“A Social Experiment” is an NFT Genesis collection composed of 2222 Penrose pattern Lockes, each of this Lockes represent a crucial part in every social experiment, which is the behavioral pattern. Each of these Penrose Lockes is unique in the media it plays and the content it displays, (sound and animation), and it is the most organic and natural representation of each individual piece of the collective consciousness that we built with this experiment. The mission of “A Social Experiment” is to bring awareness to how our actions as individuals impact other peoples lives, and how this shapes society as a whole, as this portrays how the mechanics and functions of the world start with each individual piece of humanity, and how everything entangles into a collective consciousness. |

The most struggling field from those that can be treated faster during Major Science Transparency & Reproducibility Crisis - and with furthermore significant public impact - is the Health Sciences area. We create a DAO for the Decentralized Science on the blockchain open source hodler GOSH. This DAO will engage professional, educated, and patient communities to participate in incentivized & unbiased study proposals (SP) evaluation via soft-majority voting (SMV) smart contract before getting funding. 💡 Professional community participation in SMV and further feedback procedures will acquire an alternative reputation as experts. Approved SP will become an active research Initiative, raise a fund and report study findings, both significant & non-significant. 💡 Statistically significant and non-significant findings are appreciated in the same manner. We expect the multiplication of high-quality SP from scientists widely distributed among various regions, despite their affiliation, status in academia & industry or absence of publications in noticeable scientific journals. For health sciences, well-evaluated SP will decrease large-scale studies' financial & intangible expenses and optimize the efficacy and effectiveness of developing harm reduction programs. Health Technology Assessment (HTA) groups will get alternative space for funding and risk predictions that will prevent corruption and the wide distribution of ineffective Health technologies & policies. At the same time, the science community will get a more transparent review process of SPs for embedded systematic errors in the early stages of the research planning. Additionally, they will get an alternative space for unprejudiced decentralized fundraising to give them independence from subordinate foundations and “looking around” conventional venture investors. The immutable reporting process of all research findings among approved initiatives will increase the transparency of the actual condition of healthcare issues. In centralized entities, this path is struggling because “resonant” results are usually censored & skipped up by academia & industry due to potential risks to the reputation of local/global regulators. 💡 Vice versa, our DAO will add GOSH tokens to the participants' reputations for the most unbiased review. 💡 Patient society acquires more healthcare initiatives they are interested in and approve. At the same time, they have the opportunity to dislike the bad ones. Their votes are valued. 💡 The general society will get more reasonable, filtered and weighted interpretations of PH study plans & studies results via social media engagement onboard. |

There is a growing demand for secure and private data processing, particularly in industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. These industries have strict regulations around the handling of sensitive data, and traditional methods of storing and processing this data can be quite costly. HE allows data to be processed in an encrypted form without the need to decrypt the data first. HE is quite computationally intensive and cannot be done using CPU in a cost-efficient way. Hardware accelerators can run HE much faster but are hard to deploy at scale and integrate with high level frameworks. In this project we aim to develop an integrated solution for accelerated homomorphic encryption as a service. It will allow users to perform high performance and affordable homomorphic encryption by fully utilizing the power of the accelerators. |
