that were created by the Ape Code team only. This season, we have Unleashed the Beast,
and now users can create up to one hunt a season for either a specific community or leave it open
so players that knock out that hunt can have those stats directed to a specific community or any community that they choose.
So this is also another change in this season prior to last.
And last season, when you started a hunt, you selected which community you wanted that hunt completion to go to.
In this, in season two, hunts themselves, when they are made, they can be made for only one community.
So you can have a Rilla's hunt. they can be made for only one community.
So you can have a Rillas hunt.
You can have an Otters hunt.
Everyone that completes that hunt, those stats will go towards the Otter, the Rillas, or whatever community was selected there.
That is a big change. And another big change is Season 1, of course, had the classic leaderboard sweep individual prizes.
This season still has prizes.
It still has 95K Ape up for grabs for collections for individuals.
But the reward structure is a bit different.

You know, when I was in Vegas with Machiavelli,
he was in the line for merch
and he was flexing there with his custom AR filter from you guys.
So what's Froge? How did you end up actually building Froge and what is it about? Give us some short intro.
Yeah, absolutely. So yeah, many, many people in the ape community, they know filter, right? Because we built an infrastructure in 2021 to basically convert 2D PFP projects into 3D, AR 3D projects.
So that's what people know about filter in terms of the technology.
And, well, we go a while back
grateful because that's already many years ago but we didn't stop building
because eventually you know if you invest so much money in the technology
you also want to do something more than just the board apes I mean most of the
people know that we did the 10,000 boardored Apes, that we sold OG passes like two and a half years ago, I believe, two years ago.
And eventually, yeah, I wanted to do a project where you can actually,
you know, build your own community, basically.
You know, the Ape project, Ape Filter, was a great project,
but, I mean, from a commercial point of view, it was not the best.
For exposure, great.
But I mean, we all know how it works.
It's IP driven.
Obviously, we always respected the IP rights, so you can only sell it to the board apes.
And that's okay, because eventually what we tried to do is just, you know, focus on the biggest projects out there and showcase the technology.
And the plan was always to do our own project at some point, utilizing the technology.
But, you know, a lot of stuff happens between now and then.
And it's also a lot of work to build a full collection.
I mean, Froach has like 180 trades.
All need to be modeled by hand. You know, it's a full collection. I mean, Froach has like 180 trades, all need to be modeled by hand.
You know, it's a big project. I mean, we started building Froach like, I think, one and a half
years ago, more or less, when we made a conscious decision to do this project. So, yeah, that's,
but it's super cool, man, now to be back on the road. You know, I mean, if you're if you've been building in the trenches, I
never was really active on X, but I was just building. And now finally, after after so many
months to a year, we can showcase what we have been building. And I think it's going
really well. You know, we have a lot of attention. People love what we do. We do a lot with storytelling of course with ai videos i
mean that's it's it's it's it's pretty excited it's almost like i'm on drugs without drugs at the
moment that sounds great man you know you have to teach us how to do that but i can imagine that
you learn a lot through building filter, right?
One of the things that I tried, of course, is like face tracking.
So the app tracks your face movements and it mimics with a filter,
which is really cool, changes background and everything.
So what were the biggest learnings and how are you bringing those learnings into the approach?
You mean from a technology point of view or in general?
Probably both, you know, because as you mentioned, it's been some time ago, right?
Yeah, time flies in Web3.
Yeah, no, I mean, obviously we had a massive bear market.
So at some point, you know, it doesn't really make sense to to launch something
in the bear market but on the other hand you know you can never time stuff you see what's happening
now you know the war starts and uh we all get a little bit like nervous because yeah we're
launching a project and then instead of markets going down every everything starts to pump so
down everything starts to pump. So there's one thing you can't do and that's you know have a
a good understanding of when to launch what. That's so difficult. But no as I said
you know there I've been a while in in in web 3 now. I made some money in web 2 right and i thought i would do the the same in
web 3 and the big difference obviously if you ask me about what what was challenging and what's
difficult it's it's navigating the space in a way that you don't get scammed too much and you know
finding the right people finding the right team team members, that was really hard.
But obviously I'm very fortunate now with all the people you have in the team.
And I mean, the other thing from a technology point of view, the good thing now is, you know, with AI,
Unity did a lot of updates in their Unity framework.
So the tracking is better.
You know, a lot of things are improving with AR technology.
So that's pretty exciting.
And for the rest, yeah, it's just, you know, it's not the difficulty, but it's just the volume of work you have if you want to do a full project in 3D, in AR.
You know, the devil is in the details, as we all know.
And that's for sure with 3D and creating, like, game environments.
And, I mean, look what you guys are doing with the other side.
You know, how long it takes before you could get something up and running.
It's just, you know, it's a complexity of 10 on top of, you know of everything else if you do something with 3D.
Oh yeah, man. Everything takes time. No one has any patience in this space. We know it quite well.
So for people who never heard of Froach, could you give us a short overview? What's the project about?

came to life and then maybe Cosmic can dive into the specifics a little bit better.
Yeah, so what I can do is I can explain you a little bit how Froach came to life and then maybe Cosmic can dive into the specifics a little bit better.
But yeah, as I said, when I made a conscious decision, okay, I want to do another project,
you know, then the next step is, okay, what are we going to do? What's the character? What's the
narrative? And basically, you know, Froach, he's the glitch of the matrix. That's how we positioned him.
And with the matrix, we call it the Web3 matrix.
And a lot of this, what's being embedded in the storyline
has a lot to do with my own experience in this space.
Because, you know, if you come from Web2,
where doing business is quote unquote normal,
and you enter Web3's it's a lot
harder to to to navigate and to to find your position right so um you know i've been scammed
a lot all of these things happen to me so like a lot of people here. So at some point, I just start to understand more and more that
the whole matrix team is also something that you can apply to the Web3 space, because
on the one hand, you have the people who want to do good for the space, want to make an honest
bug. You have the project owners who build and grind, which is all good. We all see the
possibilities with Web3 and blockchain technology. But on the other hand, you have those people who
want to extract, who want to scam, who want to rock pool. So it is a matrix, right? It's a Web3
matrix. And what Glitch basically does, what Froach does, he's the glitch in the matrix. So what he does, he will show you through the red and green candles what's really going
on behind the curtain.
So it's all about, Froach is more like, my vision is to create some sort of movement
with people who really agree with the narrative of Froach and who want to make the place a little bit better, the space,
and push it forward into the right direction and not in the wrong direction.
So that's how I came up basically with Froach and the frog and the whole narrative stuff.

Froach is about turning a meme into an actual ecosystem
because that's what we're trying to...
That's the message that we're trying to come across forward
that this is a whole ecosystem, right?
And a lot of meme projects stop there, you know,
they stop at the token
uh but but from the beginning we've been building multiple layers around it you know the the narrative
of the culture the hq that we have which is uh our main hub and now uh the nft layer as well
because because the idea is that approach isn't just something that you trade on a chart.
We want it to be something that people can actually participate in and identify with.
And so that comes in the NFTs minting next week.
It's quite a big step in that direction because that allows the community to actually own the pieces of the FROCH ecosystem
and the culture that's forming around us, around the project.
And so that's the goal for us mainly,
is to really build something that lives across or is durable
through the different layers of Web3, right?
Not just a meme coin, but a full culture driven ecosystem, essentially.
Yeah. And a lot of people also told me, Mark, why do you want to launch a meme coin?
But, you know, it was never intended as a meme coin in terms of all the other coins out there.

mean, if you already want to label Froach, then I would label it as like the next big
IP project in Web3, because that's the goal, right? It has different layers. It has an
economy token, which is already dropped. Then we have the NFTs, we have the HQ. So it's an IP, an IP brand.
And that's basically what we are creating.
So it's much more.
And one of my examples is Pudgy Penguins, Luca.
I know him.
I did his filter.
And, you know, he built Pudgies in the bear markets also.
And I just love what he did you know just
expand it outside of the web 3 space and I think Proach has all the potential for
that also
so you mentioned that your main thing so the token is already out there in the
wild right is that correct and people can already buy it yeah outside in the wild that sounds
good right in the cosmic uh don't even get me started yes you guys the token is live right and
so uh there's a little bit of a delay here, actually. But yes, the token's been out for quite a few months now. We did TGE back in the last quarter of last year. And actually, the token is also part of the whole NFT ecosystem and the access.

attached to it. So make sure you detach those and get that NFT back if that's what you want.
Otherwise, yeah, you can kind of sell it and there's definitely a different secondary market
for that. But yeah, that's how the mechanics of the FITS work. But it is, it's a really fun
wearables avatar that will then take to, you know, every game and experience that we have.

So there are some that are more rare there's some that will still
airdrop to people like we have plans with the the bunny drop that we'll talk about next to airdrop
certain fits just to everybody holding a foxy or everybody holding a duck and they'll be themed
towards this bunny takeover that we have. Even at our games this Saturday
that Ape Chain is going to be jumping on,
Ben and I were talking about,
well, what can we do to make sure that it's a fun game?
And we have some people that are going to be leading those games,
but then also we're going to be doing like an airdrop
to everybody that plays.
And then also an airdrop to those that,
you know, are just holding a foxy.
The whole idea is the Dawn of the Duck.
That's a collection that we've acquired and it's part of the foxy fam.
But really it's just a side character to the foxy who obviously is the main character.
And the best way that I explain it is if you think about Sonic and Dr. Robotnik.
Those are like the two, you know, that's the storyline that you build it around.
And then the fun characters like Tail and Knuckles,
those are great additional like firepower
or side characters that can help with Sonic.
That's the same thing with the Foxy world.
And the whole story is that Foxy,
he kind of finds his way out of the burrows,
the safe haven, which is his home,
and finds this huge city that's abandoned.
And along the way, he's found, you know, the ducks and then the hounds have been fun little side characters that will eventually help him in his quest to figure out why that city was abandoned.
But he runs into Bunny, who is this mad scientist, this mad bunny that we're introducing next week.
And if you go to the Bunny website or the Bunny X account,
you're starting to see the story kind of unfold.
And I'll pin one of those up here in a second.
But you're seeing this Bunny character that's starting to sabotage Foxy.
And then he kidnaps Donna the Duck, which is, you know, Foxy's friend
and is holding these different things ransom to try to take over what Foxy holds dear.
And that's the whole storyline.
It's a fun storyline that we've really built in that, you know,
we'll continue to reveal over time that's a family-friendly brand
so that with everything we're building, like the game in Other Side
or our PC game that we'll be releasing the demo in a week or two,
all these different things, you'll start to see these characters in them.
And then it's not just Foxy and gathering resources
and building this fun little town,
but it's Foxy, like there's a reason why he's doing this.
And he keeps getting sabotaged by this bunny character.
So it just brings a whole nother level to what Foxy is.
And it's really, the storyline is the Foxy versus the bunny.
And, you know, whoever comes up the winner
is based on, you know, how you play it.
There's a lot of things that we're building into the game using AI.
That's why this is like such a fun brand to build
because the technology is starting to come into play
with, you know, what we're wanting to do.
And I've even been talking with our game dev.
And again, well, I keep just going randomly, but I've been talking to our game dev and he's like, yeah, I already have AI built in a future version.
Like not in this first version that we're going to be introducing, but he's like, but basically you interact with these NPCs or these different characters.
And based on how you interact with them, different, them, different storylines will be coming out of that.
And it really is that the power of AI and the server that we build.
But in my mind, I'm like, oh, this is going to be incredible.
This is like Fable, but based on your interests.
Because it can take in millions of different paths.
Not just like one pre-configged or a few different pre-config paths that,
you know, the game development team developed. But that's what we're looking at for Foxy is to
have it your world instead of, you know, this little narrow minded, idle based kind of a game.
So that's where that's why it's so important for us to have Bunny in the first place.

and we just didn't have the team.
But then Ditto coming on and really bringing that expertise
and his incredible, you know, talents,
we acquired Dawn of the Ducks and brought that into the Foxy Fam.
And we've been able to quickly deploy the Foxy Fam 3D character
into the other side.
Then right after Dawn of the Ducks joined,
and then we released the Foxy Fits collection,
which is for both collections.
Then we brought the Ethereum side of Foxy over into OtherSide
and then into the Fits. And that's
the best thing about Bunny.
And you can see that on the post
above. It's tagging.
It's Banny the Mad Bunny.
It's pronounced Bunny. But
that will be immediately added into
Foxy Fits the second it mints.
And then it will be immediately added into OtherSide the day after the mint
because everything's ready.
So that's the beauty of having Ditto and this team built out
with such a good creative studio.
We're able to deliver products as we mint it instead of just,
okay, we're going to mint this and now it's coming.

but it's literally immediately.

wearables, it'll be different items and objects too. And then that's just talking about what
other side's doing, like what we're doing in our Foxy Farm game with 369. That's a whole
different thing. There's going to be Foxy packs and different things that you can customize
your own house there, build out your farm. So yeah, we're in a really, really cool time.
And it is, let's see who gets through this down market, because it is depressing.

So I think what we've seen in crypto for a long time is various different types of projects,
essentially farming their users or farming people, offering them an airdrop on the other side,
or, you know, some type of allocation, coin system, etc., etc.
Like with OpenSea, like with Hyperliquid, right?
You do things on their
platform, they generate a bunch of fees, they essentially route back a percentage of those
fees to reward you. But really, you're kind of being farmed. Instead of that system, with Clutch
Perps, what we implemented is a system where the fees generated by the platform, you designate your
NFT community that you're part of. And then the fees generated by
the platform are used to protect the floor and buy back and vault the NFT community that you
select. So on Clutch Perps, we have perps leverage trading on like BTC, ETH, gold, silver. It works
the same way Hyperliquid does. A lot of liquidity available, very little slippage. So it's a good trading experience. Also have token swaps. So just buying and selling tokens in general,
where you would otherwise get hit by a fee using Relay. We use WooFi, which has a lower
fee rate system, which allows us to take a portion to be able to use to buy your NFT
collections and increase the floor essentially.
We're seeding bids using the fees accumulated into the floor of the collections.
That gives them more liquidity and that hopefully pushes up the floor price.
Now, people are probably wondering like, okay, so how much can that do?
How effective can that be? Well, in crypto, and we're all like in crypto here, 99% of revenue comes from DeFi.
like in crypto here, 99% of revenue comes from DeFi.
60% of that comes from perps.
Like 35% comes from token swaps.
And then 5% is everything else.
Gaming, everything else makes like 0.0001%.
So the meat of revenue in crypto is in perps and token swaps.
And for a really long time,
NFT communities have essentially been
being formed of these actions, right?
Because I'm sure a lot of people
who are NFT members trade perps, swap tokens,
and they've just been paying fees to other platforms.
And so now this is like,
let's redirect those fees into a way
that is beneficial to us,
beneficial to our bags.
So in principle,
if users choose to trade perps
or swap tokens via Clutch Perps,
it will benefit the value of everything else in their bag.
You know, they hold those NFTs.
