Yeah, absolutely.
you know we have events for them oh looks like he may have gotten kicked um we'll get him back
up here in a moment um yeah and i just wanted to mention i i really appreciate the the focus on the
initiatives and the community pages that that ovation is taking uh because i do feel like that
is probably one of the biggest lacking pieces of of nft community building um you need active
members of the community to step up and take on roles if you want to see it be successful in my
opinion i mean there's a lot of ways to really do that other than just socializing on you know discord
or what have you and trying to get involved but by adding something like an initiative section where
you can actively apply for these roles and and you can see exactly what the community needs
i think is really innovative and it allows people to like he said kind of build up your profile
and explain your strengths and showcase you know how active you are in this space uh to give the
teams and the uh an idea of of who they're working with and and why they'd be a good fit for um whatever
role it is they're they're looking to get so i just think that's something that is very much lacking
and something that ovation tackles um is going to tackle and should be something that i know archie's
and the many other collections launching on top of amber will probably utilize because you can't
just have a single team with one or two people trying to to push an entire community forward you
need a group effort um and that that means assigning responsibility to those who are participating in that
community so um again just really cool feature that i think is going to be very attractive for a lot
of different uh teams and communities um and users uh who are in the space yeah i completely agree max
and i appreciate that input manav i know you got cut off mid-sentence there so i i want to give you
the floor again if you want to continue that train of thought thank you yeah i actually realized i was
i was speaking for like a while and then i realized like no one's responding back and i was like oh
shit i chopped the space um but where did i stop off
i think you were mentioning um getting some of the like nigerian communities involved
um and just broadly trying to get uh you know these emerging communities um access to the platform
yeah and and i think a great example was you know archway archway did a great job we're having
a broad network of international communities uh in the past two years and that's kind of like a tactic
we're going to be using out of the archway playbook is but you know focusing on brazil and nigeria
specifically brazil because they don't have a social media app right now and in nigeria because
majority of our dev team's based there and they have a pretty solid network of uh web three you know
enthusiasts so we're going to see how that goes um and then we're going to try expanding on to other
cities across the world but you know starting off with two small ones um and then you know increasing
uh if it works that well is kind of the approach we're going to take but yeah any input any advice
please send it over to our dms we're like i said we're we're building it for the community that's
how we want to listen to the feedback from the community so even when you're on the app it takes
a minute but go ahead fill out the uh feedback form so we can understand what you like what you don't
like what you want in the future um so yeah yeah those feedback loops are super important so i think
it's wise of you guys to to leverage that uh i do want to take a moment and just say you know there
will be a if you want to ask questions to the ovation team feel free to raise your hand we can get to
that a little in a little bit but uh go ahead and throw your hands up if you uh would like to ask a
question um so let me ask um you know how big is the is the current ovation team and are you guys
do you guys have a plan for expanding or how does that look at the moment
yeah i can go ahead and take this so we currently have four people on our executive team that includes
minov and myself um in addition to that we have three developers um you know looking to hire one more
here pretty soon and we have one community manager i think that covers the team so you know we're
under 10 people um you know we're obviously looking to grow and expand ovation um however you know we
want to make sure you know there's not too many chefs in the kitchen so uh yeah you'll definitely see
our operations expand over time yeah and just to add we actually have um also one product designer
and a um and a like a graphic designer as well so you know all these cool assets all the the new
revamp you saw for the ui it's all kudos to them wouldn't have happened without them so
yeah that's awesome well it sounds like a little shout out for a potential dev position coming up so
for our listeners uh you know you guys can obviously go to ovation.network they do have
a x profile which is at ovation underscore network um is that what's the best place if people do want
to provide feedback or just get in touch what would be the best way for people to do that
i think dms works dms cool yeah um is there anything else you know that that any question i
haven't asked so far that you guys are just really anything any features or anything you you guys want
to share any collaborations that you guys want to discuss not at the moment i think we hit pretty
much you know why ovation what ovation um and pretty much a roadmap or go to market strategy i think the
only thing we need from you know the community is like i said feedback feedback feedback one thing a lot
of and i don't want to go in a whole you know rant here but a lot of founders and a lot of teams
one building out a tab and they think they think that oh this is the best thing to build out let's
go ahead and build it and then when they go push it out to the community and the community doesn't use
it then they're confused and like oh why are they not using it but that's because you didn't ask the
community to begin with right and we're very community heavy we we want to make sure the community
knows what they want and then we build it out for them while including our own ideas obviously
so just please it takes a minute go create a profile shoot some feedback um and then hopefully
the next you know two months we have these cool features rolling out ideally our goal is every
month we have a new uh feature coming out onto our platform um so by this time you know it's january
we have a robust you know um you know one-stop shop for posting initiatives community profiles
profiles and personalized profiles on ovation that's awesome yeah it's a it's an ambitious
uh timeline you know but i'm sure you guys can deliver on it and we'll definitely be looking
forward to seeing how this progresses and updates we'll you know archway i'm sure we'll be playing
on it phi labs as well and then you know we'll all be providing our own feedback as well just as
users um max is there any thoughts you want to add to the conversation just around you know phi labs
and the relationship with uh with ovation and just or even on a personal level what your thoughts on
it yeah happy to i mean i know i personally set up the profile already um integrated a few of my
wallets and updated the profile and i can already like i said see some of my rgs showing up and i really
like the feature of being able to add your favorite nfts to to like pin to your profile so that you can
actually showcase um the stuff you've you've purchased and are proud of um and then on top of that
i'm i know from phi labs and archway's perspective we'll be working very closely with the ovation team
um like like they mentioned we have probably four or five nft collections looking to launch
on amber uh marketplace in the next couple months or so um and we'll be working with them to make
sure those are integrated as well so again you can have it as you know your nfts your profile picture
you can pin them to your profile um and then also we'll be working with them to make sure we're
setting up communities for each of these uh nft collections um so that users have a place to go
to to keep up with everything happening a place to interact directly with the team um a place where
they can actually get involved um through these initiatives so there'll be a lot of collaboration
between the teams um over the course of the next you know six months year however long
um to make sure that that we're supporting the platform really helping it um kicked off and off the
ground um so that they can expand and really start to support even more um collections and and
networks and really make this a primary social platform for for people who are involved in the
space yeah that's i i appreciate that max i guess i i do have that question you know i know you said
that the focus is in the immediate it's it's archway and then kind of expanding to the broader cosmos is
there a plan to go uh like to incorporate other networks is is that is there a cross-chain plan
yeah actually currently on ovation right now you can add um many different or you know chains like
you just what you can do is if you don't want to do it by connecting your wallet and everything you
can have your address and paste it in just for the time being we're going to take this function out
soon enough um but yeah you can just like copy your wallet address and put it in you can put multiple
you can put your solana you can put your ethereum you can put your archway but in cosmos right now
you can only use archway we're really focusing on archway for the next six months make sure these
you know 10 different nft projects will be uh properly integrated with ovation and then eventually
um going into other you know chains that are kind of focusing on nfts um you have stargaze of
celestia um you know say is focusing on it as well so all we have barry chain is going to be doing
their uh i think they're the main net in november so they're going to be a great community target as
well um so yeah at least for the next year and a half it's all cosmos because we have essentially
i wouldn't say no competitors but yeah there's no one building the same idea as us in cosmos so we
have a we can do a great experiment um whereas if we go to evm we'll get stepped down by a lot of these
you know existing social media apps that are funded by you know the co-founder of polygon or
co-founder of lens and you know we just don't have the money and resources that they do but we do have
a better idea so yeah and i and i do think it's important to yeah integrate you know more collections
and and more platforms because i think something unique to nfts is that um most nft collectors are
are very much cross-chain right they're going to go where the collections are so if you have a great
concept or great art or great community um it seems like users are willing to make that leap
um so i think being able to integrate all of those you know all your collections across these different
chains into one platform just improves the overall user experience and really broadens the the user
base that you can appeal to um i think focusing on archway makes a lot of sense for the time being
being that um one we're willing to work very closely with you guys and we do have a handful
of collections um that are going to be going live soon all which i think are extremely high quality
um working with really high quality teams and therefore can be a great foundation for the platform
agreed i think one example max is roly-poly i was on twitter this morning and i saw this big
ethereum influencer that posted roly-poly as one of the top upcoming mints
in the future for nfts which was insane because you know all the top like chains on their route
you know it was like ethereum solana polygon and it just said archway and i was like wow you know
roly-poly has really hit that threshold um to you know engage people from other communities to post
about us and we've by the way their team has only posted one tweet so i mean big props their team if
they're in this call um and i'm excited to work with them soon yeah and then in addition to that
you know we have the beloved derpys um launching in just over 15 days uh with their nft collection
which has been a ton of fun to watch it progress um very highly entertaining a lot of a lot of love for
the derpys team so we have some really unique uh utility i think that's something that goes a little
bit under the radar um with derpys is is they're not just a uh a pfp collection they're integrating
some really cool features like uh some ai into your actual derpy that you can interact with and
doing uh merch and all these different things that i think um a lot of other nft collections don't
really venture that far outside the box but totally derpys has done an excellent job with
and a little teasers you know like i said we have a big focus at file labs we're kind of shifting to
this uh community build aspect now that we've laid a solid foundation and and we have you know a
community focused uh under the arch episode next week but actually following that you know a little
alpha is we're going to be uh featuring derpys on our under the arch uh to kind of complement and
help support their launch coming up so definitely keep an eye out for that thought you were going
to say something to cut you off no i just wanted to say i spoke to bob on a on a call bob is the
founder of derpy's nft and i just wanted to get to know more about their project and what they're
doing is awesome like just like max said the utility they're building this project is insane um they have
obviously the ai you can actually speak to your ai of your derpy ai so that'll be super cool
um on top of that i think they're also doing something similar to like a um content creator
hub essentially so every single month this is what bob said and bob correct me if i'm wrong but
um they're gonna be you know putting and maybe you know a thousand two thousand dollars every single
month and distributing those rewards to people that actually engage in the community like they post
about derpys and i mean just tell me one community that really does that right now and
and and i'll believe you but like there isn't right now you can't find anyone in cosmos that
is really pushing hard uh towards utility yes there's a lot of products that focus on airdrops
and you know like celeste you know celestine slots and bad kids and mad scientists they're
they're great and all that but just having some direct utility uh you know on the community aspect
derpy's is doing a great job so definitely go check these people out they're gonna be innovation
soon enough and i think they're minting on october 30th so right after cosmos yeah we got derpys in
the house i see we got backbones in the house and and we'll be talking more about uh what they're
bringing to archway in the not too distant future and i think i see a number of different uh nft projects
that are in the call right now and so you know i'd actually recommend y'all if if if you want to go
ahead and kind of claim your domain and innovation it'd probably be wise to you know how often do you get to
jump into a social platform early and get that tag that you actually want so go ahead and claim your
projects tag you know in domain and uh and set that up and and start to capture you can be one of the
first so as as people come in you know they'll be you'll be one of the projects that they are exposed
to uh immediately so probably wise as a marketing move to to go ahead and claim that well we're coming
towards the end here so i did want to just kind of remind folks if you do want to ask questions to
the ovation team now's your chance but if not um grant manav i'll give you guys a chance to kind of
