guest today. This space will explore the exciting intersection of AI and crypto on the BNB chain,

I came from a more traditional finance background, having spent over a decade across the U.S. and U.K. doing mostly venture capital and institutional investing.
And during my time in VC, I've covered Web3 closely and I saw firsthand how quickly the
space was evolving, right?
And what really got me excited was the intersection between AI and crypto.
And especially when I realized that the real unlock for AI agents isn't just chat, but
it's in execution.
So DeFi is actually a perfect playground for autonomous
agents and i believe that in the future where everyone will have like 100 agents working for
them managing capital executing strategies and making web 3 truly usable but that's why i've
decided to you know get my hands dirty and start a tier line so tier line is basically building
the agent power automation layer for web 3. And our mission is to turn user intentions
into precise on-chain execution.

BNB Chain is so supportive in terms of the AI and crypto projects.
And Mai Xiao is a pioneering force at the intersection of AI and crypto.
Our mission is to fuse AI with blockchain technology,
creating a vibrant decentralized ecosystem
where creators, investors, and AI enthusiasts can thrive.
Let me walk you through how our key projects, key features, the AIPP Store, our on-chain
widgets in the Shell Agent framework, and the Shell Launchpad, the three main features.
First, AIPP Store, it is launched in July 2024 on the BNB chain.
It is a really game 2024 on the BNB chain.
It is a really game changer for the creator economy. It's a decentralized marketplace where AI creators can build, trade, and monetize AI agents.
And also, for example, like automation tools, virtual companion, and so on.

So together, these three features
alongside our Shell token,
fill a sustainable ecosystem with over 5 million users,
170,000 creators, and 200,000 AI agents.
MyShell isn't just building a platform, we are shaping the future of AI and crypto,
driving a decentralized economy where creativity and opportunity combine without limits.
Yeah, of course. So, TierLine is actually building the AI execution layer
for Web3.
And our core focus is on autonomous agents that can understand user intent and then execute complex on-chain actions. So basically everything from yield farming to cross-chain swaps to NFT minting.
So without any requiring the users to code or navigating very confusing UIs.
So we're not just
a wrapper for defa i would say and we're teaching agents how to reason how to adapt
and actually how to execute reliably in live markets so we've launched a total of three products um chat pilot ghost driver and then soon flow agent um so each represents like a step in
our evolution from basically trap pilot, it's a chat bot.
It's very predictable, it's very reliable
and it has basic DeFi execution like chat,
like swap, like stake.
And then we release an experimental browser control
in Ghost Driver.
Basically, you can interact with your browser
using natural language,
and they can automatically execute the task for you.
And lastly, we're about to launch this full agent
to agent orchestration in FlowAgent.
So the flagship product coming soon is called FlowAgent.
It's one of the first implementations
of agent to agent orchestration using long graph in Python.
And that's actually bringing very structured workflows
and dynamic tasks switching to the Web3 world.
So in short, we're not just building bots,
we're actually building the automation intelligence

Yeah, as AI hype was still fresh a couple years ago. Diving into AI and crypto space
came with some unique challenges,
but our community support and our solutions
really carried us through.
So let me share some stories.
So one early obstacle was the complexity
of building AI agents.
So when we code launched My launched my shell we started with classic
mode it's a simple solid framework where creators could build air agents using gpts and our own
models just think of it like a pencil and paper so basic but powerful in in the right hands so what's the challenge
here not everyone's a natural artist or coder so we worried the tech might intimidate some new users
in the web3 space where decentralization and user ownership add extra layers to wrap your head
around. But our community blew us away. They jumped in, crafting language learning assistance
and virtual companions, like virtual boyfriend or girlfriend, that spread like wildfire on social media platforms like Telegram.
So that early traction proved simple tools could spark big creativity, and it gave us
the confidence to keep pushing.
Then, still, we hit another hurdle.

Classic mode was a start, but AI in Web3 needs to be dynamic to match the ecosystem's potential.
Just think of NFTs or Dapps decentralized apps and the interactive experiences.
So they are more than like just the simplicity.
So less than a year later, we wrote out ProConfig.
It's a real game changer.
We amped up multi-model abilities like text, images, and video generations. So we also introduced the state machine concept,
letting agents handle complex shifting states. Suddenly, agents weren't just tools,
they were alive, like they were adapting in real times. So the community ran with it, building wild stuff like Waifu Generator,
which is a complex RPG AI agent that exploded in popularity.
So our community overcame the obstacle
by giving our community members, the creators, a full artist toolkit. We have pens, we have brushes,
and then the works. So we were watching them create magic. But here's another big issue,
the accessibility. So as ProConfig grew powerful, we saw a new challenge.
How do we bring the ProConfig,
the very powerful framework to everyone,
not just the professional coders?
We wanted mass adoption of the AI agent.
So our mission was clear to lower the barrier of building AI agent. So our mission was clear to lower the barrier

And six months later, we launched the shell agent,
which is a no-code AI agent framework.
You can just drag and drop, no coding needed.
And we also integrated ConfiUI to boost image generation,
making it like a seamless experience.
So for the results, like creations like Arcane Filter,
which is an image generating agent,
it's shot to the top of Google search keywords.
So we tackled the accessibility hurdle by simplifying
the complex, handing everyone the keys to create, and leaning on our community's passion to drive
traction. So overcoming these obstacles, complexity, limit functionality, and accessibility,

like iterating fast and staying true to our vision of empowering creators in Web3.
The AI hype was new, but with our community support,

start the beginning of us and we're also putting together like something called the boom launch pad
let's think of it like a toolkit for builders who wants to create new AI power
project that linked the digital world and the blockchain um but um boom is more than just like
games game of score just like said before it's like a refinery for data where we take like all
these bits of off-chain actions
and turn them into something fair and trustworthy
and valuable on chain.
So we started out focused on gaming,
but now we're moving to social networks, real-world assets,
and a big financial market.
And speaking on some of the features
that I really wanted to let you guys know.

Yeah, honestly, I think the biggest challenge is not actually building in AI.
It's actually getting the AI to reliably interact with the decentralized systems
that were actually never designed for automation.
So DeFi protocols are very inconsistent.
You need all these signatures that break the workflows,
and the apps have wildly different UX patterns. So with Chatpilot, which is our chatbot,
our first product, we solved this by enforcing a very rigid and guided execution. So basically,
we're turning DeFi into a click here, sign this flow, but then it lacked flexibility.
And then we released Ghost Driver, which is a very wild experiment
where we let agents actually see
and control real browsers.
So that opened a world of possibility,
but at the same time, it was quite chaotic and unstable.
So basically, even if you have the same prompt,
you might get a different results
just because AI is a black box.
We cannot control anything within that.
So that's why we're releasing our third product,
which is called Flow Agent. So that's why we're releasing our third product, which is called Flow Agent.
So that's where we reach a balance.
Basically, it's a modular and reusable workflows that combined with intelligent fallback systems.
So basically, this architecture lets us overcome instability while we're still giving users true flexibility.
And that's what we've learned from this whole process is we need a progressive enhancement
mindset.
Basically, we start simple and then let the agent take over more as confidence grows.
So the most exciting about Tierline is, I guess, the flow agent, which is the biggest
leap yet.
And we're launching it this month.
What makes it so special is the orchestration layer.
So basically agents don't just execute tasks.
They can collaborate, they can adjust,
they can adapt just like a team of assistants.
And as I mentioned before,
we're integrating long graph in Python,
which gave us full agent to agent's coordination.
And this actually lets users trigger tasks.
Like, you know, if you wanna auto combine
my BSCEO it's across five different pools.
And an agent can dynamically choose their strategies, tools, and then fallbacks.
And we're partnering with a few airdrop studios who want to automate on-chain engagement.
So they don't have to write scripts anymore, which is a pain in the neck usually.
So our platform will handle it through the reusable workflows. And we've seen massive
traction from both drivers. We've released it two weeks ago and we've already had 400
tasks requests. And that actually proves huge demand. So, yeah, exciting times. Thank you. Okay, sorry about something happens on my website.
But anyways, there's something that I want to bring it up.
It's like, what is something to feature?
Which is, so the in-game actions not just like stay virtual anymore.
So they become like real assets on like blockchain and your social influence isn't just like followers.
It becomes like more measurable and tradable financial tools.
And also we have these real assets that get layer of AI education so they can safely live on chain.
And eventually, we're building data refineries that turn huge amount of information into
fear, compostable for future of finance.
Of finance, sorry, my bad.

Yeah, and speaking of the question that I mentioned before,
we just launched the product called PayWagger,
an upgraded version of our Wagger game
where users can stake GPT tokens or BNB
for a shot at 10 times reward.
And the cool part is that AI tracks the faction outcome in real time.
So it's like all smart and fair control.
And on top of that, we introduced a real time EVM binding system that helps secure user
identity, which is super important and for future airdrops and rewards.
And we also wrapping up the, you know, the Canary GPT scores, which will be a big deal
for training agents and deciding how token get located and in upcoming campaigns.
And looking at like, here's like, what's the next thing I would say, the next thing that
we can do,
which is social capital SDK launch. So we've deployed AI agents that track social influence
on platform like Twitter, like Axe and Forecaster.
So we're turning engagement into dynamic soul-bound token,
SPTs, and giving an example which will be so creator can like
now earn social quality tokens that actually reflect real audience quality so not just like
full accounts or likes if that makes sense and second we have this ai data refineries
which is our institutional partners including including some startups from VDA
positions and are testing on-chain data refineries that use federated learning to collect and
tokenize massive amounts of data.
So think of something like a global gaming index built from over 37 million player actions, if that makes sense.
Lastly, I want to bring it up as our RWA verification agents.
So for real assets like properties, our AI validators will mine wire-free audit trails on Chang and making these assets more secure
and transparent.
A lot of moving pieces
and it's
all about making AI and
blockchain work smarter together.
