relate to that. My friend, uh, about a third of my teeth are not real because they've been knocked
out or whatever, but it's always something right. teeth pain sucks it's like one of those things you can't fight so i always say like i'd rather have uh something you know
what i mean it's like you can't fight it it's like it's in there and you can't do anything about it
i one thing i will tell you like um i don't know what you're taking for it i know you can take
things i can't but this is crazy but it always worked for me. Like I had, I had to have teeth. So I'll try to
shorten this story, but long story short, like we had a concussion protocol and I guess apparently
some of the guys that had had designated concussions had cracked molars and then they
ended up getting infected. And this is, this is something that's pretty serious. I won't go into
detail about, but we caused like a brain thing and all that so uh they made us go get it checked
and they're like sure enough i had a cracked molar from concussion so they're like all right we got
to extract that thing so they extracted and i didn't have any problems with my teeth back there
only ones that i've ever had were ones that got knocked out and they put implants in in the front
area and um so they extract this tooth and then all of a sudden i start having pain but the tooth
decided and i guess they hit a nerve or whatever.
So, you know, now I got this tooth pain.
I got to go back to get it fixed and I can't take anything, you know, it's just my deal.
But one thing, you know, like the BC powders or the goodies headache powders, you know what I'm talking about?

And this is disgusting
but it worked i would literally take the powder and just pour it on the tooth and just let it sit

narcotics or anything like it was a big help bigger than anything else
so i know if you can get the dentist you probably try anything to get that thing to go away so give

because you can't take anything with antibiotics but this is like an aspirin so it's not gonna

And he'll always have people there
to listen.
So he's been building
a crazy fan base here
for me in Syracuse.
Troop was a producer.
He wanted to work with me.
But he has that West Coast OG sound. And I like that sound. It's a vibe. So, you know, we started working on
some music together. But I've known these guys for a couple of years now. When I was running
the Alien Opera House, I used to do a lot of IRL events, producer battles, versus battles. I used
to put on concerts and everything like that. And I had a full studio inside of the building as well.
So, you know know these guys would come
in and we'd just be creating i put together a group called the pantheon it's like what do you
have when you have a group of dope fire producer gods in the room they're gods in the room they're
a pantheon so that was the name of our group jamma fi is like krim he's a turntablist um you know
he's a dj producer crates from the crates.
So that's why my sound is unique,
because I'm literally picking from crates
to choose these sounds.
I'm a jazzy guy, so I want to stick back
to traditionals, like how I listened to music growing up.

So I do a lot of like, you know, a choral and yeah, I sing for God pretty much.

I have a saxophone player, an organist.

I've worked with a harpist, a violinist. So I have

can you fly in and sing for my mom's funeral? It's endearing to be at that last moment. I don't
know. It's kind of a crazy job. Like I said, I sing for dead people and I usher them to help
usher them to glory. So it's like sort of that last final phase it's really cool that's
really amazing to be part of music and work with musicians I love I love working
with musicians that's why I'm so passionate about it my dad didn't let me
go to music school so now I get to work with all these incredible musicians and
just like do cool stuff with music so it was a huge part of my life. And so I have an ear for it.
And I know good music when I hear it for sure.
And that's why I work with all these incredible artists.
Mose Calloway is one of them.
When I hear good music, I know if it's good music.
I know when people sing off key.
I know when they sing flat.
I know when they're off tempo because, you know,
when you're singing choral music,
you have to be completely on point.
So it's cool. It's cool.

I taught myself how to play both piano and guitar.
And yeah, I love music. It's fun.

guys do anything Web3 related, like if you're making music, if you're a hustler, someone who's
hustling, building something of value, come through. I'd love to highlight you guys, give
you guys the floor to talk. We usually get about 2,000 people, 2.2K. On the last one, about 150 replays. My goal is to try
and get as many replays as possible long-term. And you'll hear me just playing the music,
the digi tracks all throughout the space. As long as someone isn't up and a musician that's
already part of the collective or just a musician in general on Web3, then I'll give them the floor during like room resets every hour about. But, you know, if not,
you'll hear me playing them in the very beginning straight from the rip. And like I said, we get
150 replays, 160 replays on average. So, you know, they're at least listening to that beginning part.
And during the room resets, I'm jamming. So, yeah, I'm just stoked. This, it makes my job easier.
It's more pleasant for the audience, for the listeners too, you know, to have music in the middle, just set of people

to six hours, depending on what's going on in the market. So yeah, definitely jump, come through,

because it's like work smarter, not harder. I want to work with top tier talent and we get it done.

word of mouth marketing, work smarter, not harder, partner and collaborate with as many projects as
you can. And you'll be able to get the workload done. Don't try to do everything. That's not
blockchain. This is a centralization. It's a honeycomb of talent and hats that we have to wear.
And you can't wear them all.
You have to have the skill of delegating.

CEOs do not sit there and do all the work.
You have to build a team and delegate and work with other people that you can then give away things to do. And then they give
us things to do. So we lean on one another to get the workload done or else you're going to burn
yourself out. You're going to wake up. You're going to start feeling depressed, overwhelmed.
You're going to feel that overwhelmed burnout if you don't lean on other leaders and say,
okay, I can't do it all. You don't have to do it all in decentralization. This is not why we're out here. We want to lean on the network, lean on the honeycomb,
lean on the people that you have built trust with to help you. It's okay to need help. I need help.
I can't do it all. There's only 24 hours in the day and half of those hours, I'm at an IRL job.
So we work together. And again, if you work, if you select top tier talent,
you know, and you can build that trust with other great leaders. I surround myself with leadership.
That's why I have the spark leadership table, because I got to lean on other leaders,
or I'm not going to get all this done. I'm not going to feel supported. And I'm not going to
have that strength to keep going and have that perseverance. So again, Joe, I wanted to highlight you today because you are an inspiration to me.

Then that person's locked in because they just want music to be out there. That's all they wanted.
You know, Sony wears a lot of the hats. They market, they do sales. Then they send it to
distribution companies, right? There's a lot of different hats that happen. And they say,
well, we do it all. So therefore we take the lion's share. Not anymore. We want to create functions where the musician can come in.
They're protected by smart contracts and they own their IP.
So Sony owns the IP, not the artist.
We want the artist to own the IP.
We also don't claim artists.
Sony says, well, you can't go anywhere else.

things in because we have an amazing show, Wake and Blake show and just community out here that's
been grinding just as much as me. You know, I've been out here just as long as most people. And,

we go way back and you but you were here in the space teaching before me so uh you know it's
always about education yeah it's crazy but yeah i mean it's but you guys have been consistent you
know it's hard it's hard you know part of it's if you have the right people coming up to speak
and you have moon queen helping you and some really good co-hosts and speakers who always come up.
That makes it doable, right?
It really is about the community because otherwise it would be way too hard, right?
Especially where you guys are doing it.
I mean, gosh, you guys do at least four hours a day, don't you?
Four or five hours a day?
Yeah, sometimes until 12, 1, 2 o'clock, depending on the conversation, yeah.
Yeah, man, that's epic and no one's done it.
But yeah, that'd be fun.
Maybe as it gets closer, we start planning maybe Bitcoin.
Because there's a lot of stuff going on there.
And it was 35,000 people this year.
I guarantee it'll be 50, 60, maybe 100 next year.

And that was the thing. It's like, holy shit, where are all these people getting their information from? maybe a hundred next year, who even knows, right? Like it's, it's going to be way bigger. And it,

you know, probably a hundred people that really wanted to go and couldn't make it, you know,

I'm probably older than everyone here.
So I was able to get in on the early days of the internet.
It was the same way.
Going down there, no one had heard of the internet.
Millions of people showing up and billions and trillions of dollars transacting.
But it was the same vibe, man, I tell you.
And Vegas brought it home to me because I was in the product side of it.
Actually, I was kind of in every side of it because you had to do everything.
You had to have your own servers, your own programmers, your own everything to do it back then.
But it was the same vibe when it started to kick on.
You're talking to yourself.
No one's buying it.
All of a sudden, it starts to pick up momentum.
And for me, it was the trade shows and trying to get people to let me sell their stuff online or get online or get a
website. Um, and this is the same vibe, man. So it's, it's just going to get huge. So yeah,
looking forward to it, but yeah, we ought to, we ought to plan on something like that. Maybe
get together. There was a lot of us out there. It was fun. And you know, look, there was so many
people that I saw very few other people there that I know if I didn't like plan a meetup or whatever, they were speaking.
That's how many people were there. You didn't just really run into too many people. I maybe ran into
five people randomly that I knew. And there was probably, you know, 50 or a hundred that I knew.
So it's, it's big, but yeah, I'd love to see digi joints out there, man, making it happen, taking on,
do you guys do Vegas much?
I haven't been to a conference yet.
So I've been to Vegas a few times, but no conferences like crypto.
I mean, you know, anything like that. So I'm excited to, you know,
eat Denver. I haven't done yet. You know, those are eat Denver and Vegas,

you know is you know to be able to do all of this launch music you know going to space it's just
again i think the community wins like you can't beat the community you know it's everybody in

because I was asking for a long time back in november
if he knows of any platforms where we can use the quakey coins the mint nft project
because to make like a custom like a contract for it would have been super expensive everyone
asked right and uh he said he would he would reach out he would find out for me and then months later
he did find out he did actually do it so then that's that's really what you know drove a lot
of us to go over to launch my nf that we can use our coins our coins from our communities our mean
coins to mint our nfc's so big shout out to digijoints i'm glad you mentioned that moon
because he's still helping me he's still helping me actually uh the collections so that's most
yesterday yesterday about it so um it used to be very expensive to build a mint yeah yeah people
were asking me thousands and thousands of dollars
close quote-unquote close friends told me we cost me like ten ten thousand ten thousand dollars
at the bare minimum i was part of a project that cost us 28 grand and i'm not like it's not a brag
it's it's not something to brag about yeah years ago it was 28000. That included the art and then the dev work to build them in.

It used to be so expensive, man, to build them in.
Now, it's accessible to everybody.

I mean, it goes 13 grand up front, 13 grand at the Mint.
It was a lot of money, man.

But that's how it used to be.
Like, it used to be very expensive.
You had to pay for the dev work.
And that was only a, I think, 1,500-piece collection. Imagine now I could be like, used to be very expensive you had to pay for the dev work um and that was only a i
think 1500 piece collection and imagine uh now i could be like hey guys we could do them in for you
like pennies on the dollar so this space i feel bad for complaining about a 20 gas fee on ethereum
and that was uh these were on ethereum they were not on solana, so you had to pay gas. There's a lot. It was a lot. But my point is that we've progressed. We're growing. We're scaling. We're innovating. The
tech is moving. It's getting better. It's getting more streamlined. Then we had inscription
technology where you can put 1,400 by 1 know, huge SVG files,
shrink them down and put them into a tiny, tiny piece of the block.
Those are each scriptions.
Each script and technology came out about a year and a half ago.
That's when we dropped our Digi joints collection.
It's a pixelated collection. It is an inscription.
So again, these devs are devving. We are innovating.
