and they were going to be talking about clarity in terms of finance and spot.

up upon it a little bit earlier before
the space. Basically, they're just
trying to set some rules and guidelines
for how platforms
can offer these products,
how they can borrow. it's pretty standard stuff that
we've seen in defy over the course of uh crypto's existence but they're specifically looking at
more popular assets now other than bitcoin like uh eth they're considering suey the considering XRP historically there's always been some separation and
some mismatch between the SEC and CFTC so this could be really bullish what
this means more so for institutions is how they can now enter crypto and exit
crypto more confidently more, more transparently.
For retail investors, this could be a little bit more strict on requirements when it comes to leverage trading.
So right now, it's like the Wild Wild West.
There's not a lot of platforms that really require KYC,
which is Know Your Customer.
Maybe in the States, a lot of these leverage platforms
after the sec and the
ftc uh have some guidance and clarity maybe that changes but overall for the market i think it's a
bullish bullish sentiment towards more mass adoption more institutional adoption for bitcoin
uh long term this could be really bullish for you Considering this, guys, do you think the more clear rules on leveraged trading or perpetuals means that institutions and maybe stocks might get involved into this?
Or do you think it just kills off retail investors overall because now they have to KYC and be a little bit more public with their holdings.

comes it's just going to be a fact of life governments are not going to want to give up
control and they're going to want to know more about you there's definitely some bullish and some bearish aspects of it yeah um but let's hear what

was the clarity and the headlines making a lot of news today the SEC and the CFTC unveil a joint Nate a joint
venture to pretty much put regulations and rules and guidelines around leverage trading margin
trading and a lot of these spot trading and borrowing platforms that are in defined that operated this could be you know more
potential on the bullish side you know more clarity and with more clarity institutions may partner up
with platforms like Jupiter or radium and other stuff as they can add more crypto into their
balance sheets but there are some definitely bearish aspects of it retail sometimes doesn't like to share all this information and
some people don't mind it some people you know they're cool with it I think
that a lot of these exchanges kind of help people like in Singapore and Dubai
and Hong Kong stay a little bit more private, you know, not all, not everybody
wants their finances to be totally out there. And obviously the institutional control, right?
As, as just like Scott mentioned, we've kind of made this assumption that it's going to be
difficult for more and more retail investors to overthrow the amount of Bitcoin BlackRock or Vanguard or
these massive ETFs are buying up. So they really are starting to gain a lot of supply and we're
going to expect more manipulation. But I want to hear what you guys think of it. I wanted to hear
