And perfect, because it'll give me a second to get situated over here for what I have planned.
We're going to chat a little bit about Incented here, because because I see incented up on the building. Then we're
going to also launch our loans on base empire, which is going to use our flaunch token that's
already been out there to build an empire. So you can bring in tokens to empire builder and you can
make tokens there. So, but Adam, someone had a question for how the points are calculated if they get more points
for talking and singing in spaces or if they get more points for uh singing on the leaderboard
um and also more about the zm so uh in terms of percentage so just if you want to clarify those
things for everyone yeah on the timeline so i think you meant on the timeline. So I think you meant on the timeline, right? So either singing on the leaderboard or singing on the timeline. So, I mean, basically, like the points are calculated according to, for spaces, it's according to the number of listeners, and also the number of speakers, and also your position so you actually get more you get more points if you're hosting
and um you you get slightly more points if you're co-hosting and you don't get so many points if
you're just speaking right so but then you could level up if you get into a space with like hundreds
of listeners and and you're talking there, then you will get the
most points for that rather than just hosting a space with like, you know, four of you or something.
And yeah, so and then, yeah, and also for the timeline, it really just depends on the engagement,
right? So if you, you'll get more points if you get a lot of engagement, right? So if you do a post that gets like, you know, 100 likes and 50 retweets and, you know, 70 comments, then you'll get many more points than you would if you only get, you know, five likes or just a handful of comments.
So, yeah, I mean, it's really like more is relative right like but it it just depends on the
size of the space or the amount of engagement that you that you get basically so um yeah there's that
and then for the zm zm is like a double you get double the points for the post itself right so that's uh that's how it works and yeah and then remember there's also the
the early multiplier so the early multiplier is still we're still in the early phase of the early
multiplier but it is kind of rapidly counting down so everybody that was creating engagement on the timeline and in spaces at the beginning was
getting more points than anyone that's doing it now, right? So, and over time, it will continue to
decay until we, you know, reach the final deadline, which is actually the final deadline for this very year so by the end of the year
the early multiplier will be done and we'll just be down to like you know just generating
the points without that extra juicy bonus so yeah makes sense
a million percent anyone's welcome to also raise their hand if they have questions
um because i can go to people while we're in between topics but i'm getting set up over here
both on my empire builder and also my incented website because we got six submissions here. I'm going to use my Zao tokens to vote on them right now. And I think
that I know Candy has some Zao tokens. I know Tricky might have some Zao tokens if he uses the
right wallet and finds it and some other folks definitely will as well. So I definitely want to

about A, Incented, and then B, our campaign here?

What's going on, everyone?
While Saul is voting on this stuff
and he just mentioned he's going to vote against his own.
Actually, you can't vote against,
you can't vote for your own submission at all.
But I think Saul's intention here was to encourage people to vote
against his. And the good news is that you can vote for or against any submission and even voting
against is incentivized. So the big idea behind Incentive is that every interaction in a project
or community should be incentivized, but at the same time,
disincentivized. What I mean by that is that usually, or often in incentive programs, you have
the stick, right? So we have a carrot and stick mechanism that rewards people for curating,
basically, submissions. And if you vote for an application that ultimately wins, you get a piece
of the pie. And if you vote against, you get a piece of the pie as well. However, for the Zabal
program, since it's the respect token that is soulbound, there isn't a reward for voting per
se, because it's, you know, the community members already onboard it. There's already inherent trust there.
So the Karen and Stick isn't as important,
but just wanted to point that out.
That is kind of the core mechanism of what we're doing.
You can, if you want to snoop around,
go to the Sabal program first, of course,
and stake your respect tokens there
and help curate half, I guess, of the submissions.
And then in three days, two days and some hours, the next cycle starts. So we started with two
weeks, one week each, four-day submissions again are open in a couple of days. So make sure that
to read through the program description and
throw some killer content into the program to build this ball
amazing yes so the program itself is a content sprint so that means you can make any piece of content and submit it about the Zabal. We just
finished our first phase of submissions. We are currently in our first phase of voting and we're
also going to have a second phase of both of those with this and then we're going to be continuing
with different incentive campaigns throughout December and then into Jan so I'm really excited.

I have another question here for Sintin. You mentioned it's about curating.
I just wanted to hear more about your thoughts on the curation side. Normally everything is focused on creators. And I've been saying for a long time
that we're missing the curation economy. Otherwise, we're just on this constant hamster wheel of like
every single day you have to create new content or else like just you might as well just give up but I think that there's actually so much
uh good content that's like periodically created by each uh creators that I that doesn't actually
get um seen and doesn't actually get you know uh the the time in the light or enough readers or viewers that it actually deserves.
Yeah. So I was just curious about your thoughts on the curator and the curation layer
and curation economy of this. Yeah, yeah, absolutely. So let me even step back one step
more. So Incented is all about human coordination, right? So in
community-based organizations, DAOs, what have you, even just a project, any goal where more
than one person is working together towards needs some sort of coordination, right? And
I've been a DAO maxi for a while now. And if you've been around for a bit, you probably ran into this issue in one way or another that it's almost discouraged to talk about money, which is bullshit, excuse my French, but you know, we weren't all early in crypto and have bags. So we need to be rewarded for our time and efforts, right? And that's really the guiding principle behind Incented is that I want to usher in a world where everyone can work on whatever they're most passionate about
while being rewarded equity before their efforts. And that includes voting, right? Voting and
curation in this case is work. You need to review these things. You need to have an opinion.
And especially in our system, you need to put something at risk to signal what
you believe in, right? Because very often in these programs, if you look at our own coordinated
creation program, which we call it, is very similar to the Sabal program, kind of a call to
action for the community to submit anything that is in line with that program description, like
largely, you know, everything about Incented.
If you find a meme that someone else created,
it'd be nice if you knew who to credit, of course,
that'd be great.
But if it's just a meme from, you know,
like one of the, or a GIF or something
from one of the websites,
like if there's a carrot in it, I want to see it, right?
And so we want to encourage basically
more fair selection processes.
So for these kinds of creation, content creation programs, it's a curation action, right, what the voters are taking.
And just because it seems like not a lot of work, doesn't mean it isn't. In this case, okay, it's six projects or six submissions.
You can review these relatively quickly,
but just go a couple months into the future
when maybe there's a program for Zabal
to actually build apps or what have you, right?
Or host events, or it doesn't really matter,
but at some point it'll be work
to validate what's going on, right?
Like curation and validation is basically the same thing in our mind or prioritization, right?
So maybe you could think of using an incentive program to manage your public roadmap and let your users submit feature requests.
And the same users and or the larger community prioritize what they want to be built next, right?
Talking is difficult, apparently.
And all of that should be rewarded, right?
So our mechanism basically just puts some weight behind it because you're basically voting with your wallet.
And if you're not making informed decisions, then statistically, if there is a slash percentage configured in the
program, you will lose something, right? So that's kind of incentivizing people to,
yeah, just not just chase rewards, but actually get involved because they believe in whatever
this organization behind the incentive program is about. I don't know if that sort of answers part of your question, at least hopefully. No, I love that. I operated at Dow for like a year or a year and a half or so,
right before, right up until Zal and I met. And that was one of the biggest problems was that,
was one of the biggest problems was that, okay, everybody can like, you know, you can make
proposals all day long and you can like, you know, you can put the question out there or the polls
or whatever, but people really don't ever, like you said, they don't ever have want to vote. And
then if they do want to vote and it's incentivized, it's always incentivized for the vote.
And then also, too, of course, then you also if there's not like an incentive, a proper incentive, I guess, for voting, then you really have to pick.
Are you which side are you on? Like, yeah, you're nay.
And you kind of feel like a lot of those times it's not like your actual
decision. It's just like peer pressure or maybe you, whatever,
whichever one you understand better,
but I don't think it's like quite fully fair always.
So I like the fact that you're also incentivized to vote nays because like
you can't have the yays without the nays and you can't have
you know um you got you have to have both sides and whenever that's nays you don't want it to be
like nays because they're the click or spiteful or the just not having an upside or like, you know, lame excuses for the nays.
You want like solid reasons and same thing for the for the yays.
You want them to be actual thought out decisions.
So, yeah, no, I like that a lot.

Like, of course, you're interacting with our platform,
but for anyone interested in, you know,
how you or how flexible these programs are,
you see a bunch of these parameters
on the right side and program details.

so we should be seeing the vote
basically what I'm trying to say is the voting can be
configured to be public so you see who votes in which direction
they vote semi-public where you only see who votes
and then the overall statistics of how many votes
someone received but not for or against or it can be entirely private which there's a really large
argument to be made basically what you just said right like many of these these uh proposals just
turn into popularity contests and that's not exactly productive for whatever you're trying to accomplish.
Because just because someone has more visibility
or more clout in a community
doesn't mean they know best.
And ideally we should evaluate submissions
based on their merit,
not based on who they're coming from, right?
Maybe we can build in,
this is the goal for our roadmap,
certainly going forward,
building in like reputation feedback loops, right.
They should matter, but they shouldn't, I shouldn't necessarily be tied to a recognizable identity, but to, you know, pseudo anonymous identities maybe at the most.

So, I don't know if we even have a link for this, but on Flaunch, there's a token that's Loans on Base that we got here that I'm going to use to pull in the same token for this empire.
So, you can pull in and use an existing token to build an empire then it looks
like our empire was built boom it's that simple so let's add our leaderboard of farcaster users
and i think this is going to be a great opportunity to get more users to be able to check out
farcaster it's just also another website so you don't have to use farcaster to check it out
but you can see everything in there and make it a lot easier so one of the cool things you can do in here is you can add different boosters for different erc20s different um nfts as well

is an unreleased cypher from Zaocella from last year. We hosted an event at Art Basel,
and we were at the Zao house for a majority of the time there, and we made a song with a bunch
of musicians over there in person with us that were performing at Zaucella.
So that was a phenomenal song.
It always brings me back.
And then the second song is called Stay Bass by Adibati and Losi.
And that's also a phenomenal song by two amazing artists as well.
And they both actually performed at Zaucella.
