This project arises from the need to socialize the **Web3 ecosystem** to those who will be its main users in the coming years and who, today, remain absolutely ignorant of its existence, as well as of its social, labor and economic opportunities.

Therefore, I intend to go **school by school, in person**, offering an introductory talk to the Web 3 ecosystem and its projects, free of charge. I am also going to leave printed material in brochure format inviting teenagers to join the social networks of this project, especially YouTube.

My personal project is to travel around the country, taking this project to the various educational institutions in each province.

# THE OBJETIVES

- With the context and the diagnosis described above, I have come up with the idea of putting together a series of talks, brochures and banners to personally go to high schools in the city of Cordoba and socialize the main concepts of the web3 ecosystem and its projects. More than 20 years as a teacher endorse my pedagogical actions.
- I want to give these talks for free, at no cost to the school or the students. Hence the need for funding.
- I want to reach, with the grant budget, at least 100 schools in the City and more than 7000 adolescents and young people. Although my dream is to be able to do this throughout the country and reach at least 100,000 students (which would require a budget 10 times larger than the one requested here). Cordoba is a city in the center of Argentina with almost 4 million inhabitants.
- With the budget I intend to acquire the necessary resources to be able to elaborate the material, create the digital support and value the time invested in this activity, as well as to cover the expenses, transfers and fees of the trainer.

# USE OF THE GRAND BUDGET

The grant budget will be used to obtain the necessary technical resources for the three stages of the project:

## First Phase

- Elaboration of printed materials (surveys, explanatory brochures and banners) and digital materials (multimedia presentation).
- Design and production of project brochure: report with the main benefits, concepts and risks of the web3 ecosystem, as well as information about the sponsoring project.
- Sending the brochure to the 100 schools.
- Start scheduling the different talks.
- The logos of the collaborating web3 projects and the grantor will be present in all materials.

## Second Phase

- Once the school has been contacted and a date has been scheduled, the talk will proceed as established.
- The talk will have a duration of 1 hour and a half per group of students. In each institution there are 2 to 3 groups of students.
o The lecture will consist of a thematic development on Web3 with multimedia support.
o Survey to survey the students' knowledge on the subject and thus, also, to obtain statistics.
o Work in teams on materials proposed by the trainer on Web3, Web3 projects, first interactions with the ecosystem.
o Closing of the talk, completion of the engagement form and conclusion of the day.
- The target audience will be high school students from 100 schools in the province of Córdoba, Argentina, since their age will make them the most interested in getting involved in the ecosystem.
- In each of these talks, students will be introduced to the Web3 ecosystem and to different projects (for example, their own) as a sample of everything that can be found in this type of universes.
- Then a registration and engagement process will be carried out through forms and surveys to obtain some data from the audience, in order to be able to link them later to the online education platform and/or to the channels where they can follow the evolution of the project.

## Third stage

- Development of a channel of informative videos about the Web3 ecosystem, Alpha project information and the processes of interaction and participation with them.
o The idea is to build loyalty of participants to the talks, through a graded learning path, from total ignorance to become an expert user within the ecosystem.
o This platform will be linked to social networks such as X or Telegram, to generate a fluid and daily dialogue.
- The final idea is to build loyalty among students and grow the community in sync with the possibility of mastering the ability to test Web3 and DeFi projects.
- The goal is to create a strong community, without FUD and FOMO. A community of real web3 users.
