that. bored ape ripoff. You're just this you're that now
Look now look where we are
We're about to launch the world's largest multiverse metaverse
fully functional
guilds groups chats
And then we're gonna go and roll in all the voice systems then we're gonna roll in all the Twitter systems
And it's just gonna get bigger and bigger and then we're gonna start loading out all the Twitter systems. And it's just going to get bigger and bigger.
And then we're going to start loading out all the dungeons for everybody
to start going into, then we're going to start, um, you know, we got multiple
worlds still being loaded in.
We got just so many pieces that so many people haven't even gotten a glimmer
to understand what has been built that will be released in the next few weeks, too
And I'm pumped
It's the first time ever that I can sit back and say you want it I'm pumped I'm proud of my guys
They got they still got work to do, you know that that's the reality of it. Our work will never end
this is this is one hurdle that we've gotten over.
And for us, the hurdles won't stop because we don't plan on quitting out on this build.
It's supposed to get bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. That's the reason why.
Yes, when we do go to spend a big chunk of money, the first one will be for the development
center where we will create a live in development location for this expansion to be constantly
growing. That's why then the following step after that will start to become the prize
things where we'll get the island and we'll pick up that and we'll make it to where all
of our members can then, you know, start going and visiting at the island and having international
banking systems and so forth. That'll all be through our stuff that we're doing. We have big plans in very short periods of time to do it, but
we got through this finish line because of everyone in this community.
We got through this finish lines because of the nene's, the chads, the Docs, the Bobs, the bedtime
creations, the hostiles. Everyone that is in here that has supported us is the reason why we've gotten to this point
And it's come with struggle. It's come with headache. It's come with getting our ass kicked left and right
But you want to what
Sometimes you got to take a few licks
Sometimes you got to learn some things the hard way in our case. We're learning it the hard way because nobody's done it before
We are the one paving the way for it. We're the ones taking all the ass-whippin
But I wouldn't give this up and wouldn't take this back
Ever because I've grown such a good family of people and friends
in this community that I couldn't be more proud of and happier to be with.

and different portability that we're all going to be having to provide as a family here.

Once you click on Windows, at the very bottom,
you will see the Unreal Engine logo with Unreal Kingdoms.

but that's where that's gonna be. So after you download it, go into files
and then find out where you downloaded it and open that file, Windows, open that file.
