This is our second shill of Sonic that we have here.
It's a space where we bring some emerging projects on Sonic
to highlight what they're building
and also talk a little bit about building in such a cool ecosystem,
such as Sonic.
It is something that we're really happy with doing.
A lot of the spaces that
we were doing were pretty much already a shill of sonic project uh shill of sonic spaces anyway
but we decided to do these monthly spaces um and if you guys would like to see any projects
highlighted here in our shill of sonic also tag them here in the comments like i mentioned we'll
be doing these once a month um and it's always cool to see what projects the community will like
to see highlighted here in our shill of sonic but without further ado let's um get to know the
projects that we have with us here today so today we have have Navigator Exchange and Crown Labs. Am I saying that right?

So let's get started. Give us please a quick pitch of your project for those of,
for people here who don't know your project quick pitch who wants to go
first okay let me go first hello sonic fam i'm brock miller representing navigator the perfect on sonic
uh so thanks hedgehog team and chronet team for joining this AMA. So about Navigator, we started as a loyalty builder on Fantom,
and now it's Sonic Chain, a high-speed developer-friendly blockchain
that's perfect for high-performance products like Publix.
And Navigator is one of them.
We are very excited to join this AMA alongside with other great builders in the space.

like everything from crypto to real world to the,

No problem. So let's go back to Navigator Exchange. I want to hear, you already kind of gave us a little spoiler, but let's talk about a little bit more about what attracted you to build in a Sonic
ecosystem. Was it more like a technical, strategic or more like community driven?
What attracted you to Sonic?
So I think it's all of it.
It's all about all the technical, strategic and also the very crowded community.
Sonic is a fully EVM compatible and dramatically outperforms at the chains.
For publicized navigator, speed is the backbone and Sonic gives us exactly what we need, with
features like fee monetization which returns 90% of the network fees and the innovator fund.
It's not just a technical advantage, it's a strategic ecosystem play.
So I and Navigator team believe that Sonic is on track to become a top tier layer one for the next way of defy innovations.
for the next way of defy innovations perfect yeah we do believe that as well um and that is one of
the reasons why we also chose to go with um sonic we're also getting like a lot of support and one
thing that we're finding as well as after making our choice of course is that we get a lot of
support from the ecosystem as well right so a lot of the projects that we're reaching out to and we want to partner with,
everyone has been so welcoming.
Everyone is helping each other out.
A lot of the projects want to see the projects grow together.
And this is something really cool to do in the ecosystem and to be in an ecosystem like this.
And I hope you guys feel the same way,
just sharing a little bit about how we're feeling about the whole being
on Sonic thing.
Yes, absolutely.
Like, Sonic always helps us both in marketing and in technical.
They always suggest very useful suggestions and advice
yeah definitely um so let's talk a little bit more specifically about your project
we're seeing like a growing trend of theFi platforms going multi-chain to capture more liquidity in users across ecosystems.
Is multi-chain expansion something Navigator is exploring?
Or do you feel like you'll be a Sonic-only project?
Right now, we are laser focused on Sonic only.
We believe that to build the best product, we need deep integration with the chain.
That's why all our features are optimized specifically for Sonic.
Multi-chain could be an option for the future.
But for now, our goal is to lead and scale on Sonic.
That's pretty cool to hear,
and I completely understand.

I had to change PC.
I was on my desktop and now I changed my laptop.
Anyway, I'm Nijek, co-founder of the world of Crownlabs.
So Crownlabs is the first established in 2021 back in Phantom.
And we were first mostly based on based on uh nfts uh back in phantom days and we did a
little some you know basic projects like in if this taking and phantom uh but we didn't go
uh in advanced projects in there in phantom and uh and in 2024 like around november 2024 we decided to go uh come back for sonic and
we built our first nft bridge project uh this with this project we aim to uh bridge phantom nfts to
sonic to sonic uh with one-on-one. And besides from that, we build our NFT marketplace
and we carried our NFT stake project as well.
And with these three NFT project,
we also added our newest product,
which is Sonic Name Service,
which is a domain name provider, uses .stld in Sonic.
And these all four apps are running from day one since Sonic mainnet launch.
And Crown Apps is basically of this, besides from this four of our projects, we also right now developing our first Web3 game, which is called Chival World.
It's like a hero based game where you can combat to PvP and PvE and fight against boss, fight against mobs,
and fight against real players.
Right now it's in development phase,
but we are around 70% of it,
and we can't wait to finish it
and share with the Sony community as well.
That's pretty exciting to hear um i entered the crypto space
through crypto gaming so i do still have a little soft heart for it every time i hear of any any
like web3 gaming projects i still um you know want to test it out uh it's something i haven't done in
a while but i do have like a lot of experience with like crypto
games and stuff so uh every time i hear something about it it makes me a little excited to hear so
i think it's a pretty cool way to like onboard a lot of people uh i think exactly yeah exactly and
uh right now we are uh working on account extraction for our game as well.
So we are not only focusing on Web3 people, but we are also focusing on Web2 people as well to onboard them.
And I think that's the way to go with crypto.
I don't think people should be focusing on Web3 games as a way to earn money.
I think earning should be like a kind of games as a way to earn money i think earning should be like
a kind of a consequence for you to have for you to like have fun you know you have a game you have
fun that's the goal of your game if you're having fun and you don't actually like spend a lot of
money you kind of get rewarded in some way then you actually hit the jackpot with it because you know people play games and stuff for fun you know and people
do spend a lot of money on games and stuff and if there's like NFTs integrated in it or any ways
that you can earn or even spend money buying some NFTs but the anything that you buy are actually
your own I think it's actually pretty cool.
I am a big nerd when it comes to Web3 Gaming.
It's something that I can go hours and hours talking about.
So I'm not going to get too much into it.
Otherwise, we're going to kind of lose focus here.
But we should definitely do another Spaces kind of talking
about that because it's a topic that melts my heart.
It's something that I really love talking about.
So it's something that we should do in the future once you launch your game that's great to you yeah yeah uh so do you
do you want to tell us a little bit about what attracted you to build like more on the sonic
ecosystem was it more technical strategic or community driven sure Sure, yeah. For Sonic, we are in this chain for like four years.
So Sonic is our home.
We don't even deploy any contract in any different chain
other than Sonic and Phantom.
So for us, Sonic is our just home whenever i you know open my uh console and you know deploy some
contract uh my hand always you know go automatically change the chain id to 146 and in back in the days
two two five zero so for us sonic is just you know our home so we didn't we didn't even think of you know chain hopping or
anything so uh besides from that uh what attracts to sonic and phantom is the first the technology
and second is the community so the technology uh you know every developer wants to you know work
developer wants to you know work uh wants to you know work their product perfectly right so in
sonic we don't we don't even you know wait transaction because when user sent the transaction
we know that transaction receipt will come under a second so we build our front end you know all front infrastructure because like in i have a you know i have my own
database in my own pc it's that fast so this really you know uh attracts us and also the
community uh you know we've been here like for in for uh we've been here for four years and the community is what, you know, the best part of the Sonic as well.
And thanks to them, we, you know, keeping the Crown Labs active and we keep building because of them.
And a funny note, when we first started Chibble World, you know, the Web3 game,
When we first started Chibble World, you know, the Web3 game, one of the main ideas to start the game was some, I don't want to name him right now, but one of our on our products and our NFTs as well.
And what we were thinking back in the day, by the way, Regen is also right now here.
He is my colleague.
Regen and I talked and we said that, you know what, we have to give back some something to team something to these people
and what we can do uh at that time we think that we have to make a game and the game's starting
point was that uh i think it's it was around six months ago yeah

So yes, for Sonic, of course, technology
is one of the most important reasons.
But community is number one for us.
That's really cool to hear.
Yeah, we love the Sonic community as well.
And we're really excited once we go live
to see how that develops as well.
Yeah, like talking more a little bit
specifically about Crown Labs,
you just talked about the products that you have.
So from domains to NFTs to gaming, who's the main user you're building for?
What does the ideal Crown user journey look like across all the apps that you have available?
Sure, yeah.
So right now we have four apps that is live and we build our apps to connect with each other.
Kind of like create our own ecosystem under Sonic.
Right now we have our, for example, our entry point is NFT bridge project.
With bridge, you can bridge your phantom nfts to sonic uh without you know
paying anything just for guests and when you bridge your nft you simply uh move to our marketplace and
you can see your new nft in sonic and you can list you can buy another nfts you can you know explore other projects and everything and from there you
know you bought your nft and you can stake your nft as well uh currently right now we have two
active pools in crown maps uh state nft stake and if you hold an nft you know, NFT is not a regular ERC20 token.
It doesn't have price oracles or anything.
But you can stake your NFT and you can earn any kind of ERC20 token with them.
And with these three apps, you know, they all talk with each other.
And on top of them, have sonic name service which is a
domain name provider you can you can just buy your name like crownlabs.s and when you buy you know
it's it's it works like ens ethereum name services and in all of our applications uh you won't see
your name anymore you will only see i mean you won't see your name anymore you will only see i mean you won't see
your wallet address you will only see crownlabs.s and also i want to mention that um we created a
metamask snap for our sonic name service and it's like a browser extension you can download it from metamask on a snap directory and you can use
that s names directly in metamask for example if you want to send like 10 s to someone like crown
labs you can for for the recipient part you can just type crownlabs.s and it will automatically resolve your
name in there which is very cool and by the way kudos to metamask team they were really helping
for us and they were you know always reachable to us as well so the whole user experience right now for our all four apps is like they all connected with each other and kind of like create our own small ecosystem in there.

So I'm going to talk just a tiny bit about Hedgehog here as well,
just in case there's not people that know about us yet.
Just something that we recently launched.
So this week we launched the Liquidity Bootstrapping Program,
and we were able to raise over $3 million in commitment in just three days,
3 million in commitment in just three days, which is huge.
which is huge.
And we're planning to launch some new tokens soon in our soft staking.
So if you guys don't know how the soft staking works,
you can access our website.
You just need to connect your wallet.
You don't interact with any contracts or anything.
You just sign to say that that wallet is yours. We already have partnerships going with a couple of big projects on sonic
and you can use the tokens that you're already holding in your wallet um to commit to providing
liquidity to our pool once we launch uh but right now the tokens stay in your wallet. All you do is commit to the pool and you already start earning hogs.
Once we actually launch the token and you provide liquidity to the pools, you'll be able to unlock those tokens.
So it's a pretty cool way to start interacting with our project, to start earning some tokens.

And while we're talking about news and everything that's
going on with the projects, I would like to hear from Navigator Exchange first.
Are there any big updates, any releases, partnerships, or anything new going on with
your project that you would like to share with the community uh yes for sure uh so despite the most data tvl around 4 millions
at the current market situation uh our navigator exchange consistently derives one of the most
stable real yields on sonic uh since launch with aprs ranging from 15 to 50% in both our stable coin pool and our blue chip pool.
We also are very proud to be the first on Sonic to support access beyond crypto, including tokenized equities and the commodities in the
very near future users will be able to earn double yield as we enable staking
of stable liquidity on AIVE and to compile the returns so this was
initially scheduled earlier but it was postponed due to the market conditions.
However it's coming. So besides we have some news for the community. First is our Digient Pool launch.
pool launch. It will be a novel single-sided liquidity model powering both swaps and perpetuals,
which allows users to earn dual fee income. Normally when users provide liquidity on our
perpdex, they will earn only one side reward from the trading activities through Purbdex.
However, when the Digian pool launch, they will own both swap fees and Purb trading fees with the same liquidity.
This will
eliminate the capital fraction,
no complexity. The second is about our upcoming AI features expansion.
In the past, our AI powered new feed is already live, helping traders analyze settings to take chance and uncover any alpha.
Next, we are enabling AI trading execution,
letting users open positions using very simple
natural language comments.
About our teams always trying to enhance the UX
and the LP strategies.
Expect a faster and more fluid UI alongside more sophisticated LP strategies
as we scale deeper into the sonic ecosystem.
Performance and composability are key to our design.
One more new thing is about our social trading.
It will come very soon.
We are actively developing this feature, which will enable users to follow top performing
wallets and strategies natively within Navigator.
So in the next few quarters of this year, we see Navigator will be
powered by the true on-chain architecture, sustainable yield, and an ecosystem
that we will reverse active traders and LPs alike.
That sounds pretty cool.
Some exciting updates that you guys are building up.
Yeah.
Crown Labs, do you have any updates that you'd like to share with the community today?
Sure, yeah. Recently, we built an SDK for our Sonic name service product.
And right now, it's already published in NPM and GitHub
as well for the source codes.
And with this SDK, anyone, any developer,
can easily, in just one line of code, easily resolve any
vault address to Sonic Name Service name, which is really cool.
You know, we want to build it for, make it easier for developers to access Sonic Name
Service and names in their own apps.
And beside from that, uh, our, uh, most, you know,
want, uh, want, we want to share was our game, of course, uh, Chibble World and, uh, we want to use account instruction, uh,
in Chibble World. And right now we are exploring our um
you know choices and we will probably work with the economy in in there and besides from uh just
account abstraction we are also trying to integrate some some a couple things to our game as well like crypto
on ramp or friend as well so you can like we want to make our game to be playable without
knowing anything about crypto you can just like sign up with your social like uh gmail
or you know apple account and you can pay uh if you want uh if you have to pay you can pay like
with your credit card and anything and we will deal everything uh behind of it for the crypto site
kind of it for the crypto site and the game is also by the way 100 on chain game so you you
will not be you know holding any kind of off chain data about the game and that's it right now
all of our updates are this like I said that sounds pretty exciting because I'm always
always excited when I hear about new blockchain games coming up it's been a while since I've tested Eddie so
keep me updated I'm gonna follow you know when we you know first of our beta
version of the game yes please I want some early access and guys everyone here
