afternoon I know it's the holidays some of you are doing last-minute shopping Free spirit. early. Uh, so I'll be honest with you guys. We got a lot of stuff to go through first.
Everyone is waiting for the reveal. I expect around 45 minutes from now, give or take is when
that's going to go down, but we, we invite you to hang out with us, repost the space,
share it out. Uh, we believe that we were going to have an actions action packed, uh, hour, hour and
a half, whatever this ends up being.
I didn't put a timeframe on it for myself, but I will say this, you know, I, today is
going to be special because we get to talk a little bit about what we've been doing,
what's been going on in Quirksville.
We did make this a town hall, which is an opportunity for us to share, an opportunity for us to, to, you know, recap, um, what we've done honestly in, uh,
the last three months, pretty much since, you know, Quirk Life Labs acquired the Quirkies brand.
And that's really what today's going to be about leading into this big
surprise that we have for you guys coming up in about 40, 45 minutes. We've got pretty much every
single duck lined up in a row, but we have a few things we need to do on the backend.
And we have that all scheduled around 3. eastern so if you're busy you got to
come back set an alarm 40 minutes cool but this is going to be a great space i hope every single
one of you can come and hang out with us for this entire time especially if you love quirkies you
own quirkies maybe you're thinking about it Maybe you've been around the community. We are going to go through today so much and I have so many great people already on the space.
I already see we have like 70 people up here, which is incredible. I see a bunch of legends

Uh, I am very excited about today.
There's a lot that we want to talk about today.
A lot.
So, welcome to the town hall.
The title of this town hall is The Reveal.
Because if you have been following Quirkies for the last few months we have uh well put together a group of individuals a great advisory board um but we also
you know i put together the funds and we acquired the brand on September 1st from the original founder.
And since that time, the community has risen.
And the reason why we're here today is because of the community.
is because of the community.
There are a dedicated, diehard, amazing group of human beings
that come onto this app called X every day,
rock a quirky as their PFP or in their vault,
build with the characters, create memes, GIFs, content, call it home,
talk in the chats, jump on spaces, contribute.
And that group is the reason why the acquisition took place.
Now, there's a lot.
There's a lot of reasons.
The IP, I believe the IP is some of the best in the space.
I think the IP is some of the best in the world.
When you really take time to look at the characters, look at the one of ones, look at the different collections and the way that the story starts to come alive.
There is so much depth to where this can go, but just like there was a mouse and, you know,
Walt gave it legs and life.
It doesn't just build itself.
Even though we take these characters into our imaginations and we, we dream, right?
We conceptualize, we build, we tell the stories.
Now we use AI and it does it faster.
But even though we're doing that, it's actually a person on the other side that is creating.
It's a person and it's not going to build itself.
And so I personally fell in love with this community first.
I fell in love with the people, the vision, that culture,
but then the art really got me. The art got me excited because I started to see that
more could happen with this art because of the dynamic in the traits and the characters and
the one of ones and the color palette. More could happen with this than most.
And that doesn't mean that other people are not
going to be successful with their art. That's not the message. Quirkies is a message of everybody
can come. We support everybody. And I can't wait till we're building with, you know, Chipper's IP
and GVC IP. I can't wait for those days and World of Women IP and all these different IPs. I can't wait for those days and world of women IP and all these different IPs. I can't wait for that
That's the point. It's world building
But it takes somebody or a group of people
to believe in something
first
That's what it takes
And that's what we did
We made the conviction move
Acquired the brand and now we build.
And I said it from day one.
Now we build.
And this is not going to be this overnight hype.
I don't think Quirkies is for everybody.
Because I don't think Quirkies relates to the flippers.
I don't think Quirkies relates to people that are looking for airdrops. Not saying we won't have them, but I just don't think that that relates to the flippers. I don't think quirkies relates to people that are looking for airdrops,
not saying we won't have them, but I just don't think that that relates to them
because that's not what I'm out looking for every day. I'm being honest.
I don't think quirkies relates to people that are just here solely to make money,
but I think quirkies relates to people who can of, do all those things, but actually stand on a foundation of
really good community, really good people, really good morals, ethics, and values,
really good IP that today we will make better. This is the reality.
There was a conversation about 90 days ago, And that conversation was with Dr. Luby. He was pitching me an idea of his. And I said, bro, I'm actually thinking about this idea. Okay.
Okay. What do you think? And he's like, bro, this is better. Let's just, you know, like I'm in,
let's just, I'll help you build it. Like whatever, let's go. And that's literally where it started.
I, I had been thinking about this for a while, but then that final touch was like, okay, bet.
And then the, how, how do we do it? And, uh, you know, so many people to shout out,
we'll get there in a little bit, but a lot of people stepped up. Um, and just, even if it was,
Hey, I know this person, let's talk to them. Great. And there were so many people with, with a hand to get this done. Um, and, and a lot of
people busting it the last few days to make sure that everything was perfect, if not better. And
I'll tell you, it got a lot better. Even today we were adding things and you know, you guys will see.
Um, I even called Piff this morning. I was. I was very limited at who I told about everything because I don't, I wanted it to be special.
If you own a quirky, this is special.
If you're a part of the ecosystem, this is special.
So I was like, man, I don't want anybody to like really know about this.
But I was like, I'd have to tell Piff because we got to have some music.
So I called him and I'm like, all right, are you sitting down?

And then I just hear, oh my God.
I'm like, yeah, bro, I know.
And, um, and he actually produced four tracks that are now on the website.
So we were able to get a bunch of tracks done and they're
amazing. I actually got super emotional. I've been emotional all day. Like, cause it just,
I don't know. Sometimes life just hits you, you know, when my dad passed away, it didn't hit me
until like weeks later. I was like, damn, you know, today that's what happened. I was like, oh my God, like, you know, it's happening.
Now I will say, I think this is a very, very big deal because
we're putting not only new chapters to the story or completing chapters to the story. But I have been told dozens of times,
especially since I took over, having these conversations with advisors and different
studios and people that do stuff with IP or the plushies, the collectibles, this, that. I've
talked to everybody about everything, right? And the one common thing that I always get feedback on about Quirkies is that people love the art and they love the IP.
They really love it. And they see it as, you know, a collectible. They see it as a cartoon.
They see it as an animation, but there was something missing. And I think today I was
talking to somebody who I really respect.
And I said, I think today puts us in a different category.
I think for so long, quirkies were just there.
Good art, good community, respected in Web3, but just kind of coasting. I think today is our opportunity to evolve.
If we go from Charmander to Charmeleon today,
this isn't our Charizard moment.
Believe me when I tell you that.
I am so excited because today I believe that we evolve.
And we really, not only do we empower every single person in the community to do more, build more, create more, but we're giving them the path to do it with more clarity,
more fuel, more fire. I was on a space on Sunday and Anon was talking about how nobody's
storytelling, not enough storytelling, not enough lore, not enough character building.
And I had the biggest smile on my face the entire time because I'm like, bro,
smile on my face the entire time. Cause I'm like, bro, just we'll see on Tuesday. You know,
um, I will say this tomorrow morning, I will be on coffee with captain. We'll be talking more
post reveal, which is going to be great. Um, as well. So, uh, please, if you're not tuned in
coffee with captain, um, we will be there tomorrow morning starts around 8.
AM Eastern. I'll be on probably, uh, somewhere, you know, after that, but you know, just come

happiness. It's very powerful. what's going to happen today.
I believe it will ripple for generations to come.

He's two years old.

kidding but listen yesterday sam and i were talking and um and he said bro what we've accomplished
since the acquisition he's like i hope you take a second and actually just reflect on that because
you've he was telling me basically what we've done is is incredible and and it's easy to lose track it's easy to lose
track of the quirks fighting cancer campaign where we were able to donate thousands and
thousands of dollars to breast cancer and ship out 300 shirts quirks fighting cancer that people
are going to be wearing all the time my mom wore hers to the airport the other day and it just made me proud. We've been able to revamp the community. I was talking to
my brother, Dunked Cookie, who's a great advisor, great friend. And he said, yeah, you're just doing
hygiene right now. And hygiene is everything, right? You're cleaning things up. You're making
it better. I think we've been able to put a lot of money into the discord and the infrastructure
stuff that a lot of people don't see as valuable. We do. Um, so shout out to, to bull duck and Eric,
but yeah, Sam, I want to, you know, throw it to you real quick. Um, so you can just,
you know, maybe just share some of your thoughts and, and just talk about also,
and just talk about also, you know, the last couple of months,
you know, the last couple of months, I think it'd be great.

day in, day out, and month on month,
all throughout the last, whatever it's been, four, five, six months, two, three, four years.
I'm proud of you.
And there's a reason why there's a few hundred people in this space and a bunch of legends.
It's because you're such a servant leader, man.
You always talk about, listen, grab a shovel.
You always have a backhoe.
You're rocking, just operating on multiple lanes like no one else's business.
And I did allude to what has been accomplished in the last few months.
And I said, what about another project?
And not to say we compare, which we don't.
Or I said another business, a startup, a corporation, a government.
Give me anyone that's done as much in the last few months as this community has been able to accomplish.
I mean, there's just so much going on.
Yes, absolutely.
A number one cancer initiative.
When that got rolled out back in October for a breast cancer awareness month
not only was it a big success and huge donations and and just you know brought a different kind of
you know prism you know facet in the prism of awareness to to who we are and what we stand
for here but you know personally I was so inspired by that and you know I I wanted to do do something
it just inspired me to give back also you know and, and through CPT David and the rest of the community and Jonesy, who put up a selfless donation as well.
We were able to raise over two grand in a matter of, I mean, it was really in a matter of moments, but just in a week's time for the AFSB. So, you know, that was something that I'll never forget and will,
you know, definitely resonate and ripple for generations to come alone. But, you know,
beyond that, I was saying the other night in Sniper Sunday in my monologue, and I promise
everyone who's here right now that was at Sniper Sunday, it won't be as long today,
because we have things to do. We have stuff to get accomplished today.
I know everyone's so excited.
But just in the month of December, my gosh,
down in Florida, over in Brooklyn,
hanging with Jed and just the Web3 fam,
what we've accomplished, what we're about to see here,
as well as the initiatives to donate.
And as you said, this is not the big, big moment.
There are many, many more to come, and they're going to get bigger and bigger.
But this is a massively impactful day in the history of Quirkies. and I think everyone will soon see that it goes from really, really a big macro kind of way,
right down to the individual community member, holder, quirky supporter, art appreciator, etc.
This is such a great day. I mean, my gosh.
So I am so happy that I did not get pulled over
despite my better efforts on the way down here to Virginia today.
I was able to make it here in time for this.
Super, super stoked and appreciative.

Well, I'm just trying not to get too emotional today because I'm too fired up.

you're a hundred percent, right. We have a lot to do, um, in a, in a short time. And, uh,
you know, man, what a, what an exciting, what an exciting last few months. I mean,
it's crazy the timing because actually when we, when we made the acquisition,
the reality is the market was much better, much better. Uh, you know, I, I was able to sell, um,
my hoodie punk and use those funds to make the acquisition. Um, and the market was in a much, much better place. And I just look back and think about what Quirkies has been
for almost four years in this space,
and more importantly, what it's been the last 100 days.
I'm really proud because we've really become a magnet for so many people who genuinely care
about Web3. And to me, that's important. Sometimes we're like, oh, this project
sucks or this project's failing or this thing that they launched is not good, but it's like, we have to be very careful in my opinion about what we even want to fail. Right. I've had to naturally, right. We're competitive
people. Um, and look, there's some people that are not so great actors. Right. So, I mean,
I get it. Right. But, but what I'm saying is there's also a lot of projects that are really trying.
And sometimes they just do something that doesn't hit the mark or they make a bad judgment call.
And it's like we're sometimes so quick to pronounce something dead, not realizing that every time something good dies in this space, good people and their passion die along with it, if that makes sense.
And I know so many people that gave up on Web3 along the way for different reasons.
And what we want to do is restore that. We want to be a group of people, a brand,
group of people, a brand, you know, a moving, breathing, you know, organization that, that
help restore that, that give people the hope that, you know, not just go buy NFTs like a
maniac, right?
But that's not the point.
It's that great brands, great IPs, great community, great culture can still be present in this
space.
That's what we're after.
And I'm excited because I feel like we're doing a really good job at it.
And I said this yesterday or I think yesterday on Spaces.
I'm going to get credit because I'm the loudest voice for sure.
And I know that.
But I want to tell you guys, please understand that if i'm just here on a mountain
professing the passion for this project or the space and nobody is there to hear it it doesn't
mean anything it's the community that's the reason period um jed we'll go to you then we'll jump over to ash no i gotta give it
to ash first bro if you guys are first well you raise your hand you know it's very respectful of
you to do that but yeah ashley go ahead i do want you to jump in i so i saw the hand fly up
you know jed's getting older so we're always very, uh, cognizant of those hands. So

ah you talk about like being emotional whoa um i don't even know if i can finish this but um
it is you know the past four years almost with corkies and um it has been quite a journey with everyone here. But I am so excited for today because I think that this marks a new journey.
One that will take us very, very, very far.

Trust me, I'm slapping myself to try to get myself to stop.
I can't believe this is happening.
But you guys know that I only get emotional very, very.
It's a once in a very blue moon that I get emotional like this.
And this is just one of those moments where it's like we've worked so hard to get to where we are today.

Where do I start, man? put together a promise for the rest of the space but jed over to you uh when i start man that's crazy uh so i wasn't an og quirky um you know i only became friends with really close friends with poppy two years ago and it's funny funny that i saw his
his punk that wound up being you know it's like all come full circle but um you know once he got
control i was like it's on now it's on now and that's when i became like mega bullish and
wanted to be involved you know really involved and you know everybody knows me i keep it real
like i wasn't the hugest fan of quirky's art like the original art i liked it a lot there's certain pieces i love certain pieces
i didn't um and like i said i always keep it real i don't mean to offend anybody but arts you know
it's just different for everybody um but man when this dude came to me with his vision bro i was
there was the aha moment and i was just like this is fucking it man this is it this is it and that's when i
fucking fell in love um so you guys are gonna get to see later what we're talking about but man
i'm just honored to be part of this journey on honored to be you know part of this uh
you know part of this advisory board and and you know i i've had a few aha moments this month like
i don't really give a shit about the JPEGs anymore, man,
because I'm going to be here 20 years.
And when Quirkies becomes a, you know, household name,
I really don't care if I got 10 Quirkies, one Quirky, 200 Quirkies,
because it's going to be a billion-dollar brand.
So who gives a shit?
I'm here for the long term.
Like, I gave a Quirky the list because I think she adds value to any community.
And if I find people that I think are going to add value to you know communities that i i vibe
with or people that i vibe with i'm going to give away my nfts i really don't care anymore
you know because it's a long game for me um and and i think today's going to be a real aha moment
because i know how web3 people react to things and i'm really curious to see if people
have really zoomed out now and i'm really starting to look at the long-term game here
um because this is not like a dj moment this is a moment to see if people really grew up or not
and that's what i want to see
well you know i uh i'm gonna jump back in there and just you know I gotta I gotta echo
actually what you said and then I gotta give some credit uh and some some love to you as well
um because again this was something that I mean you know Matt Ritchie's one of my best friends
I didn't even include him in that till later in the game when he was with me in person. And I was even hesitant to do it
because I know he genuinely loves like quirkies and the art and everything. So I was like, man,
I also don't want to ruin this like Christmas. It's like a childhood Christmas moment. For me,
it is. And I've already seen it and I'm still excited. But I was very cautious about who was involved in this process.
And, you know, from day one, when we said, hey, this is what we want to do.
Jed literally right away came and said, yo, let me help you with this. I got boom, boom, boom, started working on some
stuff. I'll talk a little bit more once we, uh, you know, launch here in a few minutes. Um, so
it'll make more sense and I'll, I'll really dive deeper into the story. Um, but yeah, we're so grateful because through Jed, Connections, Ash, Sam, so helpful along the way.

Yo, I am honestly, I'm so grateful that, you know, I've been in quirky since 22, like right
after mint.
And I, you guys, you know, you have a special place in my heart because this community has
just grown so much and just the new
things that you guys have been coming out with throughout the years and this this is just so
cool and it's so kid friendly i just sent it over to one of my friends and i was like you have to
have like one of your kids look into this because this is honestly something that this space needs.
And I'm just so excited. I'm so excited for the quirky and the future is bright, guys.
Man, you know, Danielle, thank you so much.
You know, look, this is the sentiment that we shared because as we were working through like potentially
doing toys, stuffed animals, plushies, blind box, all this stuff, there's so many like
opportunities, but everything that, that I could get passionate about was like doing
it as kid IP and having a two year old son made this process really special
because I love quirkies, but I interviewed like 30 people and asked them, what do you think the age
of quirkies are? And every person was like, oh, teenager or adult. And I'm like, exactly.
So there's a lot to unpack here. And I'm grateful.
And thank you for that feedback.
I want to share.
Essentially, first off, you guys can read.
But I want to share a couple things.
Because I think it's, you know, Danielle, you nailed it.
This is the IP for the next generation.
And I don't think there's enough good IP.
I don't think there's any real link
between, you know, parents and adults on chain. And we have such a big vision for this. We have
so much already been done. There's a lot to talk about, but today alone. But, you know, what I want
to say is this, if you guys look, we're actually in the middle right now of updating
your, um, your metadata on OpenSea. So first off, if you own an OG Quirky, oh, it's live.
It's live. It's live. Okay. So there's two ways, dude, OpenSea moved with the swiftness. Okay.
So if you go to OpenSea right now and you look at the quirky's collection and
refresh the page, there is now a toggle feature.

So shells shells found it.

So first off you can go to open C refresh that page and you will be able to
see your quirky with the toggle.
So I think it is probably working through it.
It might take a few minutes to do that.
So because I clicked on the one on the floor and it has the toggle,
and then I clicked on the next one.
It's not there yet.
So it may take a little while.
Cause I think they update the metadata like through the collection, like periodically.
But anyway, that's the reason why we actually did that toggle also on the website.
So if you go to the website, you can type in, if you scroll down, it's about halfway
through, it says explore the collection. You can actually type in your Quirky's ID number
and search. But the thing that I love and shout out to point, he put that little dice.
Okay. That little dice is there. So you can literally press that dice and it will,
um, it will, uh, like generate a new quirky with the kid every time. So, you know, this, this,
it's a couple of things. Number one, we didn't want to do this as a mint. We didn't want to do
this as an airdrop because we felt like adding more art to this collection only could be done

I talked to him and he was like bro do it as a toggle people will love it

You will literally take one of the most stable projects that already exists in quirkies and you will now give people

quirkies they want to buy, collect, own. Now you're not just looking at the OGs, you're looking at the
quirk kit as well. And then we started having fun with the art. And I got to tell you, Red Goat Queen
Molly is the artist behind quirk and she's on the stage right now. Molly, we love you.
We appreciate you guys.
You have no idea.
Molly has not slept.
I felt so bad because I have this idea like, let's do the, um, let's do comics.
And like, she's doing comics.
I'm like, Molly, let's do honoraries.
And she's just working.
And she literally slept like a few hours last night and she worked so hard
like the traits done we had to fix a couple things after the first reveal um and it looks like all of
them are now updated on openc i'm clicking through it looks like all of them um you're able to toggle. But one thing that was really cool during this process
is we came up with the idea to put companions.
And we're like drawing all these cute little stuffed animals
to put with the kids.
And then we started taking the one-of-ones
from the Quirkling collection and making those the companions.
And so for the Quirkling one of one holders, like immediately now your IP has visibility
in the OG collection all the time.
And you still own those individual IP rights.
So we wanted to empower the Quirkling one-of-one holders to go
out and build more with their IP, do more with your IP. Again, a lot to unpack. A lot of it's
on the website, but I know, I don't know about you guys, but I have already spent hours looking at these. I will tell you that we, we did on a few of the traits,
we got really creative, like the Medusa. We didn't want to do some of these edgier traits
that would make this not family friendly. Like I want to build the world with this brand.
And as people are recommending this or sharing it with their kids, like we want you to
know that this is a safe brand with no awkward moments. And so with the Medusa head, um, we did
gummy worms and, uh, and with like the gold chain, it's like a chain, a rainbow chain with the binky
hat with a binky on it, like a pacifier. Um, there's the bubble brain is popcorn like i just invite you guys to spend
time just looking on the website pressing that little dice and just really admiring the art
it is it is unbelievable how how good this. And a little bit of alpha.
Even though Molly was the lead artist for this project,
and we're going to be working with Molly,
she is an incredible person.
So she's not going anywhere unless she wants to.
I don't think she wants to.
You know, the skulls, the Finch skull,
the regular skull mask, and the fire skull max were actually done by Finch. So when I talked to Finch, I was like, bro, here's what we're doing. What do you
think? And he was blown away. He was like, damn dude, this is insane. He was so happy. And, um,
I said, look, I would be honored if you would draw the skulls. And so he pumped those out for us. So
all the skull, like that gives even more value to skulls and skulls are the most value trait
in, in quirkies, right? You have one of ones and then there's like gold armor.
And then it's just the skulls. Like if a skull gets listed anywhere reasonably cheap it's probably gone
in record time um i felt like if finch's only art in this collection the court kids collection
was the skulls it would it would add even more value to the skull traits. Um, and by the way, I think this is the first
launch. I don't see any FUD. I'm so happy. I don't see any FUD. I don't know how it's possible.
Uh, but, but I'm sure there's one FUD, uh, like I'm sure I'll hear a, that's it. I expected more.
Look, what I will say is this, nobody's perfect, but I'm so proud of the
team, the execution. And this is important for that reason. I want to read the message that I
wrote, not AI. I wrote this this morning because I wanted something to be heartfelt. So I'll read
it here, even though it's on the site. So when we told the story that led to Quirk Kids, we told the story of the evil inks taking away the Quirkies' memories so they couldn't remember their childhood.
It took a visionary and a leader to take action and go on an adventure to bring back the happiest memories of their past, of their childhood.
Now, this speaks heavily into our lives today.
heavily into our lives today. We get so occupied with politics, war, bills, and all of the
distractions of being an adult that we oftentimes forget about our childhood and the happiness,
our best memories, the freedom, and the fun that we've had. So Quirk Kids is not just art or
characters. This new brand signifies everything that life should be. Fun, quirky, enjoyable,
and most importantly, the glue that brings families
together. We believe that by launching this for the kids, we will bring parents and kids
together for the first time on chain. Web3 has mostly attracted DGENs and people who
want to make money, and we respect that, of course. But we also believe that we can build
a brand that attracts families and promotes learning while
building some of the best memories for us to hold on to.
We're not just building a business.
We're building the next generation.

You know, for me, this is a lot deeper than just adding more art to the collection.
That's why we didn't ask you guys for money or mints or whatever.

To me, this is the expansion into a brand that gives us immense opportunity, unlimited
opportunity, in fact, because people are more bound, even as a parent, who am I going to
spend money on for Christmas?
Myself or my kid?

So I'm trying to find everything for my son to make his life better, to make him happier.
When he's throwing a tantrum, I want him to be happy.
And being a father who is present is the best blessing.
I get to build this business,
build a couple other businesses that I get to choose. Hey, if I want to shut my phone off at
five and go spend time with my family and my son, I can do that. And because of that,
I get a chance to consume with him, right? We watch, I watch the shows with him. I sing with
him. We dance. We do, we do everything. Cause I don't, you know, my dad was busy and he was a
great father, but man, I know the value when I got to spend more time with him when I was older.
And I just, as we're building this brand, I got really emotional because I'm like, dude, this will,
instead of you being on spaces while your kids are in the other room, I envision people doing
quirkies with their kids. This morning I I'm showing my son the art. We're
rolling the dice together. Okay. We're looking at the art together and he's like, quirkies.
I love quirkies. I want those memories for me and for you. Um, and I believe that this,
we are really the first significant, in my opinion, the first significant
Web3 brand to really lean in to doing stuff for the next generation.
I get it.
The target audience is, you know, older and, you know, that's who we got to target.
But I also know that most of us have kids, nieces, nephews, grandkids.
We have a lot of grandparents in Quirkies. I know y'all are so fired up. Like I know show right now, fired up. And, um,
Hey, my mom liked it. So nobody else liked it. I knew I was, I knew I had one vote. That's it.
The best grandma. So man, I get, it feels cool that it's out. Uh, I got to say point,
Oh, man, I get it feels cool that it's out. I got to say point you did such a great job on this website and Molly you absolutely crushed this art and and I really feel like today is day one of quirkies. That's what I feel like. I feel like today is day one.

um so let me give a little backstory i don't know if you wanted to talk or not molly but
um when i went to jed about this idea it was right after the acquisition i was like boom
here's what we want to do yada yada yada right and um he said okay let's um

Because we knew Molly from the very beginning of Quirkies.
And I'll tell you like Molly, your work ethic, your passion
has been unbelievable. So thank you so much for everything. I don't know if you want to share a
couple of words or whatnot, but I just wanted to take some time to just give you your flowers
because we wouldn't have been able to launch today
for sure i know we wanted to get this out before christmas we wouldn't have been able to launch
without you and point busting your butts hello oh my god i'm so emotional this is, I'm so emotional. This is amazing. I'm so excited for you guys. And I'm also excited for having the art show. Well, first, hello. Hi, everyone. I hope drawing the quirkids. I actually just enjoyed
drawing them that I didn't even feel that I'm doing work. It was really fun. And even like with
the comics, I did my best. I hoped if we had more time to draw more pages and just kind of really take more time with that. But it was really a challenge, and I'm just so happy that we made it.
I mean, we all made it together.
I probably made the art, but it's a teamwork.
It was really, really an honor to work with you guys.
And, yeah, I'm just so happy and excited.

And I remember when he told me about it, I made a kind of a sheet with a couple of queer kids.

think words can express exactly what it means for you to work here with us, side by side with me,
especially because I know we've talked about this so many times before,
but Molly and I literally came into this space together. We were united from a project way

excited um so i'm actually gonna ask you a question did i manage to keep you excited the
whole actually period of the work yes when i'm asking for more that's a good sign okay
because you know look your your work ethic was so good. I'm like, man, she is like moving
and grooving and, uh, you know, painting the, uh, here's the one thing that's important guys.
She drew this. This is not AI generated art. This is hand drawn. I need to emphasize that
like Molly drew, redrew every single trait and every one of one is actually a
one of one. Okay. Every trait, every trait was redrawn and generated. So we were able to go
to the smart contract, get the entire trait configuration, redo the traits and then regenerate them, which we actually just did,
I think late last night into the morning. So we're just doing QA, quality assurance going through.
I'm just hitting the dice on the website like crazy. So yes, Molly, beyond entertained,
doing the comics. Guys, every comic, now I i can say this like every comic was done like
one minute before we posted because she and i'm molly now i get to say i'm mad at you i'm only
mad at you because you took so long on the comics and i feel bad molly's like yeah it's 12 hours i'm
like oh my god i feel horrible like i'm happy but i felt horrible i'm like oh my god
i'm sleeping and she's drawing comics like okay i can't sleep anymore no molly you are
a gift to the world we appreciate you and i will say and i say this i haven't seen all of your work
but your work is really good i think this is the best work that you've done and i'm honored
that that in at least from my opinion you you know, art is subjective from my opinion, my lens.
I'm honored that that's the scenario.
You did such a good job.
So if you guys liked everything with the comics and all that, one of the dedications is, you know, we hired this animation studio.
Molly is helping us work with them. None of their work
you guys have seen yet. There is a slight little preview on the website, but on the bottom of the
website, I know we have other hands on the bottom of the website. We put like the vision in there.
Okay. So you guys can see your rights, your IP rights, how that works. But you can also see that we're working on animations.
So we're going to be building out our socials. I'm sure you guys have seen what Chimpers and GVC
and some of these other really great brands have been able to do on TikTok and Instagram.
We're going to be building animations. We've been working on it with the studio for three months.
And the only reason we didn't start releasing anything yet is because we pivoted to Quirk Kids. So I'm like, all right, whatever,
we'll start in January. So we are, we're, we're going to be in the next month or so, uh, starting
to build with animated shorts, um, gifts. Uh, we have, we're going to be working on a kids learning
app. Uh, that is going to probably take a long time.
You know, I'd say more Q3, Q4, even for an MVP.
That's Dr. Luby and I are going to work on that majorly.
Spend a lot of time, just we're going to bring in social and emotional learning experts.
We want to bring in app experts because we really want we really want to build the, one of the most safe
and dynamic, uh, apps and environments for kids to learn. And, uh, that's a tall task and, uh,
we're ready to take it on. Um, YouTube learning content. Okay. My son loves this stuff. The ABC
one, two, three colors, nursery rhymes, building all of that, uh, coloring books.
We're actually going to be building with point, um, and vision and some others.
We're going to be building.
We want to build like digital coloring book generators.
Uh, we want to, we actually want to also create tools where the members can come in and create memes and gifs with their Quirk Kids
and create their own lore and their own stories as well
and start to give their characters the backstory.
And I saw, you know, Shills doing that already with her quirky and her good vibes.
And we want to see more of that. Um, and then, and then,
you know, the long-term goal is, is long form content. You know, we, we always have this dream
of being a TV show, uh, or, or a YouTube show or, you know, something we can build to then
bring to the Amazons and the Netflix's of the world. And, you know, we have friends who can
get it done. Like it's
not a far-fetched dream. We just have to build it. We have to build it. It's going to take some time.
I'm not making any promises there, but, um, we are locked in lots of hands. Uh, lots of people
that want to speak. We will have to rotate some down. So I do want to go to point and just say, thank you, bro.
The last 72 hours, you have put a lot aside to help get this website done.
And I hope you get a ton of people asking you to build websites.
So it's all worth it.

how entranced they get, you know, there's a lot of shit right on YouTube and just to be consumed
that kids are just getting hyper fixated and focused on, you know, especially for parents,
you know, really something to be proud of, to trust and to appreciate having something that's, you know, both, you know, teaching good core kind of human
being values that we're losing a sight of and touch with and really, you know, teaching them
from education to, you know, maybe even personal finance, you know, things that I feel like are
lacking in the education system. That's a different topic of conversation, but I'm excited. So, you know, thank you. And awesome job. Uh, it means it means a lot. Cause you're a,
you're an actual professional, bro. You are incredible. And I have a lot of friends with
a lot of talents, but the speed that you moved at and, um, just, I i mean the quality of the work like bro that website makes the

happy to see you on stage how you doing hey what's going on poppy um first off you know congrats to
everyone and part of why i wanted to come up here is because um as i'm looking at you know all of
the the new art and uh scanning through some traits and seeing how
things have evolved and, you know, just the creativity of like sort of, you know, directing
it towards a younger audience with, you know, how the traits are reimagined is just really special.
And it really demonstrates, you know, just like the passion, the authenticity, the creativity of this entire brand.
You and I have been talking for years now, and I know that you have wanted me to join for a while.
And I told you that, like, it was really hard for me to wrap my head around the IT.
It wasn't necessarily, like, my style, but that there were things that, you know, you touched on earlier
that I've been really harping on recently as far as storytelling, as far as like, you know,
who, you know, who is your, your brand even like targeted at besides just the people that are
already here in our little, you know, like crypto bubble. Um, and not just for you, right. That goes
for all projects. And I think a lot of them have left that unanswered you know so far
as for you know what you have um brought to market today and everything that you know you have
demonstrated i'm just i'm so impressed um i wrote something up on the timeline i'm currently looking
i think i'm between two of them uh like i don't wanna i don't wanna you know um celebrate before
i actually pull the trigger but i there are a couple that I don't even want to say them out loud because I'm afraid that one of them I think should already be off the market.
The other one's a little bit higher, but looking at some of the trait combinations, it speaks to me.
a hint hint that I really like the skateboards, especially because you guys actually do things
with like a physical, you know, streetwear skateboard, you know, uh, culture and brand
IRL. Like, I think that's really important to tie those two together, but just touching on
specifically, you know, the, the, you know, what has been, um, announced today, like you can really
see it. You can see how, um, there is a lot of thought that went into this
as far as the art um i think he said that's molly molly and i apparently we already you know we're
following each other i don't know how that happened but i'm glad that we do because like
your art is incredible like if anything i'm gonna go out on a limb and say personally i like i like
the core kids more than i like the Quirkys.
It seems like for some of them, there is more detail.
There is more, you know, just like, I don't know.
There's things that really stand out.
The pacifiers, you know, the little companions on the side, you know, the little, like, stuffed animals next to the Quirkids.
you know, the little like stuffed animals next to the Quirk kids.
You know, even some things I noticed that were like, you know, you have to take a trait
and you have to figure out like, well, how can we keep this consistent, but make it where
it is directed, you know, at a, you know, a younger audience or, you know, towards children
and do it where it's still, it blends, it fits.
So like, there's a lot you could like, I can't, um, overstate that there's so much like
thought that went into this and you can, you can see it. Like it, it speaks for itself as far as
the quality of the art, um, and just like how just detailed and well-rounded it is. Um, and,
you know, like the fact that you're already kind of, um, you know, touching on the things that you want to do past this point to,
you know, further what you can, what, you know, what you can offer, what you can provide to
the community to further the culture, to further, you know, the, I guess you could say like the,
the interactions and like how people can share this with their families. I mean, I think that's
something that you've heard me talk about from time to time that
like, yeah, we really do sometimes think too in terms of like, you know, degeneracy, quite
frankly, right?
Like, and yeah, we, we all enjoy it or else we wouldn't be here, but it's not sometimes
something that we want to share with our family, right?
We kind of like have to hide it almost because it's, it's really unsavory at
times. There's been these themes that have been perpetuated that, you know, it is unfortunate
because it has, I think, held us back. And so to see someone that is like, you know, um, I'll touch
on, uh, who I've seen do it, you know, previously, but there wasn't necessarily as much like, um,
I don't, it wasn't as purpose-driven, right?
And that was D-Gods.
D-Gods did the toggling.
I was really impressed
that there were multiple,
you know, almost like palettes, right?
You could choose from of,
do you want your D-God to look like this
or you don't want it to look like that?
You got three different D-Gods
for the price of one as far as the art.
And that was awesome.
But it didn't necessarily, right,
all come together
as far as like why you had three different ones.
Whereas this, it's very linear.
It's very well understood.
And it just makes sense, right?
That the Quirkids grow up into Quirkies, right?
And they ditch their stuffed animals
and they're ready to take to the streets.
And it's like you can see how this story is going to come together.
You can see how this is going to be like this coming of age type of narrative that we all can relate to.
And I saw that even with just the little intro to why you did this.
It's very on brand.
It's very needed. It's warranted,
right? Like, this is great for the entire space. And I can't say enough, you know, great things
about you just and your passion and how, like, that's something that I look up to. I think,
you know, many of us do as far as we need more people like you that are willing to take charge
that have not only the experience but like the willingness
to you know let's see how far we really can take you know this ip and and you know the things that
we enjoy but we want to share with you know outside of these four walls so i don't want to
ramble too much but um you can tell i'm excited i'm looking at you know the not even the floor
right i'm looking at ones well above the floor
because those are the ones that are catching my,
you know, my attention the most.
But I think that this is going to reverberate.
I really do.
I think that this is something as more people come to learn
and, you know, like fully, you know,
do their own kind of like, not investigation,
but they do their own research, right?
As far as like what has evolved and and and you know why it's um being done in the first place
this is a great um you know occurrence for for everyone involved um excited for the entire
corkis community and uh yeah i i think i will be joining very soon. Man, like what a testimony.
And it's true, like we have talked so long

I know, here's the thing that I think is pretty amazing.
So many people are ecstatic
and that's been our energy for like two months you know we're like
we can't wait to get this out because from the first preview that we saw we're like oh my god
this is this is it this is it molly has been so on brand, so on point.

I know you're big on art.
And anyone who actually cares about the space and cares about art is going to look at this and be like, damn.
Because this is some of the best PFPR in the space
with all the respect in the world to to everyone else like i just it is the detail the
line work the traits the creativity i'll give you that as a reference point um we had something
called ape kids club i if i if i remember correctly back in the day this was like a 21 maybe early 22
project derivative of board ape sure but like it was something at the time that was directed
towards a younger audience. Unfortunately, you know, it unraveled, right? You know, I don't even
know where the founder is nowadays. And that was unfortunate because there was something,
there was something very charming there, right? There was something very wholesome there.
And as I said before, that's what the space lacks. And this is exactly what it reminds me of, except like, that's not trying, this obviously isn't trying
to force a new brand around, you know, targeting children. This is something that is like, hey,
let's include children. Let's have, you know, a division of this, you know, one area of this that
can, you know, inspire, you know, families and for something that they want to share
with their children so um we've seen attempts and they have not gone very well the art was there
but you know everything after that point was not and i know that that won't happen here because
the art like is just the first you know kind of step as to this new chapter for quirkies right and i know
that with you at the helm and leading the way that you're going to do all you can to you know
bring this ip to life thank you bro uh it means a lot and and it's the truth you know for us this
is day one i i i've said this many times and i truly mean it. Like no matter what I'm doing or where we are, whatever, like my vision is to build
this IP forever.
And, um, I, cause I, I just truly believe in it.
I believe in the antennas, man.

in the real world with what we're building as a project is going to complement our holders so

well those look so cool let's stick with the quirklings and that's and then I start playing
with actually colors so I needed the colors to be matching sometimes even to kind of create a story between the body like the
clothing and the the quirky and um the the toy he's having so you can if you're building a story
you can imagine maybe he's fan of that maybe that's his hero and and you know you can just go
around that and yeah so that was my kind of mindset where i was picking the the toys sorry i
no i'm no i needed you in like people people need to know this is so important people need to know
how much went into this this isn't ai slop you know prompt throw it on an n NFT to get sales like this, what we're building is, is real. And I think I was so
excited for today for that reason, because Molly seeing you work for the last few months, it's like,
how do I not tell people like we're at Basil and I'm like, Oh yeah, what are quirkies doing?
And I'm like, you know, you don't want to say like soon or you know yeah stay tuned like
because you sound like a tool this has been really difficult to not like talk about this but i i i am
really proud and we like molly i would love for you to come on i know it's late but like even on
sniper sundays just if we can get on there and talk about some of the traits and the,

that's you know just really creative um and something that i haven't seen with really any
other project that specific like idea brought to you know um you know kind of like uh um executed
or demonstrated you know with the art um and then the aesthetics you know me like of like executed or demonstrated, you know, with the art.
And then the aesthetics, you know me, like I'm all about aesthetics.
I mean, look at my PFP right now, right?
Like it's all about just like things matching and things going together.
Like I truly do value that and put a premium on it.
And so this one was listed 10 minutes ago.
And whoever just listed that, you know, I'm honestly going to say I hope you feel bad. Like congrats on the sale, but you just, you really did just fumble that because this one's

you guys on such a like a well executed and super exciting release of the court kids I think you

about i don't know you she's in that category of like most og and there's a lot honestly a lot of
the people who minted quirkies are still holding them They're still around and a lot of people from those first couple the first month

You've been you've been great. Honestly, like you add value when it's needed to be added
And we want to see more. I know you're popping out kids. So this is exciting for

places so i guess my biggest question is uh when quinks, when little tiny baby inks go. Quinks, you know, we've, uh, we've had some conversations.
Uh, like I mentioned yesterday on space, I've been talking to, uh, I've been talking to Finch,
I've been talking to Finch about Inks and the future, and he wants to do some work in
2026.
So, you know, Inks, the story with Inks is far from over.
In fact, you know, the Inks retreat during this story, they run, but they say they'll
be back.
So far from over and telling this story, leaning into this is going to be a huge part of this year. You know,
with the studio, Molly, we're going to continue to have Molly do her comics. Um, you know,
less frequently, probably we'll build, you know, comics more intentionally now and, and do maybe a
page a week. Um, but, but we're going to continue and, um, look, you can't stop all these people in this community from building.
Like I'm getting messages and DMs from people already like building with the AI prompts.
And I just can't wait to see everyone like pumping out content.
We're also going to do something a little alpha.
I want to do a GIFback, um, from the community.
So we, we haven't launched this yet, but one of the things that I want to do is create a pool
of, of capital every month where the community can create gifts, um, that we can buy back from
them essentially and upload to our Giphy account. Um there's just there's a bunch of ideas that we want to do we'll keep going through it but most importantly we want to empower people
to build we want to empower people to create tell the story and we're going to continue to do that
you know it's not a race it's a marathon but you know we're we're definitely leaning into this ip
and um you know now now we get to go out and work on partnerships and

see some uh commonalities or or something going on like each has its its own toy but i i know
there's a meaning behind it and and I'm interested to know more about that.

of this but like there's more detail in the quirk kids than there are in the og art and it's uh i'm
flipping through every one of these right now like the one little stuffed animal with the rainbow
shooting out of the top of its head like super cool like i want one of those little guys sitting on my desk
right now um it's yeah it's it's pretty dope and um yeah man congrats to you so it uh it it's a lot

feature, you know, other projects have added, you know, different versions of the art. Um,
and Chimper's is, is going, uh, they're adding a more cartoon version of their pixel art, but
nobody has like shifted straight to a kid's brand.
And I think a,
the art is,
it's hard to say,
but the art is honestly,
in some cases,
it's better.
It's better.

it's great.
It's really good.
And first off the OG quirky art is already widely considered some of the best art in the space.
I think now it is probably the best.
And I say that completely
unbiased. Like I just genuinely, I, it's great. So yeah, that's, it's just so good.
I think with the art, like from what Sven did, he did an amazing job and it looks awesome. And
then Molly, what she did was enhanced it. It took it to, you know, it's like a breath of fresh air.
It's, it's something new breath of fresh air it's it's
something new and different and it's it's new energy and i feel like you guys are working with
what you got but you're bringing in value without trying to extract or do all these crazy things and
like yeah even if these things have been done before i just feel like number one we know that
you really believe in this stuff you have a really great team
everybody's super passionate and everyone's happy to do it and this is the uh results of that you
know and that that takes time uh but it's i mean this is a tangible result and i know it might go
over a lot of people's heads but like guys this is something really special so just again flowers
to everybody here you guys all did amazing.
I'm super stoked. I'm like rolling the dice, just like going through all the trades and stuff like that. I'm telling Christine, I'm like, this guy did it. He did it. He made it happen. Not just

art. It's, it's the same art. It is literally the child version of the OG of the adult OG. It's just,
it really is amazing. It really is a good job.
You did a really, really good job on this. So I just wanted to kind of express my appreciation
for you putting in so much work. I mean, you put your heart into it. You can tell just by the way
you talk on the space. So thanks for being a part of what we're trying to build here at Quirky's.
It's really cool. Point, the website looks amazing. Poppy said he's really excited about, he was really energetic about the
website that he just thought it was the best website maybe that he's ever seen. And if you

it's like, they were always just a community member, it was just, they were there, and they
just had more passion than I've ever seen anybody have for a project in this space of not being in any ownership, not leadership, not nothing.
They just, they had a foresight of what they thought it could be. And they, they just never
let go of it. And I mean, actions speak louder than words. Everybody has seen it over the years,
I have to say. So I'm emotional for you guys. I have to say personally I'm very very proud of every one of
you and everybody else that went from you know community member and on the team and making this
project what it is I'm just very very happy for you guys and I'm proud of you guys like you guys
you never let go you guys keep pushing you're doing what you have to do for the project and
and you guys are an inspiration especially for myself, of giving passion back to people who's just lost faith.
And just like, you know what I'm saying?
They just don't believe anymore.
And you guys are giving that belief back.
So on to the Quirk kids.
I have to say personally, for my PFP, it's always been a joke.
It's funny because I'm actually terrified of snakes.
I don't know what it was.
The whole quirk that I got of just the archer, the snakes, the war eyes and everything.

It spoke to me as soon as I seen it.
And how I got it is separate.
But I needed it ASAP.
But I'm terrified of snakes.
So it's kind of funny that you guys made gummy worms.
I actually really, really like that, dude.

But, you know, IP is a big thing in this space, but it's not very used.
Like, you know, there's many ways that it could be used.
And I feel like this personally, i know from like my brain it instantly
clicked of ideas that me and garrison are already talking about but like like it i feel like this is
just a door opening to just possibilities and and what could be done with the ip and just spreading
the word of quirky so i mean all around good launch and and what you guys did for free and everything else. I just I love it in general.
But my main message is I'm very, very happy for especially the three co-hosts here.
And I'm very, very proud of you guys and what you guys have been doing so far.
And I mean, I've never had more faith.
I'm even in street token.

people to have a great experience even if they have to sell for whatever reason

Everyone thought that that was going to be the new norm.
And I'm like, dude, how, how are these, how do you expect these company?
I don't know if anybody's done the math, but like 5,000, you know, 5,000 times, let's just
do 5,000 just to put things in a perspective for you.
5,000 times 20, you know, it's a hundred grand to give everybody in every quirky an airdrop
of $20 is a hundred grand, you know?
And like, what, what, what makes sense?
People want these huge hundred thousand dollar airdrops, you know, somebody is giving away
millions of dollars. I mean, it's, it can happen. Sure. It's great when it does happen. I've
received a few, but most of these are, are not realistic expectations. What's realistic is to coincide with a brand, to work with a real brand, a real company
that has vision and wants to build the lore, the story.
Because the more we do of that, the more we can then turn around, go to different studios,
go to different partners, say, hey, here's our portfolio.
Look what we've been building.
Some of this is from us. Some of this is from us.
Some of this is from the community. Some of this is, uh, AI, some of this is hand-drawn,
but this is our IP and this is the dynamic and the flexibility behind it.
And that vision today is 10 times more clear. I mean, if you can't see the vision of creating really cute kids IP,
you probably aren't even alive. Because that is every single major brand,
almost every single major brand in the world has either pivoted to kids or has done stuff for kids.
Even Spider-Man, right? They created Spidey and his amazing friends. My kid loves that.
Like, it's just over and over again,
the signs are there.
And now we're in a different category.
Quirkies truly today became a family-friendly,
family-focused brand.

older people's house and they have one path that goes around the left and one path that goes around
the right and it's all like santa and elves the right. And it's all Grinch and like all like this feeling at all that the Grinch is at the other side. So it's pretty
cool. Yeah. So there in my neighborhood, like 10, probably 20%, 25% are decorated. Um, but we're
going to go find it. Remember a lot of, a lot of the neighborhoods are HOA. So we're going to have
to go find, uh, I think there's the neighborhoods are HOAs, so we're going to have to go find.
I think there's some real banger neighborhoods in some surrounding cities.

One of my friends is a very diehard quirky holder.
Well, he's a longtime quirky holder, but he hasn't been very active.

database on that website of downloadable, like PDF content. So people can like, if they want to
bring it to their local restaurants
or, you know, whatever, they could be anywhere in the world. And, um, and, and also the creator
could be anywhere in the world. Like Haydos has been doing a lot of really great quirky art.
Um, for example, it's just one person. Like we can have people in the community create coloring pages, coloring books.
We can put those files on the website and people can go download them.
And then at some point we can even make a marketplace, right? One of the things that I would love to do is like for creators, maybe you can sell,
like you could create a coloring book page and maybe you sell it for, you know, a couple
bucks on the website.
But, you know, imagine you sell that page for $2 and you get a hundred downloads,
boom, it's 200 bucks for one page. So I think it'd be cool because like part of this space
is empowering artists to create. So we have a lot of thoughts, you know, a bunch of stuff is
in the pipeline, bunch of stuff's in the imagination. But, uh, the next few days we're going to, we're going to embrace this art. We're going to fill
the timeline. We're going to, you know, we're going to love on our families. And most importantly,
go spend time with the people you love. That's what I'm going to go do three hours on this space.
