We are asking for a $100K grant to implement this platform in 3 months with 2 milestones.
- Milestone 1: End to end tokenization platform consist of 3 parts
1) Issuer portal: It will let issuers tokenize their real estate according to Luxembourg jurisdiction requirements
2) Investor portal: It will handle investor onboarding, and let them to invest in security tokens, manage their portfolio and relationship with other investors
3) Secondary market: It will be an OTC market for investors to trade their portfolio security tokens.

To be able to comply: we will implement KYC/AML/Accreditation + licensed Custody layers on top of tokenization platform and AMM DEX.
