to you today with a very special live stream look i know man you guys are used to seeing me on thursdays
for sure but there's other times i love to jump on and just play some off the grid here with some
of the agents and today is one of those days agents so if you did not know which i would i
don't know how you could know but today was the launch the tGE of the gun token, right?
This is the main token for off the grid
and actually as a wider ecosystem token as well.
So a lot of people don't know this,
that yes, gun token is the main token for off the grid,
but it is also the wider ecosystem token
for the guns network.
Now, if you look at all the really cool
mechanisms and systems that guns as a network g-u-n-z as a network has developed here over
the last couple of years these are all going to be turnkey systems that any game that can then
jump onto their custom l1 on avalanche and start using, right? And, you know, integrate some of these things.
So you look at it like marketplaces right out the gate,
companion mobile apps right out the gate,
having this, you know, kind of built-in system.
So I think we'll see more games actually adopt
the guns network and the gun token as well.
So it'll be interesting to kind of see
how that goes here in the future.

think we'll see um you know the trading for nfts open up on places like open sea where you'll be
able to pull your nfts out and that goes for also xbox PlayStation as well, I believe. So 200 FPS with forced crossplay against 70 FPS console players is insane work.

But yeah, I mean, there definitely is an nice i'm sure to have that on consoles but yeah i mean
there definitely is uh an upside obviously to playing on a pc and having a good pc i mean i'm
talking about 200 fps on a on a like a 4090 machine right so you know um is it a disadvantage
sure should they have an option to turn it off they probably should they probably should i
understand why they wouldn't right now because they want lobbies to fill up fast.
And, you know, you can do that in a couple of ways, I suppose.
We could have more bots in the game, right?
If you split lobbies, think about it.
You're going to have to be waiting a lot longer for your lobbies to actually fill and to get in the game.
Maybe that's okay.
Maybe that's fine with everybody.
But I do see that as
kind of being the main reason why they haven't done that yet but i don't think it's something
that we're going to not ever get i think as we see more and more adoption for the game which
we're steadily seeing i think that will that will be something and also we'll get ranked play as
well which will be really big and super helpful with you know the idea and the notion that this
game is just sweaty af and it kind of is i mean
i don't think that's ever really going to go away and i love that element about it even though i'm
not like the most cracked player but um you know having ranked i think will be great for everybody
i think everyone will enjoy ranked so um yeah when it's places you can get involved with the
crypto gun coin uh when it's mainnet so mainnet has already happened like i said the tge has happened but the game is not switched over onto to actual mainnet
for pc or playstation or xbox so we don't have any like actual uh like like you know tokenomic
loop going on right we don't have any of the actual economic loop right now that you would
see where it's like okay i'm playing on in the game i'm earning some gun token i use that token in the end game
marketplace i buy some cool nfts i take them out send them to my wallet on uh on openc and i sell
them now that's not happening for anybody yet but i i do think we'll have that here pretty soon they
you don't really want to delay that too much do i do i see this genre going large like shrapnel and stuff like that for example i mean i love
extraction shooters and i think that off the grid has a really good balance of all the elements
right where the extraction is is fun it's important but it's not like the only unique identifying
element of the game right some other game that's all they have is like oh well
it's just you know that's you can extract things and it's money i think that uh that's something
that we'll see a lot more of uh but yeah in general i love extraction games i love extraction
shooters uh you know i was playing tarkov for a while i'm definitely not like super versed in
tarkov but i do i really love the the concept of the game it was a little too maybe too involved
for me i like the simplification that's what i'm saying so like like when you if you ever play
tarkov that game is brutal af right uh you know otg is less brutal in that way right not that
it's not sweaty it's just different in a different way totally different way
gonna make tutorials on how to fight midair yeah yeah i mean mid-air combat is can be difficult man
it can be difficult especially if you're not a good sniper uh for sure so that's something that
uh is always something you need to practice i think
the game is sweaty but i'm getting to is more i want to know as more you play the more mastery
you get and the better you get in the game person i'm only level 17 clearly need to play more yeah i mean heck that's what it goes down to you know
the more you play the better you can get these guys who are like super sweaty that you're seeing
play all the time or that maybe they are you know destroying you quickly in the game they have like
a thousand plus hours into the game you know what i'm saying so i think that that's a big
difference to casual just kind of coming in how far do I think off the grid is compared to call of duty well look man you gotta look here
call of duty is like a dynasty game right it's been out for decades now it has had so much time
to kind of perfect all of their elements of what they do you know and off the grid has only been
out for less than a
year and and part of that like a good chunk of that was closed beta where it was just a small
group of testers right we've only had this game actually out in open beta since well october of
last year was it september october october and so it's only been a few months um i think that uh
we're gonna see a lot more for this game 200 fps really it's true man i'm gonna show you

trying to sell their nodes is that what they're trying to do no sell tokens because yeah the
coal unlock was today that was the biggest unlock out of like any actual investors so i was in the coal round as
well so i got my tokens unlocked but i'm just sitting on like i couldn't sell because there's
no like i i don't like i don't have any access to a binance account or kucoin which is where i would
normally go all those are now verified accounts and you have to be verified there and you just
can't do it as us they don't they don't allow you even with the VPN so everyone's been asking about this I tried yeah yeah and I did
look at a couple of times too no I did look at a couple of times and there's just basically there's
no exchanges that don't allow you to not KYC anymore really is what it kind of comes down
if there's no contract out address out there like how you you can't buy it on a dex or anything

probably a US exchange listing at Coinbase. Yeah, cracking
