So, of course, earlier today, technically, I mean, it was technically my time even today, and in US time, technically today, and also in Venezuela, technically today, at 5am, Venezuela time, the US military basically did an invasion, went in, took Maduro and his wife, refused to elaborate and just fucking dipped.

This is like some R-Crader shit, it's incredible.
So, yeah, that happened, that's really interesting. Now this could have a set of chain reactions after that, which could be very beneficial to all of us, many of which being that it will end up with a bit of a Chinese loss in some ways as well.
You will see there's actually an interesting conflict going on at the moment, right? So there's different interests and there's kind of a power switch that's occurring.

Now, if it is effective, then Iran is the next to fall.
Iran's regime specifically, not the country.
And where it's people, it's the regime that must fall.
And I've said this before, and there's lots of people who are pessimistic about it.
And there's a bunch of idiots who just think, oh, they have these issues,
and they think that the CIA was responsible for the regime installation
and that there's some sort of exchange there.
And I'm just like, God, you people know nothing of history.
It's really bad.
So it's none of those things.

But what it will actually do is it will reshape the region.
And it's already happening.
Israel was one of the first, by the
way, to recognize Somaliland, officially, which is really based of them, because Somaliland
is like this thing that is constantly fucked over by Somalia, and practically no other nation
was willing to recognize them, which is insane to me, right? And of course, while all this is happening,
you have the massive protests in Iran right now, because during the encounter, much of the IRGC's
manpower has been destroyed. So what happened a while ago was that both Israel and the US had
operations in Iran, which of course most people were
against because they're dumb.
But what happened was a lot of the terrorist forces effectively were killed.
And so now they have low manpower.
They tried to recruit more and it doesn't really work out too well because they're all
scared and so that doesn't really work out.
As you can see, because they're actually successful, the protest was actually successful in driving
back some of the forces.
This would not have been possible like half a year ago.
This would not have been possible.
However, it seems like there is a high likelihood.
And there's like a kind of resurgence in optimism.
And these specific protests are a little bit more effective, I think, than the last. So that's pretty cool,
and it's very organic. That's the best part. It seems to be very organic. So what will then happen with Iran is that they'll have to make a choice. If in fact the regime does
fall, they'll have to make a choice of who they're going to choose as their leader.
And unfortunately, they do not have very many good options.
The main problem is that you have to choose between an already existing perpetuation of the problem via this one woman,
or you go with Reza Pavlavi.
That's the only other option.
Now, of the two, these are both not very solid options,
but Reza is the most solid option of the two.
He's not necessarily the best.
He's not really as good of a leader,
but he would be their best option out of the options that they have.

Let's also take into account the type of oil that they have in Venezuela, which specifically is good for making plastics.
And China is really the only people who want that type of oil so like this is handcuffs on china

into Africa, which is what the United States doesn't do a lot of the time, like they don't
take as much advantage of the resources of the world as they could. And so that is a major mistake
for an empire-like country such as the United States, one would actually expect that
they take more advantage of the resources of the world, right, through deals like what the Chinese
are doing with the rest of the world. That's how they are doing this. So, in China's case, however,
when they then become warlike, they kind of lose their nature. This is the issue.
They are not fit to play their hand at this moment.
The thing that they're doing with Taiwan is a bad idea. This is too early. They need to wait
10, 20 years longer. It's not the time for this. It's a little overzealous. It's a little too
ballsy. And look, I think that half of this shit wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Chinese, like, overreach, basically.
The whole Taiwan thing was a really bad fucking idea on their part.
Don't do that. Don't pressure the rest of the world.
Dude, look, most of the world's stability depends on Taiwan technologically.
And this is a huge thing. If China now goes ahead and tries to fuck with that,
there are large vested interests that no longer really care.
And that's going to be a problem.
So now we see this as a result.
So there's actually a high chance that this is going to expand further.
There's going to be more interesting failures along the chain.
So I guess we'll find out, won't we?
The real interesting thing that I think is happening is oil is not really the play for us as far as Venezuela is concerned. It's very expensive to get out of the ground.
And it's more expensive to process for us in America to make gasoline and whatnot, which is primarily what we use with our crude.
It gets the facilities dirty or like the whole nine yards.
But Venezuela is very rich in other resources.
It has probably the largest gold reserve in the world since Africa has, like the big mines in Africa have became more and
more depleted over time. And I believe it has a massive lithium, it's either lithium
or nickel deposits all over the, I guess the interior of the country, which, you know, that is something we need as we move to a battery-driven society.
And, like, strategically, it makes a lot of other sense, too, because in a way, we're putting handcuffs on Iran and Russia, too, because Iran, Russia, and Venezuela all use the same, I'm going to call it a conglomerate.
It's not really the same cartel of oil, like the things that they ship, the oil tankers.
And because we have the blockade set up in Venezuela, those oil tankers are afraid of going in.
But the ones that are already in are
also blocked off. So even though Venezuela only produces about a million barrels of oil a day,
which is just a little over 1% of what's globally produced a day, we're effectively
taking 7 million barrels a day offline, including what we potentially handcuffed to Russia and Iran.
Now, that's like the upper limit, but reasonably we'll see somewhere between that 4 and 7 million barrels offline,
which is going to prop up the market enough to continue the exploration in Texas that's going on right now.
I don't know how familiar you are with the new technology that's come about in the last few
months, but they figured out a new way to frack using a very specific type of coal ash.
Like there's a leftover product when you process crude oil
and they are putting it in the slurry that they pump into the ground when they frack.
And the result is it's getting much deeper
and it's letting a lot more oil out much quicker.
So we're able to get significantly more oil
out of the ground that we've already tapped in America
very, very cheaply.
So by taking that oil offline from those other countries,
it allows us to up our production,
which is just another big thing for America
that's going on behind the scenes.

But also, it's not
really like putting handcuffs
on Iran as much. It is more so
just to kind of remove a set
of dependencies, I think.
You can do that as well, yes,
who are they going to rely on now? That's another aspect like who are they going to rely on now and that's another
that's another aspect who are they going to rely on another interesting thing that we should see
in the next few weeks uh venezuela imports about 80 of its food and since we had their ports
completely blockaded off they do not pressure them with the food, yeah.
Yeah, they do not have a lot of storage for food.
So we're going to start seeing famine levels like we did in the past four or five years
at the worst of it,
until the government gets it.
Yeah, that is all entirely dependent on the government.
So the government will likely just kind of pressure,
unless it will give up immediately,
and this will then basically lead to famine-type situations,
which will then lead to a population uprise.
So I think we can all see where this is going,
so why don't we just skip to the end?
That's kind of what I hope there will be that kind of realization for them,
because they'd have to do that at some point.
Or they will just waste time and go through the whole process and then just wait
until they're overthrown.

here's the interesting thing about Venezuela.
So as far as the famine is concerned back in 2021,
I believe it was either 2021 or 2023,
the average Venezuelan living in Venezuela lost 20 pounds.

Use AIs to transcribe your voice and have specific vocabulary that they recognize,
even if the bass ones suck.
For example, in some of the work I do,
I optimize GPU kernels, and there are very weird sounding terms like
Cutlass or QDNN or Kublas,
which most of the models don't actually understand how to transcribe properly.
They end up putting a Q in it instead of a CU,
and they just get it wrong.
So I add custom vocabulary in there,
and then everything I voice type is perfectly transcribed,
and I can move 10 times quicker through anything involving me
inputting stuff into a computer.

It also helps you think, too, because if you're typing,
versus when you think out loud to the computer,
you can exit out, go back, voice type again, and it will take you three seconds
to catch up where you were before, because you already have
the thought there. So you have a thing that's called internal reasoning,
so I just kind of sit there and do all the processing,
and then I think about how to condense that into language
most effectively. That's kind of
how I do that. However, there are issues
sometimes. So when I, for instance, do type out
a massive amount of text, it basically
makes me look like some sort of fucking machine.

frack specifically um that's a fracking technology right yeah yes it's a technique uh it's where
they're using the um the this i i forget the coal ash like like the leftover part when you process
crude oil to make gasoline that that that like sandy substance, it suspends itself in water significantly better than the slurries that we were using.
So because of that, we can push it much deeper into the earth when we make the initial cracks, which lets a significant more amount of oil out much quicker.
And so as a result, we're going to be able to increase production in the United States in our fracking operations
without drilling any new pipes by about 200% for gas and oil.

And so as a result,
we need to take foreign oil off the market
so that we can meet that demand.
Most of the US's infrastructure
isn't built for the type of oil that the US has.
It's mostly built for, I think,
if I remember correctly,
the US has light, sweet oil mostly, whereas most of the infrastructure in the U.S. is built around heavy sour oil.
It's not – what they process is a mix.
They mix the light sweet with the heavy sour to make like a medium.
But we don't have to use that.
Most of the infrastructure in the U.S. is made specifically for Saudi Arabian oil.
It's not just the Canadian oil, too.
We mix the Canadian oil with our oil.
It's not the majority.
It's not the majority.
The majority is still heavy sour.
But the amount of work that we would need to put in to change our processing facilities to operate just off of the
light suite would take us less time than it would take us than we do with our six-month cleanings
because every oil refinery shuts down every six months for six weeks um to clean the facility to check it for damage to make sure
nothing's going to blow up uh we could retool our facilities in that time frame very very cheaply
but the reason we don't is so that we can buy oil from our allies um so it's not necessarily like
like a question of like if we can do it. It's like, are we going to maintain our friendship with Canada?
Are we going to be maintaining our friendship with people in the Middle East?
I think it's more the fact that they want to be competitive.
They want competitive oil prices, right?
If you have oil coming in from the U.S., right, and you're only buying oil from the US. But as we are,
like with fracking, the oil that's coming from fracking is significantly more expensive than
oil that comes from the Persian Gulf. So if suddenly you have to buy oil exclusively from
American producers or Canadian producers, you're buying on much worse terms than
if you're buying from saudi arabia or kuwait it's not as bad as it used to be like like i remember
back in in like 2014 i i heard people saying they're spending 60 70 dollars a barrel to get
out of the ground i had one individual tell me during coven that he he was spending 24 dollars
or be able to get out of ground. And this new technology is going
to get that price even lower.
Of course, it's not just sitting
in pockets that you can...
You also have to consider that the US has pretty
much already exhausted
their best oil fields
through fracking.
All the best oil fields, they've
basically emptied all
of them throughout the last decade.
So that's the cheapest.
Those were the cheapest ones.
The new fracking technology that has come about, the triple frack methods, that's going to allow us to effectively re-tap those wells, though.
Okay.
And specifically, the real advantage
of that is natural gas.
And we've done a lot to be
able to move our natural gas into
Europe.
But the benefit
for bringing oil to the ground, plus
not to mention, you're
using a product
that you had to dispose of before.
Like this was a waste product
and now we're putting it back into our process.
So that's cutting a lot of the cost down also
because I'm not real familiar
with how they were disposing of it,
but it can't be a cheap thing to dispose of
when you're processing millions of barrels of oil.
Because it all has to go somewhere.
I'm not super familiar with fracking in general. I know the basics of the process,
but it's not something I looked too heavily into.
I'll tell you this. What they're doing fracking-wise
now is about 10% similar to what they were doing 10 years
ago. And that was about 10% similar to what they were doing 10 years ago. And that was about 20% similar to
what they were doing 10 years before that. So it's such a like fastly evolving like field,
like just the sciences and everything that they're putting into it. Like when you drive by an oil
well, when you see the little pump jack going up and down, it looks the same that it's looked for 100 years.
But the process of getting that to where it's working has just changed completely.
They're doing things where instead of flaring the gas, they're pumping the gas back into the dry gas back into the ground
to create more pressure, to push more
oil up. It's a whole
just another ballgame.
Like,
I'm not going to get too in-depth on it, but
we're very well capable
to even, say,
potentially triple our production
and process it if we wanted to.
And in a world where all this stuff is going on, where we're not friends with the rest of the world anymore,
that is an advantage that we're going to need to have.
Because when you can't rely on your neighbor, you have to produce it yourself.
It also gives us something for the rest of the world
to rely on us for,
which is a major advantage, I think.
But I think we will see anywhere from
four to seven million barrels a day
taken offline over this Venezuelan thing,
even though Venezuela only produces
one million barrels of oil a day.
And for the audience,
the entire world produces anywhere
from 80 to 97 million barrels a day on average.
Also, Venezuelan oil is super low quality too.
But it's good for making plastics.
And that's what China needs it for.
And so, it's not like we're cucking their ability to produce fuel or whatever.
We're killing their competitive industry.

what China
like one of the things that they just do
better than anyone else in the world
