Bitcoin flirting at its all-time high

Man, I'm doing well. I'm doing well. I know I don't know what the hell is going on with this Binance and Wintermute stuff. Every time we see Bitcoin start going to all-time highs, Binance and Wintermute start activating and dumping all over our heads. But I feel good right now, man. I feel good. I mean, this is the first summer since I've ever been in crypto where it's pumping. And August is not the worst month out of the whole year yeah yeah all eyes on october
as we approach um obviously with yeah with the summer usually the summer is a downtime
sell in may and go away is the common saying but not this summer man this summer it's it looks like
we might be profitable for once while the sun's out i feel like um this time around it's
been sell and buy sell and buy sell and buy sell and buy sell and buy and buy and sell that's how
absolutely man well books thank you again for joining us tell us a bit about your background
man and and what got you involved in this crazy, chaotic, cool, and contagious cryptocurrency space.
So, like, I knew what Bitcoin was early, man. I'm talking early, early, early.
Like, I had a friend tell me what Bitcoin was in 2010.
In 2012, I was getting Bitcoin to do some things on the dark web but i didn't know what it was i
didn't you don't have to specify you don't have to specify 2013 sorry and i got a at the same exact
time i got a job at in corporate america at verizon and i had a 401k and i was new to that world
i had a 401k i didn't know what the hell it was but i knew that if i put six percent of my paycheck
the company would match six percent of that so going from not knowing what it is to having a
401k and you know i went with the default settings And I remember there was a guy that I was working with and during training,
he had stated that he came from the stock market.
We got hired the same exact time that he had came from the stock market and all
this crazy stuff. And I was like, Oh man, that's really cool.
Maybe a year or two passed.
And I'm talking to this guy and he brings up his 401k and tells me how much money's in it.
And in my head, I'm like, there's no way I started the same day with this guy.
How does he have so much more money than I do in his 401k?
And he told me that he knew what to do with the stock stuff, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And he kind of showed me that, taught me all about that.
And I started playing with like, besides the 401k and fixing mine up,
I started playing with like options and buying and selling contracts and puts and falls and all that stuff in the stock market.
Yeah.
And then by like 2016, I was like headfirst dove into crypto, you know, messing with Ethereum and things of that nature, Bitcoin.
Yeah.
And as far as leverage trading goes, I always did it myself.
And then around like 21, 22, I started getting like small groups of people and doing it together.
I got big on spaces.
And for the last few years now, we've been doing leverage trading calls and it's been going really freaking well.
That's phenomenal, man. And yeah, thank you for sharing, you know, your experience in,
you know, the initial stages of Bitcoin. But I'd like to know what you think about the current
state of Bitcoin. And do you think it's poised for another major run or do
you think we're in a consulate consolidation phase um you know what what excites you most
about the future of cryptocurrency so i'll tell you i'll tell you right now is that it feels way
way way too good to be true it doesn't make sense that it went this high it went up this fast and
all that euphoria has not it has not come down bro and what do i think bitcoin is going to go to 200 and 250 000 eventually of course i do i think the end of this year we see bitcoin flirt with
200 000 but it doesn't happen without going down first absolutely i just uh i don't know
listen we make money off of longing we make money off of shorting. We even make money in sideways markets.
And I can't sit here and say, oh, Bitcoin is going to shoot straight up to a million dollars because that's the mistake everyone has made during every four year cycle.
What I can tell you is it's definitely different this time.
I don't care who says it. I don't believe this is a four year cycle.
Matter of fact, I believe that we've been in a
bull since 2020 that got messed up it got messed up in 2022 um by terra luna and ftx and celsius
and all the bad stuff that happened otherwise it would have just retraced that year corrected and
we would have been well on our way to uh to whatever whatever uh we're at right now a while back yeah so i don't
know yeah i mean obviously from the macroeconomic perspective bitcoin looks flawless it looks like
it's yeah yeah there's there's no reason to deny bitcoin at this point you know with everyone
adopting it everyone sort of taking it in as as a world asset. Yeah, it looks great.
And like you said, it's too good to be true.
But I'd like to know what you think as well
about the other tokens that you might be keeping your eye on.
Any particular projects you're interested about?
Right now? No.

Like if there's any other, any other, any other token that you're particularly interested in or that you're excited about, yeah

I'm definitely, I'm going to tell you right now, I'm definitely a big max pro guy
Like I like, I'm sick coin, I like soul, I like ETH, I like XRP
I like all that stuff but when it
comes to uh not the top set like the top three maybe four yeah uh you know obviously like there's
a lot that are coming up there's a meme coin called uh fart coin that um yeah a member of my
team called to the community at 34 cents i believe believe, maybe even less. And we rode that whole
wave up. He called along on that with heavy leverage, like 50 X or no, I think 25 X was the
limit at the time. We were on a different exchange and we made a lot of money off that. Like you
could definitely make money off of a lot of these alts. You can make a lot of money off of a lot of these alts you can make a lot of money off of a lot of these meme coins and trading them
but uh when it comes to leverage man i'm more heavily focused on that that top few tokens okay
rather than uh rather than meme coins and a lot of these other alts i'll just do spot yeah i want
to mess with those yeah yeah fair enough man And just a quick reminder for all the listeners here.

But one thing I noticed about this space
is if you don't really have an NFT
behind a community,
you cannot grow.

with my growth, right?
I was growing very slowly. You know, you need something to stand behind, especially on
like a PFP and NFT, something that the community can take and run with. And I sat for six months
thinking like, what could it be? What animal could it be? Is it a human? Is it a robot? What

And when I see people like that, I know that they truly understand it.
In a world right now where we've got a pro-crypto administration in place for the United States,
we've got a bunch of country regimes and administrations becoming pro-crypto.
Times have changed. I truly, truly believe the four-year cycle thing is a thing of the past. Right now, we're in a 10-year bull. I think this
bull started in 2020, like I told you. I mean, it's very hard to just sit there and do technical
analysis to look at a fear and greed index and a couple other metrics and make a decision, especially when you have a couple thousand people following your every move.
So absolutely, man. And let me tell you, I have seen I have seen the the success that streets and convicted of have have achieved, obviously, on BitUnix.
