so it should be pretty cool the game looks fire and. And one cool thing I saw is, like, I didn't see the kit,

Like, once in a while, I'll get, like, a really good set of Legos
just to do something different and zone out in.
And they have, of one of the pods,
they got a real Lego set made of it,

So I thought that was a cool thing to have

I think they're a very slept on industry in our world.
And people don't realize like how much impact or even how big the gaming community is.

Like I can't really get them to play the um consoles yet but they like Nintendo Switch and Roblox and Fortnite and all that good stuff um and so I like gaming as a whole I've always been into like Nintendo and like I was I'm a

man I don't see that I'm telling you too much now but like I like the games that are super cheesy
like the diner dash or you're like serving people and like those type of games or like animal

like gaming I'm into it i keep up with it
and when it comes to web 3 i wouldn't say like i'm super into it yet because there hasn't been
anything that's like captured my attention um but i'm sure like for people who are like active
gamers you know there's probably things that are starting off in the ecosystem that are you know
like maybe fun for them to test or try out but i think we're a little away from having
something built that actually captivates people who are into gaming at the degree i am but maybe
they just don't like live by it and breathe it but they want to like you know take part of it so i
think we still have a ways to go with that um but to tie it into like g-Coy, I think that's one of the games that can definitely
bring the edge because it is like, I'm interested in the product and I'm interested in like
the characters and the art being built and all that stuff.
So it's like, to me, I feel like this is one of the, like, this could be the part where
it pivots and we start to get a little bit more heavy into gaming and things start to
take off and do well.
So I'm interested
to see what's coming with that um but it's definitely a really really interesting angle
and the other thing i would say because i'm just i know i'm just talking up here but
i think it's a very important market to include into web3 because of how massive it is um it's
it would be ridiculous not to at all like try to activate gaming within web3 because
it's the future and a lot of kids you know anyone who's not a parent here um i'd love to like just
tell you guys like gaming is huge amongst the next generation it's nothing like it was whenever we
were growing up um it's much different. It's immersive. It's interactive.
It's global.

world normie world. But like people in the in the normal world, if they're playing a game, I think like it also helps if like they don't even realize that there's crypto behind it.
Like that's the you know, that would be great. So we're trying to still figure out how we can do that. Right.

going um i guess my question to some of the other speakers is that, like a lot of us are here, we all believe in Web3 gaming.
We believe it's inevitable, but what has been the barrier
that has not brought in the traditional Web2 gamers
over to Web3?
And what can we do as builders and believers in the space
to have them come over and not feel like this is
something different than just being a traditional game well if you're just asking for our opinion
on that then i would have to say like it's just going to take a little time right because
a lot of gamers that i have talked to in this space tell me, look, there's not really a game worth playing that's so much better than any of these Web 2 games I already play,
that they already make money from Twitch or some of the live streams they do with the game.
Maybe they don't make money directly from the game, but then they do because they're doing a Twitch stream or Twitch stream or maybe YouTube stream,
and they make money that way from whatever game they're playing a twitch scream or or twitch stream or maybe youtube stream and they make money that
way from whatever game they're playing right but yeah i just think it's gonna take a little time
and and for web 3 to come out with a really good game where it can integrate both web 2 and web 3
people where they like really are excited and pumped to play this this game and it's it's gonna
probably have rewards maybe like
they'll come up with a different like system of what to call it but yeah that's what i'm kind of
feeling on the next next round this next bull market coming up yeah but melina what do you
think is there there's something you think that's holding us back that we can improve on and as as
builders and innovators in the space i just think
it takes time i think that there's gonna have to be one big game that everyone's gonna be like oh
shit and then a lot of people are gonna copy things from that game and make their own type of
if uh it kind of kind of will veer off you know into different streams but melina what do you think yeah it's like so i have like like a two-part
in a sense where it's like i also feel like if we just do games to fit this ecosystem which i find
is still very small you're not going to reach like the masses right so then your game will always
constantly feel small but then on a two-fold it's like if you go into the Web2, if you go into the Web2 world, then you're also committing yourself to not talk too much about the crypto side.
So then you got to make your story more interesting.
You got to attract the Web2 world.
So I find like we're in a we're all in this.
I even find that for myself when I create content, it's like we're in a tough situation of like, do I want to be the educator? Do people need to know that there's crypto behind this?
You know, so I think it's like education, but also I think at the end of the day,
it's really figuring it out. And you know what, Keith, in yesterday's space with Teddy,
I did take notes. And what really astonished me listening to him was how he was telling us
that no matter what you need to go on YouTube and Twitch like do you like he was saying that like
many many times he was like guys you want gamers go to Twitch go to YouTube and so I was taking
these notes and I was like and we were on a space right like we were on Twitter talking about like crypto
gaming but he still said go reach the masses so I've been thinking about that honestly for the
last 24 hours because I took notes of what he said and I want to bring it back to our team
and I was just like it's so interesting how even this huge gamer now is still saying go back to
YouTube and Twitch so I feel like there's something there.
And also, again, I think gamers, whether we like it or not, like think about like the eight year
old, like I'm watching this show. Okay. My boss has asked me to watch the show mythic quest. If
any of you are watching it, let me know, but I just started. It's about gaming. It's a gaming
company basically. And it's pretty funny. Um, and you see this eight year old playing games. I also
feel like eight year olds are going to go automatically
to the games that they see on shelves at the store, right?
So how do we reach that market?

maybe try to convince them that it's not so bad over here in Web 3
and for them to kind of get more involved in some of these games

editor and video creator and all the gaming animations that he's making
and just he's good with coding

to the gaming they will also have more um people coming in on the games more
visibility and yeah people also will play more game because gaming when it feels like oh game
you're wasting your time but when they say that yeah you can actually play a game you can end with it these um characters from it and others it actually helps so collaborations is
actually um something that will also help the
gaming system um both the web 2 and the web 3 worlds
because a lot of people love game and there are various games that can

to try to get them over would be actually creating a really intriguing, good Web3 game,

if they're actually impressed with it i think that's what's going to bring a lot of people

to play and then i can maybe make some money from it as well and um kind of get into this
smaller niche community and you know come up on it so i think that could be like kind of like something that
people would think about as like a bigger influencer from you know youtube or from twitch

Disney like if it looks different then you different, then you're already creating this barrier
and like you already have,

is if the goal is to bring people in

which then allows people to adapt to new things in a different manner.

understanding what's already been built and how much foundation has been laid.

And they're implementing all these big tax incentives not to do with even mortgages. Now
they're incentivized people to show their proof of funds through mortgages. And that's huge for
the real estate market if that gets totally implemented. I think they already implemented
and it passed, but I don't know if it's like, I don't know what, what the statute on that is when it starts, or I think it might roll out next year.
I think a lot of things are going to happen next year and it's going to be a really good winter for crypto and web three gaming is inevitable.
