So could you give us a little intro what Time.fun is?
Yeah, for sure.
So Time.fun is a platform where creators can really get paid what they're worth. So they can get paid, whether it's like a DM or a group chat or live streaming or calls right now.
We're going to be launching a V2 in a little bit, which obviously will change a little bit of things and make the company activation that you mentioned earlier a little more integrated.
But yeah, we have a lot of exciting things coming.
Our app launched in the iOS and Android and Solana stores a couple weeks ago.
So we're trying to obviously be more mobile.
That'll have a huge overall here in the next coming weeks as well.
And then, yeah, so those are the main ways you get paid.
And then obviously you get paid when you do become a time fund creator.
You tokenize yourself, so you create a time market.
And that's where people can speculate on your time as well. So they can both use it as like a utility aspect or they can use it as a speculatory aspect.
Like, hey, I think this person's time is going to be more valuable in the future.
Maybe I'll buy and hold and see what happens.
Yeah, that's a good, I think it's in general, it's a great idea because we are all overwhelmed of DMs, messages, calls, right?

could you share like when did this idea come come from for you guys what was the biggest pain for
creators is it something that they are really like bombarded with dms and they can handle it so this

Yeah, that's definitely the main way.
And obviously, I think like many
social finance apps, the idea
came from the success of Frientech
originally, but being like, okay, how can we do this better?
How can we do this, obviously, more ethically?
And what are the other gaps that we can
fill with this concept? And yeah, one of the
things is like Toli, for instance, so we have like Toli
and Ansem on our platform. They have
their DMs turned off on X
because to your point,
they're getting flooded with thousands of DMs
and a lot of it is spam
and a lot of them is just pitching products or whatever.
So they don't want to have that on
because they're missing.
It's just like, you know, it's just too much.
It's just overwhelming.
So when they have their DMs on Time Fund,
at least they know that they're getting paid

So yes, it's a significantly better filter for that spam,
but it's also like really getting them to like deeper conversations with people because people are paying for those conversations. So they're more willing to answer what's kind of deeper responses and helpful things. in about a month we're going to have a huge auction pitch livestream where three creators bid about $122,000

It's going to be kind of like a cool

So we also have that, which a lot of companies
actually plan to utilize as well, just auctions

that you can showcase to people like
hey if you are a space host then um you know you want to have some chat like start or something
like that so people can can imagine yeah i mean i'd say i mentioned tolin and sam already but
they've used it really successfully and gotten hundreds of dms i mean totally charges 500 per
dm he's gotten hundreds of dms there again, it's a way to filter that way.
I'd say another benefit is you can auto-donate to charity.
So we partnered with DonateGG.
So if you're somebody who's like a toli who doesn't need the money,
but still wants to kind of use it as like a filter and connect with people,
he's donating all of his proceeds to St. Jude's. So I think he's already donated over $400,000 to St. Jude's
just from his earnings on Time Fun alone.
So that's a couple ones.
But then there's other people who are doing it in different ways.
Like D. Genping is probably most popular with his group chat and his alpha calls.
So he's got a really popular group chat there.
Like I mentioned, some people are doing larger auctions.
I know Sappy plans on doing an auction.
I've talked with 8point about doing that as well.
So it's really like use it however you want as a creator.
Use it as much or as little as you want.
And then in the future, we're going to be launching a product in about a month
that is going to be way more interactive.
Because I think one of our feedback that we've had is
we have a lot of these one-on-one connections,
like DM somebody or call somebody, and nobody really sees that.
But we want to make our feed and our dashboard more interactive
and have more kind of one-to-many interactions.

token or the apecoin time token so they can just set it where it's variable and it changes every
day um so yeah it's really up to you like we try to give creators the most you know like flexibility possible and you can change that pricing too multiple times a day so
we're trying to just give them you know like they can play around with it or whatever so ape coins
got that for now not to say that they'll have that forever in the future but yeah right now that's
what the cost is can you also tell us any other involvement with ApeCoin or ApeChain in general?
Yeah, so first off, those guys are awesome.
Obviously, you guys probably already know that,
but they'll be doing a live stream on time for next week.
I think on Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. Eastern time, we'll be doing one.
So that's another way you can utilize it.
We've also been talking about auctions for experiences or merch,
like I mentioned there.

obviously just easily on ramp off ramp like make it as simple as possible to go back to your bank
account or card or whatever so it is all usdc based just again to have that simplicity and to, you know, avoid the volatility that crypto so often has.

DMs or whatever. But even if that's the case, if somebody pays $50 a DMU, for instance,
it goes into escrow. So we immediately hold the USDC there. If you don't answer within five days,
the person gets a full refund. So it's still kind of like a no sweat thing on your end, where the person trying to connect
with you is not being harmed in any way. So there's a lot of ways to do that. And then you'll
see at the bottom, you have the donation component, where if you want to donate 10% of your earnings,
or 20%, or up to 100%, you can do that. And then obviously, it'll auto happen on our end
with our partnership with DonateGG.
Yeah, I already see a few use cases for token farming, right? I can imagine that if you are good in InfoFi, you can say,
hey, maybe we don't know each other, but you can buy a call here
and I can tell you some alpha or we can share in DMs.
Because the value is there, man.

One of the things that is very hard for someone that is starting or someone that has started but can't reach is basically reaching those targeted pieces of
information that you need. I'll give you an example. One of the things that I feel I'm like
one of the luckiest people in Web3 is, you know, having quit. Like, I talk to quit all the time.
About a programmer. Like, I know basic coding. But every time I talk to Qit, it's just mind-blowing.
And that kind of information is, I guess, accessible to me.
But for somebody that wouldn't be able to just work with Qit on a daily basis,
Time.Fun just solves a lot of that connection.

So could you possibly tell us, that's always something that interests me, how do you approach
Web2?
Because that's very hard in terms of, you know, or how do you approach Web 2?
That's a good question.
There are two avenues that we've explored or talked about.
One of the avenues is the bigger Web 2 creators.
How much would someone pay for a DM with like an A-list or like
a Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber? Like, how do we get those people on there? How do we make it worth
their time? How do we really move their product around there? So we actually partnered with
somebody named Food God, who's got a lot of connections in the Web2 realm with like the
Kardashians and all them and like really are having him consult on like, what would they be
looking for? What would those types of people be looking for for us to tailor a product to
them? So it's one way that we're kind of trying to shift a little bit.
And that's why, like I mentioned at the beginning,
like the whole product is built around web two.
Like how do we easily on ramp them? How do we easily pay them?
How do we make sure they don't need to understand crypto?
Like that's always been our vision on the, on the backend. But to your point,
like it's really those partnerships that we're trying to create with the web
two creators. There's also another interesting route though
of the normal unattainable working man,
like on LinkedIn, for instance,
I work at Microsoft right now as well
as my full-time job in marketing.
And I get pinged on LinkedIn all the time
of grad students or people who are looking for work
or people who just want to learn about my journey
or whatever. I think that's also a really good and interesting route for us to go down where those people who I might be like, you know, I can't answer all these random people, but hey, if I'm getting paid, maybe I will.
So I think there's a couple of different like interesting avenues that we have.
Absolutely. And for Web2 audience, you mentioned there are some ways that they don't have to connect wallets, etc.
So how does it work?
Is this fiat or directly paying with the cards?
Yeah, yeah.
So they can easily sign up.
Just again, they sign up with their email.
They create their time market.
They don't have to do anything with wallets or anything.
The USDC immediately gets put into their wallet once there's trading volume,
also immediately gets put in their wallet once they answer DM or whatever, and then they can
easily withdraw it to their bank account. So it's just like a very easy, all they'll see is like the
dollar amount, you know, they won't even know it's like USDC on Solana or whatever, they're just
going to see that. And we cover all gas fees. So they never have to like verify or do anything
like that or pay anything extra. we cover all that on our end
just to kind of make it seamless and easy for them and can i set up the pricing uh in specific
cryptocurrency for example in apecoin so people can pay me only in apecoin or is it in dollars
and in right now yeah right now it's just in usdc um but yeah we have been talking about like doing
those integration especially especially with Solana
partnerships. It would probably be way down the line, but that is something we've been discussing.
But for now, just for the simplicity for Web2, again, don't want to start causing any confusion
of them being like, wait, how do I get paid? Wait, what does Ape? We really don't want to have that
you know, like learning curve to start.

I want everyone to watch it, but only X amount of tokens can watch it. Or you can say, you know what, I want everyone to watch it,
but only X amount of holders can actually chat
or X amount of holders can jump up
and like join me as a speaker on the live stream.
So like we've kind of created it in a way
where they can kind of gate it
in different ways that they want.
Like that's what Ansem does.
I think Ansem lets anybody watch,
but if you want to chat with him,
you have to hold at least a hundred tokens.
And then if you want to actually like go up
and be a speaker, I think you have to hold more, but that's kind of how that's worked. So it's not necessarily like you have to hold at least 100 tokens and if you want to actually like go up and be a speaker i think you have to hold more but that's kind of how that works so it's not necessarily
like people have to pay per live stream it's more hey if you're a token holder you're getting that
additional benefit okay so you're you're basically potentially driving economy that way if you have
people that hold a certain amount of token that can give them access that's cool yep the second
question is in terms of the grouping, and
that kind of probably answered my first question, which is you can group certain people to actually
watch a lot. It's pretty much open-ended. As far as the group is concerned, that is basically
a DM, right? Where they can get certain conversations and advice as a group.

Sure, you can explore protocols.

But if, you know, we all, and it sounds very shallow, but like we all like money, don't we?

And one of the things that I think that this expansion enables you is basically be able to farm coins using ApeCoin.
using ApeCoin. If you have a mentality of, you know, I just want to leave my ApeCoin there and,
you know, don't think about it and make it farm points. There's things to do that. I'm happy to
go over those examples. Or if you're a more active person that understands DeFi, you could use,
you know, liquidity pools and provide liquidity there, which is a little bit more complex.
But yeah, I guess what I'm trying to say here is the key message for Hyperliquid is make your Apecoin
work for you.
I constantly think about what I'm going to do with Apecoin after
the native staking ends, right? And I think it ends by the end of the
year or January 26th or something like that.
And I tweeted in the morning today
that if you are staking with BAYC or in BAYC pool,
its APR is like 45%, mutants are 48%,
and dogs are 43% right now.
And on Hyperliquid, I know it was like over 200% yesterday, but now it's around 50%
APR. So this is nice alternative for me. And I believe there's going to be more ways how to
actually utilize the ApeCoin that I'm holding, right? So it's not just in my wallet, but it
works. I always say it works for me, right? So this is one of the ways.

Obviously, like, we should all be aware of, like, what we're doing.
So let's just start with, like, I'm going to skip the Project X question,
and I'll come back to it.
Like, I think that the simplest thing that people could do is borrow a very low amount
against their people.
It has to be something that they feel comfortable.
They've got to check it back,
make sure that there's enough collateral.
But at the end of the day,
it should be a very little amount.
And use those stables to go out
and maybe do things as simple
as depositing in HyperBeat's vault,
which that on its own generates you like a 10% yield,
which if you compare it with the example that you mentioned, the BAYC pool,
it's like, ah, not that much.
But what it does is it gives you a bunch of lottery tickets,
a bunch of, I know I'm sounding shallow, whatever.
A lot of points from different protocols.
That vault specifically that I mentioned,
it gives you like eight different points on different protocols. That Malt specifically that I mentioned, it gives you like eight different points on
different protocols, which of course, like they're not monetizable right now.
But once these protocols, if they, I guess when, and if they TGE, they could be worth
a bunch.
And I think the risk level here depends on whether you want to, you know, have a very stable,
high yield on a chain, knowing where the emissions or where the yield comes from,
or I guess gamble it a little bit more with, all right, I'm getting a 10% yield on my stables,
but I've got all these lottery tickets, tickets i guess eight lottery tickets that could potentially be worth a bunch of um you know a lot more um going i'll stop there and then i'll
go into project x yeah yeah tdk i see a lot of emojis there so do you want to add anything to this

Yeah, I always try to be as upfront as possible when people ask me about risks associated with
essentially anything on chain. And PP Man did a great job of touching all the things that I would
want anyone to know. And just to dive in a little deeper, these are things that are extant on
any DEX, any AMM you're going to use to provide liquidity. There's always risk.
The biggest risk is impermanent loss or IL. That's something that is, I would say,
not often considered or not known. That's a really, really big aspect of providing liquidity.
The main reason I'm providing liquidity is all of the things that PeeBeeMan
talked about, as well as I just want to support an ecosystem that I believe is doing everything
it can to push the system forward. But we can get into more of the pro-con risk management
strategy stuff later on. But I just wanted to say that little piece. Yeah, it makes sense, man.
And for everyone, it's really important.
For like first time, it's not financial advice.
Like do your research always.
Like it's your money.
You should figure out what to do with that, right?
Like you should know what you're doing.
And if you don't know what you're doing,
you know, you're risking that you lose it.

And they have a lot of excessive ApeCoin
and they don't know what to do with it, right?
Like they are like,

and so I'm getting some yield.
I don't know how much is it these days but how can i where where else can i use it so what would you recommend to these people non-financial advice here guys like you
need to know what you're gonna do with it but what other ways we have project x uh that was
kind of easy to actually you know bridge to hyperliquid with a Stargate finance and do it there.
Anything else that you would recommend to us?
Yeah, I'll answer it in a few ways. The first one is explore the Solana ecosystem with your
ApeCoin. There's a bunch of partnerships, all the one with the ApeCoin account. My favorite one,
I'll show my favorite one, is depositing ApeCoin into Banker, being able to transfer ApeCoin account. My favorite one, I'll show my favorite one, is depositing ApeCoin into Bankr,
being able to transfer ApeCoin to anybody,
being able to place bets with ApeCoin on any market,
whether it's a prediction market, a perp market,
whatever it is.
So that's also on a hyperliquid.
My favorite one, personally, Project X has to be not only the high yield,
but just the platform is very clean to use.
I'll also say that this is not the end of what we're doing.
This is actually the end goal here is making sure it's accessible everywhere.
There's a few more things that are coming up on chain in the next few
weeks. There's a bunch of stuff that we're doing, you know, in regions, a little bit
less on chain, but we'll, the idea here is to like expand Apecoin's presence. And ultimately,
I think the goal, like if you talk a little bit more long term, the goal here is if when at the end of the day will be will be powering other side which
in my opinion um is where a lot of like you know the fun things will happen and i never thought
about apecoin powering the other side at apecoin can be also on solana so do you think the future
of other side will be that it will be powered by ApeCoin, but ApeCoin, it doesn't mean on which chain it's going to be or it's going to be always on ApeChain?
ApeChain will be the settlement layer.
I think that all value that either ApeCoin or other side provides will accrue back to ApeChain.
Here's the thing, though.
As the user that wants to, let's say you're a creator, right?
You want to build experiences.
Maybe you want to build games using DODK.
You want to use other sites, your distribution channel,
and you start building.
You should not be bothered for, you know,
whether the ApeCoin or payment that is coming to you
is coming from Solana, Hyperliquid, B&E chain, like base.
It doesn't matter.
You as a builder should focus on making the best experience you can make,
given your skill set.
So to answer your question, yeah,
the idea here is to make it as wide as possible,
multi-chain, everything settling in on Ape Chain,
but as abstract enough for that,
so that people can just jump in and not worry about the smaller details,
like the nerdy details
if you want to call them like that yeah yeah this is what i thought that's amazing man and
i really love the idea that apecoin will be everywhere so whenever something happening
on solana we are ready right like we don't need to build anything else we are ready we are already
there and and we can just just utilize that So that's really dope to see actually.
Yeah, attention moves so fast in this space and we can't afford to corner ourselves with one very specific area of crypto.
I think that by having ApeCoin anywhere and just being able to be wherever the hot iron is with a click of a button is quite
powerful and because i've been in clubs since the mint and i i remember like the whole journey with
with apecoin and everything that was happening and i really loved that you guys with with actually
the you know from from from the team that you are talking about it because there are times back in the day like uh that
you couldn't say because of the sec right you couldn't say this these things and you couldn't
do probably these things and i'm so happy that uh you saying this because it is exactly as you said
like crypto it's a game of attention and of course you have your long vision like other side right
like you're not you're not going to be changing other side every every day because of what's
happening in the space. But you want to be in those spaces with the most attention because

Yeah, I would love to follow up actually on what you said. And that was my question because
we also got in one of our group chats uh one of the
questions like why now so is this somehow connected uh the multi-chain uh direction and everything is
this somehow connected with the new uh as you like the new administration and uh and everything that's
happening around there or uh this uh this has nothing to do with it. I mean, to ask your question, like, quite frankly, like, why now?
It's because we're basically taking the reins of, you know, pushing A-point forward.
That's the short answer.
When I say it's like, you know, you got along with the A-point team.
The long, I guess the long-form answer is, I think that the people that ran the DAO
individually are great people, very capable people.
But when you put a DAO structure on them, the example I use is it's an elephant without two legs.
It's really big and just can't move properly.
And perhaps when it moves, it rolls over the wrong direction because there there's so many you know inputs that need to
happen i'll give you and yeah like uh garga put up this proposal i think it was like a couple months
ago uh in which hugo was going to be much more involved the dial was going to be dissolved and
abeco was going to be created so trust your question yeah that this is exactly the product of abeco being independently able to move quite fast
but just imagine like if we were still in the dow era imagine let's say that i or simple would be
leading this or whoever leads it they would have to probably put a vote and be like so should we go
to hyperliquid or should we go to base?
And then it takes two weeks and then two more weeks to implement.
And then it just becomes a big, big, I guess, slow-moving machine.
Versus right now, we literally analyze where the most activities are, what people could do,
like how many partners we can gather and just execute.
And even if one of the chains, one of the areas, one of the regions,
or whatever it is that
we're doing is not the right one we iterate and quickly do that so that we find the best way of
you know making a coin uh or expanding a coin um places i think it's the only way because as you
mentioned right we remember the voting it took so much time and in those two weeks like you you can
already iterate and you can figure out it was a
good idea or maybe bad idea or maybe you need to do absolutely different in absolutely different
way right but it was so slow so I'm so happy for Apeco I'm so happy for what's happening and I'm
really enjoying that I can try new things on on a you know hyper hyper liquid and on Solana. So I love it.
TDK, anything from you?
What would you do with an extra Epecoin that you hold? Any favorite way how you use it personally?
Yeah, I was actually in more or less the same spot you were.
I had my Doggo and my mutant maxed out,
and it sort of just sat there. That was until we got some of the clutch market stuff. So I put some
in there to do some of the profit sharing, especially when we started the Ape Predicts for
Ape Fest and all of that. But I didn't like the idea of having thousands of Ape tied up in what
is essentially one of the most volatile markets. And for sure, there is no guarantee of any ROI.
I mean, obviously, there's a lot more earlier than there is later on. And so as soon as PP Man
reached out to me in DMs, I was like, hey, by the way, coming really, really soon,
you're going to see Ape Chain on Hyperliquid. I already knew what was coming, but I still can't
believe it's here because for me, we've truly made a step in the right direction for having
a universal token. There are too many people who are, I would say, chain maxis. I'm all Solana or I'm all ETH or I'm all this layer one versus that layer one.
When in reality, the best future is there's such good tech that you are almost obligated to be sort of chain agnostic.
And that's what we're doing here. You know, I would never have had exposure to PumpFun if not for Project X, because they
were one of the first people to wrap pump on Hyperliquid.
And I've been a Hyperliquid Maxi, you know, for like the last three months now.
And by Maxi, I just mean it's where I'm spending a lot of my time.
It's the newest tech for me.
And I'm having a lot of fun learning it.
I've been an ApeChain Maxi since launch.
You know, I was one of the few people who bought very, very low and sold very, very high. And I think one of the
things that is easy to sort of lose sight of is you have the opportunity to take your ape and now
play in an entirely unknown, untested ecosystem for a lot of people that also means exposures to new
protocols, exposures to new airdrops. And it can be just as simple as providing liquidity on Project
X. So if somebody wants to go make an ApeCoin pool for K-Hype or Kinetic, Kinetic is one of the most
speculated upcoming airdrops that's pre-TGE right now. And if you make a liquidity pool,
that's ApeCoin and K-Hype, you are also farming K-Hype points by your participation in that pool.
And so that's one of the really, really, really cool things that this is allowing us to do to
leverage our ApeCoin just on Hyperliquid specifically. And I mean, it's an inverse
parabola right now. I mean, we are so, so, so, so early. The utility
is only going to skyrocket from here. And same thing for the Solana piece and any
of the other chains that ApeCoin is coming to. And anything that

What I will say is this year for ApeChain and ApeCoin

of us have sort of gotten numb to how fast ApeCoin's been moving this year because we spent
so much time sort of waiting for what was next. What's the government going to do? What's the Fed going to do for those of us in America? And I think a lot of us were sort of just set it, forget it, ignore it,
because I don't want to touch it. I don't want to have to have some sort of government implication.
And in reality, I just think we need to keep doing what we're doing. I'd love to see a lot more of
these sorts of things for not just awareness of what's recently shipped,
but a lot more of what's coming next
and how can anyone be involved.
We have one of the best communities in the world,
Web2 or Web3.
I would love to see a lot more community activations
for people that have either developed a skill set
or a niche that allows them to make a connection
with a group of people that ApeCoin can't reach or that ApeChain can't reach. Because I think
that's one of the best ways we can have an icebreaker and get the conversation started
for a lot of people who maybe turned away from ApeCoin two, three years ago and haven't looked
back since. So I think sort of marshalling us all as ambassadors
is one of my favorite things
about being a part of the community.
And I'd love to see a lot more of those initiatives

Relay has been the gold standard for me for going on two years.
And he said, I'm glad you said that because our goal is to be better than relay. And one of the main things that they were working towards prior to
the phase two release was having that sort of almost frictionless, you almost don't even realize
it experience where you are using them as a bridge for essentially any of the currencies that you
have available in your
wallet. And so what I would just say to most people who are looking to get started in doing
anything off whatever their main chain is, is just try to simplify your life. And so if you find a
product or a service that allows you to do nearly everything that you need to do with your currency
on chain, and it's in one source i
would strongly recommend it it helps with the wallet hygiene you know it helps with you know
putting more hours and minutes back into your life and all of that can be done on project x
yeah i'm just there i i didn't even check that man and you're right you can pick the you can
pick the chain so i picked ape coin on ape chain and you can pick the the. So I pick ApeCoin on ApeChain and you can pick the Hyperliquid chain
and you can bridge it over there.
So there's a difference like 4% between the prices.
Why is that when you're bridging?

There's not a fee,
but there is going to be,

That's a really, really great question.
One of the things that I'll say about Lambo and Bobby,

they are two of the builders and creators
that really let their work speak for themselves.
They don't really do any marketing on behalf of this

kind of a sort of hype machine.
They really just innovate and iterate.
And one of the things that we're currently speculating
is what Project X points are.
So they're on all of these MindShare boards as pre-TGE,
but whether or not
there's actually going to be a TGE, I think has yet to be seen. I personally don't think it's going
to be as simple as a new token, or if anything, I think it might be a wrapped token. It might be
like a P-Hype or something along those lines. But I actually am speculating that they're building
