However, our first priority is to address the biggest pain point of every Web3 endeavor — talent recruitment.

Utilizing community-powered referral recruitment, we are ensuring a win-win-win situation, where organizations boost their speed and quality of talent sourcing, talents get hired, and communities are rewarded for their recommendations.

We are a 70 member genZ DAO working to bring web3 to 1 million genZ by investing in on-chain assets and connecting members to web3 x consumer products.

The next step in our mission is launching a grants program to financially and operationally support early stage x web3 consumers startups.

We're helping web2 developers get their hands dirty in web3 by doing protocol grants and bounties. We share a curated list with them every week and are working on creating material to help them apply.

Once developers become familiar with a platform, they're more likely to make the move to full-time web3 and stay within that ecosystem.

We built blockhunt because we noticed that most web3 developers start off by doing part-time web3 work alongside their web2 day job.

Our goal is to become the #1 place where web2 developers go to "test the waters". We give them real tasks they'll get paid for, but only require a bit of web3/platform knowledge so that they can learn it as they do the work.
We have already started work on this and built a community of several hundred active developers, growing every day.

Right now we are just operating a newsletter, but we would like funding to scale our team to also manage a community, curate more grants and also write content to help developers make the jump.

What Codecademy did for Web2, we are building for Web3.

AgorApp supports chains like Ethereum, Tezos, Solana, Lisk & more to streamline recruitment and training processes in order to drastically lower turnover. We provide an interactive coding environment where users can code in an online IDE and receive real-time feedback on their code. Agorapp aims to be the go-to cross-chain online IDE where users can learn and prototype in a web3 environment that supports different execution environments - such as EVM, Solana, Tezos and more. As we are currently focusing on the ‘educational’ aspect of our web3 online development environment, the scope of our business is to integrate all chains into our web3 editor with a specific focus on each programming language. Users will be able to test their programming knowledge from the chain of their choice against interactive coding challenges - such as algorithm and data structures - or courses encompassing the broader theory underlying how to develop on top of these chains. The goal of Agorapp is to increase the developer adoption of the Web3 Industry.
