Everybody needs a retreat healing center for, a week straight if not longer to get totally
like better in your bodies because it is possible um what's up everybody uh i wanted to let you know
because you're talking about like all kinds of cool things in line with like who I am and what I do um I'm doing every morning at 7 45 I'm slowly trying to work towards like
being earlier um but 7 45 pacific and I do a meditation um positive affirmation space and usually runs like between 15 minutes to 30 minutes
um on my days off it'll go longer uh because we'll chit chat but um if you guys can make it
um doing that in the mornings just for free just to like play um you they like, I'll click music with different, um, artists or the pan, you
know, people playing the pan drums.
Um, and I go through different positive affirmations because like all of the, all the things that
we need are within our reach.
I think a lot of times we get like lost and, um, and like life and in pain and in struggle and in stress
and families and crypto and everything else that we forget, um, how incredibly powerful our bodies
are, especially, um, if you give it what it needs and what it's like begging for um and so this is just a little step of just doing this regularly for
myself um because i show up for others so this is a way to show up for myself and uh show up for
other people because um people like are looking forward to the space so i'm like okay so it's
helping me um be you know before i start my day and before I start, like, you know, addressing every issue that comes at hand.
I take time to align my spine and, you know, just imagine, you know, you know, healing light, you know, spiraling through, you know, my vertebrae, my my dna and you know and just aligning everything
with everything good and positive and bright and it's been super helpful and i realized that the
days that i don't do it it's just like because my mom's a paraplegic and i take care of my parents
and oh my god my dad was in the hospital because at 74 he thought he could play soccer so he joined
the soccer league and fractured a rib.

So I'm setting boundaries and taking that little bit of time before my day starts to
just kind of, you know, good stuff.
And the positive affirmations is like, I mean, it's science really.
The more you think positive or whatever, you know, and put yourself in that mindset, the stronger those neurons grow to make it easier to remember that thought until that's just the normal habit that your your brain will think and you can reprogram your brain that way if you're
just persistent it's hard at first and it's gonna take a lot of effort but it
will teach you how to focus and you can actually rewire your brain it's crazy
that's why if you're depressed for a long time it just kind of seems to get
worse because you get really good at getting depressed. You've got to, like, interrupt those thoughts.
