just skyrocketed like giant green candle on bitcoin so we still got the fomc meeting today so
um but bitcoin's kind of hovering around 97k kind of back to where it was before the weekend and
before all the you know kind of like i talked about you know all that uh you know sell the
event kind of deal that's been happening so we'll see what happens today um you know i think best
case scenario would be for uh you know we're not going to get a reduction in interest rates but we
may get some language about future you you know, thought processes of like,
hey, maybe we'll do it in the next couple of months.
That would be bullish.
I think the only thing bearish would be is if they discuss something like
we're looking at maybe raising them
in the next few months,
that'd probably be the only bearish scenario.
But outside of that, I think it's,

That way you get off to a good start. It's don't let it scare you. I was actually intimidated by
it, but I found out to be a very easy process. And, you know, when you have valuable
assets like the DigiBunts, for example, you're a target, you know, whether you have one or
whether you have 10 or whether you have a hundred, you know, there's people out here that they
wallet watch and, you know, they'll start sending you DMs and links and this and that and fake
contract addresses. And, you know, the cool part about ledger is even if, say, for
example, someone gets access to your wallet, or even if you gave them your seed phrase or they
got your seed phrase, they can't transfer anything out of the wallet because they don't have your
ledger. So I even I was because I was playing around with it yesterday and I went into one of
my ledger wallets and I tried swapping Solana for coins. And I didn't have my ledger. I
just wanted to see what it would do. And it actually prompts you to, hey, you know, connect
your ledger device before you complete the transfer. So, you know, like I said before,
I say every day we get insurance for our phones, our cars, our houses, your ledger devices, your
insurance. And you should probably, if you're going to gonna keep it at home have it locked in a safe or
In a safety deposit box
Depending on you know how often you're gonna use it, but yeah, just you know, you know tidying up

I'd be interested to know, um, what all these people that are doing these rug pulls, when they're going to start winding up in prison.

And then they start tracking wallets and all that

like anybody can buy tokens and sell them when they want and so the question becomes you know
how you know when did this person buy the tokens and and blah blah blah right so that's the problem i think the defining thing is uh
is the uh is the intent right like if if you are knowingly selling something that you're
that has no value like what we saw with the 2008 financial crisis right like if you're selling
something that has no that you know has no value or the government can prove
that you're doing this specifically
to defraud,
they could even
hit you with RICO
if you've done it more than once
because if the government can establish
that you're part of an ongoing criminal

multiple people doing a rug that's when yeah you definitely but I think this is
the problem right here that people don't understand about how this works
because I'll be honest with you up until six months ago maybe nine months ago I
wasn't even aware of this is happening but there's a whole level of this that
we don't even know about.
And what I mean by that, there's people that use Bolex.
There's, there's, I mean, I, I know people that do this.
And so just, so in other words, they literally sit there, right.
And they've got these massive setups where they're tracked into social
medias. I mean, multiple screens, multiple bot wallets,
bots are what caused this, these high-powered bots.
And they literally just sit there all day long on launches,
whether it's on Fun or wherever it is,
and they immediately buy in with their bots, small amounts.
They lose 90% of the time, right?
But every once in a while, something will come up,
and it might be a ticker that you're involved in,
the coins or whatever else, right?
And you don't even know they're in there.
They've bought 15% of the supply on a Snipe.
And typically, they'll sit there and let it cook.
And they'll extract slowly, slowly, slowly, right?
But most of the time, what ends up happening is they'll let it get to a level.
And then the team or whoever actually launched the token is involved.
They can't handle it or whatever. The volume goes up, goes down. And then the person that I'm talking about
are these persons, because there's a bunch of them that do this. They literally just pull out
liquidity at once and it just looks exactly like we see as a rug pull. And so there's a whole
division of people doing this. And this is why I say, you got to stay away from these pump fund
launches and all this stuff. And this was really, this was really, really, really prevalent back in, you know, October, November,
where people were just sitting there, you know, degening is what we would call it.
And you're like, oh, this got a lot of volume.
Let's throw a couple of solar in this.
And everybody was claiming, oh, I got rug pull.
I got, no, you didn't.
No, you didn't.
This is like, this is a war that happens of attrition.
And the problem is you got into a token that had no team that didn't get supply control,
that didn't know how to use their bots, that didn't garner all that so that people couldn't
sell off money. And that's getting fixed now. We're seeing a lot of the new style tokens come
out. And that's why you're not seeing as much of it. Because most, like it used to be bearish
when people go, what's this big wallet you got to 70, 80%? And people are like, oh, no. Well,
that's become bullish now because at least you know you're protected as an investor and also it's actually adding some transparency stuff if you
think about it now teams that have supply control right well there's going to be a bigger barrier
for entry for anybody else trying to come in and you know do something shady with the chart but
there's also going to be a really good way to point if something happened and you know all that
supply got sold in one clip so that that was the problem uh the the the problem's kind of getting fixed to a degree but in the end
that is still happening so every launch that you see that's a new pair launch somebody got in there
and sniped it for 10 20 30 i mean i've talked to these guys in fact one of them i've known for four
years didn't even realize exactly what he did and he explained it to me he yeah, man, I'll jump in and I lose a bunch every day.
Every once in a while, I'll grab one.
And look, if the thing starts going into millions, I will kindly extract my fees over time.
A little bit at a time, I'll be respectful of the chart.
But if I put my money in and it goes up and I get a five or 10x, I'm going to dump it.
And that's what they do.
And that's why most people don't understand if they're getting rug pulled by a team or
somebody else, because really and truly, you never know.
Yeah, 100%.
Lots of people out there just trying to get the money any way they can, not adding value.
And yeah, it's a numbers game.
With all the really risky stuff, if you get into enough of them and you spread your money out, sometimes you can make make that that work for you but yeah it's just it's just a shame no it's hard it's not easy and
these guys have these you know super high dollar um setups and they're i mean you got to think
about it you know it sounds like oh why don't i just do that it's expensive i mean these guys
might spend be spending thousands of dollars a day taping into a bunch of tokens that turn into
nothing right and eventually they jump in and grab 15 to 20 percent of something that goes to 10 to
20 million and then they make a million or whatever it is right and that's the game they play over and
over and over but but we think about how do they make that money so well unfortunately it looks
like a rug pull sometimes and that's the problem that's why you got to get with a team that's you
know that has a whole roadmap that's you, kind of sitting here showing up every day.
And that's the problem. But, you know, hopefully a lot of people have learned their lesson. But, yeah, that's the problem.
Yeah, it's hard to decipher who's going to be here for the long term, knows what they're doing, and actually has control over their chart.
It takes a lot of money.
It takes a lot of resources.
People don't realize how much it actually takes.
There are people out there with millions of dollars that can just play with the chart and do whatever they want.
Well, not only that, but a project.
Let's just say you got a project and
they're trying to get it and they've got a good narrative and they're they're showing up there's
i could think of 100 people in the last six months that i've seen come across stages some of them i
put a little bit of you know my philosophy used to be if i see you show up you know several times
i'll throw a soul on your chart and see if you're going to cook and you know support you i've got a
bunch of those that are basically dust at this point but it is what it is um and but but the thing is when when when you talk about like uh you know
how how how people are going to you know be like look somebody launched let's just say somebody
launched the project right and they they don't have a lot of money to begin with so maybe they
only got 10 20 grand that's all they got and they decide and they get you know this is i've seen this happen over and over like oh you know what i'm gonna launch a
project i'm gonna get everybody behind it i got a good narrative i'm an artist blah blah blah blah
blah and then it's gonna go into millions and i'm gonna be to you know get my money back and then
and then i'll be able to you know uh pay my bills and i'm gonna dedicate a lot of time to that so
they do that they jump 10 20 grand into a get a you know get a dev launch a token start doing the work they show up in spaces they're grinding every day all night you see
them all over the place and then it and then the token's just not going anywhere it's like okay
it's got a 60k market cap 100k market cap you know maybe it gets up to 200 there and they got
all their money tied up in it and now they're going oh you know if i just did this if i just
did that oh if i pay a little bit more for raiders right now and and so now they're like, and now they're taking their IRL money
and they're putting that into it.
And so now that's going every week and every week.
And then I think, and then I don't think,
but I know what eventually happens to these people
because they're just underfunded
as they get to a point of resistance
where that just doesn't make sense to them anymore.
And they're like, I can't do this anymore.
I'm literally taking, you know,
50% of my money from my IRL job away from my family
and I'm trying to support this token
and nobody else is supporting me.
And then all of a sudden,
that's when you see those things rug, right?
And so is that wrong?
I don't know.
The question is, I don't know.
Probably, maybe, maybe not,
but it's like this person dedicated all,
I've seen it.
I mean, I could, I'm not going to name any names,
but I know a half a dozen people I saw this happen to
over the last six months, maybe way more than that, but six that I knew very well.
And so you got to consider that.
And that's why when we talk about you guys think it's cannon fodder when we go, guys, pay attention to the blockchain.
It doesn't lie.
People that show up every day, people that show up good times, bad times, red days, green days, because those people are well funded or it's not going to affect them.
And they're going to continue to be here you know look at the ones on stage over and over and over
good times bad times they're always here they're always building this is what we mean by that we
don't say that just to be subjectively talking about you know trying to put ourselves over
we're just saying it like because this is what happens and it's it's it's hard man it's like
people don't realize you go out there and you try to start a coffee shop,
right. In the real world, you go get you a lease, but, and you go, you know,
you decide what kind of coffee you're going to sell.
You're going to find a good corner. You're going to,
am I going to choose a higher rent area because I'm going to get more
customers and might choose this. And you do all that together.
You put a business plan together and you go borrow the money to do it.
Or maybe you're lucky enough to have the money. That's how you would do it.
Right. And it might take two years before you turn a profit,
you're going to grind every day. That's how you would do it, right? And it might take two years before you turn a profit.
You're going to grind every day, right?
Well, but some reason in Web3, people come in here and let's just use that same basic scenario.
And it would be just like them going, you know what?
I'm just going to go find me a place in some industrial area that's a little back room.
I'm getting me a Keurig machine.
I'm going to put me some coffee pots there.
I'm going to say self-service i'm going
to charge five dollars for that coffee well that wouldn't work in the real world right but that's
exactly what people do when they try to launch meme coins and have zero plan and zero experience
so this is what i'm saying i'm not trying to bag anybody but that's exactly what you're doing when
you come in here with no plan no roadmap no no no idea what you could be getting into exhibit A whenever somebody
snipes your chart from the beginning. You don't even know they're in there. They start extracting
and they think the team's extracting because you have no business being doing this. So my suggestion,
if you want to launch a token out here is get with somebody who knows what they're doing,
put a plan together. There's a lot of people out here that know what they're doing,
if you're going to do it, because otherwise you're going to throw all your money at it.
And you're going to be sitting there looking at yourself in the mirror going man
i got to get what i can out of this right now that's all that's the only choice i have and
that's why this is happening welcome to my ted talk facts and right now like you don't need to
use pump fun like you've got plenty of people in here you can use grok to write your contract like
you don't need a platform you do a pre-s with your community, and if you're, if that's, you know, if you want to launch a token, that's the way you do it.
You make sure the liquidity is more balanced than one of these other coins.
And then if you're all OGs that are getting in on that presale and not just like a marketed presale, you're going to have a nice floor, a nice solid floor.
If you don't get supply control, then I'll give you
another analogy. If you don't get supply control with a few individuals, then it would be the same
as opening that coffee shop. The one I told you about where you had a good plan, the one where
you got hundreds of thousands of dollars, you got a spot on the corner of Maine and Maine right
across in the business sector, everybody's buying coffee. But then all of a sudden you made it a free
game for people to come in and become a partner with you by just throwing a thousand dollars in
somewhere and then they can they can they can basically just sell out from onto you as you're
and you're you're doing all the work and they're getting all the money they're extracting from you
that's why you gotta have i know i know a couple friends that keep on trying to like cto stuff or
or whatever and it's like they got not
even a percent of the supply i'm like what are you doing like you're literally just if you don't
find something for sub sub 3k market cap and you don't go in there and spend
uh i don't want to exaggerate here probably 20 or 30k buying that market cap up in one felt swoop
you're gonna get rugged by whoever has that uh that's been in that token before you're gonna
grind i've seen it happen a thousand times before i mean it happened with us at epson to a degree
even though we got in low like you're gonna have it people extract yeah yeah it's just facts well
make sure you guys are following everybody on stage including the weed coin. Let's go

buddies i work with at this union um he actually just opened up his first coffee shop in the
philippines which is where he's from him and his family are from and uh i gotta give him his props
bro because it was a power move.
It was a very, very smart play for him to go back to his country and open up this shop.
And it's in a fucking place where it's like by a college.
And it's like most of his and most of the people who come to the shop are college students and stuff like that.
And it's just a good place to grow.
good place to grow and so I've been in his ear about crypto cuz he you know I
got him into crypto back right before aetherium and Bitcoin fucking boomed and
so he made about 50 or 60 grand because of a play that I gave him and so he was
able to start a business with um you know I'm saying renting out his cars
buying vehicles and then he after he did that for a little while he made a bunch
of money sold all the vehicles then he started his uh and that's when he started his uh he started no he
started driving uber then he made a bunch of money off that then he freaking quit that then he took
all the money he made from both and he dumped it into this business and um and he's doing really
really good but he was smart by playing it where he couldn't, you know,
he didn't have to put it in a position where people like here in America, people that he
knows are going to be trying to dip in. Oh, let me partner up with you. This, that, this, that.
He literally left here and went where it was a lower overhead, a lot less cost to do to start.
And he put it in a place where it's going to guarantee get business. It's just timing.
It's all about the slow play. And so I was like, you know, like when I'm sitting here listening to
him, I'm like, yo, that's, that is legendary. I've started businesses, have gotten investments,
have forked tons of money into a business, ran it for a couple of years, but then the economy
happened or a life happened, you know, sickness, health issues with my business partners, all
different types of things unforeseen happen in business. And so fucking, and the thing is,
is when you get these investments, even the investors know that it's not guaranteed that
this business is going to flourish, but they're putting, they're putting money behind the person.
They're putting money behind the person's idea're putting money behind the person's idea and they
believe in the person who's freaking building it. A lot of times, a lot of times it's not even about,
you know, I'm saying the actual business itself because they put money into thousands of businesses.
But like one thing I was told by by one of my mentors is he said, look, you're going to start
businesses over and over again until you finally win, until you finally land
that one. Some people might not. Some people might start one business and that business may
just take off and become their fucking golden fucking ticket. But the fact that the matter is,
is in most cases, that is absolutely not going to happen. You're going to have to keep working at it.
You're going to have to keep plugging at it and you're going to lose. You're going to have to keep plugging at it. And you're going to lose. You're going to lose. And until you win, you're going to lose.
And so you have to know that you may lose everything.
You may lose every single dime that you fork into a company or business.
Right now, building the showboat and fucking beef stew.
Dude, this shit is not cheap.
It's expensive.
And I'm fucking forking money out of my fucking day job to make it happen.
And is it hard? Fuck yeah, it's hard. And do we know day by day if it's going to win? No. But the fact is, is we believe in it. We believe in ourselves. And so we're starting to see the wins. We're starting to see the doors open. And we're starting to finally feel like we're being seen.
We're starting to finally feel like we're being seen.
And that's really what it comes down to.
If you truthfully believe and you stick to your guns,
eventually you're going to be seen by the right person or people.
And eventually your business and your wealth is going to grow.
But you got to stick to your guns.
And the fact of the matter is, is you got to know in your heart
that you just might not fucking win.
So you have to accept that because that's the ebb and flow of business.
It's the ebb and flow of life. And if that something isn't making you win, if you feel
like you're just in a hole and it's a money pit, then fucking back out. Step the fuck off and
create something different. Do something better. You know what I'm saying? If it doesn't seem like
it's working, then go back to the drawing board.
Speak to your investors. Talk to the people who are involved and say, hey, we may have to pivot.
We may need to figure out a different plan. Don't just throw in the fucking towel and walk away and leave everybody holding the buck.
You know what I'm saying? You got to actually communicate and say, hey, what do you guys think?
What do you what do you think I should do? How do you think we should maneuver this?
What what's the what's the what's the plan?
You know, and that's what comes down to so but yeah, go ahead to your community talk to your team and build a bigger team
But yeah, you just there's there's so much that goes into it
And if you don't have the right people and the right like mentality
It's gonna be really hard and there's something that everyone always gets confused about here in life in general.
We get attached to money we've already spent.
And that is a sunk cost.
In finance, they teach you a sunk cost is exactly that.
It has already been spent.
And what matters is what is it worth going forward?
You don't think, oh, well, I put it in this much money.
I want to get to that.
I got to get back and make a profit.
No, what is it worth? Real well, I put it in this much money. I want to get to that. I got to get back and make a profit. No.
What is it worth?
Realistically, where is it going?
Is it smart to keep it there?
Or should you just liquidate and move on?
And you have to think, what is it worth now?
Not what did I put into this? Because you'll get all kind of emotional and just hold out and just drain yourself by trying to hold the line.
So it's – yeah.

I was just going to say that myself, I have the IRL businesses.
Just celebrate a 10-year anniversary with them and very difficult businesses to run, restaurants, fitness centers.
restaurants you know fitness centers and but what i will say this web 3 is more difficult
because um at least in the irl businesses i can put out my pro forma i can say this is the
valuation that i have i have an asset that i will be able to sell these are uh physical assets that
i'm investing in these are the things that have intrinsic value. There's brand recognition for
this. There's all these things that have value. And that's kind of lost in Web3 to a degree until
you build and build and build and build. And this is why when people say the slow grind is the best
way, because I watched people do this last bull run. And I wasn't even thinking about doing my
own project then. I was just watching people do it.
And the people that did it well, I emulated with Deaf Apes.
And I mean, I don't need to go into who it is, but I was like, okay, I see what they
did here.
I see how they built.
I see how they got into DeFi.
I see how they changed, pivoted here.
And so that's what's important, but that requires a mindset just like it does in IRL.
But in the end, if I'm honest, if I'm honest,
you're still going to have something that has,
that the value is subjective, right?
And it's very, very beholden to investors to a degree.
And at some point, at some point,
and like I was mentioning earlier,
these people who don't have the funding and don't have,
you know, I don't want to call
it fortitude because i think everybody truly has a desire to win but what i will say is
uh some people just don't understand what it takes um and like you just mentioned it a little while
ago beamer like you like some people um you know that maybe they're not super well funded and they
they're like gonna have to rely on some of their IRL funding.
And like, have you really sat down and thought about what that's going to feel like if you're
putting half your paycheck into a project every week and people still aren't buying
your chart, they're not supporting you.
And then you're sitting at some point in some level where you feel like your only way out
is to basically rug your community.
Yeah.
I've seen people do that over and over and over.
And it's like, I don't even know if I can blame them sometimes.
Well, I can blame them because they went in without any idea what they were doing.
Exactly.
At the same point, you know, but I've seen people do it the right way too,
where they go, hey, look, this is what we're doing.
We can no longer sustain this.
We need help.
We'd like to, you know, and then they get like a cry for help.
I've seen that happen but in the end man it's like i i everybody we got ruined by this thought
process that you know you can launch a fart coin token and it goes to billions and you're going to
be that guy well look you can also go buy a mega billion scratch off every week and you're going to
be that guy and it's a lot less risk let's just be honest it's exactly the same thing exactly you think if you think that's what's going to happen
when you launch your meme token on pump fund and you go around putting your reputation on the line
telling everybody and you don't have supply control and you don't have the funding to bail
it out over and over and over to buy up the chart to market make it you think that's what's going to
happen you might as well just go buy some lottery tickets man and i know that sounds like a cliche
but it's it's it's the truth man it's the truth at least you don't wreck
your whole name and all the opportunities you could possibly have in the future you know what
i mean when you buy a lotto ticket no because you're gonna have to you're gonna have to dump
10 20 30 40 000 dollars in and not wrecking like i can i can attest to that i'm like okay well
here's what i gotta do now i'm not gonna make money and I'm also going to lose some money,
but at least I'm stood on business and I've got things done.
And this is what it is.
But I knew that going into it.
I was well-funded going in and don't cry for me.
I make plenty of money doing what else I do in crypto.
And so that's why I always partition it.
I go, okay, I've done really well over the last three bull runs now.
I've done really well with leverage trading.
I've done really my big caps and all that. Now I've taken a small percentage of that and be a project
lead and then continue to have a supply to support that project. I'm not saying everybody can do that,
but I'm just saying that's the only way you can, I don't have any emotion tied to it. It's like,
okay, great. Perfect. That goes to 20 million. Awesome. If it stays where it is, awesome. I'm still

Geno plan, I guess I can announce a little bit what's gonna happen right now with Geno plant
As we go into a drop with them. So Geno plant and tab canna with Seth Rosen, we're going
to space with our NFTs and a bunch of projects right now. But a lot of seeds are going up as
well for cannabis. So we will be getting a bank of seeds that will be going to space and coming
back down. You will be able to get these seeds from space and you will be able
to grow some weed uh from space this will be an exclusive drop only for um from geno plant they
only are giving us a supply of so many and this will be probably the first seeds coming back from
space i'm going to clarify on that too uh because if it is man this can be fucking amazing for us and the next batch doesn't
go up till 2027 uh so this first batch coming back uh with uh geno plant um with organic material
will be most of it i think goes up into orbit and never comes back the difference between this one
it's coming back so we will be getting a bank of seeds from Geno plant to help sell some space weed, man, in a way.
So, again, it's pretty fucking dope.
We're going to be talking with them tomorrow a little more.
Not just our NFTs are going up and coming back, but we're coming back down with seeds from space.
It could be like a Gorilla Glue strain.
They've shooted up into space.
And then the genetics and science behind it so
we're going to want to exclusively drop this maybe with some farms or people that grow and that want
to put some science and stuff behind it this way they can keep track of the plant and they said
like usually after the first and second generation is when you start seeing the differences in the
plants so we do need uh growers that will be uh babying bad boys as well because we want to be able to, you know, data use and use case this a little bit.
But seeds coming back from space is just fucking pretty cool.
We're going to be doing that with Geno plant.
So if you are, we're going to be putting this into an NFT.
You might get a bank of two or three seeds.
This way you can get a real world asset with this NFT as well.
But not just that, you'll be able to grow some weed from the Gino plant and have some signs from space, man.
It's pretty cool.
So that's just a little alpha right there.

But we're going to be doing this on the actual space launch day, our mint. So the
countdown has begun. The space countdown has begun. We do have a day set, but we're not going to
announce the actual countdown until 14 days in. So 14 days in is when we start the countdown.

space, and we'll be ready to go. They said the second half of June. So it might even land into
NFT NYC, which is freaking amazing. Because if we shoot out into space during NFT NYC,
all of our projects, Pigeons, Quakey, Us, Deaf Bape, everybody's going to space uh during a party at nftnyc uh but then we
get to come back down and people get to buy some of these seeds and maybe plant some out there you
know we're cannabis uh we definitely want to get this into some farms as well uh get a whole new
category of cannabis going out here so uh but that's just a little announcement we'll get into
some more details as we get into the weeks to come. But that's the countdown had begun. Let's just say we're within
40 some days between launch day and now. So, well, that's a little clue right there,

it grow and, you know, people can do science on this, you know, it's a whole thing. So I love the
science behind it. You know, like you said, imagine smoking that space weed. The second,
they said usually the second and third generational plants that actually show the type of things,
usually the first seed, you know, is a normal seed grow, but then the second and third generational plants that actually show the type of things usually the first seed um you know the normal seed grow but then the second and third
generations is where you start seeing some of the cool stuff that might happen maybe there'll be an
