started spaces before and there's been absolutely no audio fantastic thank you very much gentlemen
i hope everyone is good hope everyone is well we're really excited about the space tonight
two amazing guests so we are definitely looking forward to featuring for the first time i know
we've spoken to trash mafia nft a little bit but i'm definitely looking forward to you guys having
a full hour to break down your ecosystem and definitely the same with obs world so first of
all thank you for joining it does normally take around five minutes or so for everyone to join
it's just the timing of the space and the way the x seems to be sometimes so i do appreciate the
patience on that one thank you to everyone that's dropped down to the bottom right corner and shared
out the space already you guys are awesome i'll just quickly break down how we normally conduct our
spaces for anyone that might not know just so that you are understanding of how we do things
so normally we feature two guests giving each guest the opportunity to utilize 60 minutes
per guest you don't obviously have to utilize the full 60 minutes if you don't wish to
but you are more than welcome to utilize that full 60 minutes if you choose to
also we will introduce our amazing core team and then we will introduce our guests for the night and

long time for a player that is definitely uh standing the test of time if i've ever heard it so you
know i posted a picture of our prom like our prom photo like this is right so that was literally
like 22 years ago and i'm like shoot i'm 18 in the photo and it's just 22 years old yo what's up i

it is that they're working on and we always appreciate people accommodating each other like
that it's uh it always works well and uh for the most part you know a lot of people always collaborate
on the back end of these spaces as well which is awesome so it's always a double whammy and uh we
love it when people uh show love to each other like that so thank you very much

yeah welcome everyone it's great seeing you here and i love seeing all the collaboration you
know people connecting the communities and yeah really just building up that's what it's all
about let's go

but yeah so let's get started uh sorry about that i'm just multitasking at the minute um it's that time
of day in my household and it can be a bit lively at times um but yeah so um normally what we ask people
to do is just um give a brief introduction of who you are um how how you found web3 and then what it
was that got you guys to start building the space so yeah trash mafia if you guys would be okay to just
give us a brief introduction that would be amazing oh for sure for sure uh my name is daniel fox i'm
the founder of trash mafia um 36 years old i was born in southern california i'm a cali boy uh grew
up skateboarding and surfing my entire life a lot of my life experiences uh i've incorporated into my
art um previously i was a t-shirt uh designer creator for my own company about 14 years ago called
resist this llc um based out of southern california we were uh like uh like a brand kind of like um
fatal uh affliction some of these other ones but just not as big we were a real indie brand
and i brought some of those skills with me over into web3 i got into web3 about three years ago
um at the end of 21 um i was just a fan of crypto i heard a lot about it all my friends were talking
about it i kept seeing it on twitter and i started to get more deeply involved started to you know make
my first investments jump into my first nft games what really drew me into um the webs3
space was nft games owning your own assets owning your own um avatars owning things and then being
able to trade buy sell use them and also you know make rewards like i really got into idle gaming
especially on the solana blockchain there's a lot of really cool games out there there was
um something that really interested me was a lot of the people that i was in the groups with the
discords they were making a full-time living off of their idle game investments and so it piqued my
interest i i spent a lot of time you know learning more about it getting involved um i did run into
a lot of rug fools and a lot of scammers got me for my money uh in the early days um so it kind of
pushed me over the edge one day and i decided um around december of last year that you know what
i'm gonna do this i'm gonna push my own project and see how far i could go knowing that i have the
communities back at heart i mean i've been a part of the community for so long let's see if i could
make a project and make it work and be a founder and give them back something that i would want
built so like they say if you want something done right do it yourself so so we did so we launched
trash mafia in january um is is this little brief or you want me to go all the way into it yeah no you
can you can go all the way into it if you wish i want to say real quick that you know i'm really
happy for you actually that you uh you know you chose to take your own path you know that something
piqued your interest and then you decided to uh you know have a go at it yourself that's amazing
yeah i mean the way i saw it was a lot of the the projects we were getting involved with a lot of
projects i was investing in um i didn't do my good research i didn't find out who the founders were
i didn't you know really look too deep into their project past their white paper and i end up getting
rugged or the project would fall apart and you know my money that i initially invested in mint or
wherever you know just usually went poof disappeared and there goes the the promise of such really
awesome ideas and some of these projects had really i mean if they had completed what they said
they had amazing freaking games that could have been wild could have been off the charts successful
and for whatever reason you know poor management um sometimes just straight up you know bullshit
they just thievery they ended up throwing those ideas in the trash and so we decided to clean up the
trash um you know we're taking a lot of ideas from other projects that i've seen um a lot of things
i've done in the space that i'm interested in and kind of mushing them into one so i i really wanted to
launch an idle game that was my original goal it's what i played most was idle games on
solana um i know they're a little pricey sometimes they could get up to you know two three hundred
dollars a nft so i wanted to make sure that i had a more affordable idle game so i priced my nfts a lot
cheaper than that um my highest price one will be for the public at half a soul so i wanted to make
sure that everyday man could get in play a game enjoy a game that's built with quality um and that's
something they could earn back some rewards from so uh we started off with our mint our mint we have
now live we have a pre-sale going right now um for our 2222 trash mafia mobsters they're a unique
collection of little scumbag mafia characters some of them are look like skaters surfers gangsters
some of them are just crazy and wild looking with different colored skins they have traits uh legendary
common rare traits and a lot of really cool artwork and a lot of time spent um developing the nfts
themselves they'll be usable as a profile pic for the time being and as soon as the game is launched
they'll be usable as um in-game avatars or in-game assets and that's what we originally you know the plan
is to create you know all of our nfts should be usable in our game um we also have a token that
we're creating soon um i'll get more into that later but we have the trash token that will be
used for staking these nfts as well as in-game rewards so emissions um when you play the game
you'll be receiving trash tokens from it that's cool so how did you get into um like game dev are
you a game dev or i'm not a game dev i'm actually not a game dev at all i have no coding background
um i'm really good at running businesses i've started quite a few but um i figured the way i would do
was find the right people and i have so during this time of you know going on spaces and building
my community for the past three months uh we've only been around like i said since the end of
january so we're going on three months now um we've made a lot of connections on a lot of really
cool projects and we found ourselves some very willing um game devs who will work with us within
our budget and also ones we could trust um i reached out you know before i met these people i
reached out to a lot of different uh development companies um i went through you know what's that
called um linkedin and tried to find game developers and i ended up getting a lot of crazy offers and
some of it was just way too high past our budget some of it was just i wasn't really sure who i was
dealing with and if i could trust them so i was afraid to outsource in the beginning but once i got
connected with these other projects i found really reliable people who i could count on and so we
decided to go with them we're not going to mention who they are at this moment because we haven't
signed anything yet and they asked us not to not to mention until we've already started um they've
started developing something we could show so as of this point right now we're not going to say who
the devs are but they are known in the space and they are uh another nft projects devs we're working
not again for them that's really exciting um and linkedin is is is i think massively underrated i
mean i know a lot of people do utilize it for you know for research purposes and to um you know create
a profile for themselves right professional from but i do think it's a really untapped market um for
for the for the most part when it comes to you know more more in-depth networking and um and there's a lot
communities on there and it is starting to be utilized as a more social media platform as well
as oh right yeah i get i get messages all the time from people on linkedin you know they're asking me
you know questions or hey are you part of this or do you know this person you know it's becoming
more social i used it preferably to find you know qualified game developers that's what i was looking
for you know i didn't want to go out there into the public and show up with some sham artist who's
gonna build the greatest game ever and then you know end up having to apologize to everyone because
he took our money and ran so what i was trying to find is a trustworthy game developer someone with
skills and someone who understood the nft space like i do you know and loves it as much as i do and so
the best way to do it i guess is is the way we we did um you know collaborating with these projects
has been a a game changer for us um we collaborated with the primates board club i'm not sure if you guys
know them but they're well known in the space um we're doing uh offering some of our our clothing
and designs on in their prime thread store um they're also able to make all those items digital
um i was new to digital items i had never owned one before until they started showing me what they
were and the possibilities are really endless when it comes to digital items and we were stoked to do
that but if we if we had never gone on spaces if we had never you know started collabing with other
projects i don't think we would have found these avenues and that's what we're trying to do is
constantly evolve and build we want to add more and more value to our our community and to our holders
so starting off with staking it's i feel like it's the bare minimum um i really want to be able to offer
them a lot more including in real life things too irl stuff you know um it's hard to bridge web 2 and
web 3 as it is but a lot of projects are doing it i'm really proud of wolf punks um with
their irl animal you know rescue operations and the way they're they're merging that with their nfts
and we just keep trying to find more ways to just add more value and add more substance to what an nft is
i mean for everyone when i started nft was just a profile pic it was cool art and some of them had
utilities some of them didn't and for the most part all the ones that i collected you know are not
worth anything now but the ones who added some type of real value had a game like king royal um
reavers those games they're still running today and they've been up for like what two three years
now and they're still going today with great games adding new content we're in season two of king royal
um their nfts are still going for a cool 45 50 bucks um in seoul and they're they're being traded
daily back and forth you can level up your nfts and things like that so we want to add all of that
into our project those similar ideas we should be able to level up our nfts so they become you know
more powerful in the game as well as become more worthy more worthwhile value wise
she yeah yeah so it's it's exciting for me and i'm super stoked i just want everyone to know it is
early so we're really early uh we're three months in only the game development's just started with
the conceptualizing and getting the ideas down and starting with the asset building and the artwork
so i don't want people to think oh you know next week we got a game it's not going to happen next week
but we could probably safely shoot for you know two to three months um past our mint and our mint is
coming up on 5 26 we will have our official mint and that's for the ogs and whitelist the day before
and then the uh public mint after that right now we still have that presale going for people to snag
their their nfts early and that helps us with you know a quick fundraising flash fundraising to get our
website built and get some of the more interactive features on it uh put in place including like
you know staking and whatnot um we did partnership with tech tools also i'm not sure if you're
familiar with tech bros but um tech bros has a tech tools platform and they use discord bot to
actually stake nfts you can stake mint um do token airdrops all that directly from your discord so we
just partnered up with them we're going to be implementing tech tools in our discord in the
following weeks um we became an aura partner three weeks ago uh we made a lot of really cool
connections so our community is kind of buzzing about it what's all this what's this you know
you've got connections going on right and left we're adding new people in um we just joined up
with wolf bugs to have harley and joker come on on board our project officially um i wanted them to
have a moment to speak to and they get a chance um but harley's coming on to help us with our art
we're adding even more traits as we speak the presale is going to be ending in three days and we're
still cramming one of ones and legendary traits into the into the mint before we send it out
because we want this to be badass we don't want to do a half-assed mint we don't want to do just
the bare minimum we want everyone to see that we're really building as hard as we can with all
of our heart it's a passion for us yeah and to be honest listening to you talk about it you can tell
that it's a passion and you know it's great that you've learned what you've learned as well you know
because you know like you was mentioning for the for the most part you know when you first start
out in the space you know it even same with me you know i just thought it was um a pfp thing i
didn't realize how deep technology went you know and it was and it was only from trial and error you
know the first projects that you buy into that don't do so well or rogue you know it's almost like
your your entry fee isn't it as long as you're willing to learn from from what what is happening in
the industry but it's obviously bad if you can tell you guys have done just that you know it is it is and
it isn't and i i wish that i had been more involved in spaces like this when i first started
um at least as a listener because when you find people who are consistently you know working with
other projects um they're consistently showing their face on spaces they're talking about their
project they're out there they're the least likely people to rug you you know they may fail you know
we never know what's going to happen in the future but as far as rugs go the ones that i got
involved in they didn't show their face they didn't have spaces they they did everything
through discord it was all hyped up and i jumped on the hype train and you know i paid my ticket price
for the hype train you know i got to go to see the carnival and the show was over and i went home
and that's not what i wanted i what i wanted was something i could really invest my time and energy into
and build the community up and one of the great ones i joined was the defenders i'm not sure if you
guys are familiar with defenders on solana but i followed them from their their very first start
all the way till past their mint till now and what defenders did was they took an nft and they
created a security protocol that were if you bought an nft you'd only need one nft and you held it in
your wallet you went to their website and and inputted the nft it would lock all of your nfts and tokens
so that you could not be wallet drained the whole goal was to stop wallet drains once i saw that
defenders like a utility like that i said oh my gosh you know this is a real project this is
something i could get behind it and i followed them and supported them with all my might and i
still do this day um and that's what i think people really need to get into they need to find
a project they're they're as passionate about as the founder is you know the community should love
your project and be ready and rocking to roll with you and that's what we got we built up a decent
community of good followers um it's not as huge as we thought it would be but it's actually better
to have a smaller knit community that's ready to ride for you and and is excited when you announce
something and they're they're active in your discord every day and we try to keep it fun too
you know we got games and things like that and activities and contests like with the premium the
pre-sale right now we have a thousand dollar raffle that we're doing with a grand prize of a fully
modified original game boy advance with the back lights the rgb lights the stereo speakers and all
that that came out of my personal collection of items that that i really love but i decided to
offer it up as a prize because it's something cool you can't buy it for less than 500 bucks
and it's you know it brings back the retro days of gaming for me i'm a big fan of retro gaming i like
the super nintendo i like you know sega genesis i still i still play those games um for me that
brings back my childhood but for other people you know retro game is a style it's a it's got its own
its own charms and that's why we want our game to uh aspire to have the like an artistic style of
retro gaming but with all the new technology functions
yeah and then just to quickly roll back a little bit to what you're saying about the you know the
community size for example it's definitely you're on point with that because it is about the quality
and quality you know and and and that builds over time because you know that your community creates a
vibe around the project that people will either you know enjoy or not and i think that that's really
important and that's sort of the approach that we've taken and not to talk about absolutely yeah yeah but
that's why we took the approach we did with this what we do now is because we know that a platform
like this is very much needed and it's taken us you know three three plus years bringing communities
together the way we have but a year on this platform specifically to create a platform that
people can can utilize to do exactly what you've just mentioned was very much needed way back at the
beginning when you first joined yep you know and it was and it's it's very valuable this day i mean
when you see a plus sign in front of someone's name you know they're part of the community
communities you know that they're they're supporting those other projects you know that
they're a real project out there working uh it adds a layer of verification that you don't have to worry
as much now i still say do your own research you know this that there's always those chances that
things could go sideways and you should always do your own research because you're responsible for
whatever you invest in but as far as vetting people and and hearing people out you don't usually see
people uh joining groups like this when they're have some shady dealings in the background they
don't want to be asked questions that they can't answer exactly and that was exactly what i was going
for so thank you so much for mentioning that because that is exactly what we're trying to accomplish you
know we just want to find the people that are serious that want to build that are genuine you know
they don't always have to dox themselves you know there is other ways for verification you know
there's a lot of people that operate from you know from proof on the blockchain um time served um
tricky like to call it um blocks where you're blockchain doxed if you will and there's ways
yeah there's ways to verify verify you know you're you're you're you the you being a genuine person
if you will or a genuine project and and that's what we just wanted to try and accomplish was um to
also create that opportunity to also network with people who are also serious because you know a great
partnership can really excel what it is you're trying to accomplish but also the community
and for and as an nft um investor you don't just buy one nft and stick with that one project you know
you invest in lots of you're in all of them you're exactly at all these projects and you're you're
finding ones that you know that really stand out to you yeah and it may be because of art and it
may be because of utility and it may just because you like the project you know but that's the
those reasons um are all stemming from the same thing the fact that you see them all
as a collective i'm big on collaboration i feel like there's space for everyone here
i don't feel like there's any reason for people to compete against one another or
you know push up and say i you know you're taking over my side of the gaming section or
this or that i think there's room for a lot more actually i think there's plenty of freaking room
um collaboration over competition yeah yeah and you know we could do so much more together because
my strengths may be in one area but yours are in another and and by helping one another
we could build up both of our sides and our communities benefit which is the whole point
i have been so strong i have been so strong in saying that since i've started with wolf
funk season like we're stronger together right that was the whole thing like way back when it used
to be a whole thing that we were like the united states were as a whole a unity and then over the years
nobody is united anymore excuse me but if we were to play on each other's weaknesses as
positivity and say hey friend it looks like you're struggling here but i have somebody that can help
and help each other then we all become stronger together rather than going oh i see some somebody
let me pray on them and steal all their money like that's not fair nor is that moral or ethical
or anything of the above no and that's what i love about community of community we all need to support
each other and we need to bring the good people of the world to light absolutely love you guys saying
that because that's exactly you know how we see things and when it comes down to uh you know about
being enough room as well you know we don't know how much room there is you know and it's an ever
expanding it's an ever expanding ecosystem and ever expanding you know um and and the beautiful part
about it is it's you know this this this movement in web 3 that's taking place is about building a
brand around yourself realizing that we all have a value that you can monetize the value you do bring
you can learn skills and you can provide your own value to the world but also support the things
that you believe in and when you've got communities that are willing to cooperate like this your
community doesn't have to feel guilty about oh i was over here instead of over there or i was you
know rocking this pfp instead of that share it all yeah it's all love you know and that's the beautiful
part about it and it just means that we're creating an environment because real leaders don't control
people or or the process they control the environment and if the environment is sustainable
and suitable and a place that you can breathe in then everything will just flow naturally the way
it's supposed to and things will just grow and develop the way that it's meant to and i think
that's one thing that web 3 has really done a good job of showcasing is that the environment is good
between everyone so projects are able to thrive and the community is able to enjoy itself and just be
where it wants to be and not feel guilty about where it can't because you know where it can't be
so you know i think it's great that that's your guy's mindset on on all of this that's incredible
yeah and so like i said back on collaborations like i've collabed with um draconian era a lot
of other projects uh that he introduced me to and and so far what they've done is they bring value to
my project and i brought some value to theirs and i think that that's the way to go in this space if
you want to thrive you should collaborate um and if you want to do it all by yourself that's fine too i
mean if that's the way you want to go but our communities have really benefited from it a lot
of his people come through mine to play games with us they meet my and you know they meet my team they
see us in the discord they start talking and chatting with us um they play our games that hang
out and then suddenly you know they win a whitelist so they win an og and and that that gives them a
chance to come mint with us now i'm not not saying that everyone who has an og or whitelist has to
mint but hey man you know if you want something and you you get a special discount on a on a price
of something it's more incentive for you to come through and mint and we always support each other's
mints i was at prime legends when they minted on 420 even though we were launching our pre-sale the
same day we also went over and supported uh pmbc on their prime legends mint because honestly man
it's got some really cool utility and they're friends of ours i thought it was awesome um never once
does it cross our mind that we have to you know push one thing or push another or it's all about
loving the community and i i feel like that's our greatest strength right now um the fact that we
will collab we will have more things offering in the future and they may come quickly or they may
come slowly but it's real things coming down the pipeline our roadmap's still being built i forgot
to mention now we're we're about to put our roadmap out this week we're still working on the final
touches of it um we want to make sure that we get it all done you know correctly a
nicely it also make it look pretty so we did take a little more time on it than we should have but
we'll be releasing the roadmap shortly with our trash token included um the staking amounts how
much they'll receive for staking um if they have multiple nfts they'll receive more staking if they
have a legendary nft they'll receive more tokens with staking um things like that that's for the short
term like stage one but stage two is when we when the game's actually in its beta testing um and they
could come in though the ogs and all of them will be mentioned in the game on a wall of fame
we really do want to support our early supporters you know by showing off you know this is your name
in a game forever you were here when it was built you were at the ground floor talking to the developer
you know you were there supporting cheering me on when i was having a hard day or a bad day at work
you guys were all there and i want to make sure that you're remembered as well as give you benefits
in game so the the best part about web 3 i really feel like is the fact that you can do that you can
join a discord and speak directly with someone who's building something and you watch it being
built from the inside out you don't get to do that with activision you don't get to do that with
grand theft auto i mean you're out in the dark until there's a public press release you know in web
three we're a little bit more grody we're a little bit down to earth we're showing you the inner
workings of our system you know all the time and i think it's fantastic i think it's awesome
yeah i couldn't agree more to that um and and that's a really good point as well because you know
when it comes to supporting people and and a project that's obviously not fully developed that's one of
the things we we like to highlight when we feature people is that projects aren't aren't here because
they're fully built they're here because they're in the development process and they're still building
you know there's still an unlimited amount of avenues in which any project could take you know
there could be a a partnership that changes the direction the community might want to see something
the founders may want to accommodate something specific or there may be a cause or a purpose that
they want to integrate and that's the beautiful part about this is that you know sometimes partnerships
can spark a different avenue for your projects and also provide an avenue that wasn't currently
available like it was mentioning earlier you know there may be people in your ecosystem that
provide something that you can offer as a service to people because you know you have it in your
network and that is one of the most you know powerful parts of what web three's been able to offer is
an unlimited amount of avenues any project can take so that's why i think it's important that each
project you know supports its own vibe and and and sort of because we all each project has its own
unique attribute you know like for example like you'll have a project that's themed to something
specific that's different to everyone else and it brings something other ecosystems don't bring and
that makes it powerful and then when you start developing into creating games or cartoons and content and
events then it then it can be really showcased and i think that that's amazing so you know it's great that
you're building the way you have you've obviously learned from the things that you've you know
been through since you've been in the industry and you can just tell that you're really taking it
serious and connecting with the right people to get the results that you wish to get for the
community that you're grateful that support you yeah absolutely and you know i that that's what
really that was my main motivation when i came into the space it wasn't to make money i mean this is
more of a passion project than a you know this is my career this is my end all i have my own
in real life business you know i have a cleaning business happyhomescleaning.com anybody can get
their house clean their commercial business clean by us you know seven days a week so i make my money
you know on the side and i use that money sometimes just to support the project um because this is my
passion this is what i want to do i really feel like that we're all early in web 3 still i feel like
there will be no web 2 web 3 in the future not too long from now it's just going to be the web
you know eventually everyone's going to have to integrate crypto into something they're gonna have
to integrate nfts into things because it's the way we're heading it's the demand people want it i want
it you want it um so if they're going to get it one way or the other they're going to get what they
want and we'll eventually sift through all these projects that are just not going anywhere it doesn't
take long to find them out you know so the ones that'll be here five years from now are probably still
in this room right now you know i i see a lot of people in here who are passionate about their
projects they're out there day in day out on spaces you know talking and talking and talking
trying to connect trying to build up hype for you know what they are passionate about and that's what
it's really cool it's what's really all about and for us it's a game for us it's you know our art
for us it's nfts um but it's also irl things like i said we have a we have a little side project
that we're trying to start up between harley and i it was an idea that came up a little while ago
um we want to clean up the beaches um our game is about you know the battle for solana beach
and our little trash mafia mobsters their their entire town solana beach is threatened by you know
corporate fat cats and the enemies of the scammers and you know the people trying to ruffle up and
take advantage of the little guy and the little guy's there to fight back so that's what the trash
mafia is about fighting back against you know the powers that be against them whether they're
you know scamming people or hurting people or just straight corporate interests coming in to take as
much money as possible the big piece of the pie and change everything that we love so i i really feel
passionate about it because i put a lot of myself into it um i grew up in this surfing skate culture where
a lot of people that you wouldn't think would get along really did i'm friends with you know
muslims i'm friends with people who are indian i'm friends with uh different types of cultures and
you know different religions we all get along just fine we were punk rockers in the beginning you know
when i was youngster i had my mohawk flying high and i went to all the punk rock shows and rock shows
and because southern california is such a like the main basis la and orange county is the main basis for
a lot of bands i got to see a lot of live bands i got to have a lot of experiences with tons of
different people and i feel like you really click up you really your friend group really grew
when you're open-minded to people you're you're not judgmental and you're not you know i'm in this
crowd you're in that so we don't talk i never felt that way i was always friends with everyone and i
really like to bring that into my real life um you know i'm 36 years old now i still don't i still
don't stop going to shows i still go to shows i still catch a live game when i can i still go out and
do that stuff but uh i had a car accident a couple years ago and um it i was paralyzed from the chest
down so i'm not able to surf and skate like i used to but i use my my skills with the computer and
phone much more than i do my mobility now and i've you know channeled that energy all that thrashing
hardcore you know punk rock attitude i'm channeling it into this project and i hope that it it bleeds from
the scenes i hope that everyone could see it and feel there's something there that you can relate to
well i definitely can say i can relate i grew up in florida and if anybody knows anything about the
oceans if you live near water beaches are an awful
place that people do not clean up after themselves and that's what spoke to me the most about
him being from southern pally and wanting to clean up and that's a great utility to have as y'all know
i'm with wolf punks and we have the rescue with the dogs so what more to bring more positivity in
and links and communities than to clean up some beaches and save some properties and just promote
amazingness um yeah and and it adds it adds yeah it adds a little layer of you know irl to our our
project we're not just online all the time we all have real lives you know and people could get
behind that i could get behind that i've done beach cleanups plenty of times in my life but i would like
to you know donate a portion of our profits towards the bleach beach cleanup or do fundraising you know
for charity with beach cleanups and things like that because you know i live at the beach i i spent
most of my life on the water and in the water in the sand and you're right people don't respect it um
and it does become a kind of a burden to the rest of the people who care uh to pick up cigarette
buds and trash cans and nasty stuff out of the water and clean up the beaches we used to do it in high
school actually we'd we'd spend the weekend out with trash pickers and plastic bags and just load
up tons of bags just cleaning the sands up so people could enjoy it you know um on their sundays
and that's something that we want to incorporate you know it's not it's not ready yet we we just
started talking about doing it lately so we don't want to get too crazy but we it's something that we're
going to incorporate soon and we want to have an event soon if we can but uh harley is big on that too
so when harley and joker came into our project they they brought a lot of the utilities and
things that wolf bunks is doing um that irl dog rescue you know we're doing this for a cause we're
doing this for a reason we're not just here you know to promote a video game we're here to promote
a lifestyle and to promote morals and ideals that can you know um yeah this so the borders that they could
they could um oh god what's the word i hate when i get stuck like that
they can transverse through you know your web 3 life and your irl life so it's not just you know
i'm only online in the discord playing around playing games basically this is my when i wear this t-shirt
it means that i support this this project because of the value that they bring to the community or what
they're doing yeah and that's one of the things that we uh we we mention a lot and i know exactly
where you're coming from you know it's adding that that value to it to to give it a meaning and a purpose
and you know and add depth to it and that's what i find so amazing about this um is that we get to
create our own value and transact with it but then also provide actual value to the world from it but
also use the value that can be provided from the world to the projects because you know it's like
the saying isn't it ignorance is bliss you know for the most part i can i can guarantee almost no
child on earth is thinking about what is happening to the ocean right now but when we bring that to
people's attention and let them know you know there is things that are happening and there are ways in
which we can help and it isn't as difficult as you think you know there are people have dedicated
their life and hard work to doing that and you don't have to do that but you can support them
doing that and i think that's the beautiful chain that we can create through these this these community
connections that we've created in web3 and you know so that's why we know we get really passionate
when we hear projects like you and yours um talking about adding these kinds of values to it and and
using the value that you guys are doing a great job of creating to you know bring that back to the world
because that's kind of what we're trying to establish is instead of taking funds from inside
of these communities out we're trying to get funds from outside and bring them in as well as creating
our own values to then put back out into the world again to make it a sustainable ecosystem that we can
all enjoy contributing towards and benefiting from so yeah um you know big love and respect to you guys for
what you're doing it sounds like you're not only doing a great job but you're enjoying the process as well
which is the most important part in my opinion yeah it's sorry i'm chewing huh have a little breakfast
um basically it's it's that's where we come from it's we come from a good place in our hearts we're
trying to spread you know positivity and love to everyone um at the same time we are building
something that's substantial it's something that people are going to be able to invest their money
into comfortably and you know i can't promise that you'll make a 10x or a 100x but you'll come
to be able to know that there's something being built something that you can enjoy something that
you can take with you and you are the investor as an nft holder you are an investor that's the plain
and simple truth you bought your nft but you're also you're not investing in that that jpeg or that nft
or that image you're investing in the people behind it and you're investing into you know what you

project is building and and you know just their experience in in web3 and i'm super glad to to add on
to everything what has already been said and introduce you guys a little bit into obs world but
without further ado guys first of all i want to see some reactions going i want to see reposts of the
space let's get the space absolutely massive let's get some more people into today's space um but yeah
whilst you guys do that let me introduce myself my name is jonathan i'm the head of community for
obs world and i've been in crypto myself since 2017 the first ever venture which i started building was
a crypto to fiat payment gateway for actual um you know brick and mortar stores for them to be able to
accept crypto and basically get paid into fiat but throughout my journey um i've been in a lot of
different projects and now i'm super proud and excited to tell you guys more about obs world and
the project that we've basically been working very close to three years on right now uh obs world
actually started many many years ago we started as a real car club and before we know get into the
whole story about that car club i'm sure that you know everybody here can relate to having some kind
of passion whether that's you know cars as that is you know very much to me and a lot of people in in
in this world perhaps you know you are very excited about a certain sport or a certain you know team
within a certain sports or you know certain singer that you very much look up to and for a lot of
people that can be cars and i'm sure that within our audience today we have a lot of people that can
resonate with that so we started our journey pretty much about 15 years ago as a real car club
uh this was founded by my very good family friend and he's a very very unique person who has been
you know having his own private car collection and over the last 15 years we've been organizing
a lot of different kinds of real car events you can imagine rallies track days a lot of fun stuff
and um over those last 15 years we've really you know been able to build our network around this world
of different you know friends partners and amazing different individuals because cars are really
much more than just you know a piece of metal on some four wheels but they're really an extension a lot
of times of people they're you know personality i can even say and the fact is that we organize so many
car events and it's very often that i mention this but it's not even about the car in the end it's about
the person behind that car you know what is their story why did they you know decide to choose certain
modifications perhaps on their car or a certain brand and this is really you know what what identifies
a person you know because every brand whether that's you know an automotive brand or maybe even
a fashion brand you know very much dictates a certain lifestyle or you know a certain types of values and
i'm sure that you know we've all heard about bmw drivers or you know certain ferrari drivers or
you know this can go on and on and on and so we are you know having quite some background within this
automotive world where we're even close you know some of the actual car manufacturers here over in europe and um
yeah we've even delved very deeply into simulator racing and for those who are unaware what sim racing
is sim racing is basically having a steering wheel pedals uh connected to you know either a pc or a
console and really trying to mimic real world driving conditions so driving on a track or even drifting that
can be and you know for all of these kind of different driving styles there are you know real world
competitions in which people participate and actually you know can get sponsored and whatnot so we have
for ourselves been organizing for the past four years now international uh competitions in these digital
you know worlds and we've had a huge success in that with even you know some of the most most pristine
esports teams joining us such as fortzilla which is the official team from fort and
now for the past three years we've really been focusing on on dialing in an ecosystem for all
petrolheads around the world or all car enthusiasts around the world to be able to share their passion
and use web3 technology to power that whole platform because we really believe that you should be able to turn
your passion into some kind of profit and with that i mean that if you're passionate about something you know
the barrier of entry shouldn't be that high and you should be able to delve into the passion and try to
make that you know ultimately your work and that is really what we stand behind here at obs world so
even with those international sim racing competitions in which you know professional esports teams have
participated we've had amateur teams participate as well and those turned out sometimes to be the winners over the
last few years and we've taken those people with us to you know the nurberg ring and for those who
know what the nurberg ring is it's it's one of the most famous tracks around the world so we've taken those
people after you know they have never driven into any kind of sports cars and we've put them in our own
porsches and let them drive onto the track but um before i digress i already see some hands getting up and
i'm i'm i'm sure that a lot of you have questions but um yeah perhaps somebody wants to jump in i see
that uh dj dave has his hand up but definitely i'm i'm getting to my point and i'll i'll you'll see where
i'm getting at but let's hear it man i'm super happy to to answer your question already
all right what's up over here bacon um oh yes yeah man um are you you gonna um
say uh do different uh okay i'm i'm building a truck for my son a race truck uh 393 um with a
pro charger on it and all tricked out wired out it's gonna get wrapped at lord um running 32s i mean
that kind of truck and stuff here in the south is you know the stuff people collect and you know it
it would be great uh if you could you know have become a forum for everything from f1 guys to street
racers to um you know bikes all that stuff you know what i'm saying is that in your plans or in
your plans or in your roadmap dude absolutely man and i love that you actually you know mentioned
that because we are not even thinking just obviously uh what's really cool about our
ecosystem is that we want to connect all people who have something to do with cars whether you're
a driver whether you know a a a person who takes you know pictures as a car spotter or you know a media
person or you're even a mechanic you know who knows a lot about cars uh those people will be able to
monetize their knowledge because we really employ a very new kind of system where it is skilled to earn
and that means that you know whether you're passing the the finish line as the first driver whether you
know knowing having a lot of knowledge about the certain types of engines or cars will be able to
monetize that you know and um talking even about the cars that you mentioned and the fact that you know
you're you're doing that build which is super super cool first of all um you have to send us pictures
later on so we'll have to connect on that um but yeah man we're even right now running a pilot where you
know we're we're basically going to test in a certain uh certain few countries already when
people register a new car uh the registry is going to be you know function is as a functioning as a
real world asset and people will be able to view their car model into the into our you know ecosystem
into our metaverse and besides that we're even working on a 3d scanning technology which is really going
to allow you to actually you know transfer a real world image of your car because obviously
car people are you know as i mentioned earlier people who like to customize things who would like
to you know show their pride on the fact that you know they are able to extend their personality
through their vehicles and that is something which is going to be amazing you know to be able to you know
share those details with people from all around the world and get access to real world experience
because i haven't even gotten into all of those details but i hope that i've answered this
question and i already see your hand back up so let's hear it man because i'm super excited
yeah um i was just gonna say you know as far as the 3d scanning i don't know if you know
aiden rich or not um aiden's got uh his own 3d scanner handheld that he goes to nft projects scans people
scans um you know celebrities stuff like that um you know he would be good to do 3d scans i mean i think he would do a good job on trucks and stuff like that
and everything i mean pretty much yeah he can 3d scan anything love it man definitely well we have to
connect you know definitely i will shoot you a message and uh as i said we really need to work
something out on that on that super truck that you're building because that project sounds really
really cool um but yeah back to maybe you know the the whole ecosystem which we're building
is um yeah we allow people to connect socialize and interact through their automotive passion and
in in ways previously unimaginable and we do that as well we obviously are going to have our tge in a
couple of of weeks even from now we have onboarded a bunch of kols and what's very important even you
know to mention about our kols is that they have actually invested into us it's not as if we've
given these people just a random free allocation no these are actually people that believe into our
project that you know have seen our project and i've even you know beep some people down here in the
audience they definitely know about us um so huge shout out to you guys who are down here in the audience
throw a comment like actually guys i want to see reactions let's let's get some more repos but
this space is just absolutely amazing i'm loving the energy here um and yeah our ecosystem is all
about bridging the real world and the virtual world so this is why we're not just some kind of gta
style game where like you kind of recognize a car but it's it's not the real deal no we're actually
going through all of the licensing right now with all of the different car manufacturers um and
we're we're literally working with some huge huge names tomorrow i'm literally about to push out a
tweet because we just signed a major like major ip deal with one of the biggest biggest names in
racing history like ever and i cannot even share it today so i'm so excited but guys like literally
please wait for that tweet that's going to come out tomorrow and we have so many partnerships coming up
because we just came back from you know blockchain week dubai where we literally just met so many of
our good friends and new partners and it's been such an amazing time and we've been building you know
throughout the past few years and as i mentioned i've been through you know a couple of cycles personally
so i know what you know this is all about and as the previous speaker as well mentioned you know
now is the time where we really can start using the technology to empower people to give give the power back
into people's hands and allow them to you know kind of control what they want to do you know where
they want to see you know getting value from and that is exactly you know something which we want to
cover and which we are covering right now um so stay tuned for that but yeah as i said a lot of
gamification a lot of you know different kinds of things how people will be able to bridge the the real
world and the virtual world and how there will be different community events held and as i mentioned
over the past 50 15 years with with pretty much organized like over 50 real world events going from
track days to rallies to a lot of a lot of stuff um i don't want to take up too much time i feel like
you know it's it's probably a lot better to you know kind of keep this a conversational type if you guys
have questions like please yeah um first of all i just want to say what you guys are doing is
absolutely second to none it's incredible um and this is why we do these spaces like this because what
you guys are doing you just can't you can't break that down in a short period of time that's why we
feature two guests giving each guest up to 60 minutes each because an ecosystem like yours you know
you could speak about it for 10 hours never mind one hour you know um so we do appreciate the the
audience who listen into these spaces and listen back to them and also the guests as well for
being so accommodating with it um but i just want to say that you know what you guys are doing is
absolutely incredible and so needed and important to bridge that gap between the physical and the
digital but the way you guys are going about it is just fantastic i think it's really shows
testament to how i think many people will do in the future you know the way you engage with people
the way you guys put on events um you know we we was advised to reach out to you guys through um
hangry animals who i think you've been in some spaces with um there was over in dubai as well maybe
hopefully you guys met over there which if you did that is incredible um and but that but that's
exactly um how this works is the good people projects and the great ecosystems will find each other
and we'll work together to help uplift each other because there isn't that level of competition yet
we all want this industry to still be here 10 years from now which i know we say this almost every
space and the only way we make that possible is by creating the environment for people to be onboarded
into where they can enjoy it whether they're building learning or growing and i love the approach
you guys take towards car enthusiasts in fact you you did a post it may have even been this morning or
yesterday talking about how um you know the drive of enthusiasm towards art was sparked out of
the board ape nft project and how hopefully you can have that same level of enthusiasm through car
enthusiasts which once they realize that the difficult and technical side of this industry they
don't have to worry about they can just enjoy the enthusiast side through the you know the mechanisms
and ecosystems and games and the gamified experiences that you guys have built that i think that onboard
process will be much smoother um so off of what you guys are building i'm really really excited because
i think that once the world see it um i think they'll they'll just absolutely dive into it because
you're opening up the you're opening up an experience that you can't even really explain you just sort of
have to engage with it to to see it and it's in its full glory you know so yeah i just think what you
guys are doing is incredible and we appreciate you joining us tonight to talk about it

quite huge for us um i actually you know want to start off by sharing some alpha with you guys because
honestly i feel i feel like i really i really can can just be myself here and really you know be open

days but basically we even got a grant from the european union for developing um our project now what
does that entail it means that obviously they they see the worth in our project and they understand
the huge you know market uh in europe itself for the automobile sector why is that obviously you
know there is some of the most biggest brands within the european union itself developing you know
amazing cars we have porsche we have bmw we have you know french brands italian brands we have
some of some of the craziest brands here in europe and all of those brands they obviously understand
that you know they'll be able to you know use with us the secondary market you know continue earning
royalties on different kinds of you know things whether that's you know nfts whether that's you know
different kinds of subscription models a lot of things are going to be possible in in our ecosystem
um so coming back onto like kind of like the 3d scanning and how all of that thing is going to work
obviously with certain brands especially in regards to the initial registration and kind of those
things we we will be able to you to use official 3d models you know from the cars how is that going to
work obviously you know every car has a certain vin model so through that vin model you'll be able to
pull you know the full data and the full specification of a car that means that we'll be able to you know
provide a absolutely 100 correct 3d model of each customer that buys a certain car from you know the
manufacturers that we will be working together with besides that obviously we have certain you know
bigger partnerships with certain you know influencers with k wells that are absolutely living this dream car
lifestyle and with them obviously we do 3d modeling on a you know personal basis what does that entail it means
that we actually have in-house uh company which is you know under our own you know kind of umbrella
and they have been developing ar and virtual installations for over 15 years even being
displayed at the dubai world expo so they have you know the they have mastered you know the art of
creating digital and 3d environments and they can perfectly scan 3d models so you can think of the craziest you
know custom build cars they'll be able you know to be experienced within you know full detail
by different users and why is that because people will be able to actually you know have their own 3d
garages within obvious world i already see hands up again guys i love this i love the enthusiasm

are people going to be able to share their uh say i'm going to be able to find your vehicle
and i want to drive your vehicle on a track um are people going to be able to do that is that going

show today here um we had a little spring festival and um had a car show and there was a lot of you
know custom stuff that people had did a lot of a lot of tricked out bmws there was a lambo

awesome shit and um yeah i can imagine you know taking something like that and putting it on a track
and being able to get the the customized specs based on what because i got a whole new suspension
system and stuff trucks lowered um it's it's gonna be fast it's gonna have about 1500 horsepower
but it weighs it weighs uh about 3 000 pounds so i mean um yeah that's gonna slow it down a little bit
but i want you know i got it for the handling i want i want a truck that handles like a
uh you know a fucking lambo or a fucking uh i was wanting to name another brand but i can't remember
right now because i'm stalled but uh yeah supercar you know what i'm saying uh i want i want to be
able to handle that's the thing you know you can ride in the truck but you can go around a corner
you know what i'm saying brother i have 100 get what you're saying man first of all i love your
questions because you're absolutely hitting the nail on the head you know and with that being said
obviously you guys know that web 3 blockchain technology this is you know the reason why we
have this technology and why we see these advancements it's not for us to you know

what is there to solve this issue well first of all we have fractionalized nfts which can provide
you know multiple people ownership of one singular car and now second of all if he's talking about

the owner actually earn on top of actually lending out his vehicle right so that is like first of all

and what i can tell you is that right before we went to dubai we went to germany and in germany
obviously we are very often in germany and why is that the nurberg ring is there one of the best
tracks in the world but this tweet which i just pinned up is a tweet about the very first world's first
hybrid car event that we held now what did we do here this event was being held in a boutique hotel
in germany where you can actually sleep with your car and now hear me out guys i'm not even lying
you take a car elevator and you just take it upstairs and park it next to your car
and like literally there is like you guys gotta like join our telegram or like discord because
like there are some videos and like pictures in there that i posted um but this is literally what
happens and like those guys they slept in that hotel and they're like dude i woke up in the morning
i wasn't sure should i give attention first to my car or to my wife you get what i mean
but basically these guys like what we did there was the world's very first hybrid car event
and a very good friend of ours he's an international like artist known for making actual paintings and
drawings about you know cars and he had a car show there where he unveiled his artworks but also
two unique custom porsches were displayed so what did we do we completely
3d modeled this whole boutique hotel's place in the matter of a week
based upon the actual building plans of this hotel so imagine that and this place is currently
still available within our app i'm not sure how long this space is still going to exist within our
app i'll try to find another tweet but like guys we do some crazy shit over here at obvious world and
like if you guys have seen the movie um gran turismo that came out during the last year like
our company is that times 100 like this is the kind of like honest like very honest comparison that i
want to make and like i just shared with you guys the craziest alpha ever i'm not even sure if i was
allowed to mention that we guys got an eu grant but like guys we are like we are trying to honestly
change the way that car enthusiasts interact and just share this passion and why am i saying this
because like literally i'm getting goosebumps as i say this because dude i love driving like nine out of
10 times i just will go for a drive because i haven't like if i have nothing to do or i'm trying
to clear my head i'm going for a drive or we'll we'll literally go to germany and drive on the track
like or we have you know our own simulator school where you know we have those simulators professional
simulators our our coaches our ex-professional racing drivers like this is this is like it doesn't get
any more real than that like i'm literally living this car lifestyle and like either you have that
or not and it's sometimes very difficult to explain a passion and some people might think that i'm
literally crazy right now but like i love you guys i love web3 and like literally let's build let's let's
give utility to the people and let's do something positive because this is what it's all about well
and just before i do get to the hands on the stage i just first of all want to say that um you are
absolutely on point with the approach that you're taking but the way that you're the way that you're
conducting yourself and the way that you're representing obs world is perfect in my opinion
for whatever that's worth for the the level of passion the level of professionalism and how serious

important especially if we want the world to take this seriously and to really see what's possible

you are but i'm starting to feel like i should be because i'm starting to get really excited about what
you're talking about because it is really exciting because you know i don't know if it's just a man
thing you know maybe there's some women on the stage that can help us but driving there's just
something about it where it's just such an enjoying x joy and enjoyment an enjoyable experience
because you know it's the thrill of it it's the excitement of it it's you know feeling like
you're in control um you know you you're good at it there's there's a multitude of reasons why it provides
value just outside of its obvious obvious use case in the world for getting from a to b there
is a multitude of ways in which you know it can be enjoyed it can help you with your mental health
it's something that we can utilize to help us as people you know and i think that there's the other
side of it as well of the the pure entertainment factor um and having that bridge between real world
and virtual is amazing and i've just whilst you were talking i was thinking that can imagine how
many people were absolute car enthusiasts that was rally drivers that are injured beyond an ability
to drive again having the the virtual option to still in and have that some level of experience
in that field would be an absolute game changer and there's also people in the world that just simply
can't drive for health reasons but would still love to enjoy that side of it as well so i was just
thinking about that in the back of my mind as you was talking about it um so i just thought of that
side of it i think that's incredible as well so yeah i get excited about it on that front but i will

hello uh so i actually had a question for you um i'm a certified bmw technician and so some of the
bmws like um the b7s which are the alpina versions they come out from the factory and then they go to
alpina and they're custom built uh some of the special order um m3s m4s m5s um
no more m6 but m8 they um some of them don't like even when you're hooking it up to bmw system
they don't display an image um because they remove that image because it's been customized
so i was wondering and this also not only goes to that but it also goes to my next question so i just
put them together um that's the other thing too is like if you buy say an m3 and then you put the
front front rear you know carbon fiber diffusers on it and stuff is there a way for you to add that
stuff on afterwards or like if you do like skins or anything is it is it updatable or is it only by the

space um to answer your questions yeah definitely uh if you are referring to you know usual coding i do
understand that if you do scan with certain diagnostic tools or sometimes you know try to try to code the
car there can be you know certain issues because the cars are coded very differently uh i do know
this actually from experience because i mean you know i'm i'm a car enthusiast myself i i i daily drive
a bmw actually so i do know that once you start you know tinkering around sometimes with cars you know the
the easy use and and you know control modules they can start you know acting up funny and why why because
you know the cars are you know they come from factory coded in a certain way um the way that we
go about it in in terms of you know actually displaying the car is that we actually you know
have some kind of you know link with uh the actual you know official registration bureau as you might call
it you know where you know you would register a car in in a certain country so currently you know we are
we're basically about to run the pilot in germany in a couple of months where you know for a certain car
manufacturers if you will register a car that registry you know will be linked you know to
your account that you will have you know in obs world and you will be able to see that car you know
displayed there we will be able you know to actually you know use an actual 3d model based upon that bin
model um but as indeed you mentioned obviously you know you will want you know be able to you know
show the actual customized card that you might have so you do indeed will be able to you know
override that data um which will be you know surface then as a 3d scan and this will be overridden
in a certain way there will always be you know a certain copy a backup of the bin model obviously
because if the car you know gets passed on or whatever uh you know this is kind of you know how the
how the car would you know still be displayed officially um but yeah i hope this answers

that's a great question man so to actually light you up uh basically we have our whole timeline
actually fully posted on our website and you know if you web if you if you visit our website today you
will see that you know what i said is true right now there is nothing mentioned yet about that eu
funding but you know by tomorrow or in in two days you will see that so you will see that a lot a lot
a lot of things are about to be you know announced about our partnerships and stuff
but in terms of our roadmap like first of all obviously we have our tge coming up so currently
we still have a private sale going on and we're talking to a lot of different vcs and there's a lot
of you know very very interesting conversations currently going on so that is quite nice um in terms
of scanning the vehicles first of all uh we we do have a system you know already ongoing and
if you download our app you will actually be able to see a prototype scan that we did of one of the
owned vehicles of the obsw fleet which is a 911 carrera t which we have scanned into our app and
basically right now we are you know basically still in testing phase it doesn't you know there are
you know not 100 percent all of the details are there but as well obviously you know we have to
kind of watch out since obviously if we would allow anybody to scan anything you know there could you
know be easily some kind of profanity or or stuff like that so since we you know do have our reputation
from the real world we kind of you know also have to take care of you know those kind of things and i do
have to you know just honestly straightforward mention that and i do i do know that sometimes
you know this can you know kind of you know disappoint our community because they wish you
know that they could already you know kind of scan their custom builds into the into the metaverse and
in in in theory you know it would be possible right it wouldn't be a problem but yeah we do have to
you know kind of you know take everything step by step so that's kind of you know how we're taking it but
as i said we have this basic um basic you know kind of trial pilot going you know in a couple of
months in in germany basically with the registry of the cars and kind of you know pulling the vin
numbers and i do believe that you know in about you know half a year we will have the scanning feature
kind of fully released and uh yeah every everyone is super excited about it so i'm also looking forward
to that and i'm sure that you know we'll be able to give you know some kind of uh premium access
you know to some kind of few of our members um but yeah interesting times interesting times
yeah very interesting times but no i think i think we can all agree that letting people loose with
scanning anything um there is always going to be those people that misuse that tech unfortunately
um and yeah we very much want to make sure that your reputation is definitely
held to the the standard that it deserves to be held at um but i was hoping you could dive uh a
little deeper into your app if that's okay because i noticed that um you know you guys have got an app
for car enthusiasts so you're able to just break that down a little bit um and explain if there's any
integration to the blockchain and if so what that is that would be awesome
absolutely man so basically our app is like the metaverse or you know the kind of entrance to you
know the digital world we do have a vr version kind of ready but we haven't released that yet why because
in general let's be honest the market isn't ready for vr apple just released you know the apple vision
pro headset but there's still you know a lot of people who do not have access to a proper vr headset
or use it on a daily basis and that's this is why you know mobile platforms are very easy to access
so this is why we have our mobile application our our beta already live from both android and ios so
for people who are you know interested i encourage you to kind of you know click the link and in our bio
and check it out for yourselves feel free to you know hop in our telegram or discord and give some
feedback um but yeah we have our app live and how does blockchain or web3 kind of integrate in that
obviously you know people are you know having their user profile and certain user data is is on chain and
off chain especially you know when people engage in certain you know kind of um community events or
different kinds of you know engagement types they you know this this will trigger certain actions
and usually this means that you know a smart contract might be triggered whether you know they're
participating in a race whether they're participating in just you know their attendance it doesn't matter
even you know just basically teaching people about a certain type of engine could you know produce
certain xp or certain you know payment in obsw tokens so this is how the whole ecosystem kind of you know
connects together because obviously everybody you know could do this on a web 2 basis but web 3 allows
us to be transparent open and direct and cuts out the middleman and makes it possible to lower the barrier
of entry cost for a lot of people who want to enjoy their hobby which is automobiles
that sounds incredible and is there anything that you can tell us about the the team at obs world is
there any one specifically you can talk about um have they got any track record in in the in the car
world that you know people may be interested in absolutely so actually half of our team is part of
you know web 3 experts half of our team comes more of the automotive world in the automotive world as
i've mentioned we have you know organized more than 50 events together as a team with you know our whole
community in different parts of the world for different types of events whether that would be rallies or
or track days we've done a variety of different kinds of events besides that our actual founder has driven
himself in the porsche gt4 cup in germany a couple of years ago also one of our main actual motorsport coaches
has driven in the asian lamar series and is the youngest person ever to have actually won there
in real life so he is one of our actual driving coaches within our sim racing community on the other
hand as i've mentioned we have the vr and ar interactive installations experts they have over 15 years of
experience in developing these virtual worlds and this is why for example for the exhibition which we
have done in germany we were able to just in about one week time completely based off the building plans
create this virtual space one-to-one including 3d models of all of the art and the vehicles
so this is a little bit more about you know the composition in our team but you know besides that
in general our team members have a variety of experience having even worked alongside people
such as usain bolt so yeah it's a very interesting team we are quite international and um yeah it's a
amazing amazing time working all together
that's and that's quite the talent to to come together to to create this which you know just
for me kind of really adds to the excitement of what's possible because you know the way that you
as a team have brought all of that together to to showcase the experience events you know clearly gets
a really a really good response from from the community you know i see a lot of people you know who are
are really really engaging with what you guys are building and that must be amazing from your
perspective to see so many people be so enthusiastic about it you know and i was going to ask as well
in regards of you know the events if just for anyone that may not have been or people who may look out
for you guys in the future you know how do you showcase your ecosystem at an event you know what would
be the the typical way that you guys would showcase the obs ecosystem sorry could you repeat that i think
you cut out for a second yeah sorry buddy um yes i was asking what would be the typical way you guys
would showcase the obs world ecosystem at events um would you do that through people being able to
play the the games in the virtual reality would that would that be the way that you would get you
would showcase the uh what you guys are building that's a great question so actually we do participate
in a range of different events and we do kind of cater our approach to each different event why so
because obviously for example two days ago we were active in the biggest LAN event in all of the
baltics so there is a very young you know audience there which likes you know different types of
engagement with which likes you know try to be you know really engaged into a game so what we did there
is we actually brought two of our professional simulators
and we allowed people to participate in an actual time trial challenge in which you know they would be
eligible to win certain prizes provided by you know our partner network but what would be really nice
is that you know for not a lot of people they get the chance to actually try out those simulators on such
a high level because we do drive you know of certain you know gear which is you know worth a certain amount
of money which you know obviously we do allow people to you know come to our sim racing school and they can
train there and they you know pay quite a competitive price to be honest to be trained amongst you know
such legends in racing um but yeah for those people you know obviously it's it's an amazing time you know
to participate and you know to get a chance and feel you know of what of what racing is really like
and alongside that obviously we do promote you know our application and invite those people to
to come into our network and why is that because even you know by being just active into our
application into our ecosystem you will be able to know even on a daily basis gather you know some
kind of experience points or whatnot and with those experience points you can even convert them into real
world you know kind of access to you know actual sim racing basis around the world for a certain discount
or even you know to go completely for free so this is a certain feature which we're you know about to
release quite in the near future and which we're you know also pretty proud of because this is another
example of how we're able to you know integrate both the virtual world and the real world

asking the question because you know there seems to be a really mixed bag of people in the community
from those who are really interested in the irl events and also those who are um really interested
in the simulators as well which i think is brilliant because you know they both can kind of come hand in
hand and you know and i was also going to ask from the nft side of things what would you say people
most purchase nfts for would you say they're more excited about the the irl events or would you say
they're more excited about the um the simulators or is that too too difficult of a question to answer
no i think that's a great question
i think what's really cool about our ecosystem is that we can use nfts and you know those nfts can
actually give access you know to different kinds of perks both in the virtual world

think that's the beauty of where the community side of it comes in because you know communities do
grow close over time and start to really enjoy each other's company so it's great that you have
events that can facilitate that so not only do people get to be enthusiastic about the car side of
things than a simulation side but they also get to enjoy the the whole ecosystem as a community as well
but um yeah so um is there anything else you would like to add before we start to bring this to a

um to just uh you know maybe give an introduction to who you are and what you're building real quick
i know we've not got much time left at the end of the space but obviously we're going to accommodate
you no problem so if you want to give a brief introduction to what you're building because
i know you are building a game yourself you're welcome to do so bro yeah of course course um so
i'm vanilla biscuit uh real name simon price i'm doxed i live in kzn south africa i am a
indie game day slash artist my uh my project is orientated around creating a game that
hybridizes web 2 and web 3 tech we're specifically specifically marketing ourselves towards a web to our
audience we're building an fps sci-fi space themed shooter horror with a whole lot of different components
to it very big game very big ecosystem we've just launched our own token um so that that's just
gone live we're busy building out the daps of interactivity but we're based on main net z if you're
looking for us we're about ten dollars right now so a pretty cheap thing you can thank net z for that
they're being quite affordable right now but yeah so we're we're building out and we're building a game
in unreal engine 5 and a lot of our details will be listed on the website as soon as it's up we've been
building since uh early january and we've just kept going we've kept steaming we've been growing from
that but if you buy the nft essentially what you get is an unlimited season pass you also get 0.0025
per nft stacks and then on top of that you get a 3d game asset which is a special unique ammunition
because every slug we have is with the oozy goozy slugs i think it'd be good if i maybe put a little
post on the top would you mind if i put a little post on the top real quick
do it let's go put it up there i was about to share some of mine i got a bunch of good ones
go ahead go ahead go ahead
i mean just post something up here that can just lead them to where they want to be uh here we go so
just while you just while you're pinning that um how how have we got a time scale on the website i
know that that's um one of those things that you know is quite unpredictable and can take quite a
while especially if it's a an in-depth one but have you got any info you can share with us on that
i'm excited it's it's definitely going to be a work in progress sort of thing so the way we're
doing it is we're probably going to be launching the token interactivity that first and then from
there we're going to be building out the site we do plan to have a lot on the site where we plan to
have a dex that kind of explains the different traits and then we plan to have an nft viewer that
kind of reviews the stats and tells the person as well like what the effects of the cycle are going
to be in the game so that's going to take some time where we need to build a lot of the the tools
that are going to exist in it so a lot of it's going to be informational but the more interactive
parts of the site are going to take a little bit longer to build out but we are prioritizing getting
the dap up which is going to be one part of the site so originally the site is going to be the token
site and then the token size can expand into the rest of the site as it is developed but right now
we've got a pc version kind of ready set up we're busy working on a mobile variant and then once
everything is kind of all together then we are going to launch the full site in its entirety but
we are launching the token interactivity dap first it's just about the polish it takes a while so
we are looking at this month but it could be a bit longer than this month before the full site is out
it just depends obviously we're near the end of this month so i'm not saying a full month but
yeah it could take a few days before we're ready to actually deploy the site
additionally we've also seen a large interest on mainnetz which has been quite uh quite interesting
uh i think yesterday or the day before we had 300 mints in two days most of which came in like
the period of like three hours which is pretty crazy it was insane so yeah we're a growing active
project we're the main netz community if you want to join us if you're interested in games you love
games but you want the the web 2 back in gaming but you also want to have some of the web 3
functionality with the project for you i think that about covers it what do you think there short and
sweet yeah absolutely i like it short and sweet however you want to do it um but no i appreciate it
because uh you know we appreciate what you're what you're building and uh you know we appreciate you
as a person as well you know because for us that that's really important um and and it it helps to
you know really vibe with what you're trying to accomplish when you get a better understanding of
the people involved you know and you've just been one of those people that have always been willing to
help people with the skills that you have um you know support of the projects and you know now you're building
something yourself you know we are just really excited about that and you know we're just eager
to support you through whatever it is that you're building and you know anything that you put together
and build and want to talk about we just want to accommodate that the best way that we can to be
honest brother well i really do appreciate that you you know um the one thing that i won't lie
we've been yeah what's up drug canyon i see your hand there you good oh no no you finish
i'll go after you've been done oh it's fine no i just i just wanted to say i have to connect with
you because as you are an indie developer and i'm somewhat of a rookie developer so i definitely
want to connect with you see if i can learn a couple of tricks off of you that's what i wanted to say
what field though design animation or like actual game uh game development
more like on the game development i need to build a launcher so i've been seeking that help
a launcher so uh yeah what ui and interface that's mainly what you're working on um unreal
engine 5 as usual building an rpg so i have the regular files that come out um you know i send
out the patch updates every single time but i would like to have a game launcher that i can launch the
game through and send the patch update through automatically instead of having people download
the link again and again and again and again something like that that's like an entirely separate
program so the game launcher isn't part of like the initial release like normally you have a
repository that kind of keeps the updates and then the launcher just directs it to the folders where
it should install so it's a separate program you have to go code out it's not usually part of the
game engine again it's just a delivery for the package files you're taking over the job of the steam
launcher basically like that's like the idea good to know good to know one one one step ahead two
steps back okay good i'm learning we'll definitely connect with you more you just got to make a
program that just figures out where the stuff is stored checks to see if there's new stuff there
essentially takes the stuff and then sends it back to the computer that's requesting to play the game
so they can stay updated okay i'll look into it thank you and then it's just a copy you paste and
then it's to replace what is already existent so it just overlaps and then if you want to really take
it a step further you can always just authenticate the file so you can have like a copy of the latest
version of the game on the site or the hosting service you have and then it can cross cross-examine the
installed package to the package that's stored on that side make sure you can then use to authenticate
whether or not a package is 100 untampered with
or at least with great confidence
good to know all right i'll look into it definitely that's something of a step ahead
i thought they were pre-existing one you can just use or something like that or have to be customed
well like when you say a launcher it's usually a separate program it's it's the initiator it's
it's it's just an application and sole job it's your own executable file so or install packages so
it's it's it's a package manager it's its own thing and there it's just a separate program that handles
the package that it's made to do like you've made essentially
that's a good way to think of it got it good to know yeah one thing you could do as an alternative is
you could always have the game and then when you're in the game it could just say an update is available
and then if they want to update they hit yes and then essentially it'll just
you call a url which will then start downloading the updated file that's another way you can also do it
instead of having a launcher
but i'm pretty sure you could code one into the game itself so when you launched it um you could have
just a front end but yeah we're going we're in depth yeah everybody's got to know okay i'll look
into it i'd definitely hit you up on the side if i have more questions 110 but yeah
that's what i love about these conversations though um because you know the fact that jaconian is able to
ask that question and you were able to answer it and uh i know you might have i know you feel like
you've just been uh taking a couple of steps back but at least that you know you're now aware of that
and you know maybe you guys can collaborate on the back end to uh you know put something together to
help you with what you're building so that's pretty awesome so yeah this is what we love about uh
about vanilla is always able to assist people with what is learned and uh you know like you drac you
know you're willing to to learn these things and then take the necessary steps so that's what we're
that's what we're trying to create a platform to help support so you know thank you guys for all
