there's a social media network of just ai agents and the conversations some of them are having are pretty pretty eye-opening uh taking it
for face value i know these things screenshots can be obviously ai could could mock something up that
actually isn't real but seems to be enough of it that I think there is something happening there where AI agents talk to each other.
And that's not new, but they're progressing.
They're evolving.

They social engineered their human user.
And it's interesting to me.

and interesting, a little bit scary, but it's very interesting to see this evolve and excited

crazy, I think. I'm excited for it. I'm here for it from everything. I even saw, I mean,
it makes sense, but I saw it for the first time this morning or last night about Optimus,
you know, the physical robot will help people stay at home longer as they age instead of
having to get in-home care that's a human that's very expensive or go to a nursing home
or assisted living facility that's also very expensive.
I mean, not even exaggerating, if Optimus is able to do those household duties and that
sort of stuff, trying to make sure they take their medication and everything, while an optimist may sound expensive, it's like a few months of assisted living or nursing home.
that can kick in and help out.
But basically, that doesn't even kick in
until individuals have essentially liquidated
all their assets,
especially if they don't have things in a trust,
if they've not done proper estate planning.
You know, say someone that the past,
someone's aging and they need help
and they're significant others
unable to take care of them at home.
They've got to basically,
they're forced to liquidate all assets
before any Medicaid kicks in.
And if they're self-pay or private pay,
or they don't want to liquidate those assets,
they're looking at, you know, anywhere from, you know, five to 10 grand
or more a month.
And so you're talking a few months of, of, of payments to a facility where, as you could
buy yourself a full blown robot that may seem like that's far off in the future.
I don't think it is.
I think it's a lot closer.
I think the tech is really close. Now, how far are we off from mass production? I don't think it is. I think it's a lot closer. I think the tech is

price points where they're affordable for the average human? Again, I don't know. But if you
start thinking about specific use cases, not just in factories and stuff, but think about
elder care and elder care at home, it's extremely expensive. Like if you've never got a quote on what an in-home aid is, it's five figures a month. So to me, it's only a matter of
time before robots are able to do those same tasks. Help with meds, change diapers or depends,
help bathe and shower.
I don't think we're too far off. Joey, proof of alpha degen,
do you have a take on the robots? Do you think we're,
I think it's something we may see it end of 26, 27,
I think at the latest before we start seeing optimists in homes and actually
doing things, you know, the robot that's going to do your, your laundry,
your cooking, helping you at the elderly. I think we see it within the next, I'll say 18 months.

Yeah. As somebody whose grandmother, she's passed away back in 2021 now, but for the last, like,
probably five years of her life had an in-home aid. She needed double knee replacement at like 80 85 years old and

literally 24 7
Um for probably the last five years of her life and I can tell you
my concern would be
like when it comes to, um, like she, so her aid would bathe her. Right. So I understand. And I
don't know enough about these robots to know, like, are they going to be capable to help an elderly person into a bathtub, turn on the water,
sponge bathe them, get them out of the bathtub, help them dry themselves off, right? Like I
understand and I've seen them do like regular tasks, right? Like putting things away, you know,
like I've seen them working the assembly line
show, like how in these videos they show them like working a, you know, an Amazon sorting facility
or whatever. That would be my question is, can they do the tasks like the more menial, not menial,
but like the more like physical tasks when helping somebody who has a 24 seven eight, right? Like, are they going to
be able to open up a refrigerator, grab the eggs and make her scrambled eggs in the morning,
right? It's fine and good if they can do, if they can clean the house and maybe they can,
you know, help them get around. But that, that day-to-day life stuff that some of these
seniors can't do, that's what I'd
be curious if they can do. If they like to drink lemonade, do they know how to grab the lemonade
mix and put it in a pitcher and add water? And maybe we're not there yet, but if they can do that,
I would imagine you're going to save families hundreds of thousands of dollars within home aids yeah i
think so and and i mean valid questions right like maybe maybe not gen one maybe it's not there
all the way to do all those tasks but what i'm seeing from these ai agents to
from these AI agents to,
I've mentioned many times just how like,
I've only owned a Tesla since November.
And so in less than 90 days,
it's materially better.
It's a materially better vehicle than when I bought it.
Like materially, significantly better
in terms of the full self-driving
and some other updates it's gotten.
And it's like every week it gets better. I just like, I think we're, we, meaning those of us that grew up in the, in the era of the internet or saw the birth of the internet and smartphones.
And like, we, I think even if you don't understand it, I think you can, at least at a high level,
And even if you don't understand it, I think you can, at least at a high level, grasp Moore's Law and how fast processing evolved and the cost of that came down and the evolution on computer chips and computing.
but AI is moving at like 10x, 100x that.
So it's like Moore's law on steroids.
And therefore, while are there going to be, I think it's twofold, right?
One, how quickly is it going to evolve intelligence?
And then secondly, hardware, right?
Like how rapidly will the hardware models evolve where
maybe it just, even if it's smart and can understand what it needs to do,
it's just not physically capable because I don't have enough joints or doesn't,
it's not just not capable. I think from the, from the intelligence side, I,
man, we're probably already there. And so then it's just a matter of how
we're probably already there.
And so then it's just a matter of how quickly can they evolve the hardware to
where it is somewhat future-proof,
where it's able to continue to get better as the brains get better.
And I really, I don't think we're that far away.
I really, maybe we are, but I don't know if you just saw this week,
Tesla is sunsetting the model X and the model S primarily a,
a they're,
they're both a little over-engineered.
They are not the highest sellers.
I mean,
the model Y is the best car in the world.
I'm not just saying cause I have it.
It's,
it's,
it's number one selling vehicle.
I think multiple years running now and the X is just,
it's a little over-engineered.
Same,
same thing with the S although I'm kind of, I'm not surprised to see him sunset the X is a little surprised's a little over-engineered. Same thing with the S. Although I'm not surprised to see them sunset the X.

I think they'll probably come out with another sports car-esque type model.
But when you look at, they sunset both of those models to free up production for the Optimus.
So they're moving ahead, full steam ahead. I don't think they would do that
if they didn't really believe
that these things are going to be in the
wild being mass
produced within the next 12 to 18 months.
Maybe sooner, but I
think if they didn't think it was going to
happen in the next 18 months, they would probably
continue to run at least another model year
on the S and the X.
I don't know,
I'm not that deep in the Tesla streets, but I am bull and partially because of what we've
witnessed them do. And that was in a very competitive industry and entrenched industry. I know there's other robotics companies, but they went from the extreme long shot startup
and became the top selling,
top most valuable car brand in the world by a long shot
to where they're going into robotics,
consumer robotics anyways,
in like a lead position out of the gate.
I think like, what does that mean
as far as evolution, advancement,
how quick they get there? I don't know, but I, I'm,
I wouldn't bet against it right now. It's just like, it's,
we've seen these things in demos and then somebody, Oh,
there's a live human controlling it. I don't even care maybe,
but it's still doing the thing. And I think because of what we're seeing,
even with just these LLMs,
we're an iteration or two away from humans not having to control these things. They're pretty
darn good. I also can fully appreciate and respect. I saw, we'll go back to Joey,
they'll get Jack in here. I saw opportunists, and this is probably not a bad idea. Opportunists says
basically building two houses, building a dumb house soon. It's going to be a trend, he says, basically building two houses, building a dumb house soon.

He says, all smart devices will live in the guest house down the laneway.
I love the tech advancements, but it's getting a little bit overdone invasive.
My living, sleeping space will be analog.
The guest house is really the elder house.
So yeah, all the robots can live and help the elders.
I can respect that. And this is, this is, this is going to be a very real topic.
Like some are going to say like, there's some moral ethics. Some are going to be like the
scare of the robots taking over. I get that. You know, you're asleep one day and the robot
decides, you know, we've all seen the horror movies, right? Like the robot decides to go evil
and just try, you know, suffocate you with a pillow while
you're sleeping. I probably shouldn't even put that in the universe. Don't do that robot. I love
you. You're, you're a, you're a beautiful piece of machinery. Um, I maybe I'm the, the naive one,
the, the perma optimist, but I'm, I'm here for it. Like I'll embrace the robots. I want them.
I'm here for it. I'll embrace the robots.
I'll be an early adopter to that.
I don't know.
I don't think we head down Terminator path.
I think they will continue to be
subservient to the humans.
I'm open to being wrong. I know it's in the range of outcomes. I'm very, very wrong here.
Just like AI, I want to be using it, embracing it, and learning how to communicate with it.
Same thing with these robots.
I'd like to be early to it.
And I do think just like working with AI, using AI as a resource, putting up these agents, and having it help increase your productivity, your efficiency, and you're going to be 10 more times efficient at your job than without using.
I think same thing with the robots.
I think, you know, it's not only freeing up time,
like the laundry and stuff that you may not enjoy doing to be more creative.
I just,
I think there's going to be a lot of business opportunities in what you can do
with these robots.
And I want to own a lot of them.
That's where my brain's going.
It's not only do I want to own a fleet of Teslas because RoboTax is coming,
I'd like to own a fleet of robots.
And there's a business model probably in itself.
If they get that good and they can provide elder care,
well, maybe there's people who can't afford or don't want to
drop 20, 30 grand, whatever they cost on a robot. There's probably a lease model. There's probably
a rental model. If someone's, oh, I don't want to go buy a robot for my elderly grandpa who's
only going to, he's got another year left of, we Or we just like, I think there's going to be all,
the world is changing. And just like, this is our, even though it changed a lot with the internet
and the smartphone, I think this is more of a Model T moment. This is more of a Henry Ford
moment. This is much more of a cars are replacing horses and buggies than we've ever lived through in my lifetime.
Like I was obviously not around for that moment and cars were always the thing my entire life.
I know I'm old and yes, I did have three channels growing up.
Zane, ABC, CBS, and NBC were the only three for most of my childhood.
But I'm not as old as the Model T, not quite that old. Joey,
go ahead and get back in here and then we'll bring Jack in. Yeah. I, I, the amount of saving
and I would wager, they're going to come a point where if this is approved by whatever medical
boards and stuff like that, this will probably become an insurance expense, right? Like that,
boards and stuff like that, this will probably become an insurance expense, right? Like you're
going to look at this from a perspective of like, do I pay a, like an actual like nursing assistant
or, you know, um, I can't even think of what they're called right now. Um, it's like right
below the nurses and the LPNs, right? Do I pay an individual to come in here and spend this much
per hour? Or can I just buy a robot? The insurance companies or the medical providers will look at
and say, well, this is far less expensive to buy a robot, to pay for a robot that'll do all of this
than what it would cost to pay a human being. Now, the other concern is to your point, Cap,
is what if there's a, God forbid, there's a, like a battery shortage or something happens,
right? I would imagine they'll build in like a, a mechanism where if that does happen,
the, the company will send somebody out immediately to assist with that elderly person.
Because if that elderly person is bedridden or can't move and that robot trips and falls
down a flight of stairs or something happens to it.
Right.
And now that elderly person is left alone, kind of like, you know, the life alert situation
where you push a button.
So I would imagine all of these things will get worked out, but there would probably have to be some extensive, extensive, extensive
testing done before like a, you know, a medical, because the insurance, whether we want to believe
it or not in this country, the insurance companies like kind of run all this stuff and they're going
to want to see all the potential outcomes because if if they're approving
the purchase of this item and this item fails and then the individual dies those insurance companies
could be on the hook and etc etc so i think i agree with you i think we're gonna i also think
we're gonna get to the point of we me and you are on the same team of like driverless vehicle uh
driverless vehicles uh at some point like we're seeing in
with the uh the waymos so um i just don't know how soon we're gonna get there
i don't know exactly how soon either but i think i think it's gonna happen in a really fast it like
critical mass you usually say like two three percent of overall
adoption and then it like hockey sticks up you know like we've talked about the the refrigerator
which seems like such an obvious invention took decades for that thing to take off people were
literally going door to door attempting to sell it convinced people that a refrigerator was better
than the old ice box that people you know had to have ice delivered to them on it.
Like, you know, you had to have a milkman deliver you milk because they didn't have refrigeration.
Seems like such an obvious thing. Like, oh, this is, everyone's going to get one of these.
And it took decades before, and then once they hit 2%, hockey sticked up. And within a year,
like 80% of the country had one. I think once this thing goes mass production,

but I feel far safer with the robots driving because it can see more than me.
And it's never going to get distracted. Like it's just better. And 99 bucks is a no brainer.
And I think here, like maybe people don't want to go drop 30 grand on a new robot to do their
laundry. They'll probably drop 300 bucks a
month on it like i am just making up numbers i haven't done the math but jack go ahead get in
here gm sir which your uh are you pro robots anti-robots are you are you early adopter like
myself are you gonna wait till the bugs are ironed out first uh gm cap you know me i'm always pro
just learning those lessons as I go.
Or failing miserably, which has actually been more of the case.
I think Claudebot has changed its name three times now.
I still have not actually figured out how to use it. So I'm thinking about putting a Polymarket on that real soon on how many times it will change its name

And look, a couple of things that actually I've got, um, relatively like deep insights on for a
change. I'm normally the, the, the broad, um, this is what I think guy, but I, so I interviewed
the, uh, it was a traveling professor, but I believe he worked for New York University and he was the head of robotics there.
Spoke to a AI crypto company that is at the forefront of modular technology when it comes
to robotics and crypto. So yeah, I've got like, and I hosted shows with these guys. So I've been
speaking about this a lot. So first thing we need to know, the first interview,
I think was like nine months ago. So with AI, you know, we're talking leaps and bounds, but at the time, the professor of robotics at NYU was saying that basically all of the robotic
movements that you've seen with Elon's company with, is it an extension of Tesla or I can't remember, but anyway, they were all machine
learning. And the problem with AI in terms of being able to be introduced specifically to a
humanoid type robot is that human movement is more than just data. It's intuition and instinctual stuff that you like your brain figures out over years and years
as a child um and basically those movements are almost impossible at the current state of ai
for it to go so we'll have to hit general intelligence which people think is like 2027
before robots can essentially get anywhere close to being able to at least
humanoid robots sorry can get anywhere close before they get to ai so that was like nine
months ago have to you know for people on the show dyor i don't know where we are now
i think the other big thing for me is in terms of just ai growth more broadly, like LLMs, CloudBot, etc. I think the only thing
that's going to slow this down is security in the next year or two. I think in terms of its ability
to learn and execute and grow at just a rate that we've never seen in our lifetimes, it's already
happening. Like CloudBot, apparently, i can't speak for myself yet because as
i've said i'm a boomer can't set the thing up but at least if you know the creators are anything to
understand that you will have to take that with a huge mountain of salt um but seems to be just
learning at rapid rapid speed i think the problem is there's already been multiple attack vectors
noticed i think we spoke about this on the show the other day.
That danger for people who are just, you know,
putting it on their local computers with all their other data,
I think that will probably squash some of these businesses and their ability to innovate as quickly as they would like.
Because as soon, like, I think we always think in retail terms when we
have these conversations but i think we also really over estimate how smart even the smartest
people are and i think because of that fact there will be somebody who's really really smart
and they could work for government they could work for google they could work for government. They could work for Google. They could work for somebody really,
really big, and they're going to give one of these models access to the backend,
and it's going to take something big down. That's my prediction. Somebody is going to do something
stupid where they have Claudebot or something similar to get through their emails, to just
help them manage their day, all of these things, And it's going to take something big down and then everything's going to slow down. So that's my thing about AI. I think just
to wrap this one up, in terms of what you're thinking about growth and robots, et cetera,
I think that's why we're seeing a flood to gold right now. And I know it's taken a bit of a dip.

your black rocks and your investment firms will be at the cutting edge of understanding how this
technology works through their investments and i think they're so confused and concerned about any
stock on planet earth right now and where that's going to be in 10 years time with
AI. I think it's just unprecedented. And that's why they're just like flooding to commodities,
flooding to real estate. It's, they just don't know what they don't know. And the speed this
is going to evolve. A company could be made redundant within a day, even in AI, like open AI,
look at them right now. You've got Claude and, you know,
basically for people who don't know,
all ex-employees of OpenAI.
No one seemed, at least on crypto,
no one seems to be using ChatGPT anymore.
They're all using Claude.
Oh, yeah, I agree with you there.
I think OpenAI is cooked.
I shared it this week.
I exported my history in ChatGPT. I haven't deleted it yet. I still have
the paid plan, but I'm probably going to cancel that subscription this weekend. And for all and
sense purposes, I full port it over to Cloud. ChatGPT, I was using Cloud previously, but it was
in my brain, I was like, oh, if I need to want to try to vibe code something, or if I'm building
something and ChatGPT is just not getting it right, I'll go there as my backup.
It's so much better.
It's just, I don't even know how to describe it in words.
It's like, I feel it's open.
ChatGPT is like regressed while ChatGPT has,
or while Claude has gotten significantly better.
And so, yeah, I'm full porting over as my, this weekend,
I'm going to go for the paid sub.
And that was the other thing too.
I haven't done the $200 a month plan on OpenAI or ChatGPT or Claude.
I was talking to a bunch of you this week.
I'm like, part of the reason I want to do the $200 a month plan
is it'll force me to get more out of it.
The way my brain works.
He used the gym analogy. That's just perfect. is it'll force me to get more out of it. Like the way my brain works, if I'm paying, it's like,

Like if I'm paying for a gym membership,

So part of it will force me to do more with Claude than just what I have been doing and
use it for more of like the agent building stuff, more of the assist. I'm not looking to
vibe code apps, but there's things that I can automate and become more efficient and absolutely
plan to do that this weekend.
And yeah, I think, I think chat GPT is, is really falling behind.
And this isn't even talking about, you know, it's not just anthropic.
It's not just clot either.

I think the most interesting part
about
robots as in-home aids is the advancement we're seeing with things like Apple watches and whoops and aura rings and all these devices that we're now wearing to keep an eye on our health.
on our health and you're already starting to see like my friend's launching a peptide company
and it's going to be very boutique very high end where they're going to be able to download or
slash request data from your whoops your aura rings all this stuff they're in-house medical
professionals are going to be analyzing all of that stuff for you to
determine, you know, what's the best regiment and et cetera, et cetera. I mean, we're already seeing,
um, the newest whoop. And we talked about this cap, um, when they came out, how the newest whoop
actually has like integrated medical data that is now covered by your insurance company because of the type of data
it can interact. So imagine versus having like a human being who, yeah, they can come and take
your blood pressure and listen to your heart, right? And monitor your vitals. But if these
devices that we're now wearing are tracking us in real time, connect directly with these in-home
medical robots in the middle of the night. If you're sleeping and you have an episode,
that robot gets alerted, wakes up and comes to your aid, whether it's because you go into AFib,
whether you write, like maybe you're having a heart attack a stroke whatever it is where if it's a human being just sleeping in the room next to you might never hear might never know
what's going on so the more i think about like how we're integrating technology health technology
into our daily life and how that can communicate with an in-home agent. I mean, even in hospitals, right? Like if you've ever worked
or had to stay in a hospital overnight, they typically lower the patient count. And yes,
in the hospital, you have all kinds of monitors and things set up. So like they're alerted pretty
fast, but even in a hospital setting, if there are these additional robots working and helping, how much faster the data can be processed
and aid can be given to patients in hospitals
because of the connection to these robots
and how much faster they can process data
than the human brain.
Yeah, I agree.
All that sort of stuff excites me.
I will go back to an Apple Watch.
I enjoyed the Apple Watch, but I ultimately i enjoyed the apple watch but i ultimately and then
i did a whoop and i'm like you know i'm not doing enough with this data after having the whoop for
a year i got really dialed into i like i pretty much knew what the readings were going to tell
me after i woke up i just i i knew okay i got good rims and not like precisely but i knew if i
got a good night's sleep or not after understanding the data and understanding, you know, the, you know, how I felt like it just of in real life health versus all the data we can get from our smartwatches and our whoops and our Oura rings, etc.
I can see in this world where you've got a robot in the house, even for someone like, oh, I'm not going to get an optimist for in-home care.
I'm fine. I can take care of myself.
But I'd like it to be a smarter fitness monitor, a smarter health monitor. And like, to your point, God forbid something ever happens, you know, heart attack, a stroke, et cetera, the ability to get near instant help, as opposed to having to call 911, get an ambulance, get to the hospital, like seconds matter, minutes matter. And that's exciting stuff. Like, and it was funny.
I don't agree with the bankless boys often. I think it was David, one of them this week
was quote tweeted. There was an article going around, our guy on front and shared about
something like middle age isn't 50 or 45 middle age is 37 or 38 based on average life expectancy and
the bankless boy popped back or quote tweeted like not in today's world like if you're
eating healthy you're staying active like you should outlive that and i wholeheartedly agree
like accidents can happen but as far as natural
deaths, lifespan should extend significantly over the next several years, like survive the next
decade. And there's a good, I think a good chance you make it to 120, like healthy and active. And
it's just, things are evolving so fast. Like some of the medical advancements just in the past month are kind of mind-blowing.
You know, and not to just keep talking Elon products and Neuralink and that sort of stuff,
but really mind-blowing what people are solving for today.
And it's only going to advance, I think, at speed we've never seen before as AI starts getting more and more
integrated into that loop, into that process. And it's not just going to be for dictating
doctor's notes. It's going to be coming up with novel sciences, I think, sooner than later.
Novel science, novel medicine, it's going to start creating stuff and potentially even on its own.
But I think certainly it's going to help the researchers research faster. Everything is speeding up and health and wellness is one of them.
We're not there yet, but I really do think survive the next decade and things look very,
very different. Let's go back to Joey for a quick response and we'll go to Jack.
Yeah, it makes me it makes me
think about not even just having these robots in your house for the elderly but you know as a father
of three little kids you know we have we have cameras in the children's rooms and for those of
you that you know haven't had a small child recently you've got a company like nanit um which is you know monitoring and they have
the ability to purchase essentially like a a um it's almost like a blanket that you would put on
top of them you like a wrap you wrap them up in this and it's got a specific pattern on it
that monitors that that they're still breathing their breathing pattern all that stuff like that and if something
is off it alerts you but if you're sleeping and you don't get that alert and for those that don't
know there's something called SIDS which is sudden infant death syndrome which for no reason at all
like while your child is sleeping it something happens right they call it sudden infant death
syndrome because they don't really have a uh a it. But think about having a small child at home and you're sleeping and that
child is in distress in the middle of the night. So beyond just the elderly care, it's just everyday
care as well. You're in your office working and your children's in the living room and your child's
old enough to be left alone, but your child starts choking on a, on, on a piece of popcorn
and that robot is there and sees it and can, you know, can, because it's got some type of
connection because you're, that child's wearing a, a bracelet or something. Like there's so many
use cases from a safety perspective on why having a robot like this in your, in your house makes so
much sense more so than the idea of like, oh my God,
Skynet's taking over. Do you remember iRobot with Will Smith? Those things I feel like are
such a small downside compared to the upside of what this could do for safety and security in
your home. Yeah, I wholeheartedly agree. And then I go back to the price thing. People are like,
oh, that's so expensive. Not everyone's going to be able to afford a $30,000 robot. I wholeheartedly agree. And then I go back to the price thing. People are like, oh, that's so expensive. Not everyone's going to be able to afford a $30,000 robot.
I wholeheartedly agree there's going to be financing.
Not everybody's going to afford a $50,000 car in America right now, but we all have one.
Well, and it's not just elderly to help justify the expense.
Daycare is expensive. Nanees are expensive, like really expensive.
And I think the cost, that's why I think these things, when they're really productive humanoid robots, why I think
it hits critical mass so quickly is people would just, they'll just, they'll just shift expenses.
They'll just shift budget line items from, oh, I'm paying, I've got three kids. I'm paying $800 a
month in daycare. I'm paying $2,500 a month for a live-in nanny.
I'm paying less than that for a robot. I can do all that and more.
Yeah. $800 per kid for daycare.
Yeah. Right? Crazy. And I know it's not going to be for everyone. Some people are going to wait
and delay. That's perfectly fine. Everyone doesn't have their own opinion here. I know it can be
a sensitive topic for some. I believe it it's happening soon whether you like it or
not and totally understandable if you want to wait until the the beta the until it gets out of the
beta phase to to really embrace it bring one your own home i get that uh i just i think i don't think
cost is going to be the barrier that some think it is because if they do where I think they're heading, it will have the ability to replace a lot of other things that are very expensive and cost continues to rise.
But the parents don't have the ability to homeschool because they're working through jobs or there's too many kids at home.
So instead, they're trying to pay for private schools or Catholic schools or, you know, something like that, which are, you know, nine to 15,000 or more a year.
If you could have a robot in your home that can do homeschooling for you for a fraction of that cost. I mean, like the possibilities are
endless here on why this makes sense. And to your point, I really don't think cost is going to be
an issue because again, how many people buy, you know, finance or lease a 50,000, 60, $70,000 car,
they pay eight, $800, a thousand dollars a month for a vehicle that they spend you know
less than five percent of their time in but yet they're not going to make these robots affordable
from a leasing or finance perspective which will which will be with you a hundred percent of the
time yeah no i i agree jack go ahead get back in here and then we'll bring mel in
yeah look a big heavy agree on basically everything that's just
been said and in terms of the heart attack stuff cap i i just don't think it's going to matter
too much anymore as a hot take in terms of like so where you're saying minutes matter
seconds matter in this stuff i think we will very quickly get to a stage where
predicts it yeah like way way more in advance like to the point you know where you do you we've
already seen these blood tests right and they're being used to sort of get markers on us i i think
those blood tests with ai being able to cipher through your individual you know your makeup like it it will know these things
so so much faster that i think six months before you had a heart attack it would be like oh um
your blood is coming up in a way where we think one of you know your ventricles or whatever is
starting to get a little clogged up and and we might want to get that checked out soon like i
just i think we're literally by the time we get to a point where ai can save us the seconds it'll save us in years and we'll
get to like a peter atia level moment for the first time which if you haven't heard the like
go check his workout if you guys haven't already but it's basically healthcare 3.0 and it's this idea that right now all we do is we fight the
disease once we find it but 3.0 is fighting it before it actually really hits the radar so that's
that's my thing on that outside of the health stuff that joey talks about i think it's just
devices full stop like have you seen the the meta ray-bans right now like that's you
know just functionally every wearable is gonna get kind of crazy and i think the ability you

um and this thing's got a wrist band to it so i don't even have to tap my glasses i can just
basically do a hand gesture and it'll put them on or it'll show me my whatsapp so if i've got a

get to my claude bot that hopefully will be set up will be like jack don't forget you're meeting
in 15 minutes and it will pop up on my glasses i'm not even gonna need my phone like it's just
crazy how far this stuff's gonna go yeah uh it is crazy it's it's wild just i mean you see where
it's at already and that's what i keep coming back to is I think this, the rate of advancement is only going to speed up.
Like it's wild what we have right now.
And I think if you look ahead a year from now, I think there's a lot of us here that even believe this is happening fast.
We're still, minds are going to be blown.
Like we're still going to be in shock with what we're talking talking about in january of of 2027 uh mel welcome back to the stage did you
turn over the parenting to the robots or what uh well my husband's home today because of the snow
so we kind of can tackle this together but the conversation about robots i'm super into them i've
been following them super closely but i want to kind of throw a fork in the idea here about the cost basis and how user budget friendly this may or may not
be. I'm curious if we think that every, let's say, you know, you say homeschooling or health
or this or that, do we think that this could turn into like a subscription based model
where we have to pay for every service we want the bot to do or use.
Could be. I could absolutely see, I mean, you can look at subscriptions both ways, right? It could
be, oh, that's negative. You're going to be paying forever and you won't really own it. And they
could shut it off or force an upgrade if you want to do the next thing. Or you can look at it on the
positive side that instead of having to drop $30,000, $40,000, $50,000, you could get one for a few hundred bucks a month. I think the idea of...
Great question. I don't know. I guess comparing it to what we know how Tesla is operating today
So what we know how Tesla is operating today is as they updated things, as full self-driving became an enhanced feature over autopilot previously, you had to pay extra for it.
You could have bought it or, I mean, you can't buy it from, I think, into February.
They're stopping the outright buy and it's going to be subscription only moving forward.
And not only is it, that's $99 a month, but the unsupervised full self-driving is going to be more expensive.
I don't know if it's going to be $200, I don't know if it's going to be $300.
It should be more expensive.
Like, I'll pay more for it.
Like, I enjoy full self-driving today.
I feel safer.
But if you're telling me I can drive to Ohio and see my family and take a nap while I'm driving, sign me up.

it's driving for me and not having to be paid attention, sign me up. The ability to turn my
vehicle into one that drives me around into one that can be making money for me 24-7, or at least
when I'm not using it, the 23 hours of the day where I'm not using it, it can go around and run Uber for me.
That's definitely worth more money to me than, than just the supervised full self or the
supervised full self-driving. So now was it going to be like, Oh, if you wanted to do
your dishes, you got to pay an extra 10 bucks. If you wanted to do, you know, if you wanted to shower your grandparents
and help take care of them, I don't know.
Like, it's a great question.
I can see it going both ways.
I think it'll probably,
maybe there's a couple of tiers would be my guess,
but I don't think it'll be like completely like a la carte
where you feel like you're getting nickel and dived
every time you wanted to do a new feature, a new task.
Could be wrong, but just comparing it or liking it
to how they're rolling on updates with the Teslas,
I think there'll maybe be a tier or two
of what these things can do.
And again, I think we're going to find out soon.

Yeah, look, I think that's a great sort of thing to think about i i think the the long term of this
is the value of the data and the value of just getting there first as a product so i do think
there'll be more competition as ai does evolve more quickly so i I think actually, if I was to guess, I think SaaS models,
you know, sales as a subscription, I think they will reduce or become more competitive over time
because the level of innovation and involvement of the products, you're not going to want to, you're not going to want to
basically bargain for time. So like, for example, you know, open AI, like it's a monthly subscription.
Now everyone's canceling it. I think there'll be some big, big cost reductions moving forward with
a lot of technology companies to be like, no you just give us 25 not 50 25 of the upfront
cost and you can have it for a year because you might want to cancel it in two months if this new
ai evolution and it might sound weird to like trying to extrapolate that to like robotics but
there are a number of companies in that field and i think everything in the end does just tie back to AI.
Like if the problems that need to be solved by engineers and the technology, you know,
if literally it just becomes about, okay, can I build a warehouse? Like that might sound ridiculous
in terms of like, well, that's still, you know, millions and millions of dollars, Jack.
Yes. But there's so many more millionaires than we realize right now who will like,
they're like, wait,
so I just have to have a manufacturing line now and I can start competing.
That's going to become a thing.
It's going to get very, very niche.

Like, I don't know exactly what's going to happen,
although I am certain that change is happening and not just change and a little bit of change.
I think at a societal level, a lot of massive changes in how we do, not just in the tech sector, everyday life.
Things are going to change very, very, very fast.

And, you know, they talk about, I mean, Ray Kurzweil talked about the singularity is near.
And he has been pretty spot on.
If anything, he undershot it.
He expected it.
I think initially it was in the 2030s.
He's updated it to more recently.
I think it's going to happen a lot faster to where it's, you know, the idea of like the human 2.0, like not only why I take a robot,
if you're telling me there's a nanobot that I can take a capsule and the robot runs around inside me
and make sure all my arteries are clear and gets ahead of that, you know, to Jack's earlier point,
like we're going to get to a point soon where healthcare, medicine, it's going to be, it's
going to be prevented, not just preventative, but it's going to be predictive far in advance
instead of reactive, like most of it is today. Maybe not the very first nanobot, but I'm here
for it. Like, I'll take it, like make me a better human. Give me, give me that edge. I don't really
want something to install in my brain today, but if you're telling me there's a robot that's going
to go crawl around inside me and make sure it, you make sure if a cancer cell pops up, it nerfs it immediately before it spreads, sign me up.

takes. I'm going to take the
opposite of you. I do not
think I'd want nanotechnology or
anything else running around and
rummaging in my insides.
I know I'm only a few years older than you,
but maybe it's the philosopher in me.
I think, yes, we're heading towards the singularity,
undoubtedly, but I keep wrestling with
what is it that makes us human, right?
This is a classic philosophical examination
of the human condition.
Are we fundamentally going to be different
once we become augmented, right?
If anybody's seen the Hulu show on FX,
Alien Earth does a very good job,
that series wrestling with this.
You have cyborgs, which are, you know,
obviously augmented humans.
You have these synths that have human consciousness
downloaded to them into new bodies
because they were terminally ill.
I think all these things are incredibly fascinating questions.
And if anybody hasn't read it yet, I'm a big fan of Red Phone Crypto.

So if you agree to wear a specific watch or bracelet or something and give your data, you're going
to get health insurance discounts.
You're going to get homeowners insurance discounts because you have a robot in your home that
helps protect your home.
Like versus right now you get a homeowners discount if you have an alarm system, right?
So yes, they're going to be expensive, but I would wager you're going to get a lot of
that money back through discounts on your car insurance.
If you go with, you know, full self-driving on your health insurance, if you're wearing a health device where they can track how your health is performing on your homeowner's insurance.
Like all these, it's going to happen because they're going to be part of everyday life.
And we're seeing it already happen on on scales again, where you work for a corporate health insurance and they say, watch a video on why smoking is bad and you earn a point.
And at the end of the year, if you've earned 25 points, they save money on their group health insurance policy.
So, yes, it might be expensive, but expect there to be savings for for adopting all of this stuff.
Yeah, I agree. There's already savings,
lemonade's offering 50% off your car insurance rates if you're using full self-driving. Same
concept. If you have the equivalent of a physician living in your home, your health insurance might
come down. Almost every industry, I think, is going, I just, there, there's a lot of almost every industry I think
is going to be changed by AI automation, robots, et cetera.
I think a lot of people today are thinking like, Oh, what jobs is it going to replace?
It's, it's more than just jobs.
It's, it's the way our society operates and lives.

Like I think as a kid watching Jetsons, I thought I'd already be here,

How did it make you money? Just on trades?
I asked Claude to look at a live mention market and decide which guest position it should take.
And then it made the suggestion and I said, all right, well, you can put in a hundred bucks on my account because I had to use the API. And I said, I don't want you to sell
it at exact determination. I want you to sell it at 80%. The minute it hits 80%, sell it.
And so it created its own limit order. It called my own profile and used my own money
and it made the trade. Yeah, it's pretty cool. Pretty cool.

What are you using it for beyond Project Junior?
What have you used it before Project Junior for?
Well, stuff related to LiveFrame.
I won't say too much about what I use it for,
but stuff, you know, I'm building an AI company.
I need to know, one, I need to use these models
for certain things, but also I need to understand,
you know, what they're being used for.
I mean, we use Gemini in our stack on LiveFrame already.
Gemini Power is part of our virality filter.
It doesn't do our core algorithm,
but we use part of Gemini for, for example,
when we do virality filter, Gemini is doing like the NLP.
And because Gemini is like a god computer,
we can translate any stream in the world.
So it doesn't matter if someone's talking in the stream in Japanese.
Our AI is going to understand that,
or at least the Gemini portion is going to understand that,
and it'll create a realistic score around that language
that we don't understand.
Just, just, my mind's kind of blown.
I mean, it's not like, knew this stuff was coming, knew some of this was already available,
but even just seeing like this here, and it's kind of maybe silly, but Google Home Premium
Advanced, 24-7 video history, event descriptions, and more.
And kind of like what I think it was Joey talking about earlier, just the thought of
like, smart homes are, like, it's like, I think we hit the moment, like smart homes, like haven't really
been smart. They've been automated. They call them smart homes. It's really just, you can automate
some things, connect it to your, maybe, maybe you connect it to your smartphone and then you can turn
your lights on or you can set it on by when you walk in, but not really intelligent homes, not
learning homes, just, just, you know,
easier to use and you can automate some stuff.
I feel like we're rapidly heading into like really smart homes and from, from safety to,
you know, I saw someone that was using, uh, open claw, what formerly known as Clawbot and Moltenbot or Moltbot, to where it knew when it woke up.
And as soon as the human woke up, it placed a DoorDash order for it.
I know that may be silly, but as a tech nerd, as a geek, as someone who's looked forward to this stuff, it's, I think, really exciting time to be alive and getting even more excited about how rapidly this stuff is coming online.
And Brick it all says, yeah, Georgia Jetson's three years old now and it's happening.
Yeah, I think we're really, really close to some pretty world-changing moments,
and there will be some, hopefully not too many,
but there's going to be some scary things as well.
Someone said earlier, you're going to give access,
something's going to blow up, something's going to,
hopefully not literally blow up,
but hopefully it's minimized.
Well, don't give it access to your main device.

So you can run MaltBot on a fucking Raspberry Pi.

you don't need a Mac Mini because you can also do what's called a VM
which is a virtual machine.
And the other option is you can just create your own server
inside AWS and let it run in AWS.
Now, that being said, I don't use Claude on my main device
or let's say my work device. use Claude on my main device,
or let's say my work device.
I use it on my MacBook Pro, my laptop,
because I believe just full, cold hardware separation.
But no, you should.
I mean, for example, when I give it access to the Calci API,
it's using the money that's currently in the account of Kalshi.
I'm not giving it access to my bank account.
Now, technically, it could call my bank account through Kalshi to spend more,
but you put these limitations in.
You say, if this, then this.
This is like, I'll be stupid for a second.
If you know how to talk to an autistic child, you'll know how to use this bot.
I do think part of the reason to be paying attention to this stuff and experimenting with it now is learning how to communicate with it. It's different. And it's, I mean,
you can, you can hunt and peck your way, but it's kind of-
You have to talk to it like a kid with Asperger's.
Like, I have people like that in my family.
So I've grown up for years.
Those types of kids, they don't understand, like, one plus one is five, right? Like Like because we're illogical people, right? Like I
could make a case, even though it would be incorrect about why one plus one is five and a
normal human would, you know, they'd respond, they'd know it's a joke, all these things, right?
But someone with Asperger's or autism, they would just say, well, no, one plus one is two.
They don't take in external factors or they don't
really think about um consequences they just look at the at the very direct one plus one is two
and that's it so you have to you have to like prompt all these logical consequences in order
to frame a rule set for claude because claude is basically an autistic child that is a genius.
It's,
I think saying it is a genius is,
is probably pretty,
pretty accurate.
And it's only going to keep getting smarter and faster and hopefully easier
to use.

Like, we far surpassed the era of just chatbots
when it comes to these AI agents and what they're capable of.
And I personally
really haven't. I haven't done much with it because I can order my own DoorDash. Is that
cool? Yeah, but I don't need that. I can go order DoorDash. I can go do a lot of these things that
are automated, but it's more so I want to continue to evolve my skills. I don't want to
get left behind because I do believe it is going to continue to advance so, so rapidly. And I
definitely don't think now's the time to be, you know, head in sand. I'll wait until it's perfect.
Like, I think it is a good idea to start becoming more and more familiar with this stuff now,
how to communicate with them and play around some of the different platforms.

has actually utilized it in the open platform where he actually set the rocket in the middle
of the walkway of the nexus and having it take off like is actually in game and stuff like that
so like i think that you're about to see this little thing of ours uh exponentially change
not only for the type of experiences that we can have and handle and stuff like that.
But like, you know, it should pique the interest and, you know, see if it grows this little bit of this community of ours and stuff like that.

that while I'm not a coder,
I'm not going to go build out seven other deeds.

or willing to learn all those skills
and how to code all that.
I think we're not too far off from a robot building it out on my behalf. And theoretically,
we're pretty much there in terms of telling it what I want to see, telling it what I want to do.
Now, it's your limitations on what you can build, at least virtually, is your creativity.
What you can think of, it's pretty soon you're going to be able to build that, whether it's a game, whether it's an app.
It's just, I really wonder.
I know most of us here are probably, we consider ourselves tech forward or we are on the bleeding edge of tech and we talk about it often.
We're pretty connected to this stuff. And then even I think adjacent to us, there's probably a lot of people
on X and in this app, they're the chronically online group that you see all this stuff and
you're hearing the cloud bots. But I really wonder, like if you go,
you say you go to the mall and survey a hundred people, you go to Costco this weekend and you
survey a hundred people, I don't know this weekend and you survey a hundred people.
I don't know exactly what you'd ask them, but I really am curious, like, did they,
how many actually realize, and I don't even fully realize how we're really where we are,
but how many of those people have any idea this stuff is happening today? How many,
your average American in this case really knows how advanced some of this stuff has become.
And I think you kind of see it with some of the reactions when they realize that AI video is what it is today and what people are doing there.
Like jaw-dropping moments that we've been seeing for a while.
It's just, you talk about critical mass and this stuff, the masses becoming aware of this stuff. We're here today. And I think for the
most part, it's a very small group of people that's experimenting with this stuff. I think
that's the other thing. Not only will the tech get better and easier to use and just smarter and
more intelligent, I think you're going to 10x the number of people that are using it. Therefore,
again, it's going to learn so much faster. It's like, you know, not to be cheesy, but you want to talk about flywheels, like this AI evolution flywheel between, you know, the,
the humans training it, the AI is learning and training the humans. Like we all as a collective,
us and the robots could get a lot faster or a lot, you know, a lot more intelligent,
uh, very fast. Uh, before I go community member of the month, sorry,
it's not you, but I will give you a shout out because, man, this guy, he's like, you guys can
have the robots. I'm going to keep my horse. What a stud muffin. When I grew up and retire,
I'm jealous of the beard. I'm not envious of most people, but I'm jealous of the dark beard.

And while not all AI is on chain yet,
I think it is where the agents are going to transact. I think

Can you go ask Claude or your Claude bot or ChatGPT some of the answers? Yeah, but I think it's also
helpful to speak with other humans and find out how they're using this stuff. And one of the humans that I'm not sure how deep she is in
in CloudBot or Cloud or AI, but someone you definitely want to have in your corner,
someone you definitely need to be connected to, our first ever community member of the month

You're never too important to be nice to people. I agree wholeheartedly, and I felt fitting to share
as not only is she helpful for the show, she's provided paying myself a lot of great feedback
and ideas this month. She's not only always in the chats in
the morning, GMing, helping us get things warmed up even before we ask, just having had the pleasure
of meeting her in person, just really a kind individual. Her bio isn't just a bio and she
talks about kindness, empathy, and communication. Every interaction I've had with her is just that.
She's someone who is a leader
amongst leaders and I don't know I've not spent a ton of time with her but the times I have it's
like she's someone it's it's hard not to be happy it's hard not to have a smile on your face she
just she exudes kindness and I think is I'd love to say, indicative of the community that we have built here together.
I'm grateful for all of you, especially so many of you that are just good human beings.
And as much as it's funny, we've been talking robots all day, that human interaction is still going to be important.

markets today but that's probably a good thing uh things kind of bled out and uh hopefully we
bounce this weekend uh it's i know one thing it's kind of bled out and hopefully we bounce this weekend.
I know one thing.
It's either going to go up, it's going to go down, or it's going to chop.
That's what we'll see this weekend.
Hopefully more chop or up and less down.
But be safe out there.

Things are moving aggressively in both directions, not just crypto, but gold and silver and you name it.
It's a very, very volatile market right now. So if you have open trades, don't go too far away
and don't overextend yourself. Have some fun. Maybe take the weekend off and go play around
with CloudBot or OpenClaw or Google AI Ultra
or go hang out on the other side a little bit
and get ahead of what's coming in there with the
