The International Media Nodes (IMN) project of bankless DAO aims to onboard and educate people about crypto and Web3 in their own native language. We have extensive experience translating the Web3 space since we all come from bankless DAO's Translators Guild. The IMN already has an expanded network at its disposal because each Node has at least 2 Social media channels, which we use to disseminate our own content alongside with translated content for crypto beginners. Our ultimate goal is to support the population that doesn't speak English in their crypto journeys. The International Media Nodes has a combined audience of over 25 000 members and 90 active contributors. We are represented on Social Media channels like Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, Hive, GM. We have been able to maintain a steady growth in audience of 40% on average each month ever since the project kick-off in October 2021. Project Summary This project aims to build 6 new classroom blocks in our school in the Oji-River area of Enugu State, Nigeria. Helpers Foundation nursery and primary school is a school established to offer free education to underprivileged children. 18.5 million children are out of school in Nigeria and 10.5 million are girls. Building the classroom blocks will help us to enrol more pupils in school. Challenge This is a massive challenge as those kids drop out of school at a young age, making them vulnerable to abuse and forced labour. The fact that one-third of public schools in Nigeria are either dilapidated or poverty is one of the major challenges which causes school children out of school. The Solution The key point that can potentially solve the issue is to make education accessible to more out-of-school children is Building classrooms and providing basic school supplies to them. Long-Term Impact This project will save thousands of kids from the horrible consequences of leaving school at a young age, but it will also allow them to be future engineers and doctors who will give back to their community. We are building the first polish DAO community around blockchain and Web3 technology on various social media channels - Twitch, Discord, Twitter, etc. The main idea is to bring blockchain closer to the people, and at the beginning, members will not know that they are using blockchain to form, vote, and decide about the community's future. So the first part is to make the community use blockchain technology without knowing it's some new technology. I agreed with Warsaw government entities to host around 1h presentation in 100 high schools in Warsaw about Web3 - it will be the leading way to reach out to new DAO members and future blockchain users at the beginning. It gives me around 500 students and 50 teachers reach per school - 55000 in total. Lectures will start in January 2023. The first acquisition of the members will be grapevine in the web3 community, the next presentation at schools, and giveaways. After we reach a certain point of members, we will start influencers marketing (lives, interviews, etc)
