and texts i even told you i even put the text on here but i didn't don't worry i didn't reveal
all the conversation uh and i basically said i wouldn't short until you hit all-time high
and then uh what happened when we hit all-time high we got a pullback right as what you know
should have been expected for a lot of people and then
Yesterday I came in I was like, huh, so I'm probably get around like 4k ish
Right 4100 44 K I was like and you should probably close your shorts if you're in shorts
And then we wake up today and where's he's
4300
Interesting interesting times
Because levels on a chart actually work, right? It's pretty a resistance range, close.
Long or short, just take it like that.
Leverage is not meant to be held for the entire cycle.
It's meant to be held for a short period of time
and take advantage of it
when you are able to get into a winning trade.
Don't be greedy.
I think a lot of people right now are underwater
on short side positions because all I heard yesterday,
and I have so many posts on my timeline telling me how 3,800 was going to
happen, telling me how 3,900 was going to happen.
And that's what they're waiting for.
And it's like, you guys are starting to sound like you probably sold at about
4,100, 4,200, and you're looking for 3,800,
and you're trying to scalp a range that doesn't make sense
because if you were going to sell you should have done it at resistance all-time high and then you
could have picked up a bag at support which is right around 4k i think we had 44,058 or something
like that yesterday um and now we're kind of playing in the middle.
We're dealing in the middle, right?
It's not a place to open shorts or longs right now.
It's kind of a place to sit and watch and see what the market does from here.
And if it wants to revisit the low, which it could,
then it'll do that.
And if it wants to revisit the high, it'll do that.
Likely it'll range towards whichever side is the heaviest
as far as leverage goes.
Why am I saying this?
Because I think the market is ranging,
trying to, again, wipe out leverage traders.
And people are trying to leverage this range.
So when you're leveraging a range
where they're trying to wipe you out,
all you're going to do is lose trades for the most part.
So it's probably better not to leverage right now
and just let the market kind of settle down
and let the people get liquidated that think they know more than they do.
And then once that kind of occurs, you know, we'll probably get some kind of move on the market from that range.
Right. More than likely, in my opinion, a breakout.
Again, I just continue to see people top call it again.
I saw a really good trader today talking about how this is 2021 ask.
And it's like we're just not in the
same market conditions you got to understand we're in a deflationary market condition 2021 was what
what was 2021 everybody it was inflationary there are different macro conditions all together
right we're coming down whereas we were ramping up in the other condition when you ramp up
expectations should be rate hikes.
Rate hikes are bearish.
Well, I don't know if you're on the right chart.

speculating still uh pull up you know like if if ever in doubt i'll tell you this if ever in
doubt pull up your monthly if your monthly is red and you're you've just broken out of a range and
you're like in a really hard uptrend and your month is red it's something to kind of watch
out for right then you got to be
a little more cautious like all right i get a red monthly at all-time high that might be a little
sketchy yeah maybe you didn't catch the top but at least you kind of know what's going on there
but if you're sitting there at under high time frames and still green i don't think you should
be bearish i really don't and really we got to retest of the low we're not even engulfing the
previous candle the previous candle was actually bullish i don't i don't. And really we got to retest of the low. We're not even engulfing the previous candle. The previous candle was actually bullish. I don't, I don't think a lot of people
really kind of looked at that either. Um, it was a drawdown from all time high, but it was still a
green candle was a green hammer, right? It's upside down green hammer. That's, that's still
a bullish candle because it's like basically a 50, 50 candle. So you got a little bit of wick up top, a lot of body, you know,
and basically you pulled back down, retested the low end range,
the breakout range, so you filled all your liquidity fills there,
and now you're pushing back off of that range,
which, again, was sitting right around 4K.
Again, you can easily kind of go either way with this,
but likely 4K holds, right?
I think, you know, could you dip into it with a wick?
Sure.
But will you get a fill on a buy?
Likely not.
Likely not.
I think if it dips down, it'll be fairly quickly.
A lot of people won't get an entry for that.
So for me, I'm just taking this as a range between two price ranges,
which is our high, right around $4,900, and our low, right around $4, as a range between two price ranges, which is our high
right around 4,900 and our low right around 4k.
We're going to kind of play up here, but where you, where people should have been looking,
and this was actually a pretty simple play because you had the breakout range, you had
the wick highs and all your wick highs basically all stopped at 4,094, right?
I think that was the top of the wick high.
And so with that being said, you had all these wick highs, you broke was the top of the wick high and so with that being said you had all these
wick highs you broke out retest your wick highs and you shifted away from it that should make you
more than enough as far as you know when it comes to bullish on the bullish side now if we can get
a close up here even better we got four days to close the the weekly which would be really good
and then monthly time frame we're setting pretty close to we got about 11 days to close the weekly, which would be really good. And then monthly time frame, we're setting pretty close to.

So I'm talking a lot, but I want people to kind of understand what they were dealing with, right?
It's a lot of mental stuff for a lot of people.
So you got to understand the mental game here.
And that's what I'm trying to explain. Again, 4,100, you know, kind of 4,000, we'll say is
that low. And then you've got your high end range sitting around five. You got three drive right up
from the low. You got a big, you know, hammer candle from the low into a huge body, you know,
pull candle from there and indecisive candle, basically a doji into a huge body, you know, pull candle from there and a decisive candle,
basically a doji into another body candle, which is massive green upside. And now you're setting
out another body candle up to the high market looks good from an ETH perspective. It looks great.
ETH is signaling more upside, in my opinion. Bitcoin, obviously everybody's trying to call
a double top. I don't even want to
talk about bitcoin anymore it's just so annoying like it it's it's a consistent thing the ct to
talk about things that you know don't have any real i would say leverage to the conversation
um yes you've been in a bear trend as far as like you got a bearish divergence playing but how long can that
bearish divergence play out it can play out longer than you can stay liquid what does that mean that
means price can continue to continue to climb against the bear trend and the bear trend can
continue to be bearish for months on end and eventually it will top right eventually but uh
if you took that bear trend and you tried to call it at its original price range,
you'd have been calling the bear trend at 70k. What price are we at right now? 114. So you would
have exited the market at half less than half of the current position, because you would have been
looking at a bear trend and trying to call a high timeframe bear trend. Or sorry, bearish divergence,
that's what we'll call it it because that's what it is.
We all see it as traders, guys. Every trader sees it. We're not blind. We're not dumb. I know everybody thinks they're genius because they just figured it out. I've seen it since 70K.
I'm not acknowledging it because the market is pushing against the trend. So it doesn't matter
that it exists. All that matters is that you know it's there. So if you start getting signals that things are looking bearish,
they're probably going to become bearish, right?
But one single bear trend or bearish divergence is not going to offset the market.
The same thing happened with basically NVIDIA.
NVIDIA literally just pushed through every bear trend it was going into
on the way up multiple times.
Like there was multiple times there was a bear trend playing against the RSI,
the strength versus the chart,
and NVIDIA continued to keep pushing up higher and higher and higher.
I mean, eventually it's going to top.
Eventually it's going to, you know, I don't know that it'll crumble.
It'll probably consolidate for like five,
10 years before it moves again at a certain point.
But, you know, overall,
the market doesn't have to respect your trends. You need more than just one bearish divergence to
say that the market is top. You need vol spikes. You need a lot of different things.
Normally, when you see a top, you'll see a vol spike follow the trend, right? And that's usually
the best way to signal this. So like you can see
right here, when we started getting close to a top here, we got these really big vol spikes
right in here, right? That was kind of signaling that you're probably topping. Yes, you came down,
you came back up, but you just basically double topped on the vol spikes, right? Yet you didn't
have the same volume over here as what you had over here. Over here, we haven't had any vol spikes since basically the low, right?
The low was the set vol spike, and we haven't had any vol spikes since the low, which is right here.
And so since we haven't had any vol spikes since the low, we have to just kind of respect the trend and let the market do what it's doing until the vol spike occurs.
Now, when we start spiking on volume and we got a bear trend playing into spike,
now you've got something to talk about.
Now you got like a double entendre
of each and the two things, right?
There's these two things that work, they work together.
It's like a double signal.
A double signal is a really good,
something really good to play off of.
You can't just play off of one indication on the market.
This is why I use like three different things, right?
I don't use a million different indicators.
I use three.
I use volume.
I use stochastic to keep my RSI kind of level-headed.
And then I use RSI.
That's all I use against the chart.
I don't use these, you know, Vuman shoes or any other stuff.
I can use MACD, but I don't really care.
MAs are really tricky.
I think a lot of people pretend like they always have to bounce off MAs.
I think that's a myth.
MAs are to be respected to a degree, but you can far extend beyond an MA,
just like you can drop far below an MA.
And death crosses are usually a fucking noob trader's wet dream
because they'll be like, oh, death cross,
market's going to crash dramatically.
Every death cross I've seen, the markets rallied on them so it's like I don't even know what people
were talking about half the time I don't know where they get their information with that stuff
but death crosses I haven't seen a bearish death cross I haven't seen one in quite some time it
doesn't mean they don't occur but I just I think death crosses are kind of irrelevant when it comes to MAs.
And then people adjust MAs too.
That's kind of the other issue with it.
So people will try and get things that will fit their narrative.
It's just like people try to run the three-day or the 14-day or the 15-day if it's their narrative,
and they'll try and change up the normal strategy of daily, weekly, monthly.
Overall, ETH doing well against Bitcoin um i would expect if eth breaks out of
the range bitcoin breaks out with it that's why i'm kind of unbothered about bitcoin's bear bear
trend anyways um because if i'm bullish eth i have to be bullish bitcoin likely they'll move
simultaneously yes eth will usually be the laggard or the last mover in the in the cycle
but we haven't seen them really move together yet right bitcoins have been kind of
lagging ETH's been kind of chatting I'd like to see a side-by-side move here and
that would give me better indication of a blow-off but that is I'd say that's
pretty much it when it comes to this stuff I'm just loading up not really too
worried right now about market conditions. I also think we're going to get cuts, right?
And I know people keep on talking about, oh, the Fed rate cut came down like 13% or whatever.
Who cares?
It's volatility.
It's going to go down.
It's going to go up.
They're going to sometimes feel bullish about it, sometimes feel bearish.
You have to understand which side is the vote on.
It's on the cuts going to happen
side. That's what the bond market is reading. It's reading that likely cuts are going to happen.
It doesn't matter if it went from 99 to 83. Are you going to take the 27% side or the 83% side?
If you're betting in any market, would you take the 83 or the 27? So why are people not even
having a discussion that it dropped?
Just follow what it's telling you.
The bond market signal has been on point the entire time through all of this.
Like if the bond market signaling cuts, they cut.
If the bond market signaling, they hold, they hold.
And they've been on point every time.
They haven't called for a cut even really at all.
So it's been a pretty interesting market
because things have actually aligned very well with the bottom line.
Can you tell me the whole fucking fascination with people and the great cuts?
Well, the problem is, or at least the fallacy that gets put out there
is that rate cuts are historically bad.
But it's like, yeah, I mean, you're right in some instances, but you also have to understand, too, like you have to have conditions that meet a bad rate cut.
Right. Which means like if they cut rates, they're cutting them because a bank is collapsing or the economy is collapsing or the housing market is collapsing.
But everybody says rate cuts are bad, but it's like, OK, point to me,
the part of the economy that's going to collapse and tell me why that that's the
reason they're cutting, because if you're not going to tell me those two things,
then you're just talking to talk.
Right. You like to hear yourself talk because at the end of the day, you have
to have like I'm a very straightforward data driven person.
Like I just if you can if you can make a sound argument, I'll listen to it.
You know what I'm saying? But like you have to make a sound argument.
You can't just say historically it's bad.
You got to tell me why you think and what the reasonality is, why you think that,
because otherwise you're just talking, you're just You're going off of past events,
which past events don't really matter if you don't have data to back that up.
You have to have some kind of data showing you now
that now matches a past event that caused a collapse.
Right now, the only data we have
or the only data the public can see, anybody, right,
is that cuts are going to happen because
we met inflation rates. We're at 2%, maybe a little bit beyond 2% in reality. And I think that
if people look at it from that perspective, how is a cut bearish? You met target. What does that
mean? That means a soft landing. That's really what it means.
Does it mean it can't become a rocky landing later on? Sure. Sure it can. But you got to let data drive that.
You can't just pre-predict that just because you think something could happen.
You have to give the reason and what part of the sector, what part or sector you think is going to collapse due to the economy having high rates?
Now, right now, I will say this.
And again, I'm not a political person.
I've pointed this out many times.
But a lot of people are saying that the spending in the White House is very high right now.
And they're right, but they're not looking at the data also.
Right.
And the reason that spending is so high is because of interest rates
because powell will not cut interest rates so there's so basically they're paying a ton on all
those interest rates right now on the loans that they have to basically pay back and because he
won't cut rates it's really screwing the interest it's really screwing the US right now because we're paying a lot in interest right now
to pay back loans that we've taken out as a country.
That's why spending is actually really high right now.
It's more because of the interest rates.

And then find out when the end of their fiscal year is and if you are able to wait
till the end of their fiscal year they want to get cars and that money off their books so they're
willing to give you even more discounts yeah that's actually a good point yeah end of year
you can basically get you know whatever they paid for it almost you can damn near cut them down
that and the and the dealers usually have incentives with auto manufacturers
that if they sell X amount of cars or whatever the case may be,
they'll get a fat rebate back from the manufacturers.
So that's also a nice little flywheel there.
But either way, end of the month or end of the year is usually a lot.
Christmas time is usually pretty good too
because you get a nice apr rates
on on their on their promos from the manufacturer yeah and some dealerships depending on the
dealership it's like you just find out because some of them their end of the fiscal year is like
september 30th and then through october 1st but some of them do go all the way through december
plus plus all you got to do is like fish around like talk to different sales people too because
there's some sales people who haven't made a sale so they'll sell for for no no overhead like
sell just to get a car at the door so that way they don't get fired so just find the desperate
ones that's the ones you want to go for okay honestly bro if you don't even want to do a lot
of the work when you're when you're buying cars you literally go online and you hit up their online uh internet dealership from one
dealer whatever the case may be you hit that guy up and whatever deal he gets you set you drop it
like 20 30 bucks and you give it to the other dealer and you just go back and forth until you
cook i was just thinking too like here's another one too and a lot of people don't know about this
i think it's called true car usually you can go on there and find car pricing way cheaper than you can get what at the dealer and you can force them to match
price a lot of cases you could get a or beat it too man that true car so they negotiate with each
other yeah yep yep yeah true car true cars uh is is a good baseline but they still have like the
cars hold back that they can tap into so you can really smoke smack them and they'll go below the invoice price again because if they're trying to get the
incentives not even you can go through like again if you go to get it at the right time at the end
of the year whatever or whatever the case they'll sell you a car below their below their invoice
price it's done before yeah and if you go online there's websites you know where you can check
their bin number and it gives you details of that car as well as to prices, sales, et cetera. They're very specific websites. We used to use
that like during insurance time and it gives you all the information, but you have to have the VIN
number and you have to know which websites to go look at where it gives you that information. And
then that helps you also negotiate the price because, know dealerships are always going to inflate those prices over 50 sometimes like high from what they buy them from the manufacturers see profits i got
a guy named vinnie you call him you tell him what kind of car you want and you'll get a car with a
salvage title but the car's never been in an accident and then they'll paint it the color you
want but it'll be a salvage title
but you're you just let them know like give them like seven to 14 days it'll look like it came back
from i mean it will have come back from canada salvage because that's where they fix it for the
cheapest prices in canada because their dollars suck is that why there's such thing and then
there's there's a market out there of people that buy these things like yeah it's like 80 80 percent at least an 80 percent off just in the exchange between countries
like that's like if you see there's a dude i know in denver that does that shit with g wagons
he does it with g wagons he buys them from germany and it's like he ships them in bulk
they're like a thousand each and then he'll put 40 to 60 into them and then sell them for a buck 50 plus.
