So can you tell us a little bit what's this about, man? How people can join?
And if they don't know anything about a vibe coding, how can they start, actually?
Yeah, I mean, to start, there's been a fair amount of, I think, resources.
And of course, there are on YouTube.
And there's a lot of community members who are already pretty good at it.
I would say vibe coding isn't impossible to learn.
I think if you put in like a week of solid work, you'll start to get the gist of it pretty fast.
I won't be able to make a super safe, good application in a week, but you can get the basics.
And yeah, I put out the challenges because I've noticed a lot of community members who have a lot of skills.
And I think some of the parameters of this challenge will let people work on really particular skills that'll make them,
I think, better builders long term.
And also, I just kind of want to see what kind of creative ideas people have as we come through. And the idea back in the day, like during DeFi summer,
was that people would create public GitHub repos and publish their white papers.
And then a lot of people would build kind of off of their code base.
So this has been lost a little bit.
A lot of people are kind of doing their own code and keeping it private, which is normal.
Of course, you want to protect your IP.
But I still think there's something to be said
for this building together process.
And I think people learning the basics of vibe coding,
even within like a cursor, for example,
I think some of these bits and pieces,
as you learn to communicate with an LLM or an AI better,
it'll make you better at the development
within other side as well that's coming down the line.
So it's kind of building upon those skills.

I think VibeCoding will
be incredible for us that
know nothing about coding, right?
I see Boris down there. I know Boris also
shared a tweet that he's been VibeCoding as crazy,
that it saved him so much time and it made it so much easier to build a project right now.
I would also love to mention Benjamin. Benjamin, he's been such a legend in the BYC community
since I can remember. And he shared that he made $40,000 in six months by Vibe Coding for clients,
which is awesome. I absolutely love that. So he's been doing it for a while, but that's incredible.

Yeah, for the challenge, I just asked people to open up the GitHub file there. You'll see a
readme that says readme challenge. That'll give you all the details of what you need to enter
the challenge. And then I asked people to post a video of their application in use
to X. And essentially, I'm just going to pick whoever I thought did the best job.
And like I said, this is just something for fun. This is really guys about putting in reps,
adding on to your skill set, adding on to your value that you have as a human. You talked about
what Ben did, earning $40,000. This is based on a skill that he learned. Nobody was born learning
to code. Nobody was born learning to audit. These are all skills that we can gain and
we can only gain them by trying and learning. And you might fail in the beginning, but you keep
working on things and you figure it out. And I think the process is fun because it's just fun
to live in a creative mode, living in creation. It's kind of like doing art. It's a very fulfilling
experience. And then when you finally get the thing to work, it feels pretty awesome.
Man, I was doing iPhone apps back in 2012 and just the basic stuff was so complicated to do it, man.
Like it took ages. I believe the app that I was doing, like you could vibe code it in like 10 minutes right now, I think.
You know, so it's insane what's possible.
Absolutely. I mean, everything has become a lot easier.
The pipeline from idea to product has never been shorter
and it's going to keep getting shorter.
That's why I warn people a lot.
If somebody is trying to sell you a product,
be careful these days, because like I said,
these products cannot be developed in an extremely short amount of time
and God knows what will happen six months from now.
The most valuable individuals are going to be the creatives the ones with interesting ideas
and you know the people who are hustlers who want to actually put that idea to work and then finally
the storytellers and the marketers who are able to actually onboard users but at the end of the
day users are still the most valuable thing in the space most valuable thing on ape chain
and the most difficult thing to acquire.
So that's something that you can't VibeCode,
but perhaps one of the products that comes out of VibeCoding
becomes the key to some of our onboarding funnels.
And Slabcash, for example,
the Pokemon RWA activation that we brought to ApeChain
via Collector Crypt has just been so much fun for me personally,
just invoking a lot of memories.
And I think a lot of other people resonated with that process too. I'm not surprised to see they've
already done over $500,000 in volume. That's like 5, what is that? 2.5 million APE right now. So
very, very impressive. RWA is on chain, fun stuff. I think there's a lot of things that can be built upon their NFTs.

Share with us more how we can participate and what is it about, man.

So you guys might have seen the news that Clutch joined together with board council.
So that's Ernest, Lee and Aaron.
And they are now in a partnership with me for Clutch.
And we've actually created an entity called Clutch Labs.
It's a Cayman entity.
And so now that we have Clutch Labs,
Clutch is going to be a crypto development team.
It's going to be a DApps platform.
We're also just going to have a lot of creative products
that we're going to throw out, throw against the wall
and just test and just kind of see how the market reacts to. We're going to be very experimental in the things we
develop and we're going to put out a lot of, I think, new interesting things. And now that we
have that legal structure, it's much easier to do so. So the first thing that's coming down the
line is, of course, Clutch v4. And so that's where Clutch is going to go back live with a brand new
appearance, leverage prediction markets, going to have a fully loadedutch v4 and so that's where Clutch is going to go back live with a brand new appearance, leverage prediction markets.
Going to have a fully loaded perps platform, so that's perpetual futures trading including
trading on gold and silver, which are real world assets.
And I also have Twylo, which is a DCA and TWOP tool.
So that's how you can buy into tokens and have more strategies on how you buy into those
tokens. So these platforms are going to be playable via any chain.
They're going to feel very chain agnostic.
It's not going to feel like a product that's locked into Ape Chain.
It's going to feel much more like Hyperliquid where you deposit the funds
and you can kind of play with the product in that way.
So what we're aiming really to become is kind of like the Jupiter,
what Jupiter is on Solana on EVM.
So it's going to be usable through ETH mainnet, base, ArbiturOne, all of these.
We really just want to expand our scope.
And so the big thing with all these deployments is there's also going to be a token.
And that token is the market token.
The post is pinned up top.
We partnered with Cypher.
Cypher is Camelot on ETH mainnet for the market token.
And so guys, with the market token, we're very much leaning into like the cypherpunk
mentality, the early crypto mentality where we're going to publish the white paper.
It's going to be a token that is exclusively traded on the
cypher and clutch front ends and potentially through aggregators,
but it will never be tradable on centralized exchanges. I don't believe in the vision of
centralized exchanges actually supporting our tokens. That and market making actually is
problematic. The token itself, like I said, is also an experiment. A lot of the things we're
going to launch, it's very much like a startup. If you're thinking about buying into it, never put in more than you can afford to lose, of course. It's going to be an interesting
thought experiment in how we can gamify tokenomics. So the token itself is going to launch at only a
$10,000 market cap. This is similar to how the strategy tokens work. The first minute,
there's going to be a 99% fee attributed to purchases.
And that goes down until we land at 5% when it's going to stop.
So after 94 minutes, there will only be a 5% fee on every buy and sell.
And so this is one of the interesting parts of the market token.
Those fees are going to be aggregated into a pool.
And then the token holders will use essentially their tokens to vote on which poly
market bets they want those fees to go into. The Treasury will then place the fees into those
poly market bets. If those poly market bets hit, those funds will be used to buy back and burn
the market token. So we're going to have almost like a prediction market strategy,
if you think about it,
along with a prediction market aggregator platform,
perpetual futures, a lot of interesting stuff.
But yeah, the TGE is going to be on February 5th.
As you guys know, with Clutch Perps as well,
we will be buying Bored Apes off the floor,
providing some floor protection with the fees we gain from the Perps platform.
And you can expect in not the short term future, but in the future,
as we start up our points platform and rewards for using all of the protocols,
definitely an allocation of an airdrop for the Bored API Club and the Mutant API Club.
You can bank on it. So super excited to do all that. Like I said, it's experimental.
You know, maybe don't even buy it.
Maybe just watch if you're not sure.
For me, it's going to be more of a thought experiment and seeing how this is going to go.
The token itself, though,
everything that we do build in the future
that does generate revenue,
a piece of that revenue will always go to buy back
and burn the token.
And the token at first will launch on ETH mainnet,
but it will also be tradable on ApeChain and Arbitrum 1.
But there will be a fee as you bridge between,
because what we're going to try to do
is burn all of the supply of the token, if we can.
So it's going to be fun.
It's going to be interesting.

Maybe they had some security issues
maybe they just want to uh make more royalties of the uh platform fees I don't know but uh
uh yeah I mean token deal is exactly that replacement right so so you can uh trade your nfts otc again um securely i think that's the biggest uh part right i see i see a
lot of people in the space still trading otc but there's no platform and they're getting scammed
because there's a lot of still attack vectors for scammers they can easily copy the Twitter account
and then you're interacting with an impersonator
and it's not the real person.
And then you send the NFT to the wrong person
that you thought you know and trust,
but it's not the same.
It's someone that you don't even know and you trust him.
And that's the issue, right? And then you're getting scammed. So with token deal, you don't even know and you trust him and it's uh that's the issue right and then you're getting
scammed so with token deal you don't have that you know like we have a trustless contract escrow
contact you when you make a deal you uh essentially send your nft there and the counterpart he does
the same and if they uh if it matches what you ask for like like let's say I want to sell, I don't know, like a GOPS on Ape, for example, for, I don't know, like let's say it's really cheap, like 600 Ape, you know, it's a great deal, you know. you make that deal and the person who has 600 apes just accepts the deal and
gets up in return um and that without uh uh like trusting anyone you just uh have a public make we have a public marketplace on on token deals well so it's like like it's the middle of like
it's not it's not like how open c or magic is, right? I mean, that's totally different,
but it's like a kind of middle ground
where you can still have something like still OTC deals
which are public that you can accept,
but they are not as discoverable as, let's say, OpenSea or Magic Eden.
What our platform's most futures like,
you trade privately.
When you are in DMs with someone,
you say, hey, I made the deal on TokenDeal,
I put it up there.
The person just has to go on TokenDeal
and can accept it without exchanging any scammy links
or having to it just there.
If you go and talk on your profile,
as you connect your wallet in your profile,
you see the deal incoming, and you just accept it.
It's done.
There's nothing else you need to do.
Very simple.
And that's our goal. And and yeah right now live on ape chain
so right now you are you you can d you you can trade only a chain assist
is that correct right now only a chain um also let me maybe pin the uh

because token deal is written without the E, so it's T-O-K-N.deal, you know.
That can happen to a lot of confusion.
I tried to get the Twitter handle with the the e and try to revend but so far

is to have token deal on as many change chains as possible so our next goal is to get it on ethereum
So our next goal is to get it on Ethereum.
And that's where probably most of the NFT volume still is, right?
I mean, all the OG kind of are there, you know, all the big collections.

And what we really want to do is cross-chain.
But we want to wait on that first.
We want to add some more chains and then
enable cross-chain trading and with that you can trade ethereum assets with ape chain assets and
other chains you know app based base nfts with base tokens whatever you really want
base tokens whatever you really want we try to get all the evm chains essentially uh on the platform
uh but we also have to uh do that very uh carefully because you know like you don't want to
have any scam collections on the platform um which which is very uh exactly like If you look at the film, there's thousands of collections.
How do you sort out these scam collections?
It's kind of a manual process.
We have some automated process, which
is like we're looking at volume.
We're looking at if the collection is verified,
the market cap of the collections and the tokens.
But yeah, there's a huge amount and then and even
then there can be uh scam collections and then they have to be sorted out because uh what all
the other platforms did wrong was that there was uh scam trades with like oh yeah i just minted the
bay yc nft on a copy like right click save and then someone... And because on the UI,
it just said BayYC, it looked like the image, you know, people like didn't really look and they just,
yeah, got scammed. And that happened, man. I remember this happening a lot. Actually,
people did trades like that and someone actually minted the fake ape, right? And they sent them 50 ETH and they got a fake ape,
which is absolutely wild.
I don't trade that much,
but I did a few trades with Willie Anderson
and big shout out to him because it's absolutely crazy.
I wanted one or two quotas that he had.
And I was like, hey, can I get these quotas?
He told me the price.
And before I sent the ETH, I got those quotas in my wallet. And I was like hey can I get these quotas he told me the price and before I sent
to eat I got those quotas in my wallet and I was like Willie I absolutely love this uh but guys if
you like I wouldn't recommend this doing it with people you don't know and even if you know them
they can be hacked right they can it's it's uh be careful so I think tools like that are super helpful I think with
much more expensive assets
like apes and punks there are so
many scams like that in the past
in discord and everywhere so this is
really easy and I'm just seeing that
you not only have like
feature that you can
pick your assets and receiver
assets and then create a deal but you
have also something like a marketplace.
So basically I can list my NFTs there.
Yes, you can list your NFTs there.
You know, like essentially how OpenSea works.
You list the NFT.
Anyone can accept it.
Anyone can accept the deal, you know.
It's just not as intuitive, you know.
It's like when you make the deal on the pub on the on
the token the marketplace the the you would lose the ownership of the nft but because it's going
into the escrow contract for that amount of time but you can always withdraw it um that's just the
difference because uh we we skip the the we skip the royalties right right? When you trade on token deal, you don't have to pay the creator royalties.
So it's just like an OTC trade.
And it even works with creator royalty enforced contracts, right?
I think that's the biggest part of why we were able to even bring this product, because OpenSea's deal contract,
for example, didn't work with greater royalty-enforced contracts.
So our token deal contract skips the royalties even on the enforced ones.
If you are a collection owner and really want to block the token deal, I recommend you leave it open
because people are going to trade OTC anyways.
Like they find a way and then it just goes back
into the sketchy DMs, right?
But you can block token deals specifically if you want to.
But yeah, keep it open for all the OTC traders out there, you know
because in the end
if you are a founder and
blogger, you see them
the trading happens anyways in the background
and you just don't know anymore and that way you even
at least know that it's on a safe platform
How do you make money, man, on that? and that way you even at least know that it's on a safe platform.

Yeah, so Allopass holders, if you have Allopass, they pay 0% platform fees.
If you have not an Allopass, it's a 0.5% platform fee.
It's still cheaper than the marketplaces out there.
And yeah, no greater royalty fees.
So you essentially pay the lowest fee of trading in NFTs securely.
That is out there.
