that other space like i don't know much about the bark and alex spaces i haven't been there since like
alex fight fought d gods publicly what's going on over there so basically alex and bark co-hosted
spaces every day they went to taiwan together to start like this media company the network the
question mark shit they got like funding from angel investors to make a podcast do spaces all that
shit and then it just didn't work out they couldn't make couldn't generate it revenue fast enough things
like that and then they kind of went home nobody knew what happened and they just stopped being on
spaces together until like today an hour ago dude we both know that me and you know what happened
we both know we know what happened you want you want to spill anything no i can't there's some
information i can't spill i do happen to know some more about the situation but i'm not going to share
anything that's not public because then it comes back on the people who told me you know yeah true
shout out that guy who also talked to me about the situation but yeah dude i um honestly i think like
that's actually pretty cool that like those guys had funding to have a podcast and spaces show
that's like it actually gives me like a reason to run this shit every day i had no idea why they did
that one of the one of the problems was actually getting the funding alex said the angel investors
and the vcs out in taiwan weren't really interested in anything that wasn't like a token or like a layer
one where they could just dump coins or dump some nfts and get instant revenue back
yeah that makes sense i had one when i was down in consensus and i was trying to like field money for
one of my companies i did realize that like a lot of people um like are just looking for coin plays
nowadays especially the vcs like we have like a vc investor on stage with us right now so he probably
understands the game but like a lot of those guys are just looking for like they're like yeah do you
have a product and do you have a coin with it like that was like a question that like five people
asked me right off the bat which was like super interesting so i hope that changes because like
investing in creators will be the new meta i will make it the new meta if it's not already so
it's just gonna be interesting to see what happens with that dt what's up oh sorry more to go ahead
more to go ahead i thought you all i was just gonna say like i think just since the space is declining
the long-term vision of like setting up a media company in the space there's just not as much of
that guaranteed return as if you were to do something where you could still get millions
billions of funding and dump the token but long term if nfts and crypto are still around and bitcoin
hits an all-time high creators and the creators in the space will benefit the most from it there's no
doubt about that no yeah 100 i actually might i don't know if i want to make my own media company
because i think that's a lot of work like i was told by the guys who run bell studios that like
although it looks glorious it really isn't that glorious working with everyone i'm already
figuring that out myself but i definitely want to do something of that sort i need to start like
brainstorming that i have a couple ideas this week to actually come out too with like creating a
dow or creating something like rug radio-esque in a way but i don't know if i want to take that route
yet i'm i'm looking for it i have some dms coming in from nick small i'm gonna tell me to get the

which was really cool i pretty much what happens to me in like all these new metas is i go balls
deep i buy these things i'll buy meme coins i'll buy bitcoin things i just buy like everything
and then i normally get fucked in some way it's either like someone rugs me or i don't know how
to transfer something or i send some shit to the wrong wallet or something and then by getting fucked
and then reverse engineering to unfuck myself i then learn a ton about the technology like
with coins i learned about i i was i had guys scanning the smart contracts all day i had
i had dudes that were like like they could check like before the rug checker even came out they were
checking like mint authority they were checking how much supply people had i like people checking this
all day and like now i have like all the information for bitcoin too to like be very good in this new
meta so hopefully the meta runs for another two weeks because now i know how to make money in it
how do you like trading on bitcoin compared to other coins easier smoother worse um it's kind of
it's interesting like it's easy to track like using the sparrow wallet like i know that i can get all my
funds back if i fuck up again so i i like that aspect it's not like a salon typical solana wallet
but i don't know how i feel about like the liquidity influx yet because like the whole thing
with like the the bull narrative with brc20s is that like if brc20s are successful and people adapt
them that bitcoin money and ethereum money will inflow into brc20s but the ease of use of like the mint
websites is similar to like the ux ui of a solana wallet so like that's a very bullish sentiment but i still
feel like a lot of the people that are controlling these projects and that are controlling the market
right now are still solana based like the the the market cap's still very small it's only like under
500 million still and that really isn't that bullish but if actual bitcoin money starts loading up their
wallets and putting shit in which a guy like bit god or someone else will be the one who does that
or like zk shark or the bitcoin whales founder i don't remember his name but really nice guy
um if one of them can teach those people how to load up their wallets we're probably going to be
looking at like a little bit of a bull run in brc20s and that could really overtake ethereum too
because if all the liquidity the the reason that ethereum is great is because of the liquidity
inflow and if the liquidity inflow goes into bitcoin then why the fuck would we need ethereum like no
offense unless ethereum like really makes their coin better but i don't really know how that's going
to happen but i don't know it's it's like sorry i cut you off but the reason that people like eth
over soul more room for gains you're saying on bitcoin there's just more room for gains than
eth so it's kind of going to take out that market yeah 100 like think about like all like the old
bitcoin wallets that pretty much just stack bitcoin have locked bitcoin if they start deploying capital
into this brc20 fad and we can actually like make like i don't i just don't think it's possible
because like why would they invest in nfts but if they somehow do based on like vc reach out or just
like you know a whale somewhere and they just put more money into the ecosystem that would be really
really bullish but also like you gotta think like these guys don't like to just like lose like these
like guys with a lot of money aren't just gonna fucking come and just dump all their money to us
and just donate like that's not how this shit works so like people are gonna lose there's gonna be
times where like someone's gonna get rugged i'm gonna get fucked but i hope that these bigger wallets do
come into the space somehow through something i have no idea uh dt how do you feel about that
from like a vc perspective like what do you think that will happen with like do you think that like
big money could come into brc20s honestly i'm really too familiar with all that kind of stuff
like i'm kind of just like showing on like the nft side right now the vc stuff's just like not my thing

because it's interesting technology and i definitely want to see where it goes from like

to actually invest and do it and i don't see why they wouldn't because they want to support the
ecosystem yeah that's something i've been thinking about too because like i think these bigger
vcs and these bigger whales are gonna have to come back into the ecosystem eventually they're
gonna have to invest somewhere if they're not investing in creators they have to invest in some
project they have to find something to invest in because if they have all this money in the
ecosystem they gotta do something they gotta do something with it so like i don't know what do
you what do you think that they'll be putting their money into you have any thoughts on that
um i'm not that heavy into the brc 20 game i did own a punk ordinal i sold about two months ago
unfortunately um so i held it for a short term but i i don't really know what they're gonna be

for man that's actually fucking alpha i did not know that so are they going to be treating these as
like tokens do you think um they're going to be order books i'm pretty sure i don't think you can
have like actual liquidity on them i'm sure that like one day you'll be able to but they're just
going to be like set order books where you can sell certain tokens and like market make them with

will funnel back into the community and big god did a really good job of that like he really made

had five hundred dollars worth of bonk in your wallet like obx like if you if you press that mint
for ten dollars we put through that transaction you woke up the next day with six hundred dollars in
your wallet and it's very very interesting to hear like someone's point of view from behind the
scenes on like how that's actually possible because it's it's a very it's a crazy dynamic
that people will just degen into something that was just given to everyone for free
and i don't know like logistics on that i would love to hear like someone's opinion on that if they
know one you mean just like people jumping into mean coins not getting a pre-sale with just hearing
about it and then jumping in no i mean just like like that but also like these fair launch tokens
where like i feel like um oh my god why why is it blanking right now but um big god big god did a
fair fair launch token and like he had to mint the same way everyone else did there wasn't like there
was like a ton of just like supply sitting there it was just all launched at one time transacted on
the blockchain um bunk it was just given to everyone's wallet just very very fairly and these
are the coins that have done the best they've just by just giving it to the public they've just
moonshot there's no mastermind behind even pepe there's no like mastermind behind pepe there's
no one that's like oh pepe's gonna take our money like it's just like anonymous bitcoin's anonymous
doge is anonymous it's a very interesting thing but one thing i just want to point out real quick
is they all started a cycle like bonk and pepe like they got launched putting people's wilds whatever
and then we had a little shit coin cycle after that so it's like they did something unique first
that like everybody can get behind because they had it in their wallet and then we had the coin face but yeah go

fair people you know if you hear about something and it was launched and you hear that the team had

it was fair i think part of the psychology is just like that extra layer of trust go ahead

in terms of this being a bullish sign in the sense that everyone has money to send to these random
wallets there's liquidity people are just holding on to it they're waiting for the right opportunity
people become impatient they deploy that capital into what they see as a quick flip to me that's
bullish that means that the look that not everyone's broke in theory that there is still
liquidity on the sidelines they're just waiting for the appropriate timing that's an interesting take
i guess that is a bullish sentiment i also know that like vc funding and just funding in general for
startups is down 80 this year and that money still being on the sidelines might set up like a 24 right
optimistically i think i think we're gonna wait for a big shutdown and uh not shutdown but like a big uh
economic downturn probably in the fall this this kind of looks like a bear like a macro bearish retest
like people are deploying funds and playing a little bit but we're really just testing previous supports
that turn resistance we're probably gonna have like a big sell-off and then after that like
like honestly there's so much dry powder like the reported amount is about one-third of what is
actually there so they've reported like what like 230 billion or something like that in dry powder
it's really close to like 750 yeah they're weight that are just like sitting on the sidelines
yeah like vcs angel investors large funds firms banks things like that um i know like jp morgan's bitcoin and
um i guess you would call it just crypto in general their branch uh they have like several billion
ready to deploy they're just waiting yeah that's a really good take i i do think that like a cycle
could come from that um like money at the end of the day this is what i thought even during covid
when um the whole stimulus check thing was going on and the market was doing good despite the economy
going backwards is like money at the end of the day has to flow somewhere um you can only hold like
these guys are only going to hold liquidity for so long before they decide because they lose 100
like you know i do have to bounce but like the one thing i'll say is that that you just said is
like literally i was talking to my traditional finance mentor and he said like these people
aren't just going to hold their money in nothing because the inflation is going to eat away at the
purchasing power of it like yes you could hope for ultimately a big downturn in the market that
everyone's hoping for in order to buy low but if you wait one two three quarters like you already
lost five percent six percent of your money just based off of the inflation so it's almost as if
you're it's a game of chicken you know you're waiting for better prices but you're also damaging
yourself every single day it's a very difficult game to play and i think a lot of these funds and banks
know that and they're only wait you know they're waiting for the right opportunity but at the end of
the day if they wait too long it ends up going into their into their pocket and takes away their
purchasing power now do you feel like during 2021 was that like a super bowl or is that something
that we could see again with just like funding coming back or was the funding just like that's
absolutely okay that was absolutely normal um the amount of capital that was being deployed by
major institutions like state street and merrill lynch and jp morgan morgan stanley all of them
um they basically actually i can probably tell my girlfriend to go get dressed for dinner while i
talk about this um yeah basically um it was completely normal because what was happening was
it wasn't because of hey you need to get ready for dinner okay we're having we're having italian so
what time are we leaving we're leaving like 20 minutes yeah okay okay yeah that's a
that was unreal keep going please um sorry she has to smoke in order to have the appetite she's
yeah she she's one of those we call her the chimney in my family um so anyways to get back to the point
she or not she jesus christ the the whole market in 2021 right that was because of
a few things one yes there is more retail investment because everyone got those checks
uh in the mail and everyone was staying home and what do you do when you're bored you play video
games you gamble you drink you do other things uh you know you do stuff that you do when you're
bored right and there's something back to 2021 those were the days well i think that's gonna happen just
well i mean not the same way but i don't know if you saw but uh money printer go burr indefinitely
they're about to vote on that it's uh after 2025 there's no cap ever whoa that's what how did i miss
that i mean dog i'm a hedge fund manager i have to know this shit like you can have me on another
time when i'm not trying to get my girlfriend to get dressed to go to dinner and we can we can talk
shop and bring alpha and all that good shit you know i respect you so no problem displaying that i see
captain dad pants down there and stuff and a few others so yeah you're in good company man um but
yeah like long story short basically there is a lot of money a lot of money and the reason that
money was deployed was because of the fact that blockchain technologies were being implemented into
a large large institutions they're not looking at doing they're not looking at utilizing bitcoin
or ethereum or these other blockchains necessarily they're looking to utilize a private blockchain for
their own business to increase efficiencies increase margins reduce expenses and overall reduce the
amount of people that they have to hire so if you have an entire internal system it uh vanguard or
berkshire hathaway or you know upenn medical or any of these large institutions right you can reduce the
amount of people that you hire by 20 30 40 percent that are like desk jobs because it all can be automated
through algorithms and blockchain it becomes complete it's super easy you can't lose any of
the data it can calculate and utilize the information utilizing algorithms and machine learning so that
way it reduces their costs if if a company like vanguard can reduce their expenses by 50 or 100 million
dollars a year you're damn right they're gonna make their own blockchain so cancel are you saying that
these companies are going to be forced to be using blockchain technology in the next couple years that's
that's the take you're making they've already been building it they've been building it they don't
they're not necessarily yeah they're gonna buy some bitcoin ethereum to diversify they're gonna buy it
because it's like you know god forbid the dollar or anything else goes to shit but like at the end of
the day they're interested in the tech like mass adoption will not be the way that a lot of people
think mass adoption will happen mass adoption will happen because it's going to be used as the underlying
tech of existing products that are easy to use like it's not going to be everyone's going to know
how to use a seed phrase that'll probably be a very small population one two three percent of people
will know if they care and the rest of the people are going to be using their visa credit cards but
it's going to be using technology from cody or it's going to be utilized you know starbucks is going
to be doing their rewards program or mastercard will do the rewards program with polygon but you're not
going to have to go into a wallet to get it you just go onto mastercard or visa or starbucks website
or their app and the wallet will be right there in a simple ui ux where you don't have to know anything
about web 3 or or or or any of this stuff you just access it and it enables them to be super organized
and easy to use yeah i'm with you man i i agree that's like those were just like like shit you got
like really in there but like those were those were really like fucking good takes steph you're putting
your hand in the air just like i always do like a sentiment check because i'm a younger guy and i
am starting to understand this because i'm trying i'm starting to like like i'm trying to like elevate

steal it or like to go and receive it right and that's the whole purpose here is that people need to
realize that a lot of metas that last anywhere from one to six weeks in the space whether it's brcs or
ordinals or meme coins or whatever right they people folks tend to focus on what is existing
to get a lot of liquidity what they need to understand is that you need to focus on what the liquidity is
going to after because by the time every single person or a large majority of people in the ecosystem
are involved it's already late and you're you're really taking a higher risk even though we're in
the highest risk asset class in the world right now um but if you focus and look at at analytics and
try to get a feel for okay where are the people who are the first ones to meme coins or the first ones
the ordinals or so forth where are they starting to displace some of their extra liquidity you start to
look and see okay where is this meta going because at the end of the day the current
environment that we are in right now is like 2021 on crack and when i say that is that people are
literally moving from one topic to the other within hours or days and instead of metas lasting
one month two months three months they're lasting a few days to a few weeks oh no man we had that in
2021 man that's what i'm saying two hours of sleep that was on track except now it's like
instead of 300 million dollars a week in trades it's 30 million or 5 million or 10 million a week
means much more lower liquidity and there's a lot less participants so everything is much more
concentrated so it makes it even worse because we're in an echo chamber with an echo chamber
no yeah it's so much more concentrated like back then it was like there were five tokens on like
bsc like launch and like in the next hour and like you had to figure out which one was going to be
a rug and like which one could pump 10x like that's not really what it's like right now no right now
it's it's very much uh it's weird it's just that's the best word i could use for it it's just
quite weird i think that uh when i explain this so so i have two mentors i have a crypto mentor and
a trade five mentor and i was talking about trade five mentor about everything going on and he's just
like i didn't understand a single thing that you explained to me because i was trying to explain
where the metas are there meme coins and brc's and ordinals and he's like i understand meme coins i
understand doge like i understand like game stop and all that shit that that happened but he was just
like how do you have an entirely new strategy in theory every 48 hours he's like that's that's
so true the most it's the most unsustainable thing yeah i have to have like my like smart guys because

like people are just not trusting these metas they go in and out of them because they don't think

certain wait really other and well on the current youths they might switch that for the

and i go up in these spaces and sometimes you get roasted up there and sometimes you're throwing some
hard questions that you like your frank and you have to answer them and it's it's hard man you're
like representing a community because like there's really not that many people that are actually active
on the timeline and they're in spaces doing it and i don't know how comfortable i feel in these
positions it's kind of crazy out here i don't know how like you feel about that because you're
an active d god as well but like it's kind of wild right you're kind of representing for the community
like repping one of these pfps being in these spaces like you're representing well i don't know
yeah true true and i always just like you know i say i don't know what frank and the team were
cooking up but you know they've been doing good now criticizing when they need to be criticized but
you know i've all i can say is i've been happy with what they've been delivering and i just see a
huge bright future for d gods between dust labs d labs and everything that's going on like i'm fully
comfortable right now letting frank cook and do whatever he's doing like when they announce something
i'm gonna be happy but for now i'm like good you know i wanted to see improvement that was my one
thing since like the whole youth thing and i saw them deliver the bitcoin um d god ordinals like
awesomely like i loved everything around that with like the art and everything like with the windows
anything and they delivered the bridge on time so like at this point i'm like okay you know you
guys do what you gotta do because i could see you guys um are getting there no yeah i feel the same
way like i'm fully comfortable with my d god's value being cut in half if that was even feasibly
possible i don't know how that would happen but i'm completely comfortable about it i always tell
people like no matter what happens with utility no matter what happens with dust no matter what happens
with youths no matter what happened with the art like it doesn't fucking matter because all that matters
is the community that's been built and the culture that they built because like at the end of the
day that's not going anywhere and as long as we have that just like embedded in us that and if
they can continue to like make us happy as a community and just keep everyone around this
shit isn't going anywhere that's just how i feel about it i would i bought i buy this i've spent
fifteen thousand dollars on my picture to be a part of a community as crazy as that sounds
everything else is just a bonus i think a lot of people feel the same way too
yeah i mean i got four d gods now and part of the reason i have four it's like because this one
i'm like never selling if d gods got to ten million dollars great i'll sell one of the other ones but
it's like this one i'm never selling i love this guy so uh because i always want to be a part of this

have to but i think i am changing my pfp in the next like week or two and it's gonna be weird not
having like that d god front facing pfp on the timeline but i hope that the pfp change doesn't
do too much i hope that everyone still accepts me as a d god and my new pfp is gonna look almost
identical to my d god anyways so i don't think it'll be too big a deal is it for a project you're

out to people that i'm associated with and asking us to rock their pfp in exchange for money like
