But, bro, for me, I could do like three or four days and be really good.

it's that master cleanse so technically i mean you're getting calories but it's only from like
grade a or grade b maple syrup i haven't done for a long time and it's like a a tenth of a teaspoon
of cayenne pepper and some like spring water.
That's all you do.
And I think I was maybe getting like 500 calories out of it.
I think I went like 58 days.
I mean, I'll never do it again.
I lost so much fucking muscle and I was big too.
But I was hurting.
I was taking like a lot of pain medication.
I was drinking with that shit.
And, you know, so I just I had to reset my body.
And I think after like probably 15 days is probably when I should have stopped.
I felt the best.
But I just, it started being one of those things where I'm like, I could keep going.
I can keep going.
I could break a record.
And then I just went way too fucking long, dude.
58 days was just wild, bro.
I lost like 27 pounds of muscle or something fucking crazy.

And now I just do like you, like
I'll fast, like probably a day out of the week. Yeah, I think that's good. I think that
that's real healthy a day out of the week for sure. And even still, sometimes that's
like fucking too much. You know what I mean? Cause it's like, I love food. I just, I just
try to eat clean. No, I think a day to reset yourself.

You build some, I don't know, self-control.
I read this book called The Marshmallow Test,
and it goes into this whole thing with kids and self-control.
Usually, if you got it when you're younger, you got it for life.
And to build it later on in life, it's actually like 10 times more difficult if you didn't learn it when you were like a kid, basically,
to not always take the instant gratification and to wait longer
to get more of something instead of getting it right then.
A lot of kids fall into the trap, go right then,
but some of them could build it, you know, and build that kind of discipline, you know? So. Yeah, for sure. I mean, that's why I do it too. It's like that
self-control kind of like taken back like a little piece, like I ain't drinking, I ain't gonna eat,
I ain't gonna, you know what I mean? So like, I mean, it's helped me through life. I've done it
like throughout my whole life. Cause I think my mom, you know, used to do that type of like juice
cleanses and shit like that. And then it also like made me not ever have like an addictive
personality to anything. Like, you know know when you go start smoking cigarettes my dad
smoked since he was like fucking i think five bro cleaning windows in downtown l.a and a high rise
with his dad at five smoking cigarettes like crazy shit and like it just i mean you know you go out
you get drunk i'd smoke like a pack of newports because that's what my dad smoked and then i
fucking would be disgusted i want to smoke for like six months you know the same with alcohol it's like you get a little bender going a week here a week there and then I fucking would be disgusted. I want to smoke for like six months, you know, the same with alcohol. It's like, you get a bin, a little bender going a week here, a week there.
And then I just stopped for like three months, you know, and kind of take it back. And then it
kind of allowed me to just be able to like regulate all those bad things or however you
look at it, you know? Yep. Yep. Yep. I know. I know. One slice of pizza.

I can fast for like 24 hours at most.
And that's it.
So I've never done more than a day.
People who do more than a day, I really respect that.

it's difficult and i don't really like feel great after i have that first meal i don't know maybe
it's what i'm eating but i it's hard it's hard for me to fast that long it's faster for a week
i think when you fast you should you should go for fruits right after that fast, you know, like juicing and all that. Fasting for a week was tough.
That took a lot of discipline for me.
I learned to fast young from church.
We fasted once a month for 24 hours.
But when I fasted for seven days,
and then at the end of the seven days went and ate a meal,
God, I was sick, you know, because the body had just changed.
And so, yeah, taking on healthy food slowly is probably the best thing to do after a long period of fasting, in my opinion.
But it does take discipline.
You know, a lot of people do, like, bone broth and things like that, you know, depending on how long you do it.
Like, start off with, like, some bone broth, some soups, a little bit of salad, things like that.
Like, kind of kickstart that you know yeah exactly um but but it does take a lot of discipline too
i lost 115 pounds in a year and uh and that was back in um uh 2010 and i've gained all that weight
back and i'm trying to change my eating habits And going back to an elite nutrition of 500 calories a meal five times a day is difficult.
After even knowing I can do it.
It's still difficult.

It's good to fast.
Drink a lot of water. always drink water you gotta drink like a gallon a day dude

what type of attention this is going to draw in the next one month, two months, four months.

up in the vip area and he wanted the vip area to himself i had my own little spot and everything
i had a little table had some people chilling with me and shit, and fucking... Yeah, he just didn't like that I was up there
and was just like, nope, get his ass
