okay, I was just kind of explaining long-term plans for the Dow with carbon forwards,
how we're planning to leverage that. Ultimately, it's going to be a vote.
If we want to allocate those funds by selling the future value of carbon to buy, burn our token, or to multiply the trees and scale our projects, at the end of the day, it's going to be owned by
the Dow. So that's an important thing to keep in mind.

The last thing that some of you guys might have seen
is that we have actually developed a referral system,
which is pretty advanced,
and we are plugging it in to not one, not two, not three,
but four different launch pads. Okay. So four launch
pads, guys. I don't know if that's been done before, but, um, it was recommended that like,
a lot of these launch pads, they take 5% of the presale, but, um, they have their own communities.
And so they're going to, we're going to cross pollinate, you know, that's what we do. That's
when we did these 24-7 live streams.

the funds that flow through the pre-sale launch pads will go directly to the liquidity pool at
launch, right? And then roughly 15% of that is going to the Amigos that make it happen. A lot of big token launches,
they end up working with investors, VCs. The VCs take massive allocations
all so that you can have some marketing budget and launch it and make it happen, right? Pay your market makers, whatever.

everything. And by the way, it's all going to be gamified. We're going to have leaderboards. It's
going to be the Growlympics. We're going to give TGN out as prizes plus sponsor stuff. And we've already had two BBC reporters arguing over who's going to cover the grow
elition when we go to get this done. By the way, I got seven other countries involved.
Now, the date has been pushed a little bit in Ethiopia. They're trying to time it perfectly
with the rainy season. And I'm literally speaking with the leader of this initiative,
Dr. Adafiris. I met him at COP29.
We've had many calls, many backs and forths.
On Monday, this will hopefully get decided,
the final, final, final date of this one-day initiative.
And the moment I have that date, I'm going to tell you guys,

thank you. It seems like you asked this question for a very good reason. Okay. Very important.
The way that we've set up the proof of tree protocol, first of all, we are initially tokenizing
mangrove trees specifically.
That's our tree token, MGRO, which is coming later.
Initially, we're launching our DAO governance token,
which is more about voting in the DAO.
It's more about being a verifier in the DAO.
You can earn the tree tokens through this,
but we're also giving it to tree planters of various kinds
as we go to break this next billion tree goal.
So what I can speak to is the M grow side, right?
So M grow is a mangrove tree token.
The only way to earn that is by planting.
But you only get in it.
You only get one sixth of a tree token for the initial plant.
And then an additional one sixth every six months over the course of three years.
Now, mangroves do have a benefit that in a lot of,
in most cases, they're watering themselves, which is amazing. They can desalinate ocean water and
water themselves. Now, sometimes things can happen with the tides and you do need intervention,
but in vast majority of cases, they're watering themselves, which is, which is beautiful and very
sustainable. And that, that does remove a lot of those challenges, but we are still nonetheless
heavily incentivizing, right?
Five out of six is, is for the, the actual growth of the tree and the, the follow-up
and the checkup.
So as your plan, as you're filming, GPS is captured automatically.
You have to go back to the same location,
you film again, and based on the survival rate, right? And if they don't survive, then it's
reflected in the sequential issuance. So you have a great incentive to protect the trees,
whether if that is prevented. It's also going to come down to how people, yeah, look, I, but way before from, for
quite a few different years, I was, uh, I was doing like traditional tree planting, right.
Wed to just planting boom drop. And yeah, we've experienced a lot of different things. Like
crabs can take the propagules out. Goats can come through and eat them. It's, uh,
it can be a challenge, right? But if people in the community,
and that's in certain areas, right?
There are others where,
so the best thing is for really to work directly
with community-based organizations.
I love working with CBOs because they're from the forest,
they live, if not in very close to the forest,
they know how to take care of the forest.
And if they're the ones that are heavily incentivized, not just with our tree tokens,
but also where I'm connected with microfinancing groups, who's expressed a strong interest in
microfinancing businesses adjacent, so nearby these mangroves that depend on the mangroves,
for example, or mangrove honey
is some of those delicious honey I've ever had in my life.
It is the most delicious and it happens to be really healthy for you.
So it has dark and colored, has these antioxidants, which are really great as well.
And so by supporting the beekeepers right by the mangroves with some micro loans to
expand, to set these up in various locations. There's also crab farming, fish farming,
ecotourism, many different businesses that depend on mangroves, these wonderful trees,
for the business to thrive. And economics incentives very much influence behavior.
And while I dislike with a passion that people still cut down the mangrove trees illegally, even though you can face jail time for doing it in Kenya, it still happens.
And I also it's hard to blame the people when if you got to put food on the table or your mother needs medicine and there's a very quick way to earn that money,
you're going to do whatever it takes, right? You can't blame someone in that situation.
But what we can do is we can inject this $1.6 trillion industry by 2028. The carbon markets,
as well as biodiversity credits, equally as important. By the way, if not more, and by the
way, mangroves really help many different
animals to thrive around them, right? Biodiversity is definitely an emerging industry. Regen Network
is pioneering. They have more biodiversity credits than any other registry in the world
on their registry. And Gregory Londua is one of our advisors. He's the first guy to ever sell
tokenized carbon credits. He literally came up with the term refi. We got all the refi legends on our team. Wasabi's advising. We got John Ellison. We've got some really,
really cool people who know a lot about refi. The list goes on. We can share the list. Anyway,
The list goes on. We can share that later. Anyway, so how do we make sure that they survive?
We track it and we heavily incentivize it. And we're starting with mangroves. Now, as we move
out to various different types of trees, that's where watering and care that our platform is not
just a tree tracking platform. It's also an educational platform already. Initially, it's
how to collect the propagules, how to plant them, how to film
them so that our AI can detect it well. These are our training modules, but that's going to grow and
grow and grow over time, right? It's also going to become the platform for sharing all the best

all at once. It's like, no, we're going tree species by tree species,

So basically, the day that people plant the tree, one-sixth of a tree token will get minted
and issued to the planter.
95% of that is earned by the planter on the ground, 5% by the verifier.

One-sixth paid out day off. That's the goal. Now, an additional one, six, six months later, if they survive an additional
one, six, six months later after that, if those survive, et cetera, until three years when one
tree token will be fully minted out per tree. So that way, one mangrove
tree represents a tree, a mangrove specifically, which has grown to the point of three years.
Three years is a very important number because if a mangrove tree survives to the point of three
years, there's a very high likelihood that it reaches full maturity at 25 years. So, um, yeah, no, we're paying them day off, but it is also paid
out every six months over the course of three years.

first of all, you don't even have to download the app. We're going to be on both app stores.

you're signed up, your profile is created, and then you watch a video. Here's how to collect
the propagules that I'm going to be planting. Great. Here's how to plant them with the spacing,
two meters from the mother tree, optimizing survival rates. And then here's how, and then,
sorry, and then you just, and then you just plant them and you film before and you film after that is it. You don't have to go to get the GPS coordinate with Google maps and copy pasta into a spreadsheet and make sure it matches. You don't have to upload to Google drive and then try to, you know, wait for bars and then you get the link and hopefully it's actually viewable. You don't have to do all these different things. You literally just film before and after in the DAP. AI will count the trees automatically.
And then the DAO will tick four boxes to make sure that the methodology was followed.
Your tokens get minted. You receive the token. And if you want to off ramp, we're also connecting
to off ramp solutions. So in Kenya, you get M-Pesa.
There's different mobile money solutions, different ways for people to off-ramp.
And that's how they can get paid that day.
So yeah, we are working with people who are not tech native, who maybe are just gaining
access to some of these technologies. But we are designing it to make it as easy as possible
for them to not only get onboarded into Web3,
but to actually start using this stuff.
And so it's actually making the tracking challenge
so much easier and scalable.

And yeah, dude, that's how it levels up. Now that part is soulbound, right? Because I don't

evolve like a Pokemon. And that's when you stay TGN.
So you can choose to have it evolve.

in these specific areas. Not everywhere.
The vast majority is not because you have to partner with government. You have to invest six
figures just to do the measuring, reporting, verification, do a centralized carbon project.
And that's where we're finally kicking off in Thailand, but it's not scalable. We can't just
say everywhere it's a carbon project. No, you can't. So that's why we have the tree token to incentivize and motivate and reward planters around the
world.
And that's the symbiosis between the two of our DAO.

We didn't raise debt, but we are actively trying to raise for carbon projects because
again, it costs hundreds
of thousands of dollars just to do the centralized carbon project. But fortunately, thanks to the
beauty of partnerships, you know, I'm not the best at everything, but I am, I am actually pretty good
at partnerships. If I may say so myself, we parted with so many, I mean, we've got more than a dozen
partnerships for this thing, but one of them is a carbon project company here in Thailand,
already got investors, already got a lot of support,
already got a lot of success, and they love what we're doing so much.
They're going to actually fund our carbon project.
So we actually have to decide, like, I think, so we've allocated a little bit for impact
investors, 7.3%.
