You better come up here and say hello.
Yo, Jensen, tell your boy, man.
This guy over here with the sunglasses.
Guys, I'm going to post some content over here with Web3.
I'm going to put two quotes.
And while you guys are sharing and knocking on the neighbors and stuff, you guys can definitely put some comment.
I want you guys to use your fingers right now.
I have a quick question, yeah. Is a Web3 resume... So you got a question?
I have a quick question, yeah.
Is a Web3 resume important?
You can put your thoughts in the bubble and I'll start reading them.
But I'll give you guys a few minutes to do that.
Is having a resume important, especially in the Web3 world?
I just want to hear your viewpoints. And while you guys are doing that, and you're looking at the person to your left and right and saying,
I want you guys to get a chance to retweet your friends,
retweet the space, and then just like Alex's photo.
Which photo have you put up?
The photo of you half naked.
Ah, you said you wouldn't share that man
you said that you're coming out of your you know your comfort zone you want to be a walker you
know what i'm saying oh witty witty already took a whole 360 i'm gonna invite witty back here again
marie what's up og peanuts what's up navy what's up? Navy, what's up? Sins, what's up?
Guys, don't be shy. This is just a talk. We're going to have some people. Quix is pulling up.
He told me his connection in Thailand. He's changing the wires and stuff. But let's start
it out. So what do you guys think for the speakers? We can go around. I'm starting with Alex,
Ginsu. What do you guys think? Is having a We can go around. I'm starting with Alex, Ginsu. What do you guys think?
Is having a resume these days important in the Web3?
Like for a developer, yeah.
If you're a dev, man, you've got to have your GitHub and stuff.
For an artist, for sure, I would think to have Behance
and show the previous work you've worked for and stuff
yeah I guess for a community manager it's important as well to show what you've done before
like case studies and stuff but I don't know more it's more like what people see see what
you're doing in the space.
I guess community outreach and community
people kind of notice what you're
doing, how you move in the space.
I mean, yeah. Because yeah because you know like not everything works where everyone knows you um they kind of got to check your references um i would recommend if you are doing a web3 resume
you put i guess the most renowned projects on your on your and try not to crowd it overcrowd
it just like your ira uh resume i think it's important to give them the information so that they can then go do the
research and look do a deep dive into who you are acts community from previous projects that
you worked at I mean there's there's so much to it how else are they supposed to know you
how else are they supposed to know you
by checking your facebook
a lot of these people are not even docs fam
When you're newer to the spaces and stuff and no one really knows who your voice is,
of course, everybody likes to see it on a piece of paper.
But the most important is live, obviously.
People that have been here longer in this space 100% are going to have a better time
than getting these jobs because they know them.
They have more experience.
The newer people that are starting, like myself, it's always good to have a little resume.
And then you can just prove them wrong or prove them right.
Yeah, I've seen plenty of people who are deserving of work in Web3.
Probably one of the hardest working people in the room.
I see them get stepped over countless times
just because, you know, like there's someone else who got plugged into a certain position.
So I've seen that, you know, and that kind of breaks my heart.
But at the same time, man, just know if that's ever happened to you, fam, you're an early fam.
It makes you, for me, it makes me work harder in the things that I'm working on.
It just feels, it makes me stronger.
Not everyone can use those powers though
This blackberry be like sometimes the buttons intertwine with each other you just sit there like damn it
Um, no facts like honestly like you said, right the resume
From what you guys are saying does depict you uh yet alone like, you know
Like for example if I pick somebody like g willy or mary or somebody right and i'm like yo who who's who right?
But with the resume, you know, it's funny.
And it's even when it comes to marriage now, they have this thing called bio data. And I started
laughing because, you know, thankfully I never used when I got married, but I, you know, I'll
be hearing it. And someone's like, can you share my bio data? I'm like, whoa, hold up. Give me a
second. What's that? And they told me how, you know, they were putting their preferences. And
I look into that and it says, you know, I like to eat chicken over rice five times, five times a
week. And I'm like, yo, that's, that's crazy alpha because I didn't see you eat chicken over rice, nor did I get anything from you for chicken over rice.
But, you know, it's interesting because, you know, we kind of translate our work now, right?
We have PFPs or the way we talk or doing host or, you know, in companies or in general, right?
But definitely, you know, that'll be my follow-up question.
How do we distinguish each other?
But I definitely want to hear other people's view around this.
And in the comment sections, I did put some quotes,
but I'm going to put some resume tips so you guys can take a look there.
Please save it in your phones.
up. I think it was Gage, right? Gage, what do you think?
I think it was Gage, right?
That's a lot to hear, Gage.
I'm trying to be in and out of the spaces.
No problem. No problem. We'll come back to you. How about
Witty? Witty, tell us 100x yes 100x talk
to us yo what is going on laser alex always good to be in the old rockerball spaces man
um a resume in web 3 i think a resume is always important but i think results speak
for themselves rather especially with everything being on-chain.
And for developers, like someone mentioned,
Yeah, the results itself speak for themselves.
Resume, not as much as in the old days,
but it does still matter a little bit.
Okay, results. Yeah, results yes a result driven that that's you know your action says louder than words and that's pretty much what it is right like you know
everybody knows somebody from a space the way to interact definitely hondro yep so i have a question
who up here on the sneakers box has a Web3 resume?
I did one like six months ago.
I don't. Should I get one him who has one I don't should I get one
Yeah, you can get on you can get on
Well, I wouldn't say get one but you can make find out after this
Just get one all right use a template
AI.com. No, definitely. I see Comrade.
Yeah, yeah. I'm actually here.
So, yeah, about the question.
No, I trust I'm GMG and guys.
Gintso, I see, yeah, you kind of pulled me into the space.
You asked if your resume is kind of important in the web space right
right that is correct okay um not always yeah i don't i don't think it's kind of
something that you must you must do because you know though it though it helps at a certain stage.
Yeah, it really helps. But I think your work, your proof of work actually speaks louder than your resume.
I had the resume once when I started, when I got started, I bought and this Web3 stuff yeah I made one for myself but then I
think um projects are actually interested in what you've done and your proof of history
yeah so you can navigate you can you know just make a resume for yourself yeah sure it's gonna help but then make sure that you have a proof of work
yeah something that you can look into and be like yeah this guy is this guy know what he's doing
so yeah that's just it for now yeah sure good take good take i like that man i appreciate
your feedback um who else well it's crypto hammer
yeah what's up what's up yeah i just uh hopped on a little bit um for a little bit so you guys
were on uh i've got space started soon but yeah of trenches to resumes like i i had not done a
resume for like 20 years you know what i mean like I have a IRL business outside of web 3 and
everything that you know I've done and like I said I haven't made a resume since I was in my 20s
you know when I went to get my first corporate job you know and then since then I just kind of
went off you know I got out of the corporate world started my own business and been running
so I never had to have a resume but like six months ago or so I was
like you know I applied well I saw like a job posting I think I don't know if it was Magic Eden
or so it was a big platform one of the big platforms I can't remember who it was but uh I
was interested in the job posting you know I mean I was like hmm I think I could do that you know
what I mean and uh so I and it required a resume and I was like fuck you know I was, I was like, hmm, I think I could do that. You know what I mean? And so I, and it required a
resume and I was like, fuck, you know, I was like, I'm a fucking, you know, like since, you know,
college days type shit, you know what I'm saying? And so like, I really had to sit down and think
about it, like, like from a web three perspective, how to fill out this resume that made looked, you know, official, right.
And made like business sense as far as like my qualifications in web three, right. Because like
my professional experience outside of web three, like I own a construction restoration company.
I do fire, water, mold, crime scene cleanup, stuff like that,
right? All my business certifications are like hazmat and specialty things like that have nothing
to do with tech basically, right? And like none of my credentials have anything to do with tech
in any way, shape or form. It's all a hobby for me, you know? So like I had to put together this resume with like my skill sets
in a different format, like then I would like a traditional resume where I would put together
jobs that I had, companies I ran, work experiences, qualifications, certifications,
and things like that. So like I crafted the resume, like I said, kind of just in a different
format, more so of kind of like an extended bio, essentially, you know, on different accomplishments,
I guess that I would say that I've had in Web3, you know, you know, significant projects that I was a part of and my roles in them, you know,
and I, and I, so, so it was, it was a unique experience to kind of go through that after
two decades, right, of ever having to put together a resume. And then also from a perspective of,
I don't have any real, like know like like real like hard certifications right
this is all like street credentials right you know this is all like real life experience as far as
from my perspective because I'm not like a dev or nothing like some of you guys are you know I mean
so I don't have that hard you know search as far as a tech experience and that's not the type of job. I was going for though
You know what I mean? But I still had to have some type of
Technical knowledge and be able to put that down on paper, you know, I mean so it was just an interesting
It was interesting to go through that process after so long
I'm not writing a resume and then having to put together something in a unique fashion
You know that made some type of sense to somebody
reading it to see that I would be qualified for, you know, some, some, you know, foreign position
in this tech space. So, yeah, that was, you know, that was my thoughts. That's my, my,
my two cents on it. And, and, you know, like I said, but before that, like, I fuck, I was like, fuck a res, if you need a resume for me, I'm not working for you.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you know, go off my foot.
You're like, if you're contacting me about a job or you want me to work for you, obviously, you know who I am.
I just had that, like, head on my shoulders, like, type thing because I'm in a very niche industry.
You know what I mean? Not a lot of guys do what I do. You know because I'm in a very niche industry you know what I mean not a lot of
guys do what I do you know what I'm saying so you know I don't know that's just that's that's my take
on resumes and web three resumes specifically so but uh shots out to the room laser thanks for the
stage Alec what's up Gensu everybody down the room Simari down there Digi G Alec. What's up? Gensu. Everybody down the room. Sumari down there. Digi. Gage. Avni.
What's up, everybody? I'm going to hang around for a little bit, but I do have a space
here in a few minutes that I'm going to bounce over to, but I did want to come
support y'all for a bit. And if you guys don't know, we're
going to be on stage together. Laser, Alec, myself
are all going to be on stage nft nyc so pull
pull up it's going to be a little therapy it's going to be sick since you got since you got
a short time i mean i know we i know we're going through it with the questions but you know introduce
yourself you can you know i'm crypto cam um i have. I kind of gave you a little bit of background about like my real life,
my IRL shit, but I've been in the space since 2019. I got into crypto with my oldest son
when he was 18. A girlfriend of mine, she'd got into crypto, like some type of brokerage with this guy.
She knew I watched her like really come up in like a few months time and leave her corporate
job and stuff and like make a book of cash.
So it spiked my interest.
We had some conversations.
She was like, you should get your son into this.
I was like, fuck, I want to learn, you know.
So she recommended some classes
online classes some guys out of Canada I can't remember who they are now but they had like they
were they had traded stocks and they'd done crypto and stuff so like we bought this course online did
the course online learn how to trade really the first month we really just kind of hung out you
know talking which was kind of cool and then like we hit a couple good trades and like
took it seriously you know we're like whoa wait a second we just made some money and we started
getting heavy into trading my son uh sells shoes he has since he was like 13 you know flips shoes
uh gets uh you know limited drops and you know resells them um so he started trading to fund uh his shoe uh you know collection
and then resale you know so his um his stock you know what i'm saying uh and then i traded because
i was making money you know what i'm saying it was a new i was making money a couple years went by
and i had another buddy who was heavy into Gary Vee, you know,
and and he was like, you're still doing that crypto thing.
Gary Vee's talking about it.
What do you know about them?
We had several conversations.
I really didn't know anything about NFTs because I was a straight trader, you know, and so
I started researching it and I was like, I't know you know but i was like this guy you
know this guy gary you know you know i've heard about him for years from my buddy you know i was
like this guy's he's all about his name you know that's who he is his brand you know what i mean
and he's not gonna put his name on something and let it let it fuck up even if he has to buy the
you know what i'm saying on some back end shit whatever right because he's got a that's just
the type of person he is right so i was like so this is a safe safe investment right and then you
know they gave the three years utility to the super conference so i aped into VFriends, you know, for my first NFT. I aped into VFriends.
I minted several of them and based it off the fact that I had tickets for the next three years to a super conference, you know, with what my investment was in on it.
And then they did what they did.
um, and you know, I got into the community. I started up, uh, I started up a community page,
You know, I got into the community.
um, on Instagram for V friends. And because I saw the opportunity, I was like,
all these people that are like these heavy, heavy, let everyone have V friends, majority of them are
heavy Gary V followers. Right. And I was like, I wasn't as, you know, I knew of them, you know,
I wasn't as heavy of a follower, but I was like, everybody that follows them are professionals in their own industries, you know, and they all
excel and are doing amazing. And they all follow these same mythologies and whatnot. But there's
never been a place for them to congregate and really commune as a community, right? And so I
was like, you know, what a great networking opportunity. You know what I And so I was like, yo, what a great networking opportunity.
You know what I mean? I was like, I'm going to run with that. So I started the community page,
started, you know, meeting V friends, linking up with, you know, everybody running the gambit to build my network up. I started a show, um, on Thursdays, uh, where I was like interviewing,
um, different V friends just to kind of get
to know the community. I get, I started, I had an AR Fox. I never showed my face. I wasn't
doxxed then. Uh, cause I owned the Flex and Fox, uh, NFT. And, um, so that was like part
of the entertainment of my channel. Um, it was this character named Flex. And, uh, then
I had two hosts, um hosts that had larger accounts.
I had them come on, host the show.
I did all the background production and stuff.
I was working with Jeremy.
If you know Jeremy, he works with VFriends now.
I was working with him also on his channel,
helping him with the production end of that.
Because we met, I don't know how we met during the mint somehow and
instantly became friends and
I was we were getting three to five thousand live viewers every week on our show and I started I started going I went from
V friends to I was like well fuck it's just as hard to schedule these ordinary people
I'm gonna reach out to projects and, you know, the blue trick projects
of the time and everything like that. And so, and, and the artists and the devs and anybody I could,
that was like really making moves in the space. And so we started interviewing like all the big
projects and people really liked it because it put a face behind the project because everyone
was, you know, behind their PFP then really it was very rare to
meet someone be doxxed and so like the the point of our show was to you know meet the person behind
you know and people in the like I mean you could see the floors moving on projects during our show
because people were you know getting to know the founders or the people on the team and stuff like
that and you know everyone's really tapping in and it was it was we had a good run for
like two years you know and then my hosts both got different opportunities in the space and
you know took those other opportunities and you know the page kind of kind of shut it down and
but in the meantime i went off to you know did the nft thing and various many various other
communities you know around all while i've still traded, you know, been trading,
you know, ever since, you know, then and just kind of moved around the space.
While moving around the space, I got connected with a DJ, a female DJ out in Denver,
who's from New York originally, but she wanted to learn about crypto. And we got connected. She introduced me to her friend.
And then we became really good friends.
And then a few months later, I found out that her brother was Redman.
And I didn't even know. We'd been hanging out for months and talking daily.
And now we're like best friends. We talk every day. And so then I got
interacted with that and started helping him out with production things. I helped with the
National Canvas Festival last year. We took it from 20,000 to 30,000 people. I helped him with
his, with Cantana Festival, which was his music festival in Washington, the second year of it.
A whole bunch of things on the back end, you know, because his team's real small.
It's him, Ellis, which is his music manager.
And then his sister runs everything else besides the music, you know, for him.
And then besides her, it's her best friend, Kitty, that she grew up with,
her friend Mona that she grew up with, and then now me.
So I just kind of help her out where needed.
And then I became, they have a political party.
Redman and his sister Safita founded the United Empowerment Party, which is a political party to deschedule cannabis.
It was founded because her daughter was born with a heart condition and had to have a heart transplant as an infant.
They gave her six months to live.
Traditional medicines were failing.
To make a long story short, traditional medicines were failing.
Someone put her onto CBDs and CBNs.
She explored those knowing that the doctors would know.
The doctors said, hey, we see something going on, but it's working.
you know, it is what it is. And now her daughter is seven years old. So her and her brother went
to start a movement where no one would be at risk of losing their child because of medicine or a
plant. And so hence came the United Empowerment Party. We've been in existence four years now.
We just had a four-year anniversary. I'm the director of innovation for them.
Even though Redman is the co-founder of it, he doesn't finance it,
but he does support everything that we do.
His sister is the president, Safita, my best friend.
And so my job is to help get the word out,
kind of guerrilla marketing to the streets and
then the raise funds to support the party in innovative ways and so I'm trying to use integrate
web3 and blockchain tech and community into it because there's a lot of cannabis enthusiasts and blockchain So I'm working on integrating that trying to figure out some ways his sister comes from a gaming background
She worked for Xbox corporate
She's a heavy heavy gamer and tech person. He's a heavy gamer
They've got some ideas for some platforms
Their ideas are amazing. i told them that it
would fit for the blockchain and so we started doing gaming tournaments we've had two so far
we'll have another one during nftnyc i'm about to make the official announcement so y'all just
got the alpha on that uh um but that'll be on wednesday night And everybody, all y'all welcome to come out.
But we're looking to try to get connected
with a blockchain gaming dev company project,
establish a relationship with them
and then, you know, talk about our ideas
and what they can do to help us
and collab with somebody.
But like, he doesn't want to
drop a project we're not going to drop a token or nothing that's like cash grab we were more
interested in the gaming side of uh blockchain uh so like you won't see any red man tokens or
anything like that from our camp so if you see any of that that's all bullshit out there if you
do see anything like that uh you know so our team's real small so if
you don't if y'all don't hear it from me it ain't legit most likely you know what i mean but uh yeah
we're looking to get connected with gaming people and so yeah we're running gaming tournaments now
and that is pretty much it brings you up to date on crypto cam
i think this is man much love yo laser if there was just some things that i could
touch on because i know you was driving so i know you didn't hear the whole thing yes sir yes sir
there there there were certain things there right so there was a point in your career where there
was like no like there was direction like you knew you what you wanted to do you knew you wanted to
grow in the space but one of the things that resonated with me was that you said you had these hosts that were with you they both got jobs then you started looking
and you started pivoting and then and you was just continually providing value um and then the friend
that you made who turns out to be connected um much bigger than and and much bigger than you
suspected and it's not the reason why you connected with the individual to begin with,
but the constant providing value and deeper human connection that you made
with said individual opened multiple doors.
And for me, like, I just wanted to, like, highlight that, fam,
because that's a real builder.
A real builder goal, then, you know, you try to provide value.
You don't try to extract.
You try to contribute. Like, even don't try to extract you try to
contribute like even when you said your time with the v friends man you was trying to do a community
page you was trying to you know help the community make a push forward um not knowing yourself like
60 of the way what you was doing there was like you said there was people who knew way more they
followed him heavily and for me that, that grinder attitude fam,
and constantly just trying to provide value everywhere you go. It's only a matter of time,
fam, because you never know, you never know who you talking to on the other side of the PFP. You
never know who's on the listeners box, but they know who you are. You got people who start
following you, be starting to become bullish on you. And for me, that, that is the, that's the
going to take extract from the space it's the value the constant from any value in the space
but laser before we continue man i just want to go to hope because hopes had their hand up for
a long period of time very patient fam um high fives what's good everyone?
Well, I just wanted to contribute to something, but apparently it was already discussed.
So it was actually talking about the resume in Web3.
So in relation to that, so apparently I would say a resume is not needed, you know, depending on what exactly you're doing on Web3.
You know, most people, we have the people that want to work on projects, you know,
like probably meme tokens and projects like that as community manager, moderator,
There's no resume that's needed for that.
You know, but probably if you're looking for something bigger, like working on blockchain level um technologies and stuff like that on web 3 probably for example if you want to
work with um a product like um sonic chain something like that then you probably need a
resume for that so i just wanted to like pitch that. And also, CryptoCam listening to you was just...
I've seen you really put in a lot of work on the space.
Was it Laser or Ginsu that was talking?
But you hadn't discovered yourself yet,
but you were still willing to you
know provide value that is that is something that you know most people don't really do most people
are like oh man mostly we just want to be on the receiving end and that's not how it is that's not
how um it works you know if i'm like for example if i'm making a friend with someone i'm like okay as this
person as this person has this what can i give what can i offer to this person what can this
person see in me and he's like okay yes this guy is actually someone valuable because let's face it
people people follow value more than anything else someone want to talk to you because of the value
you have behind your name you understand people are going to buy a to you because of the value you have behind your name you understand people
are going to buy a certain brand because of the value of the owner of that brand so yes i really
love how far you've come on the space you know it's really motivational for people that are just
you know planning to um get solid and more um built on the space as well you know just listening
to you was very very good hearing you talk thank you very much for having me on the space as well. Just listening to you was very, very good hearing you talk.
Thank you very much for having me on the space
and giving me the opportunity
to speak as well. Thank you very,
Always, you always get the chance
to speak here. That's the thing. This space is about
you guys. That's the number one thing
I want you guys to realize that
we're talking about resumes, we're talking about networking,
we're talking about developing, we're talking about networking. We're talking about developing.
We're talking about developing yourself and developing what you need to get there, right?
You see some posts that I put up.
You see some great stars over here.
You see some great leaders over here.
This is like we're on a big coffee table and we're drinking, you know, let's say, you know,
iced tea or something, you know, that's getting hot in New York over here.
So, you know, and you're relaxing and kicking back and you're getting to learn from each other.
Right. And knowledge is power. Right.
And as Crypto Kamek Ginshal mentioned, also our speaker that spoke right now, Hope, that, you know, like there are times where, you know, you're thinking like,
Look from the examples around you.
Click on their profiles, and you will see their description.
You're also part of that success.
Because the fact that you opened your mind and that you want to learn, that's already the first step of success.
But if you closed your mind and you stay ignorant, then you're not going to be developing, right?
And I'm going to give this credit to Ugly Duck Society because they mentioned this today in their space.
That, you know, we onboard a lot of people, right?
We onboard so many people,
but do those people adopt the vision? Do those people adopt your talent, right? So once you
onboard somebody, focusing on the adopting is the next step, right? And you will see that you as
leaders will bring forth web three to the whole next level and we're already doing it. But yeah,
that's just my little bit of a couple of uh couple of statements there but yeah let's continue i just want to say real
fast i appreciate you guys man it's good getting to talk with you for a minute laser and you know
let's you know stay connected before and we're gonna have an amazing panel in new york ginsu
yo i appreciate your your your response and man that was like heartfelt hope. You two definitely hit a chord with me, man.
And I really respect that, you know, as a man, you know, and a human.
You know, and it is facts, you know, whatever your dream is, whatever it is, like, you know, keep your head up and keep grinding.
Like, I missed a lot of opportunities because I didn't dox myself like the first couple of years.
That's why my host, they got opportunities, but I'm glad they did. That's the kind of person I am. You know what
I'm saying? Um, but, uh, you know, yeah, you know, I met somebody and I was a huge fan of her
brother, like my whole life, you know what I'm saying? And, you know, meeting her like really
is giving me opportunities that I'd never imagined or dreamed that I would
have, you know, and, and some other things are going to come to fruition this year. Like I'm
just waiting for a phone call, you know, that are going to be like life changing type things,
you know, for me, um, and, and career changing for me as well. Uh, so like, you know, no matter
who you are, like, you know, do what you do and just keep doing it and keep establishing connections.
Because like, like Gensu said, you just never fucking know.
In the world we are in, Web3, you know, you never fucking know you could hit an opportunity that can change your life in a matter of a few years.
And that's not a long time.
You know what I mean? People go to think about it. People go to college for four years, okay? Get your four years
of education in Web3 and then see what happens. Like really put in the work like it's college,
like it's school, you know what I mean? And see what happens, you know what I mean? And I'm not
telling nobody not to go to college. I'm just saying that you can get educated a lot of ways in this world, you know, and, and, and where we're at,
you never know who's behind that PFP and what type of opportunity that you're an artist. They
might like your artwork. You're a dev. They just might need a dev. You know what I mean?
I know I need to get, find some people in the space. You know, I even mentioned, you know,
I'm looking for a few people answer for some other other things as well that i'm you know just didn't have time to really
talk about you know so like you just fucking never know you know but i'm 11 minutes late to start my
space i'm gonna hop over here i appreciate y'all love y'all no but mad love and respect like i said
i am having an event in new york wednesday night um we are looking for sponsors uh and i'm giving
helly helly deals for web3 people if anyone's interested in that just hit me in the dms uh
but like like it's ridiculous that my deck is stupid low so just saying if you want to have
an event in new york just collab with us and get your name connected with red man and i'll get you
get you out there in your project so but i gotta go, much love. Appreciate you ladies, we're getting to Alex.
And definitely, if you have time,
we'll hop into your space too, man, but much love.
Man, don't forget to give him a follow.
You know, that's just an example of what people do to grind.
The next person, I'm gonna go to Hope and then Witty next.
Yes, actually I had a question for, well, the question was actually to Crypto, Cryptocom.
Or maybe like it's a general thing, you know, anyone can answer the question.
So, well, personally on my own own my own take is on the space
what i do is i i basically educate um web3 newbies people that are just starting people that just
want to join the space you know people are looking for a way to break through you know from probably the uh the things that they have going on in real life so my own duties are i i educate them you know i i do a lot of study in
web u i study a lot of things so i come and i i educate people motivate them as well you know
so you know on how they can become more solid more grounded on the space you know that's
basically what i do so um it's a general question anytime i hop on a space i always love to ask
people as well your own opinion for someone that is just starting web 3 what is that one thing that
you know you would advise the person to do you know what's that one thing that you know you would advise the person to do
you know what's that one thing okay probably the person is coming from rock bottom
the person doesn't know his or her stand what is the one thing that you would say okay man um
you're you're not grounded yet but you can take this method take this method and trust me if you're
consistent with this you're going to go somewhere.
So that's like a general question to everyone here.
You know, if you can answer the question, I just really want to know because, you know,
I have my own take, but I also want to know what other people have to say.
So yes, that's the question to the house.
Witty, please, if you want to answer it i'll give it to witty you guys hear witty
no i'm no witty witty we don't hear you witty it's it's all good i saw i saw i saw lejandro with
his hand up he looked eager to answer that question so lejandro high five um laser i can't
i can't bring up this speaker if you can go ahead lejandro yeah i mean i i i'm actually newer to
the space and i think the number one thing is just being respectful I I would join a
lot of spaces in the beginning listening to everyone um just being very respectful you know
and then when you do get a chance going up and remaining respectful to everybody and that's the
biggest thing for me actually um once everyone starts to know who you are you get more comfortable
with going up on the stages and they'll they'll shoot you the
mic like laser shoots me the mic i appreciate it i really do love coming up here so it's really
nice so i think respect is one of the biggest things i appreciate that honestly like you know
we we sometimes do forget right as we grow up in life i remember remember when I was a janitor and a security guard, right, for many years.
And now I became a manager, right?
And one time somebody saw me sitting on the floor eating with the janitors.
And they're like, yo, you're a manager.
It doesn't change who I am.
You know, because at the end of the day, you remember like the hustle.
You remember that you broke your back.
You remember the days where you said, man, I need a better job, a better salary, a better entrepreneur.
So just because God blessed you an opportunity or you got an opportunity that was blessed, why did you forget that?
And I always say, look at the people below you and that will humble you. And of and of course, if you made it to the top, you know, salutes, because I know it wasn't easy,
and it goes, I mean, that's, I know we're, we're talking about, like, the sentiments of value,
but it's important, right, and now, and that goes back to the resume, right, like, how do I know you,
and who are you, right, and these are the spaces, man, I gotta give a huge shout out to Cyrus,
Cyrus just popped up, man, yo, give, give this this guy a heart man cyrus just popped up in the space but yeah man yo another
another legend legend in web3 what's up cyrus yo cyrus we're talking about resumes and uh and
whatnot so the question was do you think a web3 resume or resumes important these days? Like can someone be successful?
Do we need that to be successful these days in spaces? I think it depends like what you're doing, right?
Like if you're trying to work with like an investment fund
We gotta give him the bounce
X just has to relax sometimes
Elon's got to fix up, man.
going to wait for Conrad to come back up,
let's throw the mic over to Witty
Cruz, Soul Flair, Ambassador.
please confirm that you can hear me.
Okay, thank God that you can
hear me now. Okay, so jm jm lisa alex kinsu
and of course all the legends out here i can see fco down there and i can also see elijah so jm jm
to all the legend up here right um trust you all had a great saturday or you're having a great
saturday depending on what the time is where you are um So the time is 11 p.m. down here already.
So there was a question that was thrown.
So before I make my own contribution, let me just go straight to the question,
asking what newbies should do right in this space.
First of all, I'll say do not approve any transaction.
Do not approve any transaction.
That's first and first, right?
Secondly, I'd say to every newbie that is coming here,
I believe that when you talk about you are an educator
and going around educating people about this piece
and how this piece operates,
there's one thing I always say to newbies
that you also have to show that you want it as bad
here already want it for you. You will have to commit yourself also into making researches,
into learning, right? If I'm onboarding you, I might not get to tell you everything that you
need to know about this space. So you need to commit yourself to getting that education for yourself about how the space works, right?
When you hop in in spaces like this and you hear people speak, right, you can always connect
with people and learn how, what they do, right? I'm not saying you must not necessarily go around
entering people's DM and saying, hey, I want to connect to connect with you know it doesn't necessarily work that way right one time i reached out to someone and he said um that's even though that's
even though the message i sent him was was like 80 better than the connect um message he receives
on this piece but most times that's not advisable right if you want to connect with someone um start
by supporting them let let them notice that okay
these guys out here supporting me who is he do you understand let them be curious about you
so i would say that commit yourself to learning yourself it must not be that someone must not
ask you to learn something right be curious about stuff when you see things happening in this space
be eager to know okay i want to know how this thing works i'm not saying go over go ahead and do it but ask questions about it we are this is 2025 right and
you have every resources you have access to every resources you need about anything
literally on this space right you can always sit by yourself i remember when i learned video
editing and videography i learned everything on
youtube like that no one telling me do this so you have the internet there and you can always
reach out to people that you hear them speak about things ask them to to share more light on
whatever topic it is so to newbies out on this place um don't be in a hurry to start approving transaction or to um start wanting to end right but find a way
to learn first and everything will follow suit the moment you learn how the speed operates the
moment you learn that um you will have to possibly support you the moment you learn that um you will
need a secure wallet the moment you learn that that you are not supposed to click on every site,
that you are supposed to check in with only sites that are official and verified sites, right?
When you learn those things for yourself, it will help you a lot, right?
So I don't have to come and tell you, don't click on this site.
Because sometimes you might see a site and you might not even be,
I might not even be there to tell you that this site is not a
verified site but by the time you learn how to check verified site then it's to go a long way
for you so that's that about um message newbies as you are coming to this space you can always
adopt the web2 method of apprenticeship right look out to someone and model them and say i want to
i want to channel my energy and learn from this person.
How are they doing things? I listen to them speak. I always talk about Quicks and how he
has influenced me in this space. I listen to literally every space I see, regardless of
whether I have information on what's going on in this space or I know who is in this space.
There are certain people that when I see on spaces spaces I know that I have to join because I know that I'm going to learn from me and some of them
are definitely up here I have games so up here and I have FCO and I'll be like yeah when I see
this this this man on spaces I will have to join because I know that it is going to help me it will
be to my own benefit so if you're a newbie be curious to have such people that you'll want to
model yourself and say I admire this person I've seen the work he's putting and he's legit and it is working for
him let me probably take a step by step on how he operates or what the things he does on this piece
that have been working for him and that can as well work for you i agree the fact that um
not everything that works for someone will work for you but
you can pick up a lot of wins from from just modeling people and saying i want to um i want
to i want to be i'm inspired by this person i want to be like them and channel a positive energy and
not a competitive energy you understand let it be as a motivation to you to do better that's um the message to newbies now about the topic um
web three jobs whether you need a resume with all honesty i wanted asking if you get like that you
need a resume on this place i had no idea like i really had no idea because i've never gotten one
right um when i came into this space i've just always been that guy that's um just put out the
work you do and supports other people on the timeline and if you keep doing that um projects
will find a way of of reaching out to you or they'll find a way of seeing you and the things
you do and they'll know that um your support is legit and that might get you something so i've
always thought of it that way but i of course i agree now that i'm getting a different view into it i am seeing that
even when you you you your proof of work is there right the resume can also can also serve as a
booster i think at some point it's probably make projects think that you know what you're doing on
this piece by just having a resume that's's for a project that's not really gotten to connect with you and see what you do.
Because the approach that if you reach out to, for the kind of work you're putting on this piece,
that is enough to stand as your resume.
You do not have to present anything to anyone.
They know that, okay, this person has been putting in work and I believe that...
It's a different procedure as to how, you know, you run this, when it's your turn to go.
I don't want to be disrespectful or rude, witty, but it's just two different things, you know,
because, you know, you'll speak for 30 minutes when it's, you know, you just got to go around the room.
I don't mean to be rude, but you can't sit here and listen to one person
for 20 minutes i know it sounds rude but you know just you know what i don't know
that's rude what's up what's up cyrus what's going on how you doing i'm so sorry i didn't get back in
touch with you you're good bro and um yeah i i'm not trying to cut woody off either i mean uh
i i love the way he was going with the with the passion with it um and uh yeah i don't want to
hug the mic either i just wanted to come say hi real quick to the space and i'm hopping around
just saying hi to everybody so how you doing laser what's up alice gives you Yeah, I don't think laser is here right now or Alex.
I was just parking in my car, just moving it around.
No, I appreciate you guys.
First of all, Woody, we will come back to you.
And I do want to give the respect to everybody here.
I love to hear from everybody's background experience because at the end of the day,
we have listeners that are want to be an entrepreneur and just
to reset the room I want to let everybody you know we had great people
that kind of came crypto cam came in and he left basically we're just talking
about you know as people that individuals that are building up right
as you saw witty he's part of soulflare amazing amazing wallet you know if you
haven't seen that out I just want to give him a shout out there.
I want to give a shout out to Jinsu and Alex. Alex is also from the Ruggables.
FTO is also from SoulFlare. I want to give a shout out to Scrooge.
I used his quote today. Scrooge, I gave you a shout out.
You got to adopt the people into your community, right?
You can't just onboard everybody. You got to adopt the people.
And I know Scrooge is going to tell you about it.
He's going to say the real New York City energy energy again that's just how new york city is we
straight to the point so scrooge i i know that uh bay apes is here she's meeting tomorrow and you
got cyrus man cyrus is around here the whole space moves with cyrus like i just saw the ocean move to
the right just now when cyrus came in but cyrus i know you were speaking and you were talking about
you know do we need a resume these days on Web3?
And I'd just like to hear a point.
And again, we'll share the mic around.
I want to hear everybody's take.
I want everybody to speak.
No, I mean, it's a great question.
I mean, I'll keep it fast and brief.
And what's up, guys, in the space?
I think I followed almost everyone on the stage.
And if you're in the audience, I believe I a couple minutes to to follow every single one of you and after this space like I'll go through the profiles and
Check you guys out more but
Web 3 resume only if you're doing like VC jobs or something super serious
Other than that like if you're trying to be a founder or you know you're launching collections or launching coins or
or you know you're launching collections or launching coins or and you create your
own launch pad or you know you're doing anything on like you know the building
or marketing side you don't need it but if you want to work for somebody and
they're operating like a high-level organization in crypto then they might
ask for like you know a resume or like you know they might just say like you
know send me two references you know let they might just say like, you know, send me two references, you know,
let me just call up some people and make sure what you're saying is legit. But I've worked in
this space for five years now. I've never been asked for my resume at one time. And I built a
lot of products on a lot of cool things. And so I don't know. I don't know who'll be submitting
Web3 resumes these days. I'd be surprised to see that. I think a couple times some people sent me their resumes.
And I was like, I don't want to read this shit.
And yeah, they said believe in something.
Have you guys been following the tweets that have been going out from my account last couple days?
Yeah, I've been checking out the screw says Richie the Richie tweet Richie
Everyone always wants something with quality
Half the time they don't know they're
holding the gym and they're already they already got it right they're doing that endless search and
they already got it and um it's one of those things where we talk about like you know really
cool things in the space i'm about to fly to dubai in the last week of may to talk with their team
and be like yo like you know we're seeing all this noise on the timeline we're seeing what you guys
are building you guys have had like one of the best coin launches in the last
week you know like what's good so dude scrooge i want to go out there and like grab the video
and make content and and do all those cool things so i'm excited to see that and um alex i see we
got like a nft mint or something up there is that related to what you guys are building or what is
or something up there is that related to what you guys are building or what is that
yeah that's right we've got the mutant dog yard club that's minting at the moment man
yeah uh so it's 0.024 ethereum uh you also once you're a holder you'll get 25 dollars worth of
the casino chips to play in the casino which is soft launching at the moment we're getting the
nfts ported into the casino.
So you'll be able to walk around as the mutant dogs, man.
It's a place like a grand theft order.
So you can like walk around the casino and stuff at the moment.
It's just poker at the moment.
Next update comes to slot machines and everything, man.
No, no, no, no'll definitely check it out and like
is it like a big collection is a small collection a thousand there's a thousand of them oh so it's
like boutique like elite yeah elite man yeah and we got an affiliate with the board 8 yacht club
as well man so so we'll be doing parties with them. Yeah, what's that? You can't just casually mic drop that.
Well, the founders, he's a holder. Alex, just one thing.
Make sure you give the details because we do have people that are new to the space.
I want to make sure that you do give the details because I just posted a link.
All the information is there.
I just want because I know some people are questioning and I want to make sure this is uh all honest and truth stuff please
do take a look yeah yes alex back to you yeah we made our own dap and beautiful fucking dap man
uh yeah yo are you like did you just hit like 100x or did you smoke a joint or like you're just like
japanese zen music's been on for four hours and like you're in some some zone, bro.
Like I need to be on whatever you're on, bro.
Like you need if you don't want to talk about it publicly, just DM me about it.
I'm trying to I don't know.
I need some of that energy at three in the morning.
You see, Alex goes to a lot of spaces.
Right. So if you haven't seen Alex, he's in a thousand spaces.
And this guy's also on conventions.
So right now, it's six hours later.
So if it's 631 Eastern time, it is 1231 AM in UK time.
But yeah, Alex, you're cooking, man.
I've seen this guy all over the timeline, Alex.
And in my DMs or like, I don't know, on're cooking, man. I'll let you cook. I've seen this guy all over the timeline, Alex. And in my DMs or, like, I don't know, on my posts.
So that's why, like, he threw this space in the group chat I'm in for Richie,
which is a token that I've been pushing.
If Alex is throwing down his space, I want to stop by five minutes and hear what it is.
So that's how I ended up here.
Oh, welcome and see I told you Alex sometimes doesn't realize who he brings and he just talks and and
He's a man of few words as you saw he just said hello and that's it the internet goes up
Alex is the guy is coming to New York City and he were about it
I'm about to get him butter chicken and non for if you guys hang out with me
I get city and he we're about it i'm about to get him butter chicken and naan uh if you guys hang out with me i get you the same yo yo we're in new york city bro i'm coming right now yeah you come
through anywhere you tell me new york city nft he said butter naan and and and chicken chica
what's the other one dalma oh yo you got me fucked up bro bro. And you get, uh, we got tacos, we got everything.
So, uh, we got jerk chicken, we got rasta pasta, everything.
No, no, no, you're losing me.
Let's go back to the naan.
The naan, the doubles, oh yeah, the naan.
There's like 20 types of naans, like cheese, onions, garlic.
Potato, there's that, I'm like, bitch, like.
We're 40 items deep on the menu, I'm still on naan.
Welcome to the Unruggables Food Tasty channel.
I just want to jump in and say that...
Can someone tell me what rasta pasta is?
Real quick, Kai, before we jump right back into the conversation.
If you get dropped down, man, just know that we're doing a polite rotation.
We got plenty of requests in the listeners box, fam. Don't take it as any disrespect, fam. We just want to give everybody an opportunity, man. Just know that we're doing a polite rotation. We got plenty of requests in the listeners box. Don't take it as any disrespect. We just want to give
everybody an opportunity for continuing. Sorry.
And as he said, everybody gets a chance to speak. Everybody will come around. Everybody
could please you can put anything anything you want to share to your product put in the
comment section put it up here. I want people understand um what you're doing in your project of course and people that's behind i was just
checking out scrooge's profile just now you know he has a nice shirt on you guys check out his
collection but let's scrooge do the talking uh before we before we go to school i know bay apes
was right before him so i want to give the floor to her and then screws and then unify if that's okay and then
we'll go to uh me me 3l suey uh suey that's another topic uh but yo babes welcome to the stage
i am so happy you are doing a great job by the way i want to give you the flowers you're doing
a great job in your spaces i hop in your spaces and i listen to what you're doing. It's not easy, but I really want to give you the shout out in front of everybody.
Thank you for the warm welcome, too.
You know, it's funny you say that because it really is easy for me to talk on
spaces, but, um, I got questioned like really hard the other day on something.
And I was like, am I, I felt like, am I on trial?
Like, you know, it wasn't anything I could not answer, but it was just, you know, some
crazy questions coming at me. And, you know,
I know what I'm talking about. I know what I'm doing. I know what we're doing as a project.
I know what our mission is. So, I mean, to question me with any sort of sideways comments,
or I don't know what type of comments those were. And that was the only time
that's ever happened. Um, it wasn't anything I couldn't answer. So, but yes. Um, and it's not,
you know, it isn't easy either to get up on spaces, you know, like every day. Um, you know,
I just, I had a busy morning, but I was in a space right before this and then I just jumped into yours. So I'm so happy
that I was able to catch it. Yes. Thank you. So actually, yes, tomorrow we will, we're minting on
AIOW, our third collection called Babies. It's a unisex collection, male and female, the first time we've ever done this.
And they are baby apes. You could call them babies in diapers, but they're, you know,
little apes. I know you've probably seen them around. And the collection size is 4,444.
And the collection size is 4,444.
There's one of ones in the collections.
The collection, there are rares as well.
And we will be minting on Ape Chain.
So we're super excited about this.
It's been a long journey.
We started the artwork in January with the artist.
So, yeah, it's just been a long process.
And I'm just glad we're here. I'm glad we're
finally here. You know, generating all the artwork and layering. I never had to do that before.
So when I went to the launch pad after I got the artwork from the artist, after it was complete
and all the revisions and everything went through and were
fine, I was happy with them. I went to the launch pad, AIOW, and I had to generate the artwork
myself with the layering and, you know, putting the males through first, putting the females
through, making sure everything, their launch pad accepted all the artwork and
some of it, some traits I did have to take out, but they were just little minuscule things like
backgrounds, nothing huge. And then, yeah, so everything went through, took about two weeks
actually for that process as well. And then, yeah, so then they were like, pick a mint date. And then so I just picked it like a week and a week and a half out from the date they told me that everything was good.
Everything was coded because I'm not a dev.
So they did the coding part.
And, yeah, so we're just super excited about this.
You know, we're on a great mission with this.
Moving forward, you know, we have it a great mission with this moving forward.
You know, we have it's on our roadmap already. We are giving a portion to epilepsy, an epilepsy foundation and an autistic foundation.
They'll both be out of Boston.
But yes, we'll be casting a vote on exactly where those funds, the initial first
funds will be going to, because like I said, on another space, this will be ongoing. And yes,
then we'll be getting coloring books for kids so they can. So what we'll be doing is we'll be making the coloring books they'll be copyrighted
they'll have qr codes in them every month we'll do submissions and we will um send the
scan the um coloring pages out send them out to whoever wants to enter. And there will be pictures of our NFTs,
but in black and white so they can color them.
When we get the submissions back,
they'll have to scan them and send it back.
There'll be a little something inside of the coloring book
where it says where to scan to the email address to send it to.
And they'll be able to do that.
And then we will have a vote.
We'll cast a vote within the community because I like to get the community involved with everything.
We'll cast votes on which ones are our favorite.
We'll pick a number of winners.
The winners will then get a free airdrop of the NFT that they colored from the coloring book. They'll also get
that NFT that they colored on either a print, printed on a hoodie or a t-shirt, whichever they
would like. And we'll just do that repeat every month, every month, every month. So we'll have a
whole bunch of submissions, but there'll be only a few winners. And then in real life, what we'll be doing is,
we'll be going out to events like you just said, you were talking about an event.
I'm not sure if that was NFT NYC, excuse me, you were just talking about with the food.
But yes, so we'll be going to events like In Real Life, such as that.
Now handing out the coloring books as well. That's something else. Selling the merch with the,
for to continue being sustainable, selling the merch with, you know, colored NFTs on them already,
selling the merch with, you know, colored NFTs on them already.
Or like we already have merch.
So if they want, you know, something that's just basic that has the logo, we also have
But our main mission is going back to those two organizations.
And yes, and it's all wrapped up into this one collection, which is called Babies.
And yes, that's our initiative.
And we're just bringing more value back
and building out the project even more into Web 2.
because I didn't want to get kicked off a stake either.
Emotions go up, down, left and right.
But this is great no uh babes
definitely please do pin your post i want to keep going but definitely thank you for coming up it's
not easy to speak up especially um being that you know you have such a responsibility of minting
and i i see the struggle that not i want no we don't use the word struggle i see the hustle i
see the hustle you know so amazing job and uh we're't use the worst trouble. I see the hustle. I see the hustle, you know, so amazing job and
We're definitely gonna take a look and and see you know
So again for folks take a look see right and yeah, make your judgment. I want to give the
Hand straight to Scrooge Scrooge
No, no and what's happening everybody?
It's interest I like this topic. It's very interesting with the resumes and the jobs.
You know, the resume is, to me, is how long and how often you're online because, you know,
that shows value. So if someone sees that you're online all the time that's the value right there your resume
is how much you can show up how consistent you can be on x and only on x that's what we measure
people on because you can cover more ground like that how many spaces can you go up in how many spaces can you speak in
can you show the project in these other spaces can you talk in other spaces can you get around
and when someone sees that that's your resume there's really no other way to judge or measure
somebody that is the only thing that has value it's the only thing that shows value
so the resume is not a piece of paper it's it's you showing up and people online can see that
and they know those are the type of people that we want to hire the job thing is something that is
possibly could only be for countries like Nigeria where you know they have
a thing that's called jobbers and that's because of the transfer from the U.S. dollar to Nara
is a lot so it's two different things and you know I want to um apologize to the gentleman that I cut off earlier um you know I'm
not a rude person it's just you know there are certain things that you know like time is everything
and less is more in the space you have to understand that you can say less and you can give
more value and you have to respect other people's time as well
because as time goes by it's just so much you have to do is there's so many things that have
to be done like you know i'm gonna go i'm just gonna tell you guys a little bit about
nfts and a little bit about my project it's a web 3 initiative that's attached to real world assets
there's some and no offense to nobody but it's just what we just did because i bring real world
assets on chain four times over i just did a deal with the bitcoin mansion in el salvador
bitcoin mansion in el salvador the thing about you know these deals is they're important because
el salvador is the first country with a dedicated digital asset regulator i don't know what that
means to you but everything in the country could be bought with bitcoin, everything. Everything you can use Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies to buy.
And if you are a holder of our Ugly Duck Society NFT,
you get 25% off of your stay in El Salvador.
Another real world asset that we're attached to is our bars.
It's called the Drunken Lab.
We have one in New York. We have one in
Houston, Texas, and we also have one in Miami, Florida. It was just opened. If you're a holder
of the Ugly Duck Society NFT, you could experience this event for free. It's open every day. I have
the videos on my page. You can actually book a session there now and go there.
Each location experiences 100 to 150 foot traffic every day.
There's another real world asset that we brought on chain, which is our used cooking oil company, where you can start your own UCO company. uco company it's very lucrative i don't want to get into too much of a long shill
because i'm at work right now and this space is not really for that i just really wanted to talk
about the resumes but i do appreciate you letting me take the stage laser and man what is that sorry
i was doing two two things at one time guys but um that's the mansion that's the mansion that's what it is right but yeah um but i love what everything that you're doing laser i also i love nfts with real
uh utilities i love what laser is doing he made me um a laser plate which i can't wait to get and i
think that that's real utility and that's amazing so um you know shout out to everybody who has these real utilities
and everybody with an nft project you guys got to start asking yourself what do you get
when they buy that nft what do we get we got to start having these real utilities to push the
needle forward here i've also bring two more assets on chain, but we got to leave some lore and leave some space for people to explore.
So we have our open whitelist on OpenSea right now.
I hate, you know, telling people to purchase, but we're about to raise the price.
So that's the last thing I'm going to say.
But, yeah, thanks for letting me take the stage.
Oh, anytime. Anytime, Scrooge. Anytime. to say but yeah thanks for letting me take the stage i appreciate it laser oh i need time
anytime scrooge anytime guys scrooge is a real legend here amazing spaces they have throughout
the day uh you know oh man every single person that's in their space i gotta give a shout out to
you know i i love the development they're also teaching to give crypto news so again for folks
that want to get the latest trend check out scrooge guy check out the ugly dogs check out their mint and amazing
work amazing work i mean this is what this is this is the variety of food right man he just came up
and he put food in my thoughts so anyways yeah you got the naan the kebabs the rasta pasta you got
the tacos but you know we got everything out here we got everything so again you know bring your
food you got the osui from my african community man i don't let you guys but you know, we got everything out here. We got everything. So again, you know, bring your food.
You got the Osui from African community, man.
I don't let you guys out.
You know, we got everything out here.
Um, but Hey, Scrooge, you chill with us.
You're a real one and definitely laser items for everyone.
Uh, go Unify Londoner, just like Alex.
How you doing, my brother?
You're here with that purple logo.
It's like brightening up my screen because I'm in a dark place.
Yeah, we're here to unify everyone and every brand and provide utility and tools and generally help the ecosystem win.
And yeah, on your point, you know, about the whole resume thing, right, like the CV.
So I think like there's a place for it. There's always a place for it. You may or may not need it.
I think like there's a place for it. There's always a place for it. You may or may not need it. I think it's a good thing to have because it's a good way to, you know, aggregate your skills and compound what you need to know to level up and, you know, proof of work, if you can prove how many clicks you get on a tweet,
if you can prove that you can drive traffic and leads and generate, you know, trackable data,
then I think that is extremely valuable. And that's definitely as founder myself,
and I imagine some of the other founders here would agree that if someone came to you and said look here's proof and here's a system into which you can track everything that I do for you
and I'll be rewarded and incentivized automatically I think if you have that to show that's as good as
if not better than the CV in web3 I don't know what you think. Yeah, I like that. I mean, honestly, I got to give Alex Jinsu a take on that.
Alex Jinsu, what do you guys think?
Yeah, I mean, you know what, man?
The reason why I love that is because just speaking to your platform, fam,
you're not trying to reinvent the wheel.
You're trying to bridge utility that's on the web two space
and bring it to web three for all these small communities,
individuals, or even the big influencers,
and just trying to tap everybody in creating that social
And it's not, and it's not representative of one chain either.
Is it, is it like multi-chain?
Your platform is multi-chain, yeah?
Yeah, so currently we are built on Solana,
but yeah, once we hit mainnet, we'll be multi-chain.
We'll have Web2 payment integration
and wallet obscuration as well.
So check in with, you know, log in with email
and check out with Visa, but everything's on chain um
so we really aiming to remove that barrier to entry so all of you brands that have got products
and services for sale are able to actually then um sell them to web 2 web 2.5 you know web 3 curious
users um in an easy toto-use way.
And not for nothing, man, you kind of ringed the bell there when you said Web 2.5.
I like that, the whole bridge between one and the other.
For those of you guys who are not tapped in, if you have a project on Solana,
They can add multiple utilities, multiple avenues so that you can generate revenue and also get viewership, which is important because you need the audience.
It's the fourth level of currency that's only here, which is the tension. Yeah, man,
absolute Chad fam. I also want to get to some of these other hands. They've been up for a minute.
My man, Mio, Ovi Musk, what's good fam?
That's a pleasure to be here tonight and actually share some information about resumes, because
basically I'm in trenches, as many of you also, and have this experience right now live.
Like, okay, I understand if we speak about X live,
in this case, yes, our presence, our consistency
and everything matters when we are online.
In this case, it's our live sort of resume.
But if we speak about traditional businesses like exchanges,
when you, let's say, a coder or customer support or any other marketing specialist, for example,
and you apply for the business directly with the HR department communication, in this case,
resume is something, let's say, essential, and you need to create this resume in that way that could be specifically used for specific role you're applying for.
So that's a combination of Web3 experience, saying like your presents on the Twitter, and combination of traditional process of hiring so other part is like where can we find
these opportunities i mean opportunities of work it could be either linkedin for example
this traditional way or you can try to let's say communicate like here on the space to become a
part of some community and thirst opportunities through these type of connections.
So that's a topic which can be discussed really, really deep. And that's a cool part that we have
this chance, like a space, to have this information shared and basically somehow, let's say, forged
into different other topics or different other threads or materials that can be shared with the audience that want to learn something and actually use this information which I have here due to the France Factory.
That's a shout out to Ginsu and all the people who I know from this community.
Thank you for your take, man.
I will tell you just to kind of add some validity to that.
I have taken multiple discovery calls.
And one of the things that they asked me for towards
the end of the discovery call is a Web3 resume.
They kind of want to know where you've been, what's your capability to curate a resume,
and how good you can type.
There's a lot of answers.
There's a lot of answers in a resume.
I'm sure if any of you guys have ever been in charge of hiring at your IRL work, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Sometimes you can discern, you can kind of make a better choice according to who has either the better resume or a better written resume with a lot more context.
So 100%, I love your take, fam, and very professional.
Thank you for being patient, by the way, and raising your hand, fam.
We're going to go over to Kai.
Kai, thank you for being so patient, man.
We just had some other people who we know that has to attend other spaces jump up here, fam.
So we really appreciate the patience.
I would say GM, but it's nearly one in the morning over here.
So I'm going to say GN, GM.
Might be the first time you've heard that in the spaces over here. So I'm going to say GNGN. Might
be the first time you've heard that in the spaces. I just want it to be very distinct
and very quick, maybe 60 seconds. I'm going to talk about the little topic that you guys
are talking about, REB3 resumes. And in my opinion, when it comes to resumes, it kind
of means different things to different people. But a lot of you guys, especially Unify and
a few other people in the spaces, have already hit the nail on the head.
And when it comes to resumes, it's kind of about proof of work.
So people don't really want to see things on paper.
They want to see that you've done something.
It's excellent to have something on paper,
but do you have the metrics to back this up?
Do you have like a portfolio or something behind you? Do you have people you can reach out to? And that's kind of
where I would go. So a resume is great to have. It's something that you should have in place,
especially if you're serious about getting yourself out there in a space, if you actually
want people to take you seriously. But having some form of a proof of work is something that
I would work towards. And that's something that I've been using for years in the space.
Myself, I've been in the space since 2019 and I found that's what works for me.
And that's all I got to say. Thank you for having me on guys. Great space.
Fantastic, man. And you know what?
I kind of want to throw another take in there, man. Laser,
I hope you don't mind that I out you for this one, but, um, so Kai,
Kai had made a request to come up on stage. Right. And laser says, I kind of don't know him.
Let's kind of, let's keep it to blue check marks.
And I said, whoa, whoa, whoa.
So if Kai doesn't know, um, the way that me and you are connected, uh, is through the
caffeinated, uh, community.
So I know that I've spoken or I've heard you speak on one of you could die spaces before a shit pronunciation.
I'm sorry. But I like that. That's I guess if we was to add another take, if we have some time, laser completely up to you.
The validity and the importance of having a blue check would love your guys take on it.
take on it. Again, like you were saying, just to prove your point, the proof of work,
me seeing Kai in the spaces before and being in similar communities as me is kind of the reason
why I was able to let him up on the space. And for me, man, some people don't even need the
blue tag, man. As you can see, we have one of the legendary people in Web3 who just came up.
He needs no introduction, but it's that, right?
It's the actual work that you've done, who you know.
And like my friend Alejandro says all the time, it's not who you know, it's who knows you.
Thank you for the take, Kai.
And yeah, man, let's keep the conversation flowing.
Alejandro, I see your hand.
But, you know, royalty just came up.
My man Marte with the dogs.
Network to get work came up, fam.
You know, you got to jump the line, fam, when I see you.
Yo, yo, what's popping, everybody?
Like, yo, there's an APB out on me, man.
Like, everyone's like, hey, where's Marte?
What happened to you? I ain't going nowhere, man. Shit. I got a me, man. Everyone's like, hey, where's Martek? What happened to... I ain't going
nowhere, man. Shit. I got
a life, man. Can I live a little bit?
can't even, like, go to the restroom
without motherfucking sending me a DM.
Hey, are you okay? Are you holding
it okay? Like, what the fuck?
Man. What up, Gensu? What up,
Lazer, Alex, Unify, Alejjandro i'm still here fam i ain't
going nowhere man let him cook fucking hell aren't you glad that i locked up those fucking nfts
you couldn't fucking trade them you couldn't dump them on the floor when solana was 109
now solana's 160 send me back a little $20,
Oh, yeah. He's gonna shut
the space down, bro. We're gonna run to like...
That's it. It's Martek, man.
He's back in full effect.
Yo, I wanted to ask you, bro, before we get right back into it, how was your trip?
I think you was taking a trip over to LA.
You was going to meet up with some of the homies.
So I linked up with a couple of people.
That was absolutely dope.
And I'm like, yo, I'm going to keep it incognito.
And then I got to have some precious time with my brother, man.
I ain't seen my brother in about like two three years so we just hung out and like watched movies man and
like had a couple of drinks so you know that was a nice little recharge some you know what i tell
you man web3 you can get lost in this month i've been lost for like three and a half years yo just
every day every day every day every day every day so i was like yo i need to
step back a bit and i'm gonna do a lot more traveling as well i gotta get back in touch with
myself um it can really suck you in like the rabbit hole effect is real i know that it's had
emotional and mental effects on certain individuals and stuff like that it's not easy man so just big
respect to everyone that does show up every day
because i know that it does take balance and all that kind of stuff but we can't forget who we are
before we entered into web free and the kind of the shit that we used to do like do you know what
i'm saying we cannot forget that and i say that with all kind of conviction and seriousness it
can be seductive it can make you forget a lot of shit do you know what i mean
so um definitely take time to step back recharge don't don't worry about what people say oh are
you active just because you ain't showing up like a day or two yes i'm still fucking active i'm still
here nothing's still actually i just posted something i'm giving away a fucking youths
what's wrong with y'all you know i'm giving away
a youth yo you know i mean freshmen like between now and next week saturday's good vibes saturday
actually it's too bad actually there's like six bounties going on i should really post a lot more
but um you know for those that are paying i got you i got you for those that are paying attention
they're paying attention but like yeah man you know what
it's not what you see it's what people actually do and what they have done that should like you
know um strengthen your belief like i know that there are a lot of um nefarious individuals about
that that they'll just show up now and then and like drop a couple of choice words on you to make you believe in them a little bit more
but like you know um like my man kai said it's all about proof of work that's something that
can't be erased and shit like that and it does take a lot of sacrifice it does take a lot of
money it does take a lot of time it takes a lot you know to build that proof of work man so like
yeah big up everyone i'm still here fan one quick
thing for everybody that's here please retweet comment and also like martex uh latest post on
the youth please oh maybe a possible possible laser laser maybe massive laser dog chain we don't know
all right man i'm telling this so much this and and the thing is it's not what you
see it's like because there is a there is a hell of a lot of stuff going on in the background with
blockchain guardians when i say a hell of a lot actually today i had a um meeting with um a liquor
distributor because i'm lining up that um you know that ipa and tequila and all that kind of stuff i
don't need to talk about it every day i'm just gonna drop it on your heads you know, that IPA and tequila and all that kind of stuff. I don't need to talk about it every day. I'm just going to drop it on your heads.
You know what I'm saying?
You're like, you know, sometimes there's too much talk
and no action comes behind it.
I like to do things in reverse.
Like, you know what I mean?
I like to, like, put the action in place and then, like, you know,
maybe talk about it a little bit.
But as they say, empty vessels make the loudest noise.
So like, you know, be careful of the shillers.
Facts, facts, facts, facts.
Yo, Martek, real question.
Do you think you need resumes these days for Web3?
It really depends on who you are and what you've done.
Like I said said proof of
work speaks a lot like you know if you're entering into the space and you're you're pretty fresh and
you don't have any connections and like you know you don't have a network people that can vouch for
you you know um i think a resume might be um appropriate until you continue to build up some
momentum and some kind of presence but um i'm sure that all of us in here know it takes time to build a reputation.
It doesn't just come overnight. It doesn't just come by doing one or two spaces.
Okay, anyone can open up a space, but can you do it consistently for like a month,
two months, three months, four months, five months, six months?
know you that's how you kind of like you know that's how your reputation kind of precedes you
and stuff like that and that's the sacrifice part do you know what i mean that's the sacrifice of
giving up like every single saturday morning for three and a half years do you know what i mean
that's the sacrifice of like you know you holding you holding this space for like, what number is it?
10, it's going to be 20, 30, 40.
That's all the sacrifice.
That's just adding to your credibility, so to speak.
Because that's where the alpha is.
Like, you know, proof of work is the alpha.
Like, you know, whether it be good proof of work or bad proof of work, it's do you know what i mean like you know whether it be good
proof of work or bad proof of what it's going to be a reflection of who you are so um yeah there's
there's many moving parts to this man and it don't just happen in one space
i appreciate that man no that's facts man martek you definitely added the added that that flavor
into the mix of the food you know so? So, no, excellent, excellent point.
Always excited, man, especially when I hear Martek in the space.
Yeah, I just wanted to quickly speak to Kai's point, you know,
and what we've all been saying about proof of work, right?
We've now built that into the Unify platform, right?
Once you're registered on Unify, you're instantly an affiliate.
You can go out and promote any of the product services or brand pages on the Unify platform, including Martex.
Right. In doing that, you have an affiliate dashboard.
that you have an affiliate dashboard you've got real-time analytics in there
You've got real time analytics in there.
you can see every click we have global leaderboards we launched this week where
you can see exactly how many clicks how many points you've got and all of that
could be screenshotted and used in your resume your web free version of a resume
to really prove that by working with you you're able to do what you say you can
do and it's all totally free for affiliates
so yeah i just wanted to put that out there guys like the text here like we can do this like each each brand if you have a business if you have a brand in web3 list it on unify and you get access
to all of these tools and so does your community my text what's going on sir mr screw damn i feel like yo i just walked into the club and motherfuckers is
like yo where you been son what's going on i had to come back and they told me martek was in the
space i had to come back and and let you know i always say i don't know the exact number but
100 000 people come in web 3 and 100,000 people go out every day.
So you have to keep promoting yourself.
So whoever don't know, you know, Martek, when I first saw his space on Saturdays, Good Vibe Saturdays, I've seen that space.
It was massive, action packed.
And I'm just coming back on spaces and I'm like, damn, I got to get up there.
Took me about six months just to get, you know, coordinated with
the man and everything. And now when I go in that space, you know, I get shout outs and he showed
so much love. And, you know, one time I showed in a space, a hundred people followed me at one time.
And, you know, that's, that's, it was so nerve wracking, but, you know, you, you'll get comfortable
after a while, you know, know and and just to say this
what the topic is about resumes it's like not even did i have to prove myself to him but you
know you just have to keep showing up and and you know once he saw that then he you know starts
giving you that respect so and the reason why i'm saying is because his space is massive he shows up
every weekend and it's just like
wow you know so you're still in that space a lot of people get to know you so i just came to give
you your flowers martech that's why i came back to the space for but so big ups to you bro and i
appreciate it and like real talk as we're on that topic it's like man was throwing money at me like
yo you won't even take my money so i could come on your space i'm like yo it's and you know and it wasn't a disrespect thing like you know what i mean because
you know it is all about getting to know people and building these relationships kind of like
slowly and organically and stuff like that because one wrong move one wrong move no disrespect to
anybody one wrong affiliation you can speak to this
unified, it can bring down the whole fucking house of cards overnight, overnight, so sometimes
I've turned away a shitload of money, tens of thousands of fucking dollars, no, I'm not going
to chill your shit, no, why, because my reputation is worth much more, we're not just here for money,
we're here building business yo we're here building business
we're here building credibility i mean take a page out of web too it's the same shit it don't
happen overnight ain't grand opening and like fucking next week oh yeah we reached our all-time
high hell no what's the rule of thumb first year lose money second year fucking break even third year maybe you'll make a profit
what happened to those why do not why do those rules not applying web free that's what we should
be asking ourselves why are we looking for instant gratification i'm not looking for instant
gratification with my mint like you know i haven't even it hasn't even hit 20 yet i'm good though
first day i put down 90 soul and that 90 soul is fucking increased
it's like you know by what 20 30 20 30 percent i'm good that's a small success to me and it will
mint out when it's supposed to mint out this so you know because again when when we drop a mint
right um take away the market making take away the wash trading and all that kind of stuff.
How many new people are here to mint your shit?
I could have made two free phone calls and had that shit mint out in seven minutes.
We all know how it's done.
But, like, you know, you think about it.
How many new people are here to mint
your how many new people are you onboarding uh or are we just onboarding the same people
into new projects and stuff like that it don't go like that do you know what i'm saying so yeah and
that that's a fact like bro like you can't take all money is not good money in web 3 and we a lot of us learn
that the hard way we have to learn that the hard way but it's time and martic always preach this
to start supporting other projects you know i even feel bad like i i'm gonna go mint me a blockchain
guardian that's what i'm gonna do because we got to start supporting the people that support the
space and we're making all of ourselves look bad like we said we're not people to beg for these
mints but this we're not showing up for what we're supposed to show up for and it's starting to look
really disgusting like we got to start doing it i'm feeling the vibes now because i'm like why
people not minting my this and why people not doing that and it's like but the best way to
solve that problem is for us to you know put that foot forward and start minting my this and why people not doing that and it's like but the best way to solve that problem
is for us to you know put that foot forward and start minting other people's projects you know
like showing love where it's supposed to be showed at because if we don't support each other it's
not going to work you know so let's let's start you know supporting other projects of the people
that show up and the people that create platforms for us. They're out here working.
Like you said, anybody can open up a space as quickly as that space opens
is as quickly as it closes.
So people be acting like they're all of this in a host and a co-host role.
Come on, that space can close as quickly as you open it.
It's about the people that show up.
That's why I said your resume is how much time you can spend online,
how many times you can keep showing up. That's what's what's important but yeah i don't want to hog the mic but it's you know even
like myself i got a mint a blockchain guardian so hold me to that that's what we got to do y'all
let's start supporting each other for real i appreciate you fam it's it's a marathon man
you know i mean it's a marathon it's a work in progress it's an infinite build we're never
going to stop building these nft projects man long after we're gone they're still going to be here on
the blockchain and you know we'll be able to pass these down to our like you know our children our
grandchildren and their children it's legacy shit that we're building man so don't look for that
instant shit i'm looking like 10 20 years down the road. You know, my son's got NFTs to mint out.
If I don't mint them out,
my son's got to mint them out to his buddies and his generation
and all them kids that's graduating from college.
So I ain't in no rush, man.
You know what I'm saying?
I ain't trying to just mint out to these old fucking boomer motherfuckers.
Like, you know what I mean? With fucking prostate old fucking boomer motherfuckers like you know i
mean with fucking prostate cancer and shit like that fucking you know i mean no medical
no medical coverage and shitek big up from i
bumped into you in like doodles lost space i think when yeah on a month on this this past monday so
um yeah to keep it quick i go i got flagged as a bad boy for like two accounts now.
I'm going to start like from the ground up.
And because I noticed that people like very few people like Martek and the likes are ready to like support people from the ground up.
You know, I was like, OK, fuck it.
I'm going to build new more new new
connections starting with all of you guys here we got martek once once more i'm going to do
well to sell all of my assets including my farm's house to mint a blockchain guardian
thank you guys let's connect everybody
hey i'll buy it if it's from the low low I'll buy that shit
Yeah, I'm ready to sell all of that shit for your NFTs man
It's good to see that the DJ and you still alive at Walmart tech can't leave the DJs to water fam if you're not one yourself. Let's go. Yo, what's this guy got? He got some Rasta Pasta on his PFP
right now fam? That's crazy.
You got to explain this Rasta Pasta stuff. I never had this stuff. What is this?
Martek, if you want to jump in on the, you know, culturally, you want to jump in on the
Rasta Pasta. Oh, Rasta Pasta? I mean, there's several ways that you can to jump in on the, you know, culturally, you want to jump in on the rasta pasta.
I mean, there's several ways that you can like cook that shit up, man.
Like, you know what I mean?
Typically it's supposed to be a vegetarian dish.
Like, you know what I mean?
Karasta man no eating a pork or none of them kind of something there.
But yeah, there's several ways that you can like whip that up.
Dan, you just made that sound so fucking good, bro.
You made it sound delicious with the accent.
Sorry, that sounded delicious.
But yeah, man, all of us.
For the listeners that are in the listeners box, man, just a reminder, follow the speakers, fam, because they have the alpha.
You know, you can follow me if you want.
But the dudes that are up here cook on the regular all have their own spaces, fam.
And if you don't know about Martech spaces every Saturday, fam, whether it's 1030 in the morning or is at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, fam, we there, man. We in there. Dogs are here, fam. Whether it's 10.30 in the morning or is that 3 o'clock in the afternoon, fam,
He's locked up 100 soul, fam, already,
I think it is, in his treasury, fam,
that's going to move forward towards building.
If you don't know Martek, Martek Cooks, fam.
Martek's doing big tings.
And I'll tell you what, man.
let me have a look under here.
Hey, hey, look what I just found.
Shit, I just found a friend's factory.
Let's give away a friend's factory in the space, man,
from Blockchain Guardians, man.
We got those in the treasury.
That's what I'm fucking talking about.
That's what I'm talking about that's what i'm talking about
let's give away one of those yeah i got friends i got friends in the wallet yo
you know i mean the treasury's there it's got a little bit of dust on it like i don't even touch
nothing you know it's crazy because i'm not even a seller i don't sell nfts man the only way that
my nfts got taken away from me is when i got those two wallet drains
grails on grails everything went but like you know i still got a i still got a couple of assets in
the treasury man so we're going to give away a friend's factory in the space however you want
to do it just like you know you guys run that and um just send me the winner and i'll send it out to
them all right before it starts laser what the
is on your pfp right now because that's not what i saw when i joined
what do you what do you see i mean what the hell is on your pfp right now
because this is no i think that's rasta pasta. I think that's Rasta pasta. That's Rasta pasta Willie.
So, bro, whatever that is, it's... I don't even know what to call it at this time.
I'm glad that I got your attention.
So, yes, I'm a master of changing PFPs.
Alex, you can change yours as well.
But as we're taking a minute pause Alex if you can please do
Tell us the muted dogs while I change my PFP again
All right guys Alex, um, so yeah, we're talking about mutant dogs today
If you check the 17th link on top
There's so much jumbo jumbles right now and by the time i reach i think the space will end
oh yes uh so yes mutant dog yacht club we are minted up to 500 out of a thousand again same
thing what everybody else is l l everybody else is saying slow you know slow process but again
you got to slow cook the food right you can't just rush to it or it might get burnt right
uh again alex did mention there is a live poker where you can integrate with your nfts and yes it's tested it's in the telegrams and alex could post that up again i'll
post it here again uh again a great way of community well you know there's no rush you
know we're consistently building we got card caps and vet down there who shout out to these guys
they also host their space as well they're the ogs uh and you know many many people that don't
know them please do follow them.
The Unruggable page usually does show
appearance today, I think, because of the
network. I mean, definitely
it's not getting the work, but definitely
when it does, it'll get the work, you know,
shows up to the space. But again, a remarkable
team, remarkable team who showcases,
you know, again, honesty.
And that's what it is about. Again,
any player that plays with us
They will get stoned right so we don't play with that. We want to make sure
Again, we go through those experience. We do meet people that are like that
But again, it's up to us as a community as all leaders of the space all the leaders that are here to warn each other
To help each other and to grow each other. But again, thank you for showing up to the space time is flying we got only 11 minutes um i i didn't did i hear jay speak yet or spare
i want to make sure i give that chance to them and you hear my daughter in the background but
jay you up next yeah brother i um no i i got a dm from you so shout out to you for that um
good afternoon good night good morning to everyone.
I'm not doing lunch right now.
Jay, what do you think, man?
Do you think resumes are needed in the Web3?
Of course, they're needed.
But more so than the resumes, I mean, ultimately, you definitely have to put your best foot forward.
And time, time reveals all.
The more time you have in the space, the better that your peers can recommend or connect you to people.
If you don't have time in this space,
it's going to be very difficult,
very difficult to position yourself
because you can have a Web 2 resume
but if you're not out here
really collaborating, connecting,
and getting to know your fellow man
it's going to be very difficult
you might be able to persuade some people
but at the end of the day the real ones will recognize the real
I can see past all the fluff.
I can see past all the fluff.
a big shout out to everybody who's in the room.
It's been a while since I've been on your space,
Oh, that J-Connex, J-Connex. Oh, here we go way back way way way back oh that jay connects jay connects
oh here we go with the accent what's all going on my brother well i'll go i'm rigid you know
everything good man everything good every everything everything is everything you see me so
you know what i'm saying that scrooge is on stage as well. But yeah, man, we doing well. We doing well. We are doing well.
I can't wait to see what comes next from this
because I already know what's happening in June.
NFC NYC, if anyone's going to be in New York City,
for NFC NYC, my podcast will be live
at the event in the Bronx,
There's going to be a movie dropping from the pigeons of New York.
It will not be a live broadcast.
So you will have to be there to experience it.
we have to make sure because there might be some celebrities popping out and
they're not going to want to be filmed.
So for those kinds of purposes, we're not going to want to be filmed so uh for those kind
of purposes we're not going to do a live stream but if you do own a pigeon of new york or if you
don't it's fine it's 20 bucks to get in um i would suggest you guys pop out and show up um
especially if we're going to be in new york city but yeah i'm going gonna be there live broadcast or live space
interviewing whoever pops out
Scott Marcy's gonna be there
he's like a famous artist
a few heads will be out there
I'm just gonna be just i'm just i'm just
going to be uh taking it day by day and as far as resumes and web3 goes um i'm i'm super careful of
who i who i uh connect myself with or associate associate myself with the other day someone offered me a few nfts and a bunch of coins and then my response was no i'm good but
you're you're welcome to join our spaces i don't know how many people would turn down those nfts
or even like because you know at the end of the day we know what that is if you're offering me
nfts and a bunch of coins and we never spoke you probably see something in
our community and you're thinking hey let me give this guy something so we can find our way in i
know i know all the plays trust me i've seen them all so nice try that's so crazy fam and just to
add the context man most of the people that's on the panel uh will be at nft
nyc uh love the bodega which is an incredible fan so looking forward to seeing that maybe i'll uh
i'll subscribe maybe it's not too late to reserve your ticket because you know those things tend to
go out very quickly man super bullish on that dude we got a winner for the the picker and it was uh dr nuns uh after a heavy rotation back
and forth between me and laser ace i guess it kept trying to make us win fam it took me like
i know i mean what can i do i don't know i don't know bro i don't know and and it was funny because
i saw you go through like two or three pfps as we were doing the picker so yeah i'm trying to throw you off
that was why i was trying to throw you off dr nuns uh man congrats fam welcome to friendship
and uh martic will take care of you and if not bro yo dude i'll take care of him it's not a
problem either way i love martic having a bag of friends man it means the world to me fam
uh connecting with each and every one of you guys, speaking to that,
has been, like, the best part of my entire journey, fam.
The monetary aspect will always be there, fam.
You can go and you can play coins whenever you want, fam.
But the deeper connection, fam, it's not an easy feat, fam.
I mean, you got to show up every day, fam.
You got to show everybody love, man.
And it's super important for your growth
in this space man and as these legends
I'm undeserving of being called one
but as these legends can attest to
that are up here on this stage fam
and it speaks volumes fam
and that's why they win it
massive respect man massive love back GG to you guys, man. Massive respect, man.
Back over to you, my man, Lazer.
I was, like, going up three gates because I put all these gates,
and I'm opening the gates right now.
But I'm opening the gates to this community, baby.
So all right, ladies and gentlemen, it's that time of the year.
It's 726. It's time. It No, no, seriously. It's 726.
It's time to wrap up the space, you know, and I'm over here moving my laser stuff and I'm putting my phone to charge because I'm like one of those guys that have a Blackberry.
But I want to say something back to, you know, back to our main topic, right?
What is resumes and why do we need them?
And as you guys heard, I would say majority said action speaks louder than words.
And resume kind of showcases your proof of worth.
So at the end of the day, a piece of paper does do travel around the world, right?
More important, that paper wouldn't even come to existence if you weren't even in this earth.
Let's put that into perspective.
So that's another crucial component, right?
I really want to continue and bring up the next space.
But we have another space coming up from the Ruggables tomorrow from Cardcaps.
And he's going to talk about conspiracy theories.
So if you're big on aliens, big on Donald Trump, big on anything, come to that space.
Alex, are you here mr. Alex
all right mr. Alex I'm putting right to sleep I guess I have a beautiful voice
but uh ladies and gentlemen I want you guys to all throw some emojis for
everybody on the stage I want to throw some emojis you know I want to say
what's up I want to say thank you for all of you coming here
Many of you guys came up here to show support. I want to show that support
I hope you like my pfp, you know, I just just a way to kind of throw you off
But you know more importantly, I'm gonna let my cut my speakers to have the final words again
Well, I'll give everybody like you know
20-second chill so we can end the space the right way
But I just wanted I'll just want to say thank you for showing up. Thank you again for showing up. And you'll see one thing I'll keep lasering. So when you see your picture on it, you just got laser damn it.
listen man if i throw my final thought on there man be who you want to see in web3 fam
continue to show up each and every day try to show up and jump on these stages if you can if
they will allow you to if not hop into their dm fam and create the opportunity that is before you
there's so much in web3 fam it's not just one space it's not just one speaker it's not just
one kol fam it's a vast majority space it's not just one speaker it's not just one kol fam it's
a vast majority there's so many people here so many opportunities and like they always say fam
because it's true you're super duper early fam have a great night guys
thank you mr guinzu i'll say next is alex alex are you there alex
Sue I'll say Nexus Alex Alex are you there Alex
All right silence but I'll talk and be have Alex he'll definitely show up on your next space
He is the sniper of all spaces. So if you don't see Alex you're missing out a gem great individual here huge flowers to Alex
I'll call him my mentor. He really does
Try to push me to the next level and again all you guys are my mentor you guys push me to the next level and again all of you guys are my mentor you guys push me to the next level i don't think i think i spend more time on web 3 than i'd spend on the
web 2 so i just want to say shoot shout out but thank you alex i want to give us uh next the mic
over to uh me mail suey uh yeah so we're just keep on cooking because like uh really this is still wild west uh and
i'm saying this since 2017 so we are still early i completely agree with this statement so let's
fucking go thank you and i also want to give a shout out to uh i'm gonna do a quick listener shout out
and then i'm gonna give it to scrooge next but a huge shout out to spare i know spare we definitely
got to get you up next stacy we got i got my friend uh blockchain modest miner down there i
got maker i got elijah og peanuts uncle uh moonen you got mad banana Union you got as God hey tell
Dino what's up veteran vet gauge you got a pause Apollo Apollo official we got
um well sweet witty witty witty from soulflare guys give him a few shout out
he has amazing spaces I want to give him that chill he does great job and man
lot man you got to watch his videos dr nuns he's not a stranger he's amazing he's definitely
supportive archie apes she wasn't here today danielle but huge shout out to danielle uh man
she if she gets on this space she'll make the internet go to uh 6g we got homie we got crypto
we got rena tour you got da vinci paolo polio polo uh family mind
comrade finir kim and johnny and all the other people i don't see but thank you and i love you
guys but back to you who was next uh martech martech next my bad man i'm i'm kind of trying to put together saturday space um but like yeah man just big
up everybody keep on grinding you know what i'm saying um it can take a lifetime to become an
overnight success think about that shit do you know what i mean you gotta put in a lot of work
and like you know some people give up just at that moment in time when they're gonna
achieve their biggest breakthrough so like yo don't expect it to happen overnight like just
keep on grinding keep on building relationships you never know where that opportunity is going
to come from and again we're worldwide right now this is an international affair so it might not
come from the individuals that you expect it to come from but people are
listening and people are watching so just keep on grinding fam
thank you martek man that's the og that's the king king space man man yeah and i i just want
to say in my last 20 minutes that you know in about a month or so it's going to be this heavy nft bull
run and if you guys don't really look at what you're buying you're going to be very very embarrassed
you know because value you know is everything and you got to know what you're doing out here
you know stop being lonely buying things to be part of a
community start looking at you know what you're investing in because that's what we're building
investments and your investments got to be correct you know look at what you're buying look at what
you're investing in in the next couple of months you're going to be very embarrassed about the
things that you bought you know so i'm gonna end it there. See you guys on the flip side
And see him on the next side meaning go to his space next cuz Scrooge is a man of wisdom man
Man Scrooge I like you. I like a shirt by the way
I gotta go grab that shirt after I and Martex sweater man. You guys have good merch
Next we got bay apes the minter she is minting tomorrow
by the way babes i think babes uh she's uh she stepped out for a second but once she gets back
on i just want to do a little quick chill on her. She's minting tomorrow.
Do take a look on her projects.
Again, we always recommend, we don't say financial advice, right?
It's not financial advice.
So make sure you take a look.
But again, Babes, I'll tell you, she does hustle.
Please take a look on what she does an amazing amazing person
And I when she comes back, I know she's gonna be like I love you all so i'll do it for her
I love you all and I hope to see you all jay next
Um, let me end it with this, um
Be careful with that social engineering that be happening in these spaces.
make you feel bad about not buying
screw you over afterwards.
So yeah, pay heed to that.
And then also, let me also
Don't fade IRL. If you can link up with somebody within your city
and connect with them do so you know um that goes a long way a lot a lot comes from it speaking from
experience that's what paulo that was in there earlier actually he's still here so i linked up
with apollo who happens to be from the same ecosystem, two different projects.
And we did an awesome event over the weekend, Duck Race.
I moved out here about almost a year ago.
Did I know I was going to have a project?
Once I did, and once I found out
Skylar was 20 minutes away from me.
Now we're about to do something epic out here in Connecticut.
If you find people that live not too far from you
or maybe live three hours away,
honestly, that's not that far in you or maybe live three hours away. Honestly, that's not that far
In retrospect, you can make it happen. You could change the world
Take that risk. You never know what can come from it
So that's the last thing I'll say on that history was being made over the weekend and we're still making it let's go
history was being made over the weekend and we're still making it.
it takes a New Yorker to know one.
So I see you in the corner.
That's where your deli is on.
Not too far from it. All right. All right. J. Jamaica, Queens, brother. Came here, brother. Not too far from it.

That's how that's I'm not lazy. It's just, I'm lasering,
but definitely I'll be catching up.
Somebody called me lazy last time on the space, but it's all good.
All love, but Unify lazy race. So no,

Thank you, Alejandro, the man of legends.
I'm sorry, I wish I got you earlier, man what's some some finishing thoughts for for the folks here yeah yeah no my bad man i caught the tail end of
this i saw scooge was in here a bit ago and i jumped in here i i'm actually following a couple
of you guys i didn't even know but yeah man just keep up the good work everybody uh communicate

you know expand expand your horizons because we shouldn't be limited to what we're doing and
that's it bro just just grow and that's that's what I'm here for and I hope that's what everybody's
here for you know after all what is web 3 without community right we gotta really stick to the true
nature of it so yeah man keep it up uh and if you guys like cartoons man come check out my channel

So you'll never be ever lonely again.
That was clean as hell, bro.
That was clean as hell, bro.
You see, I'm a man of different laser talents.
You're going to make me throw our phone in the door.
Who's next? I missed everybody?
I got everybody? I think I got everybody, right?
Yo, Beams? Yo, Beams? Yo, Jinsu,
you got to get on Beams. Look, he showed up.
No, man. Beams in the house i try to show i try to throw beams uh uh and dj donnie fam a mic but you know i love donnie's closing takes and you know he wouldn't
come up you know he's probably doing stuff he probably just wiped the crust out his eyes but
yeah man absolute chads absolute legends in here for those of you who are on the recorded side of things listening back in the audio metaverse fam you
missed out uh come to the next one fam because you can connect with some legends lies only lies
under unrugable number 11 which is the next one let's go you hear it in two weeks because you
know man needs to break sometimes i gotta practice my my voice speaking but, you know, man needs a break. Sometimes I got to practice my voice speaking.
But you know me, if I pop in your space, much love.
And you know I'm a person that mints too.
That's one of the things about me that I want to make different.
I love to mint support groups as well.
Not because I want to just buy a mint, but it's also to say, hey, I want to take a piece to join.
I want to get some of that chai flavor because I don't like just one flavor. I like to get a piece uh to join right i want to get some of that chai flavor you know because i don't like just one flavor i like to get a brand so um you know that's one of the things i want to just
give uh everybody the you know you pat on the back because you guys made it you made it another day
you know god gave you another day you got another you know there's a reason why you're here you want
to make your life better your family better your kids better and i know that you guys don't just
wake up in the morning say how do i get poorer that's not that nobody does that everybody wakes
up and says how i can make the next person better how i make my family better so you know i i want
to just say that um oh heisenberg heisenberg he's i know he's like he's on the alo connection like
me so i'm going to give him that that right but uh heisenberg gets up he will definitely end the
space um but i just want to say
thank you guys please do follow the person next to you uh definitely dm them see what's up check
the comment section we have a lot of good feedback out in the beginning this space i brought some
resume tips so you guys could take a look there um if anybody does uh asking why resume all of a
sudden i am also a recruiter so i do recruit that's also my commission kind of thing I do help people to get into jobs I like to do
that because hey that's the way we give back in society right so I'd like to help
out out there but mr. Heisenberg we're gonna end it with you and I'm gonna have
to turn off the space cuz there's another space that I mean just you were
trying to hop on right after this one mr. Heisenberg So here goes nothing. Say my name.
You're talking, Heisenberg, we can barely hear you, man.
I don't know if you're on the back of a motorcycle, but all we hear is wind, fam, and you're whispering.
He's trying to raise the audience up with the wind blowing, fam, and the hair.
I see it. I see it going fam.
Oh, you're mad with different talents.
I'm the Heisenberg of whip three.
And today I'm not just dropping alpha.
See, while most people are still chasing hype,
I'm here to show you the chemistry,
the real formula, and what's coming next.
Let's talk on chain identity.
Not tokens, not yield, not mean points.
Identity, sovereign, composable, and interoperable.
The next bull run won't be powered by price charts.
It will be powered by proof of personhood. Real users with a real un-chain, not bots, not tourists.
Protocols like ZOOPASS, Dynamic and Solana's ZKStack, they're not just infrastructure, they're blue meth, pure pure uncut product they'll enable a world where a wallet becomes your
passport your resume your rep you build you pay you earn you are all on chain now here's the real
kicker the alpha the first project to nail frictionless and on-chain identity, plug it into social and world reputation with access, they won't just win.
They'll own the whole damn game.
DAOs, gaming, gaming, dating.
Everything will need a way to prove you're you without giving up your soul to Google.
So what does that mean for you?
It means stop looking at the coins, start looking
at the connect, the ones building bridges between identity incentives and influence.
You want to play? Put on the reputation. It's the meth lab under everyone's
nose and nobody sees it yet. Now if this resonates with you, you know where to find me if this resonates with you.
I'm not here to go viral, I'm here to build an empire with partners, with architects,
those sick of waiting for permission.
If you're cooking something real, you've got code, community, and chip on your shoulder.
Because I'm not in Web3 for likes, I mean for the legacy.
And if you're with me, let's fucking cook.
Yo, Jin, someone gave it to you, man.
That was kind of low-key, fam.
He showed at the end of the space and that was low-key like a barn burner, fam.
It's all good, fam. We was looking for a cozy take man some alpha it's all right man it's all good it was a cozy
alpha i know it's a cozy a cozy show heisenberg it was a pleasure fam uh we'll see you on the
