this past week all the awards going out x real you've heard us talk to them about them before uh they they came in big this year huge
huge huge really excited and for all the things that are happening in the xr ar space let me see
let me grab these here real quick i'm gonna post some things up here probably share it down inside the comments or up in the top of the nest let's go

All right. So for those of you that don't know or haven't seen the X-Reels, they've got this one eye pro or this little single eye sits right in the middle of these of the new one probe blast you can get this attachment
on there it really starts to open up the realm of augmented reality really adding that immersive
side that ability to interact with the world around you excited to see what the developers
and everybody start to bring what the community's been building and bringing out as
this technology evolved ai is going to be a huge player inside of this when it comes to the visuals
and audio and all of those fun things there the where is it at where's it at the x real or there's the neo power bank okay that was the next
big thing is they do have the new power bank coming out they've talked about this before
this isn't like new news but it is new news the little power break is going to or the little pot
it's going to be a game changer for a lot of people adding in those extra hours where you
could already watch a whole movie before
without having to recharge or do anything like that. Now you'll be able to do even more. So that
on the go, that real world education, there's a lot of us are going to want to walk around with
it, right? We're not just going to want to get stuck just inside our houses. The main reason
for these classes like this is to be able to walk around
right be able to go for five six ten hours in a day not having to take off or recharge but be able
to go through my whole work day in process and then still be able to go play i want it to be
a part of my life right so that's where the that's what that little neo puck is going to be able to
bring to all of you again very excited what an incredible journey it's been for xreal from in
real and going all the way through um yeah this is this is this is great they won they did take
home the gold the number one there it is there youie Awards winner. All right, and just for just for that so really excited for them

There we go. All right, so ralph came in with the yellow suit all i could think about was the savannah bananas and how real i think that ralph and the whole ex real savannah
bananas ar game i think that'd be fun the savannah bananas like if i was going to pick a sports team
to add some ar and a team that's going to actually like add it into the game itself
putting it into the layer giving the audience another way to engage with the players and with
the game i mean come on now so savannah bananas if you hear me if you're hearing this come on
let's get let's have some fun and bring, let's bring some bananas to life,
you know, take the game home.
There's so many different ways, but after seeing Ralph in that yellow suit, all I could
think was Savannah bananas, X reel, y'all need a partnership, do something.
Cause yeah, it's, it, it would be a blast.
I would play it.
I'd even get the custom yellow frames, you know, this abandoned banana frames and everything like that.
One, just because of the collector's item.
Two, because, well, why the heck not?
So as we move on into our What's Up Wednesday spot here, okay,
we're going to move on from Xreal.
We got some other major players inside of this game, like Snapchat.
players inside of this game like snapchat they also came in doing some crazy well so their biggest
announcement right was the fact that they're they are releasing their glasses okay they're releasing
their glasses with uh next year 2026 they're coming out with in fact everybody next year 2026 coming out with
some major things meta said that they're going to come out with new stuff next year i believe
late next year there's going to be snap lenses late next year uh or not just snap lenses but the
spectacles which i believe they're calling specs now is what they've labeled them as, coming out next year.
Really excited for that.

with the ar people and and really activating and using it to engage with their uh not just
customer but their community the people that buy out there the mcdonald's lovers right and and so here with snapchat you can see as you go in there you can redeem your
mcdonald's rewards for a snapchat membership if you want to do so niantic niantic coming in
again with major moves uh when it comes to this side of things okay so niantic made the choice
to really focus on their their capturing of the world right creating the digital twin
and doing those things and to in order to do that so with pokemon go they uh as we all know um and so with pokemon go back some time ago if you went into or you
played the game you were actually helping to create that second map okay and so now with
mcdonald's on that these niantic the developer of pokemon go has partnered with mcdonald's in the
united states to create special in-game events at mcdonald's locations these locations
will be designated as sponsored pokestops and gyms where players can participate in five-star
raid battles and encounter pokemon attracted by lube and encounter pokemon attracted by lure
models during specific weeks these events are part of the dual destiny season
in pokemon go and will run through march 25th so that part's over but it gets better because as you
know mcdonald's has a long-standing game tradition with monopoly monopoly go so now the monopoly go Monopoly. Monopoly Go. So now, the Monopoly Go.
So the provided information suggests a partnership between Niantic and McDonald's focused on Pokemon Go, not Monopoly Go.
But Monopoly Go is the thing.
I understand it.
Just be prepared.

To start collecting and going to okay so monopoly
go maker scopely to acquire niantic's games business for 3.5 billion scope monopoly go
maker scopely has agreed to acquire niantic game business which includes pokemon go and a deal
valued at 3.5 billion so if you're curious about whether or
not or what's happening uh that's happening and we're ready for it that is it in my in my opinion
it's probably one of the best things that's happened in a long time um
because it's what we've been waiting for right we've been talking about it everybody's been
what's gonna happen well now it's happening okay now it's here it is happening and there's yeah
it's just going to be it's going to be exciting i could ramble on forever but i won't i won't
because that's not what we're here for i think this space is supposed to be about the green design with blockchain and AI
But I had to get through the the past events of the week and the updates on what's happened
Who up when we're why on the XR side of things because all that leads into why we are?

We are here for the long term for the long play for the fun of it all we're gonna
say so uh we've got where are we at here let me see let me see let me see all right so let's get to
we got that one talked about that are we ready for this green building stuff are we actually
ready for green building and blockchain and ai and how they come together i think it just kind
of makes sense on how they come together i don't even know that it needs an explanation.
It's when we talk real-world assets,
when we talk AI and blockchain,
they all go together.
The blockchain for the trustless layer of the verifiable markers
and all of that information.
It's not just about the money.
The AI, well, because it's automated,
automated intelligence,
if you want to call it,
if you want to say anything.
So it's automated intelligence,
artificial intelligence,
whatever you want to call it,
the singularities of all the things
that just help, you know,
transfer all the information,
the data collected.
So it's more simpler for us to go and get it later, right?
So when you start connecting this with the smart cities and really looking into the infrastructure
of what's behind the towns and the places and all those things, well, we can get into the discussion of the living organisms that power and help supply all of the necessary things.
There's different areas. I live, as you know, we live here in Texas.
We like all these things.
And there's been huge pushes for different blockchain centered activities,
especially in the sales and things like that.
One of the things that we're really looking at with the real world assets or the RWAs is we'll start with vehicles.
So if we start with just the auto industry right auto sales so when i was talking to ai the other day about
creating a system for the uh auto dealership so their parts department and their maintenance
department and their sales department and everybody could communicate together and honestly what the ai
and i came back with was it wasn't necessarily seriously it ended up being a carfax on chain
so on-chain carfax so the first person to make the on-chain carfax yeah you're that that's a good one
so there's on-chain carfax once that is there then all that other information
can actually be connected so uh for for their sales and their parts and everything like that
because that's going to be that that up today so how where people can update the information
all those things so on-chain carfax so it goes with the car every time all on chain.
As we move into here we go. So, yeah, the Carfax on chain is the thing that we're really that's uh that one will be a big uh a useful tool right we'll start there so carfax on chain probably one of the most useful tools in the auto industry if anybody hasn't
already made it that's the thing to start thinking about at least that's what a I said a I said to start focusing on those things if you want to

All right, but when we start adding into the green building and the life cycle of all these things
Keeping it all on chain and the data and the different things and we people talk about the
gardens how you can track the growth of the plant the trees and all those things and the
yada yadas and even where it goes and how all that happens and we start talking about
logistics over the water and all those things so all of our systems that we already have just
moving them on chain right yeah it's just it's just that simple just like that we just move it all on chain so this
has been a what's up wednesday we're gonna move on from here because this one's that i'm gonna
go check out so here's here's my plans this week We're gonna go look at some spaces some walls, right?
Identify some walls so we can get an artist to paint them
Okay, and we're gonna activate these walls and these murals all over the state of Texas everywhere
Especially up here in the Dallas or the North Texas region for right now and we're gonna go play
