Boy, did I have things to say, but I was literally 30 foot up on a scissor lift,

And the sound quality would have been terrible because my ears were blowing out from what I was doing.

I've been pacing and moving all day I'm pacing right
now I've been the excitement is so real and just the the things that I've been hearing on a timeline
for so long and we've been telling everybody and it does sound like you know unbelievable we tell
them but like I've been very frank and I've tried to been as be as earnest as possible. Like I'm not someone
who lies. My, my, you know, my hype is this is my genuine personality. I got in trouble all the time
in school because you heard me because I was passionate about what I was doing. Uh, so now I
just found it to be a quality I use out here, but apparently, you know, when you tell people and
you're genuine, they don't want to hear you. You got to be fake and, uh, just pull the wool over
their eyes and see if you can't get people to keep the rose color glasses on for as long as freaking possible
like what the freaking ever loving heck like uh people are you know it's just you know you can't
you can't teach an old dog new tricks uh you know but you can influence them that's about all you
can do and at this point uh now we're at the influence slash force stage is what
it felt like so yeah that's a long-winded how am i doing but yeah no i'm freaking riding the high

that was not in vegas it was a very very good vegas i'm already pre-thinking baby birthday

for right now um and then later on once um we've got enough downloads and the systems and stuff
are faster you can do it do it there so well they'd also help us get to that number by downloading it through Steam.
Sure, but I mean, you can do both, right? Download it now from the dashboard and still
be on Steam, but if you just don't want to wait the time, that is the way to do it.
So, yes, I definitely advise downloading it from Steam so that way we continue to make
that process faster for everyone.

at all um yuga's known who we are for over three years we've filed all the u.s patent trade office items and everything
for years and years and years and uh it's it's been there so um we've offered to help build out
their stuff and essentially them doing this now while we're going live actually could be more
detrimental to them because then it does follow under the lashes law um which says that they were supposed to have
enough ample time to be able to if they had a trademark issue to be able to claim it to be able
to argue it to be able to dispute it they haven't done that so um yeah there's multiple other laws
and things that we get to kind of be able to deal with but as everybody knows we're already putting
our own exchange system up for everybody so that way you guys will still be able to move transact and do everything
with your nfts without any issues um kind of exciting a lot of work a lot of things in the
works right now still working on getting live we're not giving too much we we did send out a
nice letter to their attorneys um which i did post on the CyberApe Yacht Club account
to let them know that also that their client is also infringing on our patents and has
publicly already posted it and shared it out.
So we're going to keep going and doing everything from there.
And we will keep handling and managing everything as it comes in.
You know, at this point, we're not going to sit back and fret over the small things.
We're going to sit back and keep building.
Are we worried about Yuga?
The chances of us losing is about a 2% chance.
So the answer is no.
Yeah, they do have a lot more money than us,
but this is one of those types of things that because we have made ourselves announced and known with them, we've offered to help build for them.
We've done all the steps and they have had more than two years to be able to combat it, to be able to do anything about it they have chose not to and in that process that that falls under a law called
lashes law um which states that they have the opportunity to do this um within a reasonable
period of time two years is not enough so and we've been building for three and a half so they're
they're they're kind of cutting their their their own neck going into this i got a funny feeling
they're going to want to handle this out of court um only because
if they do go then we get to then file damages and claims against them and much more so
um we look forward to it

we're not letting this slow us down at all. We are going to sit back and essentially be moving forward with everything that we are.
I'm hoping, and I'm going to tell you guys this,
I'm hoping that they decide to try to turn this into a legal battle.
That way we can hit them for damages.
hit them for damages and because the owners of uh magic eden have invested interest with
port ape yacht club those damages could also fall on top of uh on magic eden 2 for damages
and it'll also cause them to have a bunch of stuff aired out that they probably don't want
to have aired out but i'm that type they probably don't want to have aired out,
but I'm that type of guy that you want to know.
We build transparently.
We do everything transparently.
We we've shown the world everything.
And,
I hope that they're ready to,
uh, have that same transparency because I am,
I've been preparing for this for for probably a year and a half,
hoping that this would be something that came into fruition.
And as funny as that sounds, it's the truth.
We built up everything knowing that we had the equitable stop laws,
and they've chosen to allow us to do what we've been doing, knowing,
seeing, and being a part of the ecosystem that we are. And we're pretty excited about it.
So I don't think that they are going to attempt to do the legal side because once again, Lash's law goes into
effect, which means that they'll never be able to go after any kind of litigation of trademark
infringement with us again. Um, and damages if we do in that would then also be put into effect.
And that will be, uh, something that we will definitely be pretty excited about because then we get to go and take all parties invested in the damages.
And yeah, it's pretty blatantly obvious.
So kind of exciting stuff, actually.

I was a little worried about whether or not I was going to make it in this world.
We've now made the largest NFT project make their first mistake.
We're kind of excited for that because it does play in our favor.
We've talked to four different legal counsels today all four of them literally said send us the the proof of what you
have showing that you've communicated with officers of their company everything and that they knew of
cyber api club along with every single post that we've tagged in with cyber api club and board api club and finding gold bars that we have made it evident for over two plus years for them.
And the only time that they're going to go and throw this whole entire fit is when we decided to launch our metaverse before them.
And they did that after sharing out patent infringements of our patents with their product
so um this this will be something that we're hoping that they take into court because then
we'll hit them also with patent infringement which will probably now with their current
development speed slow down them by maybe another year and a half i'm guessing if they're quick but i'd say
probably two years and then they can blame us for that too but it's cool um or that they're
going to come to an agreement make this equitable for everybody and this will turn into possibly
being a very very wonderful relationship between everybody. We don't know.
Still too early to say, but I definitely think that we have some pretty good chances of getting all that done and being in the roles that we want.
But, I mean, ebbs and flows, baby, ebbs and flows baby ebbs and flows you know I guess I should have
probably waited a couple more weeks to ask for where my haters were at
so what do they what do they really hope to gain um it was literally just kind of uh a ploy tactic
to kind of give us like a i guess what
they're hoping is a bad name but it actually is doing more for us than against us i mean
whoo the worst case is is they have to then say that oh well they didn't know that we were
a part of the trademark office but we can show since 2021 we were they didn't know that we've
had communication but i can show multiple spaces with officers of the corporation with me being in
there offering to help out with the build of other side and even that would be interested in talking
about partnerships with unreal kingdoms i can show 10 different encounters of doing so
that are greater than a year old that they did nothing with um so it was under the knowledge
of knowing that we we've done it we've completed it and it actually now makes them look really bad um you know it's not that we want it to be
in a fight with you go but we we we were prepared for it uh we came you know
fully loaded with with all the stuff of this battle.
You already know you got a rock solid QMe behind your code.

here and just make and do whatever you want. You may be doing some research before you go spending all of your community's money. Yeah, that's a lot of money you done spent and you got nothing to show for
it other than parties. So yeah, okay, you made a club, but that's all you did. You literally made
a club and you hung out with your homies. You spent your money on lavish parties and hanging
with the homies. And now you got nothing to show for it except bad taste in your mouth.

so we'll stay and maintain the course like i said the worst case that that that'll happen to us is we have to go in and we have to fight it, which is then Lash's law will come in and the equitable estoppel laws will also come in, which will protect us because of all the proof that we've already sent over to our attorneys.
