Thank you. Thank you. GM, GM, let's do a quick tech check just to make sure you guys can hear me okay?
Yeah, I can hear you.
Awesome, Lucas.
Thank you so much.
Okay, cool.
Let's kick things off in two minutes.
We'll just allow folks to roll on in. I I'm going to go ahead and do it.ใ‚“ใ“ใ‚“ใซใกใฏใ€‚2ใ‚“
ใ‚“ใ‚“ Okay, sorry about that guys, I got a little bit distracted responding to some people's
messages. So GMGM, welcome to the weekly community call. Apologies for my voice, I'm still a little
bit sick, but yeah, we'll get through this. So yeah, so thank you so much, Ontonauts,
all of our Harbingers that are joining as well. I always kick things off a little bit early,
just to do a tech check, because we always have issues when it comes to spaces. But today we are introducing another
project to the community, which I'm always so excited to do. So for anybody that has never
joined one of these calls before, usually when Ontology is, you know, kind of growing their
ecosystem or their community, we always invite a project that we've never worked with before to
come onto the call and to do an intro chat with you guys.
So today we have OpenPad AI and I'm going to give Lucas just an opportunity to do an
intro for you guys.
Thanks Claire and Ontology team to host this great AMA.
So let me introduce myself and Owen Pass AI team. So I'm co-founder of Owen Pass AI.
I'm also in charge of PD and DD projects to launch on our platform.
So long story short, we are Launchpad but also AI project.
So we combining blockchain technology with X computing to create decentralized AI ecosystems that empower AI agents to actively participate in model training
and to deliver database decision making
So with chat CPT DeepSix you can ask them and they will provide you with answers
lots of general information but at OpenPath we help you to navigate all the information
and provide recommend decision making based on your own reference.
Cap like we are Spotify for investors, we are expressing a widespread problem of fragmented
data such to make decision making difficult.
For example, in investment, retail investors face challenges like scattered information
to many investment options and the risk of early-stage funding
which can lead to confusion and poor choice.
OpenPath AI simplifies this by offering a decentralized AI-powered platform with intelligent
agents that bring together data and help users make better, more informed decisions based
on their own preference, not others.
So it's a personalized system.
So currently we are focused on investment decision making
and soon learn more use case for other industries.
Thank you for having me here today.
Awesome, Lucas. Thank you so much for such a comprehensive overview.
It's always great to get insights from a team member.
I say that on all of these chats and really appreciate you guys joining today.
I'm super excited to learn so much more about AI agents.
I mean, it's such a strong narrative, right, for 2025.
So, OK, cool. Let's jump straight into it then.
So what makes OpenPad AI unique compared to maybe other Launchpad platforms in the crypto space?
So I think we can compare the direct competitor and indirect competitor with OpenPad
because we are a Launchpad but also an AI platform.
So on direct competitor, we have another decentralized Launchpad platform. On DirectCompetor, we have another decentralized LearnSpaq platform,
for example like Daumaker, PongcastStarter, maybe CineFi, GenGBT, etc. They also offer
decentralized LearnSpaq services to support projects to do fundraising but may not have the same level
of AI integration and community-driven features like OpenPath AI project.
On indirect competitors, we have another AI-powered investment platform.
While NOS directly competes with OpenPath AI decentralized model,
platforms like OneTropion offer AI-driven investment
strategies.
However, they often rely on centralized infrastructure and centralized data.
Such may not provide the same level of transparency and security compared to OpenPath AI.
So they select of the personalized recommendations and community-driven features like OpenPath
So this is what we are thinking.
Thanks for asking that question.
Great, Lucas. Thank you so much.
It's interesting that you mentioned security there.
But could you maybe explain a little bit more about this selection process
that you guys have for projects that want to launch on OpenPad?
Maybe there's certain types of criteria
that they have to meet sure sure uh let me share so this is one of the important thing
uh for any uh lens pad uh because this is a type like the dd process and support project to pick up projects on our platform.
So we have a framework called 4T,
Just Tokenomics Chitter and then Technology.
So on Just, we want to build in Just with security first.
Just also like CapLine, we want to make sure we want to connect with the founder who has a
good reputation so we can trust them to learn their token on our platform.
So trust is very important in Web2D space, not only on our platform but on Web2D space
in general.
On tokenomics, we want to navigate the project with tokenomics that's suitable with the pet insurance from our community.
For example, for the market condition, we tend to focus on the project with low valuation.
But we want to make sure that the valuation is aligned with the product roadmap and also how the team can deliver
their product to the open market.
Also, in general, any lunch bag will tend to support and want to pick up projects with
a short-term or around 3-4 months
investing.
This will benefit not only for retail investors but also for our private investors in our
community.
Because more users come from in a lunch bag, they will be a retail investor with a budget the budget around maybe 500 to 1000 per ticket when they zoned to our fundraising project.
Regarding the tweets, I mean how they tweet and how they can communicate themselves to stand out
compared to their direct competitor so this is what we are looking for and the top note on that
is the technology how they deliver the tech or utilize the tech to deliver everything unique compared to their
direct competitor. So top 40 is what we are looking for, just how they treat and technology.
Awesome. Thank you so much for that, Lucas. So it's really interesting to hear again that you guys focus so much on security.
And I think that brings us to our next question. So how does OpenPad ensure the security and reliability of the project it chooses to support?
Yeah, so I think LearnSpat will serve as the gatekeeper to release vesting project, DD project.
And we will review projects carefully before we launch them on our platform.
So there are some common risks investors should work for for any project.
And we will review them based on the core floor. We will also ensure the project
with several third parties in security check like Certix and also review if the project
has the potential to run full during the open market. Also, we will review the regulatory seat.
And also, any project is open high.
We are very accustomed to learn them on our platform.
So this is just our simple framework
to review project before we learn some on our platform.
Thank you so much for going into such detail, Lucas. I think security is always
a big issue, especially in this space. So let's talk maybe a little bit more about investors.
What are the benefits for any investors, investors that might be participating in these IDOs on
OpenPad? Do you guys have a specific way that you ensure to protect their interests?
So as I shared with you,
as a gateway,
that connects promises decentralized project
with investors
and playing pivotal roles
in accelerating innovation
and growth within the ecosystem.
So to protect their interests, we want to democratize access to early estate.
Opportunity Lenspat enables retail and institutional investors aligned to access early estate projects
such as traditionally limited to venture capital firms. By lowering the barrier to entry, we want to empower a broader
community to participate in project growth and benefit from potential upside. Also, we will
provide support funding and resources from early stage to the public ground. At OpenPast right now,
we not only do public sales for projects,
but we also support projects in early stage. We have a good network in the South Asia region
so that we can utilize this network to install the VC to the project. And hopefully we can
support them to close the deal and do fundraising for projects in very early stage.
The third one is that enhancing security and trust.
So to protect users, we use KYC process.
Traditional KYC process, we will need passport, national ID cards to follow the rules in our
country Singapore right now and spark the monetary policy in Singapore.
So we will make sure we will know the customer and we will protect the customer if there
are no risk from the project.
Also the last one is the refund policy.
We will allow the user to do the refund after they invest in the project and we apply
the 24-hour rule. So for example, when a project lists on a centralized chain, they have 24 hours,
I mean the user have 24 hours to process the refund, after that they can process the refund anymore.
Okay, so there's a lot of support and benefits
provided by OpenPAD AI.
That's really interesting.
I just want to take a moment just to let folks know
that if you guys have any questions
about anything that we discussed on the call today
or maybe there's something we didn't discuss,
don't hesitate to reach out to myself
or to anybody on the OpenPAD AI team.
I can put you in touch with
them. So as I mentioned, this is quite a new collaboration. I think we're going to be starting
a community campaign together soon. So that'll be really interesting. But yeah, if you guys have
any questions, I always recommend just follow folks on social and kind of learn about things
yourself. So yeah, just don't hesitate to reach out. Okay, Lucas, cool. Thank you so much. Maybe
we can learn a little bit more about tokenomics on OpenPAD.
How does the native token integrate into your ecosystem?
Yeah, sure. So we have our native token called OPAD.
And this native token will act like the main utility for our platform.
There is lots of utility to use opad in our ecosystem
the first thing is that using opad you will have to apply the entry point to access the ecosystem
from protocol fee for ai feature also our investment platform
also our investment platform, LUNS-BAT service, tier ranking system, liquidity deal and private deal on our channel
also discount this platform fee when the user zoned our platform
on protocol infrastructure economy we will allow the user to pay the transaction fee within our ecosystem
to pay the transaction fee within our ecosystem and we will release AI agent
so users can use all parts to pay the AI agent execution fee.
Although because we are building our old NFT,
we can apply the intelligent key to allow the user to contribute their data
and contribute to our AI engine
so for Fogit engine users can use the, we also repair the NOS operating system
on OpenBAT platform. So NOS of OpenBAT acts like the engine to our AI model. To upgrade the node you need to state the OPAT token and earn access to the higher tier
of OPAT node. Therefore you can benefit more when you operate node and contribute more data and also utilize our AI model right now. So there are several and many
kind of utility and benefits when we use OPAT token. To summarize, we have platform access,
lunchback allocation, stacking farming incentives and many future benefits
when we fully release our product in the next quarter in six
years. Great, so there's so much more to come that that's really exciting to hear. So we've
learned more about node upgrades, governance, platform access, launchpad allocation, just to
kind of summarize a few parts there. So seeing as this is our community call,
it would be great to learn a little bit more
about the OpenPAD community.
So is there more that you can tell us
about the OpenPAD community
and maybe where they're most active?
Yeah, so right now with our ecosystem,
we have around over 1 million wallet
connected to our platform
and 1.1 million wallet connect to our platform and 1.1 million users
engage to our product. So our goal right now is to fully transition users to the core open
path platform and providing a seamless AI enhancing investment experience. AI driving
investment assistance on our platform. We use the insight to the investment history,
portfolio analysis and targeted recommendations. On top of that, we have our community
across South Asia region, Asia Pacific region, Manner region and Seattle region right now.
So we are very confident for our TG and we're preparing for our user to join our next campaign in this quarter right now.
Thank you for asking.
Sorry, guys. That's really interesting, Lucas. So there's so much happening in your community
is really large and developing. And also, I think Ontology and OpenPad might be launching
something together for the community. So that'll be really interesting to update folks on.
So maybe we could learn a little bit more about successful projects that have learned
or that have launched via OpenPad
and the impact that they've had
on your ecosystem and overall.
Yeah, for sure.
So you mean about the successful project
on our platform, right?
Yeah, exactly. So are there any of the most successful projects that have launched via OpenPAD and maybe they've strong token price performance in the open market,
but also significantly impacted the web3 space.
So let me share a bit about some projects we do in the last year.
In 2024, we successfully launched over 25 projects across various verticals including AI, DeFi,
AI agent, GameFi and some projects building infrastructure for blockchain.
In the AI vertical, we launched the ZeroG, a notable AI infrastructure project and we
helped them to raise ATK to support the AI development team. On DeFi vertical, we support Plana Finance WebG superwallet utilizing
ZK Rollup technology to streamline transaction process. This project raised 100k. For AI
agent vertical, we launched agent goods on AI agent project applying this technology for content and video creation, and we support them to raise 70k.
And the last one is in the Game 5 vertical, we learned expert team, a triple A game project, such a raise around 80k.
Awesome, thank you so much for that. So there's a lot happening. And yeah, that's a really
impressive metrics to share. So I think a lot of folks talk about roadmaps and stuff,
but maybe looking towards the future. What are some developments or features that you
and the OpenPad team are really excited about? Is there anything you can share with us today?
are really excited about. Is there anything you can share with us today?
Yeah, for sure. So regarding the future,
we use the challenge
that Open Pass want to solve for the web-tree space.
We have a variety of products like the
OPAP protocol, the AI analytics, the AI lens pack,
the AI assistant, and the Open Pass network. So the AI analytics, the AI Lenspad, the AI assistant and the OpenBus network.
So the first one, the OPA protocol will provide a unified data asset layer, streamlining the
data integration across diverse blockchain.
The second one is the AI analytics portal, will leverage the ZK role of technology to
enhance transparency and security in early
state funding.
The third one is the AI Launchpad, employ the AI Power Screening Mechanism to identify
promising investment opportunity.
The fourth one is the AI Assistant, tablet-like AI agent, a personalized AI guide simplifies
the complex web3 landscape.
And finally, the OpenBus network follows the collaboration among AI agents and enables
them to share knowledge and collectively improve decision-making.
So by combining their powerful tools, OpenBus AI empower investors to navigate the complexity of Web3 with confidence and achieve optimal investment outcome.
So say for example Lucas there's someone new to crypto investment.
What advice would you be able to give them maybe if they wanted to participate in launch paths like OpenPad?
Yeah, so personally I think the best advice for them is be curious and ready to take the risk or engage thoughtfully with script in this industry
curiosity is your most powerful tool my advice is that don't let the hide be your
only guide instead you need to commit to thoroughly investigating every project
so for example you need to ask some questions like about the team that you want to invest
on that project.
What are their background?
What experience do they bring to the product?
Are they transparent and credible in their communication?
Understand the token mix.
How are the tokens distributed? What is the total supply and what is their intent utility?
You need to pay attention to how tokens are allocated to the team. Is it high or is it
too much when the token is distribute to the open market?
And also how they distribute the tokens to advisors, the community, etc.
Also you need to scrutinize the social media presence on platforms like Twitter, Telegram,
Discord for authentic engagement and support.
And be wary of artificial inflection investigate their
partnership and collaboration do they have significant credibility if the project utilize
their specific technology like ai or zk roll up make an effort to understand the basics and potential
so as a month past we committed to providing our users with information that serve their pet interests and benefits.
Following diligent research and consider taking calculated risks, this skin in the game approach can lead to a more profound understanding and deeper engagement with the project.
Thanks so much Lucas. I think like in our short call I know it's only 30 minutes but
it's definitely a very long time for one person to answer so many questions so I do appreciate that
but I think on the call today we've had a pretty good overview of what OpenPad is and the main
problem that they're trying to solve. We learned a little bit more about maybe some of their
competitors and also about how, you know,
the selection process for projects.
I would like just to remind folks as well,
if you do have any questions,
please don't hesitate to reach out.
This is the very beginning of our collaboration.
So I always get really excited to host these calls.
I think it's super interesting to hear from the team
and to just learn so much more
about the project directly from them.
Lucas, thank you so much for your time today.
Is there anything you wanted to wrap up with?
Yeah, thanks for having me here today.
This is great, and thanks for asking very interesting questions for OpenPAs and for me.
Thanks for spending your time.
Awesome, Lucas, thank you so much and as I said to folks already like this is the very beginning of our collaboration and I think there will be probably
a community campaign coming up soon but um I'll share more information about that whenever I have
all the details so I just wanted to take this time to remind everybody who's on the call because I
see we have some regular faces and some new folks. So just to remind everybody about our Onternet starter package.
So this is pinned on our Twitter page.
So essentially what we're trying to do is provide everybody a guide or support
through using all of Ontology's products.
So you're going to get, you know, the opportunity to earn NFTs,
support ONT and ONG as well.
And then obviously our fantastic Harbingers will be there to assist.
So I just give a quick reminder to everybody.
And I don't think I have anybody joining the call next week.
So you guys might just be stuck with me.
Hopefully I sound a little bit more alive and I'll talk to you about all of our content.
And also Jeff has been at Paris Blockchain Week.
So I'm sure we'll have some interesting stories coming our way.
But Lucas, thank you so much for your time.
And as always, community, thank you guys for joining us.
Time for your time. Bye bye.
