from Chinese, from the China and China fixed their infrastructure.
And they started to do that, but unfortunately they, they weren't able to pay
them back because of the sanctions, uh, their economy started declining.
And unfortunately they
are where they are well when did they do this in 2013 chavez 2007 um china loaned venezuela uh
60 billion dollars and they did pay back over 50 billion dollars of it via oil reserve. So they still owe China $10 billion,
but this has been a longstanding loan payback.
So it's not recent.
