news late in the day like some kind of tweet or some kind of news that just sends everything

go yeah i got my soapbox yesterday on the show it's worth going back and listening to in here
but oh i want to hear well yeah i mean blake had gone into uh do his thing with his dad
and then the subject came up about launching and rug pulls and all that and then just kind of broke
down um yeah just i'd have to go into it again but it's essentially i'll paraphrase and i just
said most people have zero idea what they're doing in business. And
that's why they don't open business. But they come into the mean space world because they
see people launch something and allegedly get a win. And then they come in here and they,
you know, they try to grind, they try to do all these things. And a lot of people don't
understand how hard it is. And I laid out the scenario of people that you, Queen and Blake and I know, I'm not going to
mention any names, but they come in, they have the best of art. Maybe they're an artist, maybe
they're this, maybe they're that. They come in and they put probably their whole life savings,
10 or 20K into something. Now they're grinding, they're doing this every week and it's not going
great. They're trying to get off radio. Maybe they do, maybe they don't. They're in every show space.
They're doing this. Now they're taking a little bit of their paycheck every week and they're
trying to put that in there. They're trying to make it work. They're trying to do the next right
thing, but they didn't have the financial backing or they didn't have the right plan. And they grind,
they grind, they grind. They're trying to do everything they can, but ultimately they have
to get up at one point and look in the mirror and go, hey, is this sustainable?
And then that's when the decision is made.
Hey, I've got to kind of get the money out while I can.
And that's why people look at that as a rug pull.
But what's really happening there is just a failed business plan that never had any ground to begin with.
And so how do you avoid that?
Well, you just have to take that into heart when you're thinking about launching a meme token.
But I get it. Everybody thinks they can buy the lottery tickets it's the same thing
right but it's right and so when you look at like what's going to be around it's real evident you
see people that show up every day they have basis for being here it's part of their ecosystem to be
here anyways then it makes sense to have a coin or if they're going to be uh you know some kind of a you
know voice in the space or a leader then it makes sense to have some kind of coin if they're well
funded and so that's why we look at people on this stage and people on this stage two months ago
people on the stage three months ago four months ago six months ago 12 months ago and you see it's
different people it's if they have you know they come come and go, they come and go. And I'm not saying that it's anybody's
fault, but that's the sad reality to this because there is no cohesion and there's no long lasting
plan. And so when you guys jump in and out of these things, just realize that's what's happening.
And no matter how much you want to support this person, because they came on the show and they
just had a great story and they're great people and they probably they are really
and i feel so bad because i know i get it you're like your voice debate they basically are forced
with a decision that they have to rug their whole community just so they kind of get some of their
money back and i see it happen time and time again so be careful what you're calling a rug pull i
call it what i call just a failed business plan where people basically had to go in and just go you know scrap it and that's what's happening over and over and
over yeah and and the same thing happens during nft season as well you know people will launch
an nft project and then build a community um the most sustainable you know just from seeing
being in the space for so long, I think the most sustainable
is to build your community first and then bring in a bunch of talent and then all together,
um, you know, launch something that makes sense that everyone's going to sustain,
everyone's going to work toward.
And you launch one thing at a time and you build upon it.
Just like in business, you want to, you know, I want to start like my little small sticker
shop.
Cause I just love making stuff. You're going to start small with one small printer and then you're
going to work way up to $15,000 printers and things like that. You have to, you know, you have
to scale incrementally and there's really no difference in anything you want to build in
crypto. Like you said, you have to have an actual business plan. You have to have a reasoning,
like what's the why behind it? You know, not just getting together like a bunch of bros and raging out out here late at night. You know, that doesn't really,
that's not, first of all, going to draw a high level investors period, like a high level
investors and becomes smart and rich by just like willy nilly jumping into, you know, late night raging, you know, ragers, you know, poor,
poor business planning. So I think you absolutely nailed it. It's all about poor business planning.
It's like, Oh, somebody pulled out. It's like, and I think also like, you know, leveraging their
own, their own money and like throwing in thirty thousand forty
thousand dollars to in my opinion it's still artificially pumping the chart because it's
probably like a good chunk of their savings that they're risking it's not really like trading like
a trading portfolio um because i've already heard it on the space over the past three months
these same individuals saying oh man i lost
so much i left a lot of my life savings but why are you true traders don't trade their life savings
they trade money that's set aside for their portfolio and so i don't know i get a little
like leery when something can jump so fast a six million dollar market cap or eight million dollar
market cap and then it's going back down to a three million dollar market it's going up to four million that's going down to two
like that's just really um unnatural uh chart volatility and i don't know i just stay away
from all that kind of stuff i don't know i've never personally invested in any of this kind of crap
yeah and that's the thing and i said this i went into great detail yesterday because we had a lot
of time but i was just like look and then it's like you know it was kind of a meta you know
people show up and they're trying to make it and you hope that somebody does and that's why you
you know my philosophy used to be that i would get up because i'm just on so many different
shill spaces and i would hear somebody shill over and over and like oh this guy's grinding this
this lady's grinding and i you know throw half a soul in there and just see if they keep showing up.
And, you know, 98% of those end up just becoming dust.
But I know that going in.
And for my investment strategy, it's fine.
You know what I mean?
Like I do Bitcoin stuff, which I've been telling you guys about over and over and over.
I'm not going to go into that right now. But like that's how many money i'm like all right i'm gonna take one percent
and you know see what comes and to be fair i've found about four or five ones along the way that
kind of make up the uh you know make up the i guess i think it's smart where you do you take
like a half soul or a soul you put it in you try to flip it and then you get out you know these are
not long-term investments though and another big red flag i want you guys to look out for is the
gas lighting i want you to look out for the language that these um chart pushers are using
if they're gaslighting people or if they're saying like really like language that's not spark you
don't want to be that's not a community you know like um guilt shipping people or just saying like just
really negative language is a great red flag to just run like that's not a community you want to
be part of like um you are i don't even want to say the word blank if you're not buying this CA, like why, like using like really vulgar language
to sort of make people like, it's just, you know, I don't know. I just like, I definitely look at
the way people, if you're not acting business, like, then it's not a business. You're not acting
like a professional that you really want to build a professional community. That's trying to do,
you know, our chart is more, we have to grind it from nothing because we're not, we don't have 30,000, 40,000, 100,000 to just put in and pump that thing.
We're going to grind it. Every 10,000 means a lot to us. So, and incrementally, we're able to hold
our chart. And then if we have to grind 10,000, you know, we move up 110, 120, and it takes three
months to do each of those, then we're going to, that's what we're going to do. You know, we don't want any artificial
pumping of our chart at all. And if we have some big people come in and they say, hey,
I really want to be part of this. Well, we're going to say, why? You know, what's your long-term
plan? Do you really want to come into our community before you put in $50,000 into our chart?
You know, we don't want anyone coming in just like throwing money at our chart and then
doing it to just, you know, rug our community, take out exit.
We're not even marketing it like that. We want to incrementally grow it.
So I don't know. It's just silly to me.
There's a lot of red flags that you see right in your face. Like the hype,
the whole hype. Um, it's just just we just keep seeing it time and time again
and it's just uh mismanagement of money it's not fiscal responsibility well if you zoom out and
look at the space in a whole again like the people who work the hardest out here are probably you
know the ones that are preaching most of this shit and yeah our market
cap's where it's at but you know you zoom out you see some of these other ones and you're like man
how do they get to there right and the space doesn't have that much money in it you know what
i mean like the space is a five dollar space like everybody here has literally like 10 bucks left in
their pocket so when you're seeing artificial pumps go out there you're just like all right guys like you know what's your vision in this and you know how are you going to sustain it after
pumps and yeah it's nice to fucking pump and make money uh but then if you don't sell you're that
person you're definitely going to get hurt out here and uh this is just consistent consistent
bullshit out here that we see i'm also i'm also leery of the people that i see
joining in on these sort of pump and dump schemes as well so if you're a project and you're
consistently coming around our space and then i see you kind of like linking and tying your boat
up to some of these really sketchy offerings out here that's also a red flag for me like i might
not want to do business with you in the future either. Because to me, it just shows that, you know, are you really, do you really have sound judgment? Like
I don't want to do business with somebody that's easily lured in based on hype. It's a lack of
maturity in business building. And I see people that go in those rooms that are also trying to
build business with us. And they're like, yeah, this is great. It's so hype. And they're getting
lured in very easily. That's also a red flag flag to me like who else is coming in and tying their ship up
to these like quick pump and dump schemes and like on stage and like helping hype it up or like
getting like sucked in um to me i like i noticed that as well so i don't know it's just it's just
funny this happens time and time again
It's nothing negative
It's just kind of just
Be on the lookout
If you are a smart trader
And you can sit by your computer
And you can get in
And yeah
If you want to grab some capital
And you watch it go up
And you can get out
And you can press that button and get out
100% go do it
Like you should
If you know how to do that. You want to
capitalize on some of these pump and dumpers or these... When someone's promising you the world
and the philosophies start coming out, this is going to change the world. It's going to bring
light to the world. That kind of language, that flowery, it's not realistic. It's not logical.
Put a little money in, throw some money
at the chart, but you gotta be really smart. You gotta be sitting by your computer. Boom. You gotta,
you gotta trade it back out. Yeah. Whatever. You know what I mean? Like, but most people don't have
that sort of, um, don't know how to do that. Um, it's like, you know, kind of like that day trading,
like quick trading, um, mentality. You gotta be, it's even hard for Blake and I to do it.
Probably hard for Sasquatch.
You got to be like right at your computer.
You cannot have any distractions.
You cannot do anything else for the day.
You got to watch.
And as soon as you see that kind of top coming, you got to get out.
You can definitely make money at this stuff, but do not ever try it without.
It's like, you know, parental advisory warning.
You know, these are like get in and get out things. They're's like, you know, parental advisory warning. You know, these are like get
in and get out things. They're not like, you know, so that's all. We just want to protect our
community. And, you know, you know, if we sell you things to look out for, just look out for it.
We want you to be protected because there's so much hype that comes out and it's very easy to
be lured in by people that are very good at speaking. A lot of great speakers out here.

They know how to draw you in. It's the craft of selling on stage, selling a wet paper bag filled

selling and you're really good at hyping people up and you can prey upon their needs, their,
their need and their, their, their human want to be included into a big fun thing.
And they're, you're, they're, they're preying upon your need for money right now. And this promise,
this flowery promise that you're going to make
a quick $10,000, $20,000. We all would love that. And if it was possible regularly,
then I'd be sitting on thousands of dollars. I've been in space a long time.
You still got to be there. It can happen, but it's very rare and you got to be very careful.
Anytime someone's luring you into a chart, they've already bought in. They have a whole plan, especially if they have a whole team that's like going after it up there. Like they have this pre-planned out.

a move. My dog has been going through some shit, too. So every like 3 a.m., 4 a.m., I'm taking him
out to go pee. So it's the struggle. But I'm glad you guys came this morning. I am glad you're awake.
And I hope that you guys get some good sleep, because I know that in this space, it's actually

just leveraging each other's spaces and content and offerings and all kind of sharing the different utilities throughout the space.

you know um um you know there's been a couple senators that have come out on x and made public
statements about how you know digital assets are the future and um you know i think you know what
i really like about nfts and i was talking about this at um the the bioscience conference that I was at Budapest a couple months ago,
was that, you know, NFT projects offer companies the ability to raise money without having to give
up control of their company. So, you know, imagine you're like GenoPlant, for example, or,
you know, but like, let's imagine like they're just starting out and they need to raise capital.
And, you know, most entrepreneurs or businesses will go out and they'll, you know, get angel investors,
venture capital firm, whatever. And, you know, those VC firms are, are ruthless. Um, you know,
they're not, some of them are not, you know, not all good money, not all money is good money.
Um, and, uh, you know, I was having a conversation with somebody at the conference who, you know, his company, I believe, manufactures the space capsule that's on the Falcon 9.
And we were talking about NFTs and how you can leverage that to raise money for your company.
Obviously, you know, you want to make sure you provide utility and that your holders are going to get something out of it.
But what I like about NFTs, and especially for the cannabis industry,
is you can sell an NFT. So it's a digital asset and something of value. And you're raising money
for whatever particular initiative you might have, but you're not giving up ownership of your
company. You're providing ownership of an NFT or particular project and your, you know, the utility or whatever, whether it be networking and
mentorship or whatever is built into that ecosystem is the value that the person gets out of it,
right? So you now have the ability to raise money for certain things. I mean, you don't have to go
to a bank, you know, you don't have to go to a VC firm, you know, so as long as you have,
and we were talking about this earlier in space when you guys were talking about business fundamentals and some of these rugs.
As long as you have basic fundamentals when it comes to business, even if you don't know a lot about NFTs, I would highly suggest that you research NFTs, look into it and see if it's something that might be right for your business.
You know, because there's just really there's a lot of flexibility with it. The only thing I will say is, make sure you plan.
I was reminded of something that I learned in the army. It's called the seven Ps.
Piss poor planning produces piss poor performance. So if you're going to launch an NFT or you're going to launch a token or whatever it is that you're going to do, you need to make sure that you understand that the quality and the value is determined by the people who are buying your asset.
Right. So quality is what the customer gets out of it, not what you put into it. So you could put a bunch of stuff into a project, but if your holders don't feel like they're getting anything out of it, then you're not striking the right chord.
So just something to keep in mind, you know.
But, yeah, I think, you know, 2025, I've said this before in other spaces, is going to be a huge mass adoption year.
We haven't even got to mass adoption.
I think we're kind of like at that curve where you transition from early adopter status to mass adoption. Like I can see it taking
place, you know, like with the DigiBlunts, a lot of people who minted DigiBlunts, it was their first
NFT, same with Moonsters. You know, it was their first NFT, never been involved in Web3 or crypto.
And, you know, projects like Digi blunts and stuff you know are important uh because
of all the garbage that's out here that we've seen with the rug pulls and so um you know i think as
time goes on and we see other people drop away and coins and the digi blunts community still going to
be here um you know it's really not a hard decision to make. I mean, it's what it's 200 and was it 20 bucks in coins or something?
Two hundred fifty one thousand coins.
So, you know, I think it's a it's a great it's a great investment, you know.
And the other thing I would suggest, too, especially now with all this, you know, mass adoption of crypto is you definitely should find a financial advisor who has experience with
cryptocurrency or Web3. Something, you know what I'm saying, that they have some basic understanding
of how all that stuff works, especially when you're going to go to file your taxes.
That's super, super important.

something like phantom wallet for example i say you know i like i explain to them what it is before
i continue on with whatever it is that i'm you know what i'm saying trying to explain because
you have to understand like you were for me yeah like when i heard phantom wallet i'm like like
it sounded like some really shady shit i was like what's a phantom wall like you know um but you know just something else to keep in mind you know
if you're talking to your family and friends you're trying to get them you know you want to
get them a digi blunt whatever um be patient with them explain to them what it is and definitely
make sure you get them a shield folio if you're not going to get them a ledger device right off
the bat at least make sure they have a shield folio book, that they can write their C phrase and password.

right depending on what you're in here for if you're just collecting you know you come in and
collect nfts and enjoy you know the art um you know or if you're a business owner you know you
got uh an establishment where you know you can come in and you show the NFT and it gives you 15% off or an extra, you know, whatever to since you own the NFT.
And if you come in every time, they can send you an NFT to that wallet.
And then on the 10th NFT, you get a free pizza.
Who knows how they use the NFT?
But you can use these for all different ways to buy a car, to buy a house.
to buy a house um you know sold down nfts are very rarely talked about social security card driver's
You know, sold out.
license birth certificate sold out on the nfts so when you get deep into what an nft can do
it's really anything that we have in the physical world we just make it digital now and you know
when we get the concept of subdomaining and how these uh fractionalized
pieces of real world assets are going to be become something like so many seeds going to space
and you only have so many of those as a real world asset and there's only so many people with
an nft that will hold those as well that becomes you know a know, a legacy. And I'm going to make, I have to clarify
and see if this is like the first batch of seeds to ever go up and come back. You know, I want to
make that clear as well, because if it is, you know, we got to definitely research that and make
sure. But it definitely could be something pretty cool. Anyway, you know, we got seeds going to
space, right? That's a real world asset that you can
grow and keep growing um and now you'll have um you know this this uh weed space the space weed
what upset now i'm just gonna say that's a pretty good question i don't know um if anybody else has
been successful in um sending cannabis seeds to space having them come back and then doing an nft project
yeah exactly and we'll probably be the first on the blockchain that's for sure you know with this
with this uh drops uh with gino plant and everything will come with certificates and
everything as well for your season pretty sure uh but yeah and also you know you know the

uh then they had the bat cows back in the day with the batmans um if you got the batman you
get to go to the new york event and you know how you how do you attach nfts to you know the real
world um it's pretty easy you do it with everything uh you attach it to everything
um and if you do have something and you own a business like a cannabis shop forget it like I think with cannabis like

at an organization called the International Cannabis Bar Association.

A new fee structure was implemented at the USPTO in January, which has de facto effect of increasing costs for cannabis and hemp related trademarks by at
least $200. This is because there is an upcharge for any good or service not listed in the trademark
ID manual. The trademark ID manual is seriously out of date when it comes to anything cannabis
related. There is a process to request new goods or services be listed in the manual,
