So yesterday, we dropped our first AI artist.
It is actually a character created specifically for this reason.
Really awesome artist.
He's actually a really talented musician in real life.
He's a rapper and a freestyler.
And the goal is to encourage him to drop all of his um his own writings his personal
body of work as well um but i love um phantom of the swapra super talented guy um very intelligent
you know he's also versed in tech which is really great for our community great for the space he has
a massive amazing skill set um he can do a lot of different things. He's a dev. He's actually the founder of P-verse as well. So I just love this guy. He's super nice
personality, really calm, really chill, a little shy. So he's just an all around cool dude. And
man, what a success everyone pulled up just to support him as a person. It just goes to show if
you're a good person out here and you have spark values, people are just going to support him as a person it just goes to show if you're a good person out here and you
have spark values people are just going to support you um and this is true just across web three
people really buy into you before they buy into really like you know that's how i shop too it's
like oh i just love this person i love this guy out here i love this homie i i want to buy
everything that they have i want to support all their stuff, depending, you know, no matter what it is that they're, they're working on out here.
And I think that that's genuinely true. I think people really buy into the founder or, um, the
creator, right. Um, they just draw you into the world and you're like, yeah, I just want to support.
So I think that's true for Phantom, especially um he just you know represents amazing values out
here so man what a great day it's also great for digi beats it really shows that digi beats is
scaling um you know don't ever doubt yourself because you're incrementally growing that's just
how businesses have to grow um little by little most businesses will grow incrementally. And as long as you're reaching
small milestones every day, you're growing. And I see this with DigiBeats when we first came out.
You know, we were excited to sell 100 tracks live on stage. And then each time we've moved up,
we're selling more tracks on stage where, know we're growing people more more mints are
happening which is awesome yesterday we minted we broke our own personal little record 400
um just pushed just tapped over 400 uh digi beats um minted which is awesome you know it just shows
that we're doing the right things out here um And that's exciting for me because I love building out this music house.
It's been something really fun.
It's definitely the lane I want to stay in out here in Web3.
It's something that was organic to us because all we did was play music in here anyway.
So nothing's really changed except for a minute now that everyone can own this thing
or these songs that I play up here.

A lot of what I generate from DigiBeats is going to be going into our own in-house equipment.
So we can just make all of our own stuff in-house to lower that cost for DigiJoints. So you won't have to outsource.
We'll just make everything in-house. So that'll be huge for everybody. So yeah, we're scaling up
incrementally, like I said, little by little. And once we have that, it's game over. It's going to be amazing to have all
of our own physicals. We're all about, Digi's all about the physical paired back to digital.
You should see this guy's collectibles collection from Vivi and, you know, from some of the artists
he's collected, like Sabit. He's got like one of one pieces. It's really cool. So we want to, you know, help all of the brands that we've fallen in love with out here that you guys have become family.
We want to see your brands be manifested into physical stuff that people can collect, like collectibles.

i thought you know i thought i hit a lot of spaces you know like i you know i thought i did

general out here so yeah there's yeah shout out to sasquatch you know i mean there's people out
here that make me go harder and he's definitely one of those people i'm like damn i gotta keep
up with this dude so yeah you keep pushing me sasquatch and you do it for a lot of people out
here so you give them uh you know hope. And you do it for a lot of people out here. So you give them hope and motivation.
Inspiration is a lot behind when people see you out here on these stages every day.

Like we all kind of create this persona.
But it's the same that i use
in irl which is basically hustle so hard that you no longer have to introduce yourself and so um
that's just it and it's like you should uh your reputation should follow you about your work ethic
and work ethic uh you know work ethic matters in web 3. i was actually just over there in hatter
space talking about this because people come up on the stage, you know, asking for, you know, work. And we've seen this before. And like, I just went,
not to go into a rant right now, but the whole, you know, argument about, you know,
how relevant Telegram is anymore based on where it was a year ago. Right. But, but in the end,
it's like, man, you, you, you have to pick up a shovel right now. I don't care. Like,
you know, I'm not, not, not to say anything about what I've done in the past,
but none of that matters, man. When you come into Web3, if you're coming in to help somebody,
the first thing you do is pick up a shovel and you start digging. And then you look over at the
person you're trying to help and you say, is this deep enough? What else do we need to do?
And then you don't ask any questions. You just keep grinding. And then you just lock arms and
you work. That's it. It's real simple. The simple the formula is simple it really is but most people go into
it with a whole different mentality and everybody goes through their own things in life and i never
try to judge people based on their actions because i don't know what they're going through specifically
but work ethic is worth that work ethic ladies and gentlemen just grind so hard you no longer
have to introduce yourself yeah that's a's a mentality. And, man, you know, you inspire me because you remind me, man,
I got to get on my workout. When I used to do my workout, I used to feel, I used to be even
more motivated. And it just gives you this, like, absolute discipline every day, even toward your
work life. So everything you do in your workout, you're
taking care of your physical, it bleeds right into your whole work day, your mentality.
You know, you just, you just don't stop grinding when you're on that, you know, on that mentality.
So I don't know, it's just all, it's always inspiring to hear you talking about just your
lifestyle because it is, it's a lifestyle it's a total um package right
and you just really embody that so you know it's an inspiration to the community and it just makes
reminds me i gotta just get back on that grind that run i gotta start jogging anyone want to
start jogging we can jog on the phone together we woke up at seven we woke up at seven. We woke up at seven. Her mood queen goes, let's go running.
We're like, uh.
Yeah, I mean, just a little bit every day.
Like, we're older, right?
Like, and look, you know, it's literally, you know, my profession, my entire life has been about how I take care of my body.
And because that's been my instrument.
That was my hammer, if you will.
Like, you know, I mean, if I was a carpenter.
And so I treat it that way. And now I focus that
also with my brain, right? Because I've had a lot of concussions. So people ask me a lot,
like, why do you do this, man? You could basically retire. I could, yes, well, I definitely could
a long time ago. But then the problem becomes this. I don't know what, we don't medically know what happens
to a guy that's had, you know, seven designated concussions. What we do know, like what I can
research is I can figure out that having an active brain taking care of your body, your mentally,
and continuing to focus on tasks that are mentally taxing, not overwhelming, but taxing,
can be a catalyst to improve brain
function and make sure those synapses continue to work. So if I'm going to stive off potentially
like Alzheimer's or any other CTE type brain function, then I need to be looking at my
computer. I need to do the payroll for my companies or at least go over the numbers.
I need to do the accounting part. I need to sit here and go over charts every day.
I do that because I do love to do it, but I also do it as a mechanism to keep myself from,
you know, maybe being in this old situation where I don't even recognize my wife anymore.
So there's method to my madness and I don't, you know, really profess that all the time,
but trust you me, man, I'm just trying to live like everybody else and I want to grind out here.
But you got to just figure out what your goals are in life
and stick to it.
I've always subscribed to the fact that I,
and this is so true,
like I've been successful at a lot of things,
but I was never the best at it, man.
I wasn't even close.
I wasn't the best guy at gyms.
I wasn't the best professional wrestler there ever was.
Not even close.
But I just worked harder than most of the people around me.
So that's it.
That's it.
That's it right there.
I'm so hard, baby.

What are you doing this week to improve your level of motivation?
Set some new goals.
Take a look in the mirror.
Say, okay, where am I right now?
Where do I want to be?
And, yeah, take a step up this week push
yourself to you know increase your level i'll give you guys a quick little thing for people
sitting at home this is like this is what i always tell my train when i'm telling when telling my
trainers how to interview their client okay i'm trying to make this quick not hijack a show
it's going to help everybody out there they might want to lose weight or gain muscle.
So you interview your client and they're like,
well, what do you mean?
I just want to get paid.
I want to get a client.
No, you're going to interview them because you're going to make them think
that they can't live without your services.
They're going to take their promise in.
So this is one of the little outfits.
People always say, I want to lose weight.
So say it's a woman.
She comes to me and she says,
I have a wedding coming up in the summer.
Everybody can relate to that.
They want to get in their bikini in the summer. They want to do
something in the summer. I'll sit down with them or have the trainer sit down with them and say,
okay, can you dedicate three days a week to something I'm going to program for you to do?
Are you going to take any weekdays off? Are you going to go on vacation? Are you going to do all
these things? But I need you to dedicate that. And then I just give them a simple formula, man.
If you want to lose, say, 20 pounds over this period of time, it's real simple. Calories in, calories out, right?
And you can do that one simple method, 500 calories a day, right? Over a seven-day period
becomes 3,500 calories. And a simple math is 3,500 calories is what's in a pound of fat. I know that
sounds like a lot, but 500 calories a day, you can just eat 500 less. All right. That's one way to accomplish it. Or you can burn 500 more
calories a day. And then if the people that get after it, they can do a little bit more. That's
not that much, ladies and gentlemen, that could be a handful of nuts and a soda, right? Think
about that. That's all that is. And it also could be going out and walking for 15 minutes
or maybe 30, 45 minutes, depending on what your climate is.
And so those two little things a day, now you're at two pounds of fat a week, a week.
It's really that simple when you get aggregate basis on it, but people don't break it down that way.
They just go and they don't take a look at it.
And then they're like, oh, we don't have a cheat meal on Saturday, so I'm just going
to give up.
It still matters.
But I would say it's real easy nowadays to get in these ruts
where you can't help yourself because you can't get out of your own way.
No, that's amazing advice.
Guys, we've got to take care of our physical.
We work in Web3, so make sure you're getting outside,
going for a walk, walking on a beach, going on a trail,
just walking the dog, getting outside, moving that
body. Don't be just sitting in that computer chair. Then we got to take care of our mental,
take a break from Web3, hang out with some good people, put on some music. And yeah, we, you know,
that's what we need to do to keep being sustained out here. Cause he, like you said,
the level of work that it takes to to build all these things
you want to build it's a lot of work it's a lot of mental stress i keep hearing it in the space
um so just keep taking care of those that are around you and touch grass get outside take a
break sometimes you just need to take a week off as well and you're going to feel so much more
motivated yeah after our mint yesterday we shut
down and we just drove and we didn't really even listen to music you know we just had quiet you
know it was just you know touching grass we went to the beach it was nice and you know here we are
again coming back in you know you know like you said we were grinding so hard i don't even think
i really i just thought about it like damn, damn, we dropped, you know, six musicians, you know, 12 tracks, you know, that's so much happening
in the background. I got this mint coming up that I haven't touched yet really, you know? So,
you know, it's, it's, you're so focused in, you know, like I'm, I'm, I'm in, you know,
like I said, straight focus mode because I have this big mint coming in.
But all the other things outside of that, we got Interlink and Homegrown, you know, all these other big events.
You know, it feels like we're doing 32 things at once.
And, you know, the hardest thing is to stay focused.

away and do that Beth and I went um yesterday and um went to the range uh you know she um uh that
actually is a cool little well we went to the range and then we took the mountain bikes and
went out to this uh big state park where there's really cool mountain bike trails and so we went
and did that yesterday but um my wife is actually, she holds public office,
but she's also going to be going to Washington, D.C.
during a few months to the White House.
She's fighting for women and gun rights.
So it's really cool, man.
Like you can co-mingle things you're working on
and accomplish it by making it a fun activity to do, you know?
Yeah, we're like like you must have been
you know touching grass or say we're hitting you up like oh you know you're just doing your thing
i'm like yeah yeah i'd already told her like she's like i gotta go to the range because i want to you
know she has some new stuff and where she's doing combat training uh or um it's like um
i don't want to go into detail but but I'm trying to teach her how different mechanisms
for reloads and, you know, fight or flight type training
where there's one round missing, gun jams,
all these different things, mechanisms you go through.
And so she really, she's been like,
okay, we're definitely doing that.
So unfortunately I'd already promised her I was doing that.
So I locked in with a show where I was like,
I got to do this.
But to be fair, like I got these earmuffs on over because we're
literally on fire i couldn't hear shit your machine gun everywhere
well speaking of the grind you know great example yesterday soul saver minted out a 10,000 NFT collection.
If that's not amazing, I don't know what is.
It's a great example that it still can be done.
It takes an epic level of grind and social equity to reach a 10,000 mint like that right now.
Especially we're not in an NFT bull run, but something like that is definitely a catalyst
to kick it off. NFTs, I think, are coming back, baby. People are excited. They're coming out of
all these pump and dump schemes, and they're remembering how fun it is to not just interact
with a coin, but to interact with the art. I think these art NFTs really keep the community together.
It's kind of like a badge that you're wearing, like a sigil.
And, you know, super proud of Soul Saver.
That's a really large collection.
And he stayed on stage with his team, Sasquatch, Alpha, Books,
all the homies, until the thing minted out.
So he was on, I don't know, I feel like it was like four days straight.

but i agree like uh you know i speak for Apes. Like we had zero we have zero intention of laughing a 10,000 NFT project when we do it.
It's a much going to be a much smaller, a quarter of the size of that, to be to be fair.
And I think that's that's also great because, you know, we've learned over the last several years, but specifically in the last year that you have to have supply control and supply
control can be created in a different bunch of different ways for different uh arenas so to
speak but in the nft arena like it's hard to have supply control when you can't mend out your um
your mints and then you start having to like scramble and give them away or or mint them you
know i mean so that doesn't work right so you'd have to know know your know your audience and
know what you're going to be capable of and think and think super long term right because if you have a 10k collection and you're
not long term your floor will be destroyed you know so like i'm actually you know when after the
min was done with us i think me and moving came to conclusion it's like thank goodness you know
we didn't do 10k because you have so many people with so many nfts sometimes it's
all they do is floor right so it becomes a retail world so i'm sort of glad it's sort of condensed
that we hit 800 and now our floor is actually sustainable at you know 0.02 you know because we
can actually put utility behind yeah yeah if you to get to secondary. Yeah. If you don't have a community with, you know, this many people,
your floor is not going to sustain as well.
If you're minting a project for a year and your community is just holding that NFT,
they're like, well, there's no, I can't put it on secondary market yet
because it's still minting kind of thing.
I mean, our collection or Digi's collection,
you were able to actually list it even though it was still minting.
But you want to go, you want to get to that secondary market so the community's happy
and if they have extras they can um they can uh you know start building the floor right no yeah
it was amazing to see the process of how he minted it right you know pre-sale you know sort of you know the whole
rollout of 404 because 404 is you know no one knows what a 404 is out here i'll tell you that
even that's probably 90 of the people out here maybe even 95 maybe a little higher no one knows
what a 404 is you know but they believe in what he's doing with the 404. He's going to educate a lot of people on what a 404 is as well.
And that in a whole is going to move the space
because if any one person learns anything about a 404,
we just gained, right?
You know, so as people learn about what these 404s do
and how he's going to lose them,
so you're going to see a lot of 404 projects open up real quick.
And when you start seeing that, the meta changes. going to lose them there so you're going to see a lot of 404 projects open up real quick and uh
when you start seeing that the meta changes and uh you know like moon queen said and sasquatch
this is probably the start of the nft run you know a 10-year collection you don't see that
especially especially when we were just in a big red candlestick right so yeah and it's also a
first of first of its kind right for animated 404 and and i think
that's the biggest catalyst right we we look at nfts and like why are crypto punks even important
right because they're not they're not cool let's just be honest they're just basically pixel art
they're cool because they're the first of their kind right so i think that's a great flag in the
sand too right um but you guys have a little bit of that
here with because of the meta the meta crossover with cannabis and what you're doing um and so
there's a blend there i think for you guys and in the in the um yeah that's what we did with our
descriptions it's a pixel version but we're the first cannabis project ever on the ethereum
exactly yeah so it gives us that like you know
that right there like you said yeah that's the point i'm trying to make it's like so that then
first of its kinds are important because it in like yeah this project is is successful it would
be impossible to duplicate um you know i'm not trying to shill it but it's just important to
talk about it's going to be impossible to duplicate and that's another thing an ingredient you're
going to need to make this catalyst happen.
Because if everybody could just come out tomorrow with an animated 404 and it looked this good,
well, then it's not as important.
Even if it was like, but nobody will be able to.
It would take, even if you had an unlimited budget, I'm talking millions of dollars,
and you went and hired like a Hollywood art studio to do this,
it would still take you several months and you had an unlimited budget to do it right that's important to understand because it's a lot of work you got to create
all this they have to be animated it's so new that even phantom can't keep up with it in fact you
can't even really see all of your nfts working in there yet they're gonna have to upgrade their
system soul flare works much better but but but but so here we are on the precipice of uh a big cosmic shift
happening in nfts probably coinciding right when we're about to have you know our true altcoin
season which i can talk about in a minute but i'm but but just to touch on that like i think
ethereum is going to break out of this channel and and see three thousand dollars soon and uh that
will definitely set off because it is the number two that has to happen. And so that's, this will be the, the, you know, the, the, the,
the downhill downhill slide in a positive way that we need for all coin
season to work. And then, you know, of course that's, that's when I mean the,
you know, T season happened. So, but you guys were,
you guys were first with that. And again,
I circle back to why I locked in with this show. It's like,
it's so interesting and intriguing that you can take cannabis,
which helps so many different people in different ways. And then, um, add that to the
blockchain, bring a whole, uh, subsect of people that probably would have never been involved in

I'm not sure if it's been fully absorbed into the Ethereum protocol because it's actually,
what would be the phrase, an unofficial, um, smart contract, the ERC 404, uh, but it's to blend the concepts
of the ERC 721 and the ERC 20, which basically allows you like, you know, imagine like, uh,
a P, uh, imagine an NFT as like a famous piece of art. Um, you that that token's unique uh it's not interchangeable um
but you can uh split it into multiple fungible portions and sell them actually you can fractionalize
your nft so something like that and there's a lot more into it but very very neat. The goal is that they apply that technology
and get fully absorbed into the Ethereum protocol.
So I haven't done any recent update research on it.
And if that has actually happened, it probably hasn't yet.

all the people who worked there they would all take their dogs right and then there was dogs

you know, they were the regulars. So like when I was sitting there, you would see the dogs kind of
go into their own little packs, right? So like all the people, all the workers there,
all their dogs rolled together in a little group, right? So like all the people, all the workers there, all their dogs

right? All the rest of the dogs would move out the way when this little group came through
because they knew that their owners were the bosses, were alphas, right? And you could see this

start thinking about what's your style
going to be what's your special um approach and and what's your vibe what's your lane out here
what's your uniqueness and then start bringing in followers around that um you could even give away
a free one just so everyone sort of comes in and then um over that year and the next years you can
you can drop a collection after you've built out a network.
And that's what Digi did.

And it's a great strategy because then you'll have a whole group of following,
a whole community, and you'll have a little bit more,
an easier path to success, right, to rock a project. And then your community is going to be what sustains it

team has to be able to execute and make decisions and pull the trigger. We can't have all 1000 people
trying to, you know, guide every step of somebody's project. So let the founders do what they need to do. That goes

building. Too many cooks in the kitchen can get messy. And just sometimes people are going to
