So, you guys, as I was mentioning earlier, you know, MetaRides, Craig and Herm,
have been, you know, good friends of ours, NFA partners for a long time.
And, you know, huge supporter of what they've been building.
If you guys haven't been following what they've been doing and the game that they're getting ready to launch and their different strategic partners they've done,
I'm going to let Hermie and Craig kind of talk about what we got brewing.
I'm excited to be part of the team so I don't know if you have a post you're putting up Herm or what you're doing but I'm going to let you kind of take the reins

for a long time uh two huge announcements
that we've got uh the first of which is that uh sid has joined our advisory board so whichever
one of you guys knows that i wasn't sure who picked that first one, but I'll get over it.
So Sid has joined the advisory board.

The second piece to this is that Tootsie Brand has joined forces with MetaRides. We are an official licensee of the Tootsie brand, which means a lot of things.
One, there's going to be what we call candy-painted rides, but there's going to be a lot of new vehicles that are going to be coming.
We're introducing what we're doing to Web2 in a new way.
doing to Web2 in a new way. And it puts us on the map in a lot of ways where you can envision
walking into Income Island and you see five or six Web3 brands in the next month or so,
but you also see 10 to 12 different candy brands underneath that Tootsie umbrella. So
it's a huge moment for us. Brands like this don't just sign with anybody. You've got to jump through hoops to make things happen, and we're there.
So as much as what we're building out right now with Web3 Partners is a huge play for us, this equally gives us something to stand on with Web2 businesses to say, hey, take a look. Tootsie you know, Tootsie's involved. And we anticipate a big
2025 with Tootsie and because of Tootsie. So a lot to unpack here, but it's huge news. I'm glad
that it took three spaces to finally get it out. But yeah, there's a post up at the top about it.
Definitely share it. We actually created a song for it that I sent to Sid, but I don't dare take that on tonight.
But you can hear the chorus on that picture up above in the post.
But just a lot of cool stuff that's happening.
And inviting Sid onto the team is huge for us.
As all of you know, he's been in branding and toys and all sorts of endeavors over the last three decades that have put him on the map and put him where he is today.
And he'll be a huge asset to us.
So, Sid, I don't know whether you heard all that or not, but we appreciate you, brother.
And it means a lot to be able to do all this with you.

You know, I've been working with Tootsie for it's nearly 20, 25 years now.
And I'm so stoked that I was able to bridge that for you guys
and bring that to the MetaRides family.
Yeah, the team over there, obviously, we had our Zoom
this last week together with the team over there.
And I think that you guys were a great fit for them
and a great entree into Web3.
We've been working with them for a minute trying to finalize our deal to do actual digital collectible toys.
It's been a little bit more of a challenge just because of the people that are on the team.
They're a little bit older.
And so they were getting hung up on it.
But I think that now, you know, the way that I explained to them about the digital cars and them understanding that it's going inside of a game and it's inside the metaverse.
I got a call from Cynthia today saying that it looks like we're going to close the digital bobblehead and collectible figures with them as well.
So I have a feeling there's going to be a lot more Tootsie inside of Web3.
I'm stoked that you guys, I mean, the cars that Goof has knocked out,
I've been lucky enough to see all those designs.
It's been killing it for the Tootsie brand, are spectacular.
And I really hope that people realize, like, when we talk about NFTs, digital assets, digital gaming, you know, these are going to be long term collectibles.
You know, not just even even if you don't want to play the game, even if you don't want to drive them in the metaverse, just collecting these, putting them into your into your showroom as as metaides is coined and showing off your collection,
I think is going to be huge.
I know that I'm going to be collecting
all the cars that come out.
Yeah, I think this is a big, big thing for Web3,
you know, having a brand like this,
you know, you talk about the big three,
you're talking Hershey,
you're talking, you know, Mars,
and you're talking Tootsie. Mars and you're talking Tootsie.
And, you know, Tootsie's history goes back.
I mean, the brands behind Tootsie, let me just tell you some of the brands, just so you understand the scope of it.
You got the Tootsie Roll, you got the Tootsie Pops, you got Blow Pops, you got Andy's Mints, you got Dots, you got Double Bubble, right?
That's just the start.
I mean, it's an amazing brand.
And now every time you walk into a store and you see these brands, you know that they're being represented in Web3. So that's rad. And, you know, being part of the team, you
know, being asked to be on the advisory board is a real honor. You know, Craig and Hermie,
the respect I have for
you. And I know how you guys feel about me. It's a total love fest. And I know this is going to be
the start of us doing a lot of stuff together. So, you know, just like everybody's been supporting
everybody in the family, I hope everybody will support, even if you can't grab a car or a pit
pass or, you know, any of the things that MetaRides puts out, share their posts, let people know what they're building.
That's something that we can all do for free. Right.
You know, I always say that it's it's the one thing we can do, even if we can't buy a digital asset or collectible.
And, you know, we're I feel like we're going to be coming into the next cycle of NFTs.

You know, the latest news from the SEC, it seems like they're hinting that NFTs are going to, you know, be looked upon as a vehicle for people to be able to crowdfund.
And I think that the collectors are going to start to come back in and people who've been sticking by the projects that have been here long term building.
You guys are going to get the benefits of your first and being part of it so yeah dude i'm stoked for you guys you guys definitely post that out um craig when craig
and her when are you guys going to start showing some of the vehicles when when should we expect
that they'll actually be an unveiling of one of the Tootsie cars and all that stuff.
So I do want Craig to kind of give his two cents about working with you, Sid.
But I want to say this.
You mentioned pit passes.

and it's going to be a huge future for everybody.

because I know you're doing chess. What's the deal with it? Okay. Our big plans are to do more than chess, but we are starting with chess because it seems like the people who like to play chess, they don't just like it.
They love it.
So we have started a chess project to where as we will be having two different types of NFTs.
we will be having two different types of NFTs. The first NFTs are our holder passes.
And based on the level of pass you buy, it comes with a lot of different utilities and benefits like lifetime royalties, mint incentives.
And if you are a chess player, they can get you into chess tournaments of up to $2,000.
So we have those.
And then we have our Origins collection, which are our very first NFT collection.
They are all one of one, hand edited and chopped and cut and re-layered and traded.
They all have rankings on them.
We already have the light side of the board and the dark side of the board pawns and
rooks released. And next, I believe next week, we're going to be releasing our bishops. This
first chess board that we are doing, they don't look like chess pieces. They don't have the chess bases on them. They look like
a knight, you know, uh, somebody riding a horse. They look like a king. They look like a queen.
The pawn is actually a knight kneeling down with his sword. We made, uh, the rook. He's actually
standing up with the shields in front of him. That's what is right now
what's up on the pinned bulletin board. So yeah, right now, as we are building, we are doing our
very best. And it almost sounds counterintuitive, but we are going very slow. We have people,
we want people to come in. We want people to tear us like every channel apart to look for flaws,
to look for inconsistencies. We're not worried about minting out. We're really not worried about that. We're worried about building a sustainable,
long-term project. So, you know, we've been doing that. We just started, we can't have our big
tournaments yet because we need to sell more of the NFTs before we can start doing that. But what we do now is we are holding at least weekly smaller tournaments that we don't care if you are a holder or if you aren't a holder.
You can play and you can win $25 worth of Lion, the Lionel token on Kronos. And we have had NFTs in there that you could win. So
right now, it doesn't matter. We don't care if you're a holder or not. We really want everybody
to just come in and basically help us, you know, build and help us grow. Um, we just bought, um, an unstoppable domain and
we'll be building, um, an actual website. We plan on, you know, building our, basically our own
chess platform because chess.com is not very user-friendly.
And I hate to like say anything negative,
but we're all in web three.
We don't like to give our credit cards.
We don't like to give our personal information.
We don't like to do that.
That's just how we are.
So when we,
when we originally started, we had a higher priced, um, pass because we were going to include a yearly membership to chess.com. But chess.com told us no because they wanted everybody's credit card numbers.
They did not want all of the money to come from us to buy the, you know, to buy everybody's one year membership.
They wanted all of our community members wallets.
community members' wallets. So that was a hard no. So what we are doing now is we are offering

rebates and it's like you get your rebate in like six hours of purchasing the pass.
So yeah, we want to be more Web3 friendly and we want to kind of, you know, convince Web2 to come take a walk on the wild side.
So that's what we're doing right now. We have plans for, you know, an IRL chess board.
And we have plans for we already have our next round of NFTs, which are the is the IRL board. We have a kids board planned because, you know,
a lot of adults and grandparents, they want to teach their kids chess, but they're just looking
at, okay, yeah, all right, so it's a chess piece. Well, you know, we're going to have cute horsies and, you know, fairies and all the really cute kids stuff so that they can get to learn.
We have teachers who are lined up to help coach people for when we have enough people in our community that need that.
So, like I said, slow and steady and, you know, we'll get there.
